  @CJW_101 The suggestion will allow you to know if it’s a problem with something on your end or Telus, and if it is your end what device is causing it. It needs to be done when the problem is happening so it’s hard for their techs to do.

  @TELUSsupport @TELUS home security is so bad that last night none my 3 cams recorded anything for 3+hrs.Actual security incident occurred and I had to record myself viewing the stream on my iPad for any recorded footage to be possible.Ffs!!🤬buyer beware.Not as advertised.

  @DaveBoyle3rd @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp I am on hold with Telus as well, i have the same issue since last week. So i believe it's a know issue but not known to Telus.

  @TELUS If I want to buy junk that will last 1 yr buy #Samsung. If i want something to last 5yrs buy #apple. Same goes for support. Samsung = sadSong.

  @TELUSsupport Hey Telus, I had issues with an account and You resolved the issue few months ago. Representative promised that my issue has been fixed and yet you guys are sending me another bill for freaking $1200 on a cancelled account which I am not suppos. to pay as per rep.

  @BrcDi4 The hypocrisy of this is incredible. He hands out tax cuts to large corporations, advertises for telus/Babylon healthcare app and then comes out with this ****. He has no shame.
