    @TELUS customer service is appalling. It’s not the agents fault I am sure it is the culture that has been created. Heaven forbid you want to speak to a person. Online chat is a robot so useless. Agents don’t take the time to actually look into anything with any effort.

    I have a landline! A couple days ago our power supplier had a planned outage. Coincidentally, our landline stopped having a dial tone. I called TELUS. Got a callback to help get the landline working again. I’m in Alberta 🇨🇦. The TELUS dude helping me is in Manila, Philippines.

I have debt collectors calling me almost daily, chequing account in overdraft. Telus bill over 1k, lol. Positive thing is new job comming soon. Hang in there. Find positive

    What the heck is going on @TELUSsupport ? Haven't been able to make a call all day on Telus mobile, still not working at 10pm. "All circuits busy" message all day. When will this be fixed? I'm in Vancouver.

    @TELUS Your AI system when I try to call and talk to a human ******* sucks so much!! Please make it easier to talk to a person. Bonus points if I can understand the person when I finally talk to one.

    Another solicitation call from @telus despite my number being registered on the Do Not Call registry. I filed a complaint online. It was quick and easy. Take the time and they'll have to stop.
