@TELUSsupport am a Telus biz customer.Just recently moved to Telus mobility as well.Requested to port 1 number, but given a new number & ported 1 number (so have 2 numbers/sims)the promotion plan also has not been applied &customer support (Philippines) ignores calls #poorservice

@AdamWylde So, I'm a little behind on my SDPN listening, but I thought Canada has 3 big telecommunications companies running all of the mobile market? Rogers, Bell & Telus. I have always heard it described as the big 3 not Big 2. Either way it still sucks.

@TELUS Why is it that some telus users received the emergency alert regarding the shootings in Langley while others didn't? Neither my daughter or I who both have cell phone plans with you received it. Scary considering we are only a few blocks from where this was happening.

But looks like your team does care about loyal customers. They are only stuck with your dated processes which make customer run from one channel to the other with no resolution. Time to switch. @TELUS @Bell do you guys care for customers? Or do you guys follow the @Fidomobile way
