@2closetocall 1. The TV anywhere app I use don't have ads, the non-premium broadcasters apps do 2. I only subscribe to News+Sports+Crave which works just fine added to basic cable. Everything else is stuff I'd never watch. 3. Telus lets you modify online now, or did last time I did it.

@TELUS Why must you be such a garbage company, I pay 100$ a month for internet that doesn't even work. It's day after day of "Connected without internet" like either fix your **** or lose another customer. Worthless garbage.

@QaiserMahboob1 @TELUS Telus used to have fabulous customer service. It used to be that I wouldn’t get a reply like I got. Loyalty used to mean something until Telus started taking away agents’ abilities to help.

@Howlingmutant0 @baltic_dan Lol no. I used to work at that CHC a while back on a short term contract.. That database software was some garbage called NOD - Nightingale On Demand (bought by Telus now, if you care), but it had this amazing VTT app built in. Only the employees who worked directly with clients

@CBCNews Telus is a ripoff. Can’t get more than 2 bars at the best of times in the Comox Valley. Apparently similar up and down Eastern Vancouver Island. Service use to be ok but it has steadily gotten worse over the last 3 years and CRTC won’t do anything.

Hi @koodo! I'm wondering what I can do about consistently low cell reception at home. I get poor audio on calls, dropped calls and often calls go right to voicemail. This isn't new, it been gradually getting worse over the last couple of years. It's also affecting the Telus cells
