  • SheldonR Sheldon Rayman (@SheldonR) reported

    @CityNewsTO Switch to Koodo and benefit from the same Telus network without paying the extra CC fee.

  • er3s Chris Stepaniuk (@er3s) reported

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS So you don’t make enough money, you gotta add a 1.5% credit card surcharge to customer bills, what a pathetic company, and here I was about to sign up for your Fibre, not happening now, you greedy *****.

  • AdvocatingHere Beautifully Inclusive (@AdvocatingHere) reported

    @AB_MD_WarRoom well, that is bullshit. (sigh). If people are paying their ridiculously high bills the least TELUS can do is eat that damn charge. @TELUS Not cool.

  • FaridaS03 Farida (@FaridaS03) reported

    @CTVNews What? That’s outrageous! Not that I’m a Telus customer but it’s crazy! #Telus

  • KarinEvolve Karin. (@KarinEvolve) reported

    @TheFalconer @TELUS It is a tone deaf move absolutely. Non-profits are adding the fee to donations now which makes sense. Not sure why the very profitable Telus thought this was a good idea but it easily falls into the "not good customer service" column.I intend to protest this as a shareholder.

  • ChairmanMeow22 Chairman Meow's Ghost (@ChairmanMeow22) reported

    @jodyvance @CRTCHearings These telecoms have a lot of ***** to try and pull this stunt. Hey @TELUS if this goes thru I will be a former (high $) customer.

  • Fortunax22 Anthony Fortunaso (@Fortunax22) reported

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere come October. What a stupid money grabbing move to charge credit card fees on top of your already egregious prices. Disgusting.

  • BCBoisvert Brian (@BCBoisvert) reported

    @GordinKelowna @jodyvance @CRTCHearings My response will be to pull out the check book, stamps and envelope and support my mail carrier with payment by paper check. It will cost less then the CC fee and support jobs. And cost Telus man hours to process payments. #paybycheck should start a movement against Telus

  • simblain Simon Blain (@simblain) reported

    Telus made a profit of 2 billion dollars off consumers backs, and now they want to charge even more when paying by credit card. **** you, greedy @TELUS

  • 24SevenZen Alan 🇺🇦 (@24SevenZen) reported

    @TheFalconer @TELUS That’s total bullshit. CC fees have existed and not changed for decades. This is almost as bad as @CineplexMovies charging for a “booking fee” when we buy tix through the app
