Thanks @TELUS @TELUSsupport for the help. I followed your instructions for call back. You have called back and I have since been on hold for over 30 minutes. Great system you got going there. 👏

@PRiMETIMESNOOP_ @Shawhelp Boggles the mind how poorly they treat their customers. Can’t wait to switch to @TELUS.

@DocMcConks @TELUS As they already account for this in their expenditures, it is passed on to the customer already. Now that it is a line item, will they take it out of the initial cost? Or are they now profiting from this?

Now on my 29th consecutive day without home internet. @TELUS and @TELUSsupport cannot provide ETA. Call center takes hours, wait patiently and rep cannot help. Twitter account asks for DM, then their account authentication app fails...

@cindylyn2344 There isn't mandatory retirement because that's age discrimination. Most companies don't give a crap about older employees and the big ones try to arm twist higher paid employees into early retirement. It happened to us. Telus.

@TELUS You, a telecommunications company, are getting into Canadian societal issues. Is this the consequence of Justin's giving you "financial support" b/c of the "pandemic"? In other words, you have to do this or Justin cuts you off? He's really got you by the short & curlies.

I'm really losing all my patience with telecommunications companies such as @TELUS I was charged a $50 reconnection fee when I went in to upgrade my phone. Was still on a plan and resigned a new contract but nooooo I have to give them $50 for the privilege to be their customer 🙄

@CBCNews Simple solution, switch to another telecom that doesn’t charge the processing fee, most Telus competitors should be advertising this. Telus would cave quickly if ppl dump their services

@UniMatrixZ0 @TELUS Yep. It’s a capitalist race at the moment - which of the local service providers connects me first wins the contract.
