    @TELUS your customer service is a joke. I requested a callback because my time is valuable and I’ve been transferred and waiting for loyalty over half an hour with no option for a callback. I tried, I guess. I’ll see what options Rogers has

  • NunoRamallho Victims of Capitalism Memorial (@NunoRamallho) reported

    @TELUS your customer service is such garbage. It's virtually impossible to reach an agent. I made the mistake of purchasing a mobility plan but I'm switching back to my old provider right away.

    @TELUSsupport Hey Telus. I need to speak to someone around he VP level or your Head of Customer Service, right now? I’ve been at the store, as they told me to, since 12:45pm. They said they needed me to go to the store to resolve a complex issue and they would call me at 1:10pm

  • BecomingKelsey Kelsey Sproat 💕 (@BecomingKelsey) reported

    @EternalBlueSix @SaskTel SaskTel didn't have the phone I wanted 11 years ago so I moved over to Telus and have never looked back... Just better all round.

  • TamSammer T (@TamSammer) reported

    @TELUSsupport is telus service @ i . telus . com a legit email?

  • ddalessandro Dan D'Alessandro (@ddalessandro) reported

    @rogers #rogers sure you know but Rogers just as bad as telus. Almost an hour waiting to get helped. It’s crazy that whole industry treats customers like $&@&$ and we have no real alternative.

  • Froddoyo Froddoyo (@Froddoyo) reported

    @SimplyMatthias @massaBeard @TheBeardGuys Lmao yea I have three options. 6 down 1 up with telus. Obvious nope. My current provider offers 1000 down 10 up, or 150 down 20 up on a more expensive business account. 🙄 I took the 20 up but miss out on the 1000 down

    @dwancherry I’m with Telus… no issues today.

  • _shell27 Michelle 🌚 (@_shell27) reported

    shoutout to @TELUS - called customer service to report a scam call from someone pretending to be Telus. After the sales rep took the info down, they saw that there was an offer available for me to get an extra 40gb for $10 less a than I was paying on my current plan - score! 🥳

  • jodyheavener @jodyh@mastodon.online (@jodyheavener) reported

    The @TELUS fibre has been out in my entire building for 10 days now and @TELUSsupport still cannot tell me when it will be fixed. So not only am I paying over $100/mo for no service, I’m also paying around $40/day for coworking hot desks just to do my job. Absolutely insane.
