@BilskiSuzanne I still have one because every time I try to cancel it Telus lowers my rate and offers me discounts on my cable/internet. Pretty soon they will be paying me to have a landline. (I’m 48)

@WhiplashHimself I got Telus at my old place because I got 4 months free and I was just moving on my own for the first time. My boyfriend who I now live with also has Telus and had just renewed his contract in 2019 for 2 years. Now it’s gotten so bad we can’t do basic internet things together.

Telus internet has created so many problems with my streaming schedule 😩 if things continue like this over the next month or two we’re going to need to switch ISP’s. With that being said.... anyone know if anyone is hiring? Mama needs a new job ASAP.

I am going to cancel my @Shawhelp cable service as a Christmas present to myself. 3 months of half of my channels not working, at full price, was being tolerated. Die Hard on Christmas Eve not working, unacceptable. @TELUS you’ll be up.... get ready. 🎄

@Quea_Ali @RyanGrieveAB I switched my home services from Shaw to Telus because their service was overpriced and intermittent. I switched cell services from Rogers to Telus because their services aren't great in rural areas. I actually had no service when I visited family in SK.

@temitysondavis Do you know what anti-trust is? Or market integration? Stop being defensive, my grouse isn't just with Rogers. The big 3 need to be broken up and/or allow more competitors. Rogers is buying Shaw to mirror Telus (home & mobile) and Bell (home & mobile). Effectively a "tripoly"

@AlexBC997 @brettdrc @Ayan604 I have a high regard for Telus and cope okay with Shaw (their customer service can be spotty but their systems are good) and though I've had little contact with Rogers I hear they're too oriented towards profits over service. Merging Shaw and Rogers would not help Cdn consumers.

That's what EVERYBODY is fearing now that it will send a signal that will cause the 1st or the 3rd largest media owners/broadcaster to take their relationship past a partnership (The Winter Olympics in 2010 caused Telus & Bell to be in a partnership) into an outright buyout.

@AlexBC997 @brettdrc @Ayan604 By coincidence my wife needed a new cellphone today so she got a deal at London Drugs and Telus customer service actually was helpful in getting all realigned; even though I didn't have my PIN number at hand (and not memorized) the help line still was able to work things through.
