    Does anyone else’s Shaw internet randomly stop working? Do people with @TELUS internet have this problem?

    @A_MacLeod_Tyee This issue is critical to many in BC who do not have a GP or NP, and do not have a walk-in clinic in their community - like Parksville/QB. Telus Health is now our ONLY option for prescription renewals and basic health services.

    @A_MacLeod_Tyee @SoniaFurstenau I've used the Telus service. There was no fee and I spoke to a doctor who gets reimbursed through MSP, so what's the issue?

    @EVYSTADIUM @carmeIodrama I worked at the Eaton center telus in my mid 20s. You truly never know who is going to walk into a telecomm at 8 on Thursday. It might literally be Sandra Oh (which happened) or an unhinged mom threatening to whip a phone at you.

    @TELUSsupport just got a phone call from Telus & the woman had no clue. She kept talking about my Kudo acct when we’ve been with Telus for almost 25 yrs (before it was even Telus) unbelievable. What terrible customer service. 0 acknowledgment for my loyalty. Best look for better
