@TELUSsupport called the loyalty line months ago and was after moving our cell service over to bundle with out TV. Guy asked if we wanted to get Telus Optical, which we already had. After a game of telephone tag, I was left hanging with no loyalty at all.

@TELUS three different people claiming to be Telus mobility sales have called today. Either it’s spam, or you aren’t listening when I say stop calling me. Either way it’s an issue.

@charlotte_gill @DelBauchery Just spoke with them and she said that I need a doctor for results in case there needs to be follow-up, but that I can register for Telus health as that acts as my doctor if needed. I will get results mailed, too. My old doc said to put her down for this one. @KeriKorteling

Your service here is so piss poor in most of the areas I’ve been to, in this city. I should not be paying that much for just one bar 80 percent of the time. @TELUS

@TELUSsupport @cibc please let me know how to get a refund on a @TELUS phone that I ordered over the internet but never arrived. I am in New Brunswick. I used my Nova Scotia driver's license as ID but have not lived in Nova Scotia for three years because I was in transitional housing in PEI.

I understand Koodo is a budget provider and they don’t offer speeds/plans that compare to their big sister, Telus… but my partner has a 5G @Telus plan and is having the same issues with service/speeds. Switching isn’t a solution if I’m just going to encounter the same issues.

@TELUSsupport Is it possible for Telus to send a confirmation when the service will come back? My wife can’t work without internet. Thanks

@TELUSsupport @TELUS how about you actually fix our service and stop patching it or sending out a tech for the 4th time. This sucks.
