Prepaids. 3G data speed in smaller buckets. Lucky (Bell) has a number for help. So does Chatr (Rogers) but they chg for almost everything they do if you call. Public (Telus) only has an online msg board. Lucky sim cards are $4 @ Giant Tiger or Dollarama.
