  Hey @TELUS how is a customer supposed to know when to call you when your automated assistant AND your website do not give your hours of operation? I'm trying to sign up with a new service because I'm sick of @Rogers, and it's proving to be incredibly frustrating!

  @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

  @DouglasTodd @TELUS I would argue that the immigration drove down prices. 10 years ago, I was paying 70 dollars for 1 line with a few GB of data. Today, I have two lines and 150 GB of shared data for 70 dollars.

  @bruce_mcgonigal @bcndp YUP I have had same & did reach out to find out "who" has authority to use system & the emergency coordinator after some pushing sort of admitted besides keystone copsxHe suggested RICHMOND ndp mla So I called Crickets I will call Telus to see "who" they would allow

  Telus doesnt hire a single Canadian customer care representative and they only operate in Canada. They profit 1.3b per year. That 1.3b could be used to employ roughly 30,000 Canadians full time for 40,000 a year, roughly another 3,000 if they fired the international employees.

  @NicoletteFuller @Rogers My mom had Telus for a bit had the same sort of issue. Think she went to telus and talked to them about going to the US go visit me, i will ask her and let you know. Her bill wasn't much if anything due to wifi everywhere
