I hope @telus goes out of business. The worst loyalty and customer service I’ve ever had. Absolutely atrocious and they kept making me wait on the dot every 12 minutes. They want a bill paid but are refusing to let me pay my own moms bill….

I am on the Canadian #DoNotCall list. I have asked @TELUSsupport to not have @Telus call me. I have REPEATEDLY had to deal with this. There is a note in my file. 3 calls just this week and it is only Wednesday! What exactly do I have to do to be left alone? #Cancel?

I don’t go to Subway because of the idiot monkey. I don’t use Telus because of the stupid animals. I’ll never get a Peloton because … well, a thousand reasons. I will burn my money in the streets before I invest with you because of your commercials. You HAVE to stop. Just stop.

@canucker101 There should be no difference in coverage between the two, as Koodo is a subsidiary of TELUS and utiliizes the same cell towers. Those reporting difference in coverage it may have been an isolated incident or are mistaken.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS can you guys please ask your development team to fix the horrible guide on the android tv platform. The app looks like it has not been updated in a year on my android tv, which shows you dont care, and by default channels playable on this device are missing
