    @JonFraserTF @TELUS I cut the cord about a year ago. Was a mobile customer for 20 years. Couldn’t take them anymore. The overseas service or lack there of, the reception was terrible, wouldn’t work with me on pricing. Very happy with the change. @Starlink next year when contract is up.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Agreed. I use Public Mobile. Lacks a bit in customer service but pays back in cost savings which are huge.

    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport Today I spent over 50 minutes on the phone just to add ONE channel to my TV package. It’s 2026. We have AI agents, autonomous vehicles, and instant digital banking. Yet a basic account change still requires nearly an hour with customer service. This isn’t a technology problem—it’s a customer experience problem.     @garymasonglobe @TELUS Takes forever to get service. Been waiting 4 weeks for a new remote. Called today & was told the order was still being processed and a $30 charge for the remote. Tech put in a new order saying 7 to 10 biz days. Local Telus store offered a new one for free.

    @garymasonglobe @TELUS Telus is terrible, my sister went back to Rogers Shaw. I left them too years ago. No one is perfect but at least it is ok.
