    @Charlene_Kotze Switch to @TELUS , long time @ShawTV_CVI but costs kept rising , service getting worse so made the switch . We actually get more service and product for less money and our wifi is great

    @Michell16715337 @SkipIsChris @TELUS I get them everyday, home & cell phone. Been an issue for yrs! Call control is useless, only good to a certain amount & then you have to pay. Fake Calls from hotels, credit card companies, West Jet, CRA. I had a suggestion to Telus, technology is there but they didn’t care.

    **** you @TELUS @TELUSsupport you charge the same for data as the city, but I get ONE bar at home and can’t use my data half the time. BUT I pay the same as full service areas. Your service is unusable in rural NS. do you give a ****? About as much as I give a **** about you.

    So @TELUS is doing a #purefiber upgrade in my building, they managed to knock @Novusnow down in half the building. When asked the techs stated "Novus must have a down fiber". I investigated and it turned out to be a loose ethernet cable...

    Dear @TELUS, today construction equipment damaged power, Telus, and Shaw cables in the Malmo Plains neighbourhood in south Edmonton. I called Telus and have an appointment to fix the service to my house in 3 days time.

    @GWPattie @SkipIsChris If you have their internet your connection is probably going to suck afterwards My landlord, my mom, and my sister always had issues when their telus upgraded to fibre In two different cities Not sure if on purpose to push for package upgrading

    @margih99 @SLShockeyfan Rats! I had big issues with Shaw a few years back during Oilers playoffs so I did the switch to Telus. sorry you're missing out :(
