Hello @haveibeenpwned do you already have data from Telus Digital breach? Incident was identified on November 2025, now they're alerting their users. #privacy #databreach

@TELUS can you please put out updates for those affected in northern bc by the internet outage?

Telus got caught using AI to hide the accent of their customer service agents. What I wouldn't give to hear "DO NOT REDEEM" in a perfect Canadian accent.

@TdLeaker Whenever you call the bank or Roger’s/bell/telus always press the prompt for French. Just tell that person it must of been an accident. 9 out of 10 times they speak English and will help you anyway and you don’t have to hear that scammer accent.

Streaming services that offer more programming for as little as $10/mo. vs $100/mo. for a cable tv corporation with lousy programming and ****** service. Put Rogers, Telus and Bell into bankruptcy Canada, you’ll thank me later.

@TELUSsupport That sounds great but lately my TV has been freezing a lot & today has been a complete nightmare. I'm just dreading the whole slog into Telus' special version of 'customer service' tomorrow. Wish me luck. It will likely consume my whole day & leave me in a terrible mood.

Get this! Telus in Canada using Al to alter the accents of customer service agents! Al 'accent masking' at overseas call centres sparks union backlash in Canada For labour representatives, the feature is another concern among many when it comes to the effects of Al on their members. How do you feel about this move?

@nogoodboyo_yvr @TELUS TELUS is so poorly run. They couldn’t organize how to get out of a paper bag without 4-6 “deep dives”. Trust me I spent 15 years there. So running a football club would never be sustainable

@TELUSsupport Working with Telus is not awesome. Getting technical support is impossible.
