    @ShawInfo. I get there’s a problem but this is ridiculous. I never had problems like this when I was a Telus client. Someone PLEASE ADVISE what the hell is going on and when my cable and internet is coming back up !?!?! 2/2

    @TELUSsupport Please check my DM. Telus charged my card without authorization. I had to chase around to cancel an order and after confirmation of order, the iPhone was just dropped at my door without Signature. Now I am running around to get a refund!

    @TELUS @CRTCeng @CRTCHearings Can we PLEASE get a tower for Clearview Ridge, Timberlands, Garden Heights in Red Deer, Alberta?! No service in the city in 2021 is absolutely unacceptable! Good thing it wasnt me trying to call out with my son in anaphylactic shock! #Telus #RedDeer

    @maxfawcett @TD_Canada Was on ignore with Telus last week for 1 hour and 58 minutes and they never did resolve the issue so I cancelled the service I was calling about. But, called Telus again for another issue and I thought I dialed a wrong number when someone answered immediately.

    @TELUS I need you to explain to me why I have no cell service in downtown Vancouver! 🤬 My wife can't text my son or I This is absolutely discusting and unforgivable for 1999 let alone 2021. This is not just today, so don't try to lie about the weather or your usual garbage.
