@TELUS @TELUSsupport I would like to thank Telus for designing a customer service system where you get bounced from department to department until you're disconnected or give up. #NotHelpingAnyone #IhaveNoOptions

  • R1R1p R R (@R1R1p) reported

@theprovince @TELUS Unfortunately, this is just false advertising. If @telus was at all sincere we would have coverage everywhere. The Princeton area during the Garrison fire and recent Knutson fire there was very little signal available. Otter valley, Highway 5a, and Hwy 40 still have NO service.

  • Freddi 🇨🇦 Heather 💉💉 (@Freddi) reported

@TELUS I am not happy with your Security side of the business... Why do you have support tickets on our dashboard if you are going to ignore them? Why are you charging me to come to fix your equipment? @TELUSsupport @AlarmDotCom

  • L8nMusic L8N_Music (@L8nMusic) reported

My God, @TELUS, trying to add to my services via either your website or the My Telus app is such a brutally inefficient, inelegant waste of time, I nearly want to cancel my acct! I’ve spent so much time on websites buying things but yours is an utter nightmare! #Telus #Fail

  • BigtimeYYC Aaron Stayner 💉💉💉 (@BigtimeYYC) reported

@chrisdoyle78 Mixed use or bust, but I fear the lack of amenities would make it a tough sell for residential. Dare I say even Telus Sky has that problem (but is much closer to EV Superstore).

  • albertarabbit albertarabbit 🌎 (@albertarabbit) reported

@TELUSsupport We have called our provider Mascon (a Telus company) every day for three days. They seem not to know how to fix it.

  • zacharyweeks Zachary Weeks👨‍🦼♿️ (@zacharyweeks) reported

Anyone else having @TELUS issues on the northside of #yeg?

  • a_m_s_ns 𝙰. 𝙼𝚒𝚍𝚍𝚕𝚎 𝚂𝚞𝚛𝚗𝚊𝚖𝚎 🇨🇦 (@a_m_s_ns) reported

... I left Telus for their ****** service. But at least I could stream a 144p YouTube video!... or a simple audio file. Again, UP YOUR THROTTLED SPEEDS. I mean, Jesus, at least make them comparable to a McDonald's Wi-Fi!! ====

  • GarCare Gary Care (@GarCare) reported

@telus When will you offer Disney+ as an app on your service?

  • Cyn38959631 Cyn (@Cyn38959631) reported

@Shawhelp @topherzac Pretending you care is nice and all, but Shaw upper managment would never back it up. Curious how many long-term, multi-contract clients you lost over Dec because Telus Fiber is cutting your price in half and paying the cancellation fees. Shaw's offer? A one-time $100 credit.
