@RickKackis @Skarrow9 Wish I had access to Shaw. Telus has been awful lately.

@MelaneeLThomas I've had decent experiences with Koodo keeping my bill roughly the same price between phones, and while I know they're just Telus in sheep's clothing, that's been nice. That said, I rarely leave the city so I can't speak to their service province-wide.

@edmontonjournal @TELUS So not @TELUS internet then. Because it is the worst internet you can have.

@fireyfemme We are still far off. There is zero reason we can not have better rates and service. Telus monopolizes the West and Bell has the east. Other than a couple tiny carriers that piggy back on them there is zero competition. They can charge what ever they want.

Did anyone else notice how @TELUS accidentally released @RickandMorty ep7 on their on demand after ep4 was just released. They’ve since taken it down but I watched it.

@mig14 I'm with Public Mobile (Telus' no frills brand). You can get 3GB for $35 or 10GB for $50, but it's throttled (which unless you're watching HD video, isn't really an issue). I don't use much data, so only get 1GB for $25, and after the discounts it's only $20/mo

I did not call you. You called me: "To better support you along your journey with TELUS, please answer a few questions regarding your recent call centre experience"

@saschasegan Likely related to coverage. Rogers, Bce or Telus in town but if U want good service travelling to rural area or cottage, U may be forced to BCE/virgin. Btw, real cost is measured as $$/GB USED. Most ppl never fully use what they pay for.

@BruceHalperin @asmallteapot Ya it is if you use a large provider like Telus or a contract plan, I have over 1Gbps home service and I pay only $25 for unlimited everything and 25GB+ mobile data with Shaw for my phone, and with all the hotspots and every router being a hotspot for all mobile users it's FAST.
