    @KkfromAB @Rogers Had the same problem with Telus after 30 years of never a late payment! Pretty much said do what you gotta do went to Bell, first contract renewal was no better they all suck!

    @mattmcqueen Stick with Telus for just that reason. Customer service is the best I have dealt with. Service is about the same as the rest but the customer service makes it worth it for me.

    I know fb/ig is down because I had to call telus this morning regarding a billing issue and they have a recorded message that told me so.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS possibly the worst service and support ever. Wifi down all morning, have had technicians come multiple times in the past to fix and still no fix. Stuck on hold for hours w/ support and missed multiple important work meetings. Cant wait to switch to @ShawInfo

    @bowmancanada Not only that, many can't even choose which rates they can afford - Telus tells customers - oh that's a Shaw building so you can't choose Telus!!! WTF! How is that competitiveness; how do seniors and single parents afford basic internet & not even have access affordable rate?
