    @micaelakimchi @TELUS Shaw gives the option for self installation for internet if you're place has had service there in the past.

    @OwenTorgerson I did this on a couple of occasions in Clearwater and then complimented the data and sent it to Telus/Mascon management. ISP, up/down speed, location(neighborhood), data plan, and type(dsl, hub, fibre, etc) are essential info to get. Good data gets things solved.

    @JohnShort_JXS Unplug the unit, count 30, then plug in. Your system may need to be rebooted. Telus support is not like it used to be, main reason I refuse to switch over.

    So (like with the Telus dead grandmother file in which Telus blocked an entire telco that in turn causes death to others at times of critical need), shouldn't people also have the power of "self-Help"? Why do we need the CCTS or the CRTC? People can do the same as Telus maybe...

    @TELUSsupport I just got off the phone with one of your techs and he informed he couldn’t help me install my telus email in my new IMac desktop. I keep getting error messages with my telus account but it’s an Apple problem? How am I supposed to get my email then??

    @TELUSsupport Telus just installed modem to start internet & cell service. Was told old service at @shawinfo was not stopped & they'd charge $210 to cancel. @Bell.ca also said they'd not stopped service, but unlike Shaw, Bell honored our agreement not to charge me cancelation.

    @JackieBee_16 @Sportsnet I have TELUS pic tv and the video is really laggy. I wonder of anyone else has that issue or if it’s a broadcast thing.
