@rodmickleburgh We’ve had Telus Optik for years, just upgraded to their fibre optic. Difficult to speak to a human but when you do finally navigate through the automated system they are helpful & the technicians are excellent. My only complaint is their billing is horrible, lots of errors.

  • ShaneLSimpson Shane Simpson (@ShaneLSimpson) reported

@rodmickleburgh Switched from Shaw to Telus after years. Had a problem with Shaw and their response was dismal. Telus gave us a very good deal to get the business. In two years we will reevaluate based on who want the business more. Worth seeing what the competition will offer.

@CanadianCdnmom @TELUSsupport We have a Telus hub. Piece of crap they sold us on a 2 yr contract but a 1 yr warranty. Hobbles along most days but not working well at all today.

your regular reminder that you should NEVER use telus as a phone provider if you regularly send SMS msgs because they are the only telecom that store copies of all your text messages. the downfall of many offenders bc production orders aren't subject to wiretap rules!

  • KathLoften1 Kath Loften (@KathLoften1) reported

@rodmickleburgh telus. we switched to show 11 months and regret it. ****** service ONLY HDMI connectivity. poor connectivity (dropped pictue), Their wifi range is about a 15 foot wide circle but you can rent a $50 range extender for like 12 bucks a month til you die or go back to telus.

  • lensmangregg Gregg Sidwell (@lensmangregg) reported

@TELUSHealth When will Telus Health incorporate into the MyHealth app ability to contact and book the same doctor repeatedly? We are among nearly 1M BC patients w/o a family doc Being able to have consistent care would really help alleviate!!!

  • ShimaMasoumi2 Shima Masoumi (@ShimaMasoumi2) reported

@TELUS the worse plan for mobile phone the worse support ever

  • hdtvdctsales Hdtv Dct Sales (@hdtvdctsales) reported

@rodmickleburgh Telus is great for Internet. They have various TV packages. If you only have one service you will get lots of calls to sign up for their other services. Chances are you're unlikely to notice much of a difference either way though.

  • JonJennings Jon Jennings (@JonJennings) reported

@DroppedBars @garryself Telus fibre > Shaw co-ax > Telus DSL. But depending on how long it's going to be before you can signup to Bridgenet, given you can't get Telus fibre there, might be worth sucking up the bad rates for a month or two (?) until you can jump to Novus over Bridgenet.
