    @SAndersonshpk @Colleen90544980 @Rogers Absolutely. We switched from Koodo(Telus) to Virgin(Bell). Customer service at Koodo is definitely superior to Virgin-I despise the fake accent they use with voicemail. We won’t renew once the 2 yr contract is up.

    @MobileSyrup Shaw has the best internet rn. Telus is bad. I was getting 600mb on Shaw then switched and could only get 100mb via Telus for the same price.

    @as_per_danielle Just switched from Telus to Shaw. With Telus for 7 years and was paying 265 per month int/cable. Saving over 100 per month with Shaw with same tv package and faster internet. Nothing but problems with Optik TV and Wifi and horrendous customer service

    @SAndersonshpk @Rogers I left them years ago and never went back. I like Bell mobility. Costs a little more but service is superior to Rodgers and Telus. I never lose data my connection even in elevators and underground parking.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport your mytelus app is borderline unusable. Ive been trying to change one of my optik tv theme packs and the app keeps saying something went wrong. I called two months ago and the rep said they changed it for me but never did.

    @johnnycanuck71 I want to stay with Shaw for Internet/cable. I know too many people who switched for free tv’s etc to Telus and regretted it. I think they threw more goodies in because the actual product has more issues. I like Telus for cell though.

    @TELUSsupport Without a doubt, Telus has been the worst company I have ever dealt with in my lifetime when it comes to billing or renewing a contract. Ever single time we spend hours renewing services, our bill is incorrect and negotiated discounts are missing! So frustrating! 👎

    @dgryski @TELUS @threeuk do the same. I have to spend time with one of their support people about once per year. The site only offers upgrades to pay more.
