@Qualifyfor @TELUS Yeah. We hate calling Telus. You have to be prepared to set aside HOURS of being on hold & transferred around. Seems amateurish. You should be able to call and get routine issues addressed in a timely manner.

@TheColo97363255 @CTVNews They didn’t ping your phones location. Your cell provider did, like they always do. You consent to that ping when you have cellular service on. Then TELUS aggregated and de-identified that data before giving it to the government. Your private data wasn’t given away.

@TELUSsupport Experiencing some pretty unstable internet in the T0J postal code area. Telus website reports no outages. Definitely not an isolated incident, as problems are being reported on sites such as "Is The Service Down Canada". Could you look into it?

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS I feel your pain. At a very visceral and violent level, I feel you pain. it is a traumatic stress to deal with Telus. If you get Heidi as you CSR hang up and call again. She is diabolical.

@jcpoyser @TELUSsupport Xactly. Can’t find anything on the Telus PikTV website. I’ve no login on any device or browser and a “we’ll call in 24h” during a call with a support person that sounded completely lost. Now over 48h

After over 20 years of being a loyal @bell mobility customer,I've signed up for @TELUS . I called bell loyalty to give them a chance to match the telus offer, and they didn't. The lesson here is that there's no loyalty in companies anymore. Go where you get the best deal/service

@MondoAlberta This is going to be a massive fiasco. Also: I run a VPN to my parents house for remote support. So I can vote 8 times? I might just give away remote support and some goodies just to amass Shaw and TELUS IP's.
