@TELUSsupport This is not a tech support issue. This is an issue of a lack of towers in place and poor systems. 5G will not transmit as far so towers must be closer. @telus concentrates on urban centres where there are more people

@UrbanEdm @michaeljanz why is it that TekSavvy can provide internet for 25% less cost than shaw and Telus if the duopoly of large companies are not already gouging us. Giving them permission to further gouge us would be stupid.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS I am having the very worst experience with your Smart Home security team. So far 5 times, they have rescheduled the installation appointment. I hope your technician will come in-time to this 6th appointment & going to install it.

@JohnHaleCrimLaw @Bell @TELUS They really are cut off as very few people have landlines anymore. It is very damaging to leave human beings without a support system.

@bowker_john A credit card fee is a cost of doing business. It makes it easy for the customer and the company to collect payment. This should not be allowed. Telus take a lesson form OLG who were trying to charge a fee for processing lottery tickets on line, but since retracted it

@Feisty_Waters Right of passage to have war room ***** try to intimidate through feigned 'surveillance'. Fakeish Been there, thus my empty ID. You might want to change your passwords using VPN. Address, name, etc can facilitate hacks. Telus, Rogers, etc have a leaky security access problem.

@TELUSsupport I wish that you offered better service to your customers; the Telus Home Security was what I wanted for my house, but the service is so subpar and the hardware failing so constantly that it makes my life harder instead of easier.

@kirsten__alyssa @TELUS I couldn’t agree with you more. The worst by far and unfortunately I’m stuck with them as they are the exclusive provider for the building I live in. How I miss Shaw and I never thought I would say that.

@TELUS Just imagine telus earn 27 billion or more every year. But they are still expensive service. People need to stop using this expensive overpriced network company.
