    @vancan19 You'll hear good and bad about every provider. I've been with Telus since 2006 and never had an issue.

    Hey @TELUS I ordered an iphone mini last week when you were giving away airpods with it, but you try to process it until today and it didn't work for some reason and rather than let me fix it you're making me reorder and now I won't get that deal. Pretty disappointed about it.

    @TELUS our family is needing competent help. We live 50km from the USA and while skiing in our home town of in BC, we were charged over $100 in roaming fees. Obviously we have not left Canada and need the charges cleared.We tried contacting Telus support but were hung up on.

    @natelacroix @TELUS I had lots a problems with Telus with my replacement phone that was DOA out of box they would not replacement phone for 3 weeks and was on the phone for hours! In the end telus support on twitter helped!

    I was super frustrated by shaw's internet, and I gotta say haven't had any of those problems with @TELUSsupport but all the little bullshit things that telus has and all the pro consumer things shaw is doing sure makes me wish I could switch back.
