@JoninaKirton Your provider (TELUS, Shaw, etc.) may have a broader call blocking feature if you look on their website and log into your account. I stumbled on it for my TELUS cell phone..the feature is called Call Control...and never get those calls anymore. It's such a relief.

@lolpipewrench @TrollSpanker6 And Telus. That used to be AGT. (Alberta Government Telephone). Calgary to Vancouver was bad enough, but now who ******** knows. **** French, you need to be multi lingual to live here. Nobody speaks English.

@TELUS your customer service is deplorable. Unless you can fix our issues tonight, which some nice person in the Philippines was about to do, and yesterday in Guatemala - b/4 you cut us off, we are gone. Internet, email, TV, security. #worstservice #dobetter

@Social_Moi @TELUS I didn't mean anything by it. I was one of 3 gays who worked at a Telus retail store a few years back, and everyone was really good by it. We can never have too many allies.

@AlexForgay @shawnmicallef once you're beyond the 905 you switch over to other networks, so it's as spotty as whatever network you're switched to. Sometimes I get better service in rural Ontario than my wife (Telus), sometimes worse. But in the city it's 4G/5G and a fraction of the cost of the big three.

@delnparker @TELUS To be fair, his boss didn't have to do anything. He didn't gain anything from this. He showed support to one of his staff and put himself out there. And Kudos to @TELUS for being extremely supportive , openly and privately to staff, in a world that is far from it.
