@CP24 So Telus is afraid of freedom mobile going to Quebecor and would rather help globealive who couldn’t make a go of it when they owned freedom before selling it to Shaw after losing money for years

  • SpaceMutiny Laharl (@SpaceMutiny) reported

And apparently to sweeten the pot to get their bit accepted. They've accepted a deal if they acquire the company with BCTel/Telus to get into a network sharing agreement with them to help build out their network predominantly. That I honestly think will not be good at all.

@TELUS how you call your selfs a service provider but give the shittiest service to date lmao. All your **** sucks. Home, internet. Company is a ******* joke

OMG @TELUSsupport @TELUS what a horrible experience trying to find your support business hours. Not on your website (despite clicking for business hours from the chatbot), nor from calling *611... only to be told, call back during normal business hours (but no specifics!)...

  • brainbah1 brainbah (@brainbah1) reported

@TELUS how about you put more cell towers in my area. You sell a service but don't provide the basic requirements of a cell phone in many areas. I had to buy a $700 booster and a 25 foot pole for it to get service.

  • JDEye jDi (@JDEye) reported

@krisster8 @TrueNorthCentre Telus started swapping out their Huawei cellular equipment last summer, in a project expected to take a couple years or so to complete. No word on if they're also swapping higher-level network devices in their central offices yet.

  • Roxxymommy Golden Oaks (@Roxxymommy) reported

Will the announcement that Canada is cutting Huawei affect rural customers with a telus hub internet connection @TELUSsupport Because suddenly mines terrible tonight.

  • FortErieRocks Derek Joon (@FortErieRocks) reported

@globalnews Our carriers (Rogers, Telus, etc.) have ditched Huawei and ZTE equipment years ago, it was never an issue.

  • TheMightyDeol Manraj Manny Deol (@TheMightyDeol) reported

The worst service @TELUS @TELUSsupport … used 3 technicians and 2 people over phone and jumped for hours from one sept to another and then charge me $150 when the first person couldn’t do it. Awful!
