    . @TELUS please fix my account, after being allowed to buy a phone that wasn’t actually in stock I cannot buy a different one and I’m told to wait 3-5 days. Meantime my current phone is kinda busted. I just want what I ordered in timely fashion

    Canceled my @TELUS iPhone 14 pre-order that I had placed on sept 9th .. instead they tried to cancel one of my other lines …. @TELUSsupport y’all crazy … I think it’s time to find another company if y’all can’t follow simple instructions an almost cancel a whole other line

    @TELUS I had to ask two of your alarm salesmen to stop talking and get off my property for the second time this summer and you're losing me for a customer if I have to do it again. The aggressive door-to-door pitch is pretty pathetic for a company of your size

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport douchebag move making customers now pay an extra 1.5% if they use a credit card to pay for their services. Being a customer for 20 years doesn't seem worth it any longer...
