    @VanceYung_73 Telus has been fine. Koodo, a Telus subsidiary, also pretty good. Shaw was great! Rogers? Never again in this lifetime or the next.

    @GeorgeHampton25 @WestJet WJ wanted cheap customer service they got it. The agents in Telus El Salvador have a mediocre English level, they can't even understand a spelling, they work with "scripts" unnatural customer service, then they grow after 1 month of training without any exp in airlines at all

    @telus you really need to either hire better door to door salesman or just stop the practice all together. They are rude, misogynist, refuse to listen and don’t under the words “not interested” and “no”. You’re a massive company, find a less intrusive way to get new customers.
