Completely unhappy with @TELUS @TELUSsupport today. What other service providers do all of you use? I’ve been with them for 15 years.

  • nanferrer Fernando (@nanferrer) reported

1/2 Here is how @telus has the worst @TELUSsupport for business ever!. Change my data plant less than a week ago. MuTelus app shows I have used 400Mb of 80 Gig available. I was told for roaming is around $15 per day. I landed in Paris turned my cellphone on and 4 mins later

  • larrytruckerguy Larry D (@larrytruckerguy) reported

@RobertChaulk @Bell I used Telus when I lived down there. Very happy with them.

  • RonaldNHughes Ron Hughes (@RonaldNHughes) reported

@bassman_andy In the past I’ve had more problems with Telus than Shaw. As this outage dragged on I was seriously thinking of calling Telus but kept that in mind, as well as the hassle of changing providers.

@cryptopillar @TELUS I am a shareholder. You should be punished for canceling service hence the runaround and frustration. Think of how frustrating it is for me when the share price goes down. Instead of a 3 week holiday at the Ritz in Hawaii it's now been changed to 3 weeks in Bahamas. Shame on you

@Saintly_too Hi there! Have you tried downloading the bill using the browser login or reinstalling the TELUS app?

  • Cat_Lorenz Lorenzo’s Oil (@Cat_Lorenz) reported

When @TELUS tells you the number to call….it’s the same one you literally called and are currently talking to them on. So then you stay on hold again for hours… but when you want to add a service you’re in and out in minutes…

  • CommonSenseSoc Common Sense (@CommonSenseSoc) reported

that post 6 am coffee, interrupted until 7 am due to a power failure... stuff later course, with the failure we have @telus changing my IP *again* because they are not smart enough to keep the old one, causing major problems with secure logins.. asshats

  • Cat_Lorenz Lorenzo’s Oil (@Cat_Lorenz) reported

@ryanwhitney6 Have you ever been fortunate enough to have the experience of trying to cancel any kind of service from @TELUS? Gong show to say the least…. But adding a service??? “Well let’s just get you in and out quick so you can get on with your day sir..”

  • at54_allan Allan T (@at54_allan) reported

@RealAndyLeeShow Hmmm , I seen on here a test to apparently check if your phone is traceable. Dial star pound 06 pound. My phone flashed 4 barcodes and asked OK. I phoned and asked Telus to explain. Future option for using multiple service providers. It's your phone's identity.
