@TELUSsupport TELUS is disrupting the Covid vaccination process. Effective March 21 Telus will no longer host their Webmail forcing all users to migrate to Google. This at a time when Public Health need to contact people for vaccination. Thumbs down to Telus for stupid decisions

@TELUSsupport Hello, I'm moving at the end of this month into a brand new building, was told internet was free for 1st year. What's the best way for me to schedule internet installation and options? Currently I'm only a Telus Mobility customer. Thanks!

@Flagpole_Canada hm. Wasn't you that brought up MSRP & the wireless code? I can't recall who it was then. Few people raised this issue w/ me asking for help. Inflated device rates above the MSRP & Telus applying a "special" which wasn't so special. In all cases people complained of Telus.

Last Sunday, around 1pm, I reached out to @TELUSsupport about our terrible internet quality & was assured that my file had been escalated and I would be contacted by a manager “shortly”... it’s now Thursday at 9pm and no one has called... I get only excuses from #Telus. I’m done.

@texfre @adriandix Blame Telus who is Contracted to provide that Service. Ministers cannot micromanage this although ultimately they are responsible. Telus screwed up.

@JT_Fisherman @TELUS That was my deal too, I buy phones outright so I have had the same plans since 2016. They were never supposed to increase.

  • revolutionvote Right of Revolution (@revolutionvote) reported

Just got an email from @TELUS notifying me that my 3 cell lines will each increase by $5/month. Who should I switch to? I'm done with @Telus. I've been a loyal customer since 2001, 20yrs. When Telus was good. Remember #PlatinumPerks? Those were the days.
