Good old spam Service Canada calls...from a TELUS mobility cell number, telling me my Social Insurance Number has been suspended because of criminal activity. Not today, spam-bots, not today...

@TELUS I’m a new customer and I will be cancelling my service with you after less than 2 weeks. My phone never got delivered, I followed all the processes and then you tell me in 30 days you’ll let me know if I get one? Terrible customer service. You won’t get another $ from me

@TekSavvyBuzz 2008 Dave Wireless aka Mobilicity spent a mere $243 million to build their own network. By 2013 they withdrew from CWTA, citing "bias in favour of Rogers, Bell and TELUS". During restructure Telus tried to buy them. Catalyst Capital Group & Canadian government halted the deal.

@Shawhelp Random blackouts the last couple of days. This has been happening off and on for a year. I hate to say it but I may go to Telus. I've been with Shaw for 15 years but for the last year it's service has been hit and miss.

Interesting experience with Telus contractor today. Internet outage, turns out to be planned work. No notice, missed a call yesterday. No VM. Technician told me I 'should have picked up'. Explained my wife works from home. No sympathy. Very rude. Wouldn't give name or ETA.
