And on top of that, the reps promise they will watch the bill to ensure that it’s fixed. Yet it’s never fixed. The rep who sold the service never responded since it’s obvious they only cared about making a sale. @TELUSsupport @TELUS

@SkylarRadzion @TELUS Switch to Telus wait until the **** show starts tv going down internet barley working.

  • TheAverageLebo1 Suckers pay billionaires $8 (@TheAverageLebo1) reported

@cmcalgary Shaw falsely advertises fibre plans, yet they only run coax to the house; hence your terrible upload speeds rather than full duplex. Call Telus and tell them what you're paying for with Shaw and they'll match it, plus give you duplex speed.

@TELUS is such an unprofessional company. 2 hours on the phone 7 people spoken too and we can’t solve an issue. Apparently 3 years ago I closed my account. There was a balance. They sent me one email to an account that was closed now I have a $500 collection shaw here I come.

@BCKenzee @TELUS @ShawInfo Wow, that's a lot, it all adds up in the end. I'm not sure about Shaw service, Telus just doesn't play fair, Telus is not so great anymore, they went down hill, Must be the Telus Babylon they focus on, it sure isn't what we pay for.

  • FabricThief Onion Coward + 2 grief markers (@FabricThief) reported

Almost impressed by how absolute **** Telus makes the experience of modifying their wifi. I just want 2.4Ghz for my printer. I've somehow broken a nail trying, and still haven't done it. (I have a diploma in computers)

Is there a @TELUS internet outage? We’ve been without internet since last night. Located in Richmond, BC @TELUSsupport

  • glanz G (@glanz) reported

@cmcalgary Shaw Fibre+ 500 with Total TV for $135. I gave up on telus years ago and would never go back

  • BCKenzee M McKenzie (@BCKenzee) reported

@bee2216 @TELUS @ShawInfo I've been comparing packages between telus & Shaw today. It appears the package I have with telus I can get for $45 a month cheaper with Shaw. I'm just not sure how their customer service or quality of their services are. I've had way too many issues with telus in the past year.

  • mobutils James Pike 🇨🇦 (@mobutils) reported

@cmcalgary Fiber+/FlexFiber isn't fiber to the home like Telus (in some areas) its fiber to their distribution area. It still uses the coax for that last mile. It's actually the exact same Shaw network your already using (for the most part). Without commitment/contract with Shaw.
