    @TELUSsupport My experience with ADT has been a 7 month nightmare of no one caring or helping or calling me back. After 30 years of being a loyal customer, ADT/Telus has treated me like garbage! @ADT

    @IceCold_Country @ThymelessC @TELUSsupport That happened to me in a way, Telus was upgrading the neighbourhood to fiber optics and said they would install for free in case i ever wanted to switch. Didn’t even fix the problem with the phone line which is what they were called for in the first place

    @TELUSsupport Is there an issue going on with changing Optik TV packages via My Telus? I have been trying to for the past few days and keep getting the error "We were unable to make changes to your TV subscription, please try again later."

    @ShaneTrain_woot @jkenney I left Calgary...cancelled my cable. Only thing I have right now is streaming. I pay $20 a month for Prime and Netflix, plus all the network apps let you watch new shows the week they come out. Versus Telus TV at $110 a month. I pay way less for way more now.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport your app is ****!! There is a stupid pop up trying to direct me to sales and neither of the ******* buttons to dismiss the ******* pop up don’t work!!! Stop with the pop ups. They are useless and annoying, like TELUS customer service.
