@TELUS with @Shawhelp adding #ShawBlueCurve to #Firestick, isn't it time you unblock #PikTV from running on devices that clearly can support the app

@TELUS after three agents the best I got was, "wait for an email" with your imposed May deadline for #PikTV service I'd certainly like to have the required upgraded boxes ASAP . Customer experience on the decline ..

@mwgbanks @TELUS @TELUSsupport Those are not bad speeds depending on the device. The free wifi I was using where I live was fluctuating really badly from as low as 2-5 Mbps so it was virtually unusable at some points. Have been wanting to get PureFibre for a long time now. Hopes are to get at least 1000 Mbps.

Me and the hubby are considering switching to Telus Fibre for our internet. We have no problems with the quality of Shaw, but b/c we’re mobility clients, Telus is offering GB fibre for $75 plus a bill credit. So honest opinions on quality plz! Anyone have Fibre w/Telus? 1/2

@jesssicrap @TELUS I'm just happy I'm not at work. Cause we can't call for help when we got no cell, my last STARS activation, booster was down and had to get someone to drive 20 min for service 😳 good times, not.

Getting to 2 days without Internet. Work tomorrow with several critical meetings. @TELUS is doing nothing to address and we’re getting antsy. Everyone we talk to makes promises they then don’t deliver on (when we finally get through). Internet is an essential service.

Tread carefully, @TELUS . You’re entering a Lose-Lose situation. #100DaysOfPython “The best way to treat obstacles is to use them as stepping-stones. Laugh at them, tread on them, and let them lead you to something better.” —Enid Blyton

@TELUS how many clients are your online customer service chat agents expected to juggle at the same time. 20 minutes to confirm one detail, and a call from same agent asking for a different client confirms they juggle clients instead of resolving issues and moving on..

@Cadeyrnn Historically, all three are provided by the same company. That’s already changing, e.g. the Bell and Telus cellular network “alliance”. Other countries have so-called “local loop unbundling” – every service provider (layer 2) gets access to a given kind of physical network layer

@DougAlder Does your internet from Telus include the TV Service as a bundle or can you just drop it?… My internet is from an independent Canadian provider. It runs in over a coax cable. I pay $81.00 tax in per month and I still get 99/100 down choosing my server. Plus $12.08 for IPTV…

I signed up for #Telus internet because I wanted fast, reliable internet service. If I would have known they would call me multiple times per month to try and sell me other services I would have paid extra and signed up with #Shaw instead. STOP CALLING ME, TELUS!

@DrSpockets absolutely - so what IPTV service are you using? Can you record for later? Have you dropped regular service like Telus/Bell/Shaw?

@arthister and clearly the health system is on the brink here in BC - and the Health Ministry is being obtuse about numbers needing surgery etc. We are in deep trouble and all @BCNDPCaucus is doing is pushing people to Telus Health.

@ByStephenJones @orodtech It's just more versatile than an out of the box type solution. Anyway, I was just curious about the need for so much upload speed. Makes more sense now. Looks like a Telus connection. An Azure/AWS solution may work great for you. Offload all the work/storage fairly cheaply.
