    @TELUS customer service is appalling. It’s not the agents fault I am sure it is the culture that has been created. Heaven forbid you want to speak to a person. Online chat is a robot so useless. Agents don’t take the time to actually look into anything with any effort.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport @FriendlyFuture What the hell are you doing collecting money. Focus on fixing your network. I didn’t have cell service during the entirety of Fiona and still don’t. During a hurricane is the best possible time for cell service to crap out.

    @TELUSsupport I can’t even make calls and only have service for 1 min after a hard reset. I have u limited data that doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried calling but the call fails. I depend on Telus but it didn’t work out this time. I’m left with no connection at all to outside resources

    @chriswtburke @BushelsPerAcre Gross. My sister had a bunch of downed evergreen trees & leaking windows & door. Not sure on my mom as Telus is down. I actually can’t get hold of my sister now because of Telus. My dad’s ok, but no power.

    @LauraORourke My Telus phone has 3 bars, my Koodo phone has 1 bar…. They’re the same network?!?!?
