  Maybe, one day, I'll be able to get through to @TELUS on the phone to scrap my crappy @Koodo prepaid account so that I can then go back to Telus prepaid. I guess my naivety got someone a bonus down at the Telus store, even if it meant frustrating a customer.

  @TheArtistWillS I got ****** by Telus, which is a Canadian provider. And they locked me into this contract and failed to mention several things and this woman said there was no proof. @TELUSsupport Even escalating did not help so I want to file a complaint about the escalation team.

  @koodo Thank you, but the only way I will fix the problem I have is by switching my Wife's account back to Telus. Changing anything on my Telus prepaid account is a breeze and I want the same simplicity for both phones. Don't worry, you don't make that much money from me anyway.
