@winstyfloof @TELUS Such garbage. I called them today and they said “well can you switch off wifi right now” and our call IMMEDIATELY dropped. They are sending a tech out cause it’s ridiculous.

  • suspectlobster ᴳᴳSuspectLobster (@suspectlobster) reported

Cant wait to drop @TELUS as my service provider. Dog **** speed throttling company

  • max63094 Jason Fletcher (@max63094) reported

@ahmasonx @TELUS One thing to think about is how overloaded the network got. Once the power went out, everyone was on their phones. I know both Telus and Bell was overloaded big time. The outage was not a normal one, so it caused even more issues

  • jethrogibbs22 Andrew McNulty (@jethrogibbs22) reported

@TELUS After talking to 4 agents many of which were very rude and a manager who was also rude and not getting your issue resolved

  • aamurad12 The Green Rule: Electricity Is Magic 🌱 (@aamurad12) reported

@Hannah_Bananaz Huawei already supplies the current Bell & Telus LTE tower network. The question really is how much data that they were tracking made its way to China? The 5G decision is a question of how to prevent Huawei from upgrading the existing towers while continuing LTE service

  • owndestined viren scrolling stars (@owndestined) reported

@TELUS hey Telus can you help me with the bill of extra charges for no reason

  • dobradors 👕 Dobrador•com ☕ (@🏡) (@dobradors) reported

@Albert_Nobbs @Rogers Yeah, that sounds like Rogers. One of their reps referred to me as "it" in response to a publicly viewable bad review. Needless to say, it escalated from there. The only company worse than Rogers is Telus. #NeverRogers #NeverTelus

  • rodbotic rodbotic (@rodbotic) reported

@gameism I remember once being told that the telus phone system could measure voice stress, and get you to a 'supervisor' directly. it seemed to work when I tried it. getting to a supervisor anyways, not solving the issue.

  • jwattbc Jeremy Watt (@jwattbc) reported

@TELUSsupport why is that I try to use apps like ‘SN Now’ and ‘TSNGO’ and try to log in with a sign-in partner, it redirects me to the telus site and its an endless loop that never loads. By far the most frustrating thing i’ve ever experienced. Surely MANY are having this problem

  • HIPPYHOLLOWBC HippyHollow (@HIPPYHOLLOWBC) reported

@TELUS Tree branch hit my Telus line knocking out service. In excess of 3 hours on hold not able to access a repair agent. Ready to have the whole service terminated. Way to go Telus.
