@TELUSsupport @TELUS - I am on call with customer service and I asked about installation and he said, trust me it will be installed. I asked when and he said he cannot commit. Can you stop my billing because I have not received devices? he said NO.

@raiderDavid1973 @TopSecretBowTie I haven't had problems with Bell myself, but I know many who have. Will see when my current contract is over though, I might just switch over to Telus. They seem to be the least bad of the three now.

@janetwagner21 In the 48 hours when I was getting my phone unlocked, and leaving Telus, I heard from them more than in the preceding 20 years. Then, after leaving, ....I heard from a third party doing a survey for Telus to evaluate how they did at trying to retain me as a customer.

@MyTwistedMind89 @TopSecretBowTie I won’t use those Trudeau loving losers. Same with Bell. Sasktel horrible where I live. The only logical choice is Telus. Never had an issue with them ever.

Given the number of people who experienced the large volume of spam calls from Latvia today, @TELUS response to my 611 call was lukewarm at best. No acknowledgement of the magnitude of the issue.

@maxfawcett What’s unique is that in Alberta all government funding must be given to Telus who will then provide the service.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS - I received text reply from technician that he still does not have all the equipment. I asked about ETA and he says Telus is in back orders... Why do you sell something you do not have in stock? Mention tht during sell so tht customer can go 2 other provider

@OilLeak26 It's just a **** around. I wanted a different one but when they came whenever they built the house they only ran Telus so I had to cancel it and then order Telus. I just hope I can get it within the next couple days
