Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • dk_denys Denys DK (@dk_denys) reported

@TELUS @BrianYeomans Telus has recently withdrew $430 from our account for about 300Mb of data out of plan. So disappointed, as Telus committed to help arriving Ukrainians, but now took all our money, even though we are those Ukrainians with 2 little kids fleeing the war in Ukraine

  • PurplePathtoGod I belong to Christ & Heaven (@PurplePathtoGod) reported

No response to this message from TELUS AI sourcing either. They'd call me fake or mock me for seasonal job at Amazon. It's what their team is paid to do. They've made money by making me look evil or bad because I'm not! #deception

  • ITweetBBQ BBQ (@ITweetBBQ) reported

@telusheps bought our alarm company and we have to register on their website to pay them the @telus website is the single most unusable piece of garbage i've ever seen and i've voluntarily installed netscape navigator

  • gb10xnm Boxer Hill (@gb10xnm) reported

@KatyaAndYourDad I had koodoo for 2 years out here in Alberta and it was great. They were much cheaper than all other alternatives and it just worked well all the time. Working with the online only part was easy and trouble free. I would do it again. Koodoo IS Telus though so check a coverage map

  • HLCMoonrock Yuchen Hou (@HLCMoonrock) reported

@TELUS Ongoing internet outage at M3A (North York Ontario) since this morning; modem cannot make a connection. No service outage according to your website; please confirm if there is an issue.

  • JimboPopowich Jimbo Popowich (@JimboPopowich) reported

@mogrant61 @TELUS Just reduce part of your service, in increments if possible. Tell them what you are doing. They reduced my bill by thirty bucks a month.

  • Jay24Nelson Jay (@Jay24Nelson) reported

… sorry @TELUS One more strike against the desire to use your service. Increasing roaming charges is ridiculous. As a life long user of BC Tel and now @TELUS I am now seriously weighing options. #TelusRoaming

  • Maniac1655 David Appleby (@Maniac1655) reported

@TELUSsupport Yet you make everyone share the same master password to access your services. Maybe I want to allow someone else in the residence the ability to watch Telus TV on their iPad without being able to change the service.

  • dk_denys Denys DK (@dk_denys) reported

@TELUS @FriendlyFuture Telus has recently withdrew $430 from our account for about 300Mb of data out of plan. So disappointed, as Telus committed to help arriving Ukrainians, but now took all our money, even though we are those Ukrainians with 2 little kids fleeing the war in Ukraine
