@ctvedmonton @TELUS cut our power lines while installing the same cables. This was a year ago and still no resolution. @ChemcoLtd was the contractor and they offered $300 gift card 😂and didn’t even follow through on that ! Never mind the food that spoiled and generators brought in myself.

@TELUS customer service is appalling. It’s not the agents fault I am sure it is the culture that has been created. Heaven forbid you want to speak to a person. Online chat is a robot so useless. Agents don’t take the time to actually look into anything with any effort.

From my desk, I can overhear my colleague having an EPIC argument with Telus customer service on the phone. It's both funny and terrifying. I'm trying not to giggle, but I'm cringing so hard on behalf of the Telus rep that my toes are curling inside my shoes. #badservice

lol okay update: Telus rep finally came and fixed my internet and it wasn’t my modem or wiring or anything... SOMEONE CUT MY SPECIFIC APARTMENT LINE IN THE BASEMENT OF THE BUILDING JUST MY SUITE WHO IS AFTER ME FIRST MY CAR GETTING BROKEN TWICE INTO AND NOW THIS

I like how every single service provider claims to have the best network in the nation. Only one is telling the truth. The rest are literally and illegally using false advertisment. How can Bell Rogers Telus Virgin Freedom and so on All have the largest 5G network. Impossible.

The entire @TELUS and @TELUSsupport structure is so broken they don’t know how to respond or resolve customer concerns. Either way, @TELUS and their #purefibre will never see another dollar spent from my family. Customers have a choice, being mistreated makes the choice easier
