Kevin Juel π (@thegraniteguy5) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Wait until you try to cancel any services. Took my wife probably 20 hrs on the phone over the course of several weeks to get rid of these parasites.

Right Winged CDN (@DKNExCDN) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Call centres throughout Canada are also crap. I know someone who works at one -- third party supplier to Loblaws, Shoppers Drug, etc. The call centre employees don't care at all about the customer or the company, and laugh that they give misleading information such as, "Yes, that product was prepared in Canada." By that they don't mean that it was MADE IN CANADA. They mean that it arrived in a shipment from China and was put into a Canadian package. They laugh about it. I believe that one store was fined for their BS about products being Canadian.

Chicoresh (@Chicoresh1) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport The minute I get calls from anyone that cannot properly speak English I hang up i dont even let them get beyond a full sentence

Krustbag (@Krustbag) reported@ridge_line1 @ConradRed4 @CoryBMorgan For most people it's plenty, starlink is averaging 200-300 down for me, and 50-100 up. So by the numbers it's slower than fibre. But still plenty for streaming 4k video. That's for $140 a month I was paying $100 for 75/75 from Telus before moving to a rual address. I honestly believe that starlink is the future of internet, rather than running fibre to everyone's house

Lekari (@Lekari213766) reported@onesoccer @TELUS 50 ds away for the WC and the coach hasn't decided yet. Both may be too bad since the coach keeps rotating them. I see Dayne more focused on being the #1, but Max is better.

Alan (@Alan13105453) reportedNote this part: "same-size Telus SIM card". Received another CPO iPhone (Same model) after a time-wasting replacement process. Issue should NEVER have happened. Point stands: Telus CPO program is not at all guaranteed.

Court (@Court_TheRock) reported@stevemcniven @blondehotcoffee Rogers service is unreliable and just terrible up north. Bell is no better. I donβt even think Telus does internet up north. Only reliable internet provider is Eastlink, however quite a few people have been making the switch to starlink since itβs cheaper than eastlink.

Tahir Hameed (@thameed89) reported@TELUS Worst service ever, donβt try to use it.

Jennifer from YWG π¨π¦πΊπ¦ππ³οΈβπ (@Jenniferl554563) reported@sarobertsonca @ShelbyHappy Maybe Pierre Poilievre negotiated a payment arrangement for a customer on his paper route. Or when he did collections at Telus. Tons of experience.
