i guess Telus is trying to take advantage of their situation of them having a "service failure " (in Aug 2022) by instilling a 1.5% service fee on top of your credit card bill payment.?? What happens in the situation that you have a 2 year service contract with Telus???

  • TiGERA_ bby (@TiGERA_) reported

telus is genuinely the worst ******* company. i hate them so much

  • Creerarts マゼン (@Creerarts) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport a service fee to pay your bill via Credit Card? Ha ha ha @Rogers let's talk business! I have 4 lines to port over.

  • krytri Krystle DeLong (@krytri) reported

Super glad I’m not a @TELUS customer. I’ve been on hold for an hour and 18 minutes. The chat function (which I doubt I could use anyway) has timed me out 2x waiting for 13, 11 and 15 people to get their service. @TELUSsupport is this what you expect your customers 2 put up with?

i think magaapply siguro ako as customer service rep sa telus, have to discern kasi ang goal ko talaga is work experience and a new life living maturely in my own terms and living independently

@TELUS a 1.5% credit card fee? So that means we’re paying 1.5% more on our current contract also! The contract that we signed isn’t respected at the end. I will fill a complaint with @CRTCeng

  • michaelbolton Michael Bolton (@michaelbolton) reported

@Maaikees @TELUS @TELUSsupport That's a really good theory. Three things argue against it: 1) I believe that feature was disabled at the time of the incident; 2) The WiFi here seems to have been pretty robust. 3) Wi-Fi Assist (though disabled) shows only 209MB of data consumed.

Called into @TELUS to activate a new phone on their network here in Vancouver, waited 40 min to be connected to someone who immediately connected me to “tech support” which was 15 minutes of hold music and then 4 minutes of ringing before the call abruptly ended. So, not great.

@TELUS hey telus. Currently having signal/connection issues in the winnipeg area. Is that area down? Please get back to me as soon as possible because i havent had connection on my phone for almost 3 hours now (currently using wifi)

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Seriously, if all the gouging is not enough, now it's Credit card fees. If you are going to behave like #nofrills, then your price needs to come down. You can't be both!
