    @TELUS customer service is appalling. It’s not the agents fault I am sure it is the culture that has been created. Heaven forbid you want to speak to a person. Online chat is a robot so useless. Agents don’t take the time to actually look into anything with any effort.

    it’s crazy that telus can charge me $135 to cancel my internet service when they do not offer the service at my new house. like that’s a YOU problem.

    Telus come get your equipment. This entire worst customer service experience has been going on now for a week. They cancelled our service when they were told not to? they had us on hold for over 2 hours & now this. This is the problem when a company has a monopoly

    Holy hell Telus ******* sucks, I just wanted to upgrade my internet and they made me feel like i wanted to gouge out my eyes :/ god they just suck, like i would rather be springlocked then go through that again :(

    @bcbluecon Even in Central Coquitlam at my business , y over y we pay more and y over year @telus service gets worse. Multiple dropped calls per week. Dead zones. Ridiculous given what we Canadians pay. Time of emergency I can’t imagine how bad it must be.

    @TELUS Don't get involved with this company. They are the worst for customer service. They have apps that don't work and if you ask for a paper bill you get zero information on it. Then you try to leave them and they harass you and charge you hundreds of dollars. Think illegal

    @kristelxo @TELUSsupport Good luck with Telus! I had my internet account paid and service terminated back in Apr and they sent a bill to collections that took me several calls to prove that I owed them nothing 🙄🤬
