@TELUSsupport @TELUS We have no cell service or internet since Sunday and no one can give us an answer on when it will return or the problem. I've lost 2 days of business. This is what we pay top dollar for? Who's going to take care of lost wages? This is affecting many here.

@TELUS so your incompetence created great damage to me. I need to work from home and I have no internet and no mobile Internet as well... And nothing will happen to you and I will have to go to a cafe in order to work until another company come in here. I m so disappointed.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport just ridiculous. So much waste of time. Basically a ghost company. Bill me wrongly and then nobody can fix it. Stores won't help either saying it's a customer service issue. So glad I left telus. Been a loyal customer for a decade. But never again. Painful.
