John Tschritter (@Tschritter33) reported@TELUSsupport @TELUS have called in and have done multiple online chats. Problem always seems solved at the end of those conveys only for nothing to happen. A month seems a little long for 5-7 business days. I’ve been told 5-7 more days 3 times now.

spider man (@officertbansk) reported@TELUS why does your internet service constantly go out at my residence? I just payed to upgrade speeds hoping maybe that might help but I have noticed no difference, and the internet goes out at least 3 times a night, every night.
