@TELUS Is there a way to get through to the escalation team without waiting on hold for over an hour and getting transferred 3 times, only to be told that the last person didn’t give correct info, and there is no point in going to the escalation team because they can’t help?

@AlanBur69819353 @TELUSsupport Bell is the worst. They are GREAT on the business side but TERRIBLE on the personal. When I swapped from business to personal act my bell REP told me to jump ship & he was right. At least the telus reps are nice when you reach them but they spam like crazy.

@telus says the internet outage was not due to a beaver. The outage was because of cable damage due to a motor vehicle accident.
