Calls placed through other networks such as Rogers, TELUS, or NFTC are connecting. Work is being done with Bell to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and HHHS will provide an update when the issue is resolved.

@TELUS is a shockingly bad company. I spent 1 hour on hold to move services only to be hung up on by a call center in the Philippines. While on hold I was told how sustainable and tech savvy they are. Um no... it's an outsourcing racket and low tech. Buyer beware.

How come when I use my @TELUSsupport home wifi my connection SUCKS ? Is it because I have @TELUS "Pure Fibre" ? Which is Pure Crap !!!! Dial up would be faster or using my neighbor's @ShawInfo wifi !!!

man.. 6 years with @telus @TELUSsupport and no issues .. 'UPGRADE' to 2.5gig down and up .. 2 major outages requiring on site tech visits in 4 days. Currently no internet/tv until at least 0800 tomorrow when the tech gets on site.. fun night with 3 kids incoming..

@HurleyOCHUCUPE Good thing we gave Telus shareholders $38 million in taxpayer funded CEWS. And $82 million to Rogers shareholders. And $122 million to Bell shareholders. Love it when governments side with corporate power. It’s not like anything bad will happen.
