@Cimrai @Takahata101 Omg, Bell??? That's your problem 😭😭 as much as I dislike them, Telus is honestly probably your best bet for internet :( Shaw is alright but I hear it has a lot of issues in itself.

@Rolltide9193 @EdmontonOilers For warning, I live in Morinville and have had Telus for a few years now. Probably the worst service I've ever had, topped off with a customer service group that wont fix the issues.

@iostech1 @TELUS @CCTS_CPRST Maybe but get this: Telus accused me of a fraudulent charge being on my phone bill. 😡I went through the CCTS but they did nothing to help. Make sure to always look at your phone bills very carefully because they collude and are complicit with scammers to make a cut of the money.

@TELUS how many clients are your online customer service chat agents expected to juggle at the same time. 20 minutes to confirm one detail, and a call from same agent asking for a different client confirms they juggle clients instead of resolving issues and moving on..
