Heaven forbid you want to speak to a person. Online chat is a robot so useless. Agents don’t take the time to actually look into anything with any effort.

Share price needs to go below 9 for the directors of the company to realize the management is filled with people who pretend to know what they're doing. The store was filled with these ladies now on their phones trying to get help to no avail. Absolutely useless!!!
