Service tech was here today and switched ports and fixed the issue. Do better @TELUS your customer service is a joke.

It's weird too because can see about 20 neighbors ALL with Telus internet. This REALLY sucks and I hope doesn't take 2+ weeks 😢

Instead, today they sent a guy in a minivan with a turban and no clue, and no wire.

This includes that Moroccan woman who works at Telus. (I'm not pursuing that because he asked me not to, but I'm not happy with them.)
