@TELUS You already over charge for the service you provide and make BILLIONS on the backs of Canadians. Think about that. There are 36 million Canadians and you make BILLIONS in profits? That should show you the gouge. And now you want us to pay you more for paying our bills on time WTF

@rohitsuccess Hi Rohit, that certainly isn’t what we want you to experience! Please follow the steps shared below to check if the issue gets resolved: 1 - Restart your handset 2 - Disable WiFi calling 3 - Search for operators manually and try connecting to Bell and Telus via 4G (LTE) (1/2)

@JBH8 @CRTCeng @TELUS Yes, we should prevent all business from passing any fees they incur onto the customer. LoL. You do know they likely pay more in CC processing fees, right? The issue is not fuel surcharges and CC payment - it’s the base price of data plans in Canada. That’s where enough is enough

@StevenEllisTHN @TELUS Disappointed that despite there being customer service reps available in store to help me cancel my recently deceased mothers phone that I’ve been told I need to call a 1-800 number. I’ve been on hold waiting for an agent for 11 minutes and counting.
