@MattVee This is one of the many reasons I’m happy with Telus as my cell provider. Since 2001, I don’t think I have had any issues that couldn’t be resolved quickly - which is why I wish to Jebus they would start offering TV and Internet in Ontario.

@vote4robgill @TELUS My experience with TELUS is they will offer a "great" deal to entice you to become a customer and before long you'll get notification that the rates are going up. Was constantly on the phone with Loyalty. They ended up suggesting I move to their subsidiary company Koodo Mobile.

@TELUSsupport Why is @Telus throttling my hub internet speed on YouTube? It never goes above 3mb/s making it impossible to even watch a 1080p video. Every other streaming service works fine. YouTube works fine on my laptop on my work Wifi so what is the deal?

@koodo the #koodoAssist function on your website is completely ******* useless, that's some #Telus level customer service from the 90's. I guess you're just relying on the fact that Rogers will always suck harder than you do.

Is anyone else having problems with emails to #Gmail addresses not being received and no bounce back notices? It seems this problem has occurred for me since Telus partnered with Gmail. #SoFrustrating I have no idea how many emails are not received.

@TELUSsupport hello, had a technician in today to update alarm panel. Said alarm panel was fine and now no tv/internet/phone. Also received an email from Telus that my request to cancel Optik TV has been performed. I didn’t request this. Thank you.

@brittlestar This is why customer retention at @TELUS didn't give a crap when I called to say I found a better deal elsewhere (@Virgin ). So good do far.
