And even if I wanted to subject myself to ****** Telus service again, I can't cos my house is only wired for what was once called Cable cos when this house was renovated, Telus wouldn't come to add service without charging a king's ransom I HATE THIS THANKS

@chantalireland @TELUSsupport I never have issues with my telus mobile, was ok with shaw cable but 5 yrs ago been crap. We were in QC and used Bell which didnt think i'd like for cable/internet but pricing ok, instead of prepicked tiers you could choose 10, 20, 30 channels and mix em up 1 a month, was great!

  • chantalireland Chantal Ireland (@chantalireland) reported

@1loriking @TELUSsupport Amazing. Great job responding to praise but not request from 13 year customer. I have starlink and used it sailing to Alaska, our Telus phones worked better in actual middle of remote channels than they do in our capital city.

It's now been 24 hours since requesting a callback from @TELUSsupport . No response, nothing. They text you saying to expect a call within 15 minutes. It's a pure scam. There is NO customer support at all for @TELUS.

  • TotallyUngood T.K (@TotallyUngood) reported

Shaw and Rogers sending me an email like I should be stoked about the buyout. Bro, I'm literally switching to Telus because of this. I will never be a Rogers customer ever again, worst customer experience of my life.

@obinson Oh, I know the Rogers-Shaw should be a blast, cell is Rogers, shaw for internet as Telus sucks out here. But maybe I can solve this with VoIP, need to do some research!

  • BossLady4T7 DAMJ 🍁🍁🍁 (@BossLady4T7) reported

@SoMersVick We are with Shaw, super ticked because we will not give Roger's our business. When the bought Sprint way back when, I fought to get out of my contract with Sprint because we dislike Roger's so much. Not excited to switch to Telus but we have no choice. It sucks big time.

@TELUSsupport -- I am a Telus user arrived in the UK and have no services, including SMS. Have not been able to get any answers on support site.

  • Glen_Allan_ Mr. Glen A. (@Glen_Allan_) reported

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport why don't you take a lesson from Shaw and copy their wifi hotspot setup. When I was a shaw customer I registered my devices on their website and they'd connect whenever was in range of one. None of this registering every time for 10 minutes run-around
