    @ADT very frustrating. Alarm gone off for no reason (house not even armed) for 4 times last 2 weeks. Hours on the phone and gotten no where. Horrible customer service. Since Telus taken over this is a joke.

    My satellite service has changed again. Some improvement for a week. I won’t sort out why they call anything an advanced payment at Telus. I did have various other real problems there. Lately I’ve felt Telus shouldn’t advertise a service at all when the service is substandard.

    @markgurman This emergency satellite communication is just the beta Trojan horse go take on the Telecom industry. Telus Comcast, AT&T should all be worried. Lol.

    @mr_contrition We pay some of the highest rates in the world thanks to the fact there’s only three service providers in Canada Rogers Bell and Telus

    @TELUS Automated phone system is crap. Your phone cables are currently hanging so low that they drag across our garage & pergola. We need a tech to come fix it. Is there a way to contact that will actually be useful? I'd hate to have to cut them to make it stop

    @TELUS so far today (only) i have spent 45 minutes trying to set up mobility business acct and move 4 lines over (only successful with one), and 2 hours trying to move my 1866 # from reseller to you (and still trying) HELP

    @Rajendra @TELUS That’s the cost of doing business in my opinion. The customer shouldn’t have to pay these fees.
