Christina Easton (@chreas21) reported from Leduc, Alberta@TELUS customer service is appalling. It’s not the agents fault I am sure it is the culture that has been created. Heaven forbid you want to speak to a person. Online chat is a robot so useless. Agents don’t take the time to actually look into anything with any effort.

Lance Wunsch (@lance_wunsch) reportedIs anyone else tired of the big 2 mobile and home ‘phone internet providers’? Here we have Telus and Bell, Rogers doesn’t have good mobile coverage. No decent customer service. They have sent it out of the country so they can pay people extremely low wages compared to Canada. Always trying to gouge the customer. It is past time the government allows more competition. Of course this will never happen, I’m would guess it would be due to excellent corporate lobbyists. I am so tired of have a captured government and bureaucracy.

CEO | Creator Protocol Group & Protocole Créateul (@it_dingdong) reportedIf @TELUS refuses to freeze the metadata, IP logs, and routing architecture for this extortion trunk pending law enforcement disclosure, they aren't just negligent—they are providing material support to a trafficking ring. The Creator Protocol Group is watching. The public ledger is updating. Shut the node down. #endhumantrafficking

-
michaelm (@mikemoore0057) reportedRe. land line, I need to hang onto the phone number as it's registered everywhere and a PITA to change. Anyway, I too was paying a high monthly so I told Telus I was considering dumping it and they gave me a loyalty rate of $2.50 per month. They must do this to pretend they still have a customer base. And yes, porting to VOIP is something I was considering as I already have a couple of numbers.

Mark Burge (@markeburge) reportedMe: please send a tech Telus: okay, but we think it’s a software/network issue on our back end, but the only way to report it is for you to remain on the line and I won’t send a tech till the backend teams says to. And that’s why I’ve been on this call for over 80 minutes now.

THOMAS SHAJAN | PR3MNT (@PR3MNT) reported@TELUS How many times should I repeat the same thing, TELUS???????? I am tired of getting repeated cold calls and marketing calls from your agents and their random numbers. I am tired of telling them that I have already OPTED OUT of such calls. Please do not make me angry on them. If you will continue this, I will have no regrets whatsoever to cancel your services. @TELUSsupport

James Howard (@theta_quest) reported@MPelletierCIO I agree likely still has lower to go, but Dodig may have kitchen sinked the quarter to exceed expectations later. For instance, 2.1b write down for Digital may be excessive if sovereign data centres gain traction with govt support. Telus is the only one pursuing this build out.
