Brine (@foolonthehill) reported@MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

Still think there’s some serious lapses in customer service though, even something as simple as a “hey, your 2 year agreement is coming to an end” email would have prevented this mess…

From Enderby to Cherryville to Okanagan Falls, two bars is not sufficient let family know we are ok. Do better! @Telus @Bell @Rogers

Bonnie & Stephen (@bonnewillbonne) reported@MeaghieC Pharmacists can do emergency refills in BC. Hopefully you will have some luck with Telus or another telehealth provider. Or show up at an urgent care clinic. Not sure where you live, but the one in Chemainus BC is really good.

You tell me I can't speak to a manager.. So in essence wasted my ENTIRE GOTDAMN TIME. I will be escalating this to the BBB cause this is the WORST cx experience.

Clayton (@phinx404) reported@TELUS I had to switch one already after they went in store to get new sim. Try to help but it’s just another dead zone in southern Ontario. I have others that drop or silence for 10 seconds in same spots while they driving. It’s useless. 20yrs and worst reception.
