@RogersHelps @Rogers Thank God I switched.. I wouldn't have stayed since you gave 125 per month for 10gb 20/gb overage plan when both bell and Telus had 50 for 30gb "unlimited" on what looks to be a far more reliable network. So much for that car crash ad you kept showing.

  • m_nasirk m.nasirk (@m_nasirk) reported

@CP24 Time to switch to TELUS fastest network and also have robocalls feature which keep away unwanted calls to reach to customer I am going to TELUS

  • newwstgrl82 Brandy Steele (@newwstgrl82) reported

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps how many more hours will this go on? 12:13pm PST and my phone and data are STILL down...just switched from Telus last month, starting to regret it!

  • QueenoftheBB Lynn Wagner (@QueenoftheBB) reported

@haligonia @BruceMacDouga12 For anyone affected by this issue on Rogers Wireless, go to Settings, cellular and turn Roaming ON. After that go to Network Selection and confirm Automatic is on. You should be able to roam on Rogers EXT on Bell or Telus.

I know @Rogers is having network issues, but when you go into a store, please don't take it out on the workers. They have the least amount of control and say over this. They're just relaying the info they have, just the same when Bell and Telus had their issues in the past.

  • jeterfan28 cara (@jeterfan28) reported

@TELUSsupport @Tabita69319047 Hey can I get some Telus support too? #suckitrogers

  • moodyangela Synthetic Animals (@moodyangela) reported

No signal for my phone all day Other friend on Chatr also having the same issues My mom has Telus and her internet barely connects or doesn’t connect on her phone Telus internet always sucks now but worse. Even at home websites barely connect

  • Metaldragon27 Nick R. Kupila (@Metaldragon27) reported

@theJagmeetSingh Hard to say "like Rogers, Bell, and Telus" because they're the only thing most Canadians are stuck with. Despite the best efforts of companies like TekSavvy. The other half of the problem is our digital/wired infrastructure is between 20-60+ years old especially rurally.

  • agent_bubble07 Rita (@agent_bubble07) reported

@Rogers you need to have better ******* updates for your customers. Can't wait to get service back so I can switch to telus
