    @StandingHannah @fordnation Add... (1) You will receive a text promoting the next new "health service" offering from Telus Health (or the equivalent) once a week. (2) When the doctor you like leaves for a different clinic, your clinic will refuse to tell you where he/she went or transfer your records.

    This makes me want a telus support sucks page and you gotta love thev only send out less then half but bill like you been use the device for months now how messed this company is there just money hungry say one thing and do another

    @pattibacchus @TELUS @TELUSsupport We're on Shaw, but I lose my internet several times a day and constantly need to reconnect. Power glitches? Outages? Household wifi issues? Who knows. I have come to feel there is no great option and frustration is inevitable. 🙄

    The key point is recognizing that brief, episodic healthcare (UPCC's, Telus, etc.) is wholly inadequate to address this problem. When people can see someone, it's brief, narrowly focused, and the equivalent of playing whack-a-mole with symptoms. 4/

    @pattibacchus @TELUS @TELUSsupport We are with Shaw. Customer service is awesome but the actual service itself is subpar for what you are paying.

    @TELUSsupport Having an issue with the My Telus app. It seems to get stuck on the Introduction to EverSafe page and I can’t get out of it. Have tried reloading the app and it doesn’t work.

    @CRTCeng Is there a form or email address to fill out to protest against @Telus - @TELUSsupport application to tax customers 1.5% surcharge for those that pay by credit card? We have mandate to keep cell bills down. #Telus is not helping this cause.
