    @dockevinmcleod @JanetBrown980 I stopped answering the phone for numbers I don’t recognize several years ago. The phone still rings almost daily, but I no longer talk to the scammers. I’ve concluded that Telus doesn’t care and has no intention of making any effort to eliminate this garbage.

    @Stockwell_Day It's the same mob that got you removed from the CBC and Telus board. Worst thing to do is apologize during their witch hunts, but rather stand up for common sense beliefs and values. The pendulum has swung way too far in their favour, mainly because we allowed it to happen.

    @TELUS I would like to know why Telus offered me a Plan that they had no intentions of providing. I purchased a new device based on said plan, and agreed to pay a premium for a device with capabilities to use it. And all you can say is “sorry” - and not even attempt solution

    Talking about COVID CALUC process. 128 responses: 8.6% voiced unqualified support. Subsequent to CALUC, app did their own public feedback through Telus Ocean website. Instigated only letters of support. Over 50% of form support letters were employees

    @TELUSsupport Another SNAFU by telus. Waited 1 hour to speak with someone only to be told I called the wrong number. My time is valuable! If you want to retain this customer please reply
