    @TELUS I doubt you will help even though ive been with koodo for over a decade. Being on disability means i need to be frugal. Not refunding me and claiming you did is a bit frightening that you can be so wrong

    @jedgar my bad, i had a preconceived notion with Telus be my the one to build a data center. It’s like hearing T-Mobile building AWS or AT&T building GCP. What’s the reliability of Telus data center like?

    @peternowak If your ear isn't trained to a specific accent it can be difficult to understand what the agent is saying. It's frustrating for the caller and the agent. If Telus is using AI in this instance they've had plenty of complaints. It's using the technology to improve service.

    @trevor388569409 @Andrew_Sully @WestJet They can't even price a plane ticket ask them questions about pricing and they won't know what to say, Telus has trainers and quality agents who have never touched a plane 😒, while Canada has staff with several years of exp who do not rely on scripts

    @sitkamedia Power rates tripled for other municipalities residents to provide for the data centres. Public needs a guarantee that rates will never be impacted, is Telus getting subsidies and tax breaks by the city?
