  • Fokma Fokma (@Fokma) reported

@GameDealsCanada @CTVNews Those poor corporations making record profits need to find a way to show they made more money to their stockholders. Instead of creating value they find the ****** option to take more from those where 1-3% really matters. **** you @TELUS for leading this **** brigade

  • HabsLaughs Mike (@HabsLaughs) reported

So that's Telus, Tim Horton's, Canadian Tire and Scotiabank dropping hockey Canada as of now. My bet is the execs and board continue to double down in their stance. The hole they dug is too deep.

  • TiffAtLaw Tiffany (@TiffAtLaw) reported

“Telecom provider Telus has already warned its customers that they'll have to pay a surcharge of about $2 per customer on average starting this month, if they pay their bill with a credit card.” God forbid the big-three pay a fee for convenience of on-time & auto-payments 👀

  • Rampagingbeaver Kyle (@Rampagingbeaver) reported

So the night before Telus may be enabled to charge another unreasonable fee to consumers, their internet service is complete dogshit. Par for course. Continued poor customer service. #telus

  • taramacmusic Tara MacLean Music (@taramacmusic) reported

@TELUS 2 hours on hold and you tell me I can buy 6 more gig and I’ll probably be reimbursed? We’ve been in a disaster with no power. I’ve been a customer for over a decade. Where’s your crisis support? Forgive the data this cycle for us please. #fiona #pei @TELUSsupport

  • NoSacredCowzz Robin Dupuis (@NoSacredCowzz) reported

@carlosstelmac @MichelletypoQ @TELUS The billing format is irrelevant. Payment by cheque or E-Transfer is an alternative if you have a No fee chequing account. MTQ was referring to people who have to use a CC because they’re having cash flow issues.

  • RichardDaniel26 Richard Daniel (@RichardDaniel26) reported

@LorneDaniel Telus webmail shifted to Google a year ago, or so, with promises that there would be no real change. Now, I can't access my MS email account without incessant Google pop-ups asking me to sign in to my Google account.

  • Heyheydownthes1 Hey, hey, down the street (@Heyheydownthes1) reported

@quarantinebeat @mtnbvan @MerlinofCanada The largest problem is I don’t have a GP. It’s patchwork care at best dealing with Telus Health and their complete lack of follow up. The help I’m getting now was due to the ER dr intervening and making referrals for me last March

  • wildwitchca Whitewitchlady 🧙‍♀️🇨🇦 (@wildwitchca) reported

@CTVNews Telus already started it. We will avoid all businesses that don't support #Canadians.

  • alenppc Alen Marks (@alenppc) reported

I agree that big #CreditCard fees are a problem. But the way #TELUS is going about it is all wrong. Their prices already include the CC fees! Instead of charging +1.5% for CC they should be giving a 1.5% DISCOUNT for cash! They are using the ruling to gouge 🇨🇦 customers even more
