@TELUS I hate your company so much. I pay 110 a month for the worst internet/data I've ever had in my entire life. You have made me so angry with your disrespect that I will go out of my way to have people switch from Telus to Roger's or anything esle besides your service.

@CRTCeng I am asking that you deny Telus request for a 1% surcharge on cell phone bills as this is unnecessary and increases the price of cell phone service for people when it is not necessary

remember 3 days ago when I praised @TELUS - well I take it back!!!! I just got my e-bill and there are over 300$ of mistaken charges, including 3 x 50$ connection fees. for STAYING AN EXISTING CUSTOMER!!!! you better make this right

@CRTCeng @TELUS for the CRTC to give permission for the 1.5% credit card processing fee would be ridiculous. This will cause more issues between consumers and these price gauging companies.

@SmatthewAF @TELUS When I got this email I switched over to Telus' "generic brand" Koodo, on same network. I got the same plan for 40$ less per month than Telus. Telus' proposed cell phone bill increase cost Telus my $700 annually.
