    @TELUS @telussupport is the worst customer service ever. I signed up for a one month service and they have been charging me every month ever since and threatening my credit score. Would not recommend Telus ever again. Going back to Rogers immediately.

    My smoke alarm has been going off for 14 hours since 3 am!! My kids, cat and neighbours are miserable. I have called the tech support line @ADT @TELUS EIGHT times with promised reply, then no response and only get told they will be out to quiet in a week! Terrible service!

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS ++ give credit in the current bill for my loyalty and patience and cooperation for this issue. And record a complaint for the before csr who couldn’t solve the issue. BUT old services remain exist and next month I get a bill for double charges! ++

    @TariqAnwar00 I use Public Mobile (Telus). Super cheap plans, no contracts, monthly rewards that reduce your bill, trade off is that you need to go to their community forums if you need tech support as you can't call anyone for help, but I've never had issues.

    @TELUS @ExcellenceCan What an absolute joke. This companies customer service is the worse, next to @tdcanadatrust , there is! People that try to access there support suffer from mental illness because of the interaction. Terrible company!

    @bebe900 @elonmusk Rogers is downright awful, almost as bad as Shaw and roughly as ****** as Telus. Then there is the cost in Canada... You would think we are on Mars with the price of phone/internet service.

    @TELUS @ExcellenceCan @TELUS I see your door knockers sales staff are out again. I choose not to use any TELUS products as I explained to the very aggressive sales person. I was polite and told him I was not interested. He continued on being aggressive and very rude. He needs some coaching.

    @TELUSsupport Have you? 1) Anytime I call customer service or support, it’s on average a 1 hour wait time. Thanks but no thanks. I have better things to do with my life. 2) It shouldn’t be up to me. I don’t work for Telus or your metadata provider. Not my job, not my problem.
