@PrimeBane @danisu87 DM Telus support on twitter here to see if they know of anything. If you really need internet right now use a cell phone as a hotspot for your comp.

@TELUS there’s an outage affecting internet and TV in Surrey. I had to wait 45 mins on hold to find this out because it’s not listed as an outage on your website.

@MTLWaters @YYCanadiens No blackouts on Centre Ice I don’t think (?). The annoying thing is the Telus guide doesn’t show what network is on what channel so I often end up recording a Habs feed that I didn’t want (e.g. opponent’s regional broadcast).

@TELUS @TELUSsupport you do realize that customer loyalty is important? I am so disappointed in you. Counting down the days when my contract is up!!! #theworst #worsethanrogers #neveragain

@MsYouDoYou They’re both evildoers for sure, we left Telus for the same reason. We Basically submitted to the fact that we’ll get shite customer service from both, so we need the actual faster speed and we’ll put up with the bullshit.

@SarcasticCan @kaythird Ubiquitous cellphone service is a joke in Canada. My area has really poor cell service. Bell, Telus and Rogers can’t seem to fix it. I think that they are waiting for 5G

@TELUS As a follow up, now at day 4 of Telus promising to fix this and call us back. Nothing from them. Easier to promise than to actually do something

@DugganC I'm on Telus, perhaps the 5G thing is an issue. I've just reinstalled it, see what happens.
