    @mghnn_jn @TELUS Try getting them on the phone when youโ€™re having an issue. My local store location doesnโ€™t even answer the phone. They just have a voice mail directing you to the online or *611 number.

    @Mr_Salmonid @cbcnewsbc It's the failure of Telus and the government. If Telus can scale up to 600 agents in a couple of days the problem was obviously not resources. It was leadership. Follow the money.

    Wow @TELUS wonderful customer service that when you call 4 days in a row, with no voicemail left - the one day I pick up and say that I donโ€™t have time to listen to the promos you want to tell me; the person hangs up without so much as single word further. Shame.

    @RonaldNHughes @keithbaldrey Perhaps Telus just dropped the ball and didnโ€™t have the support system in place? Average Joe will never know & press will speculate until pigs fly! Itโ€™s supposedly fixed, move on to something else
