@CarmenCrincoli This is increasingly A Thing. Take @Telus, for example. Their corporate policies are hot garbage, and the company is actively customer hostile...but the @TELUSsupport staff are top notch. Within the bounds of their limited authority, they are dedicated, helpful, caring people.

Is there any management left at Telus? I am a 2 month customer with a completely messed up bill and no one will resolve the issue. I over paid my first bill by $300 under the premise the second bill would be straightened out and have spent hours on the phone since to no avail...

Wow. All these privileged ppl not getting the vaccine bc of the 5G/GPS/WiFi/Bluetooth capabilities, smh. That ****'s expensive as hell y'all. Give me that shot asap so I can tell Telus Mobility to go **** themselves from my bicep. Which vaccine has (truly) unlimited data?

CCNA costs about $325 USD it looks like, and Network+ is $338 USD. I used to tutor for the CCNA, and Linux+ and Security+ exams but never sat for any of them because it was in-person only in another city. Telus requires Cisco's CCNA certs for its network techs.

.@Telus Once again, I'm reminded that I have to tell you that your throttled speeds are TOO BLOODY SLOW!! I've been trying for the last hour to stream a movie (at an amazing 360p!), and for the life of me, it's an impossible f**king task via your service!!...

@TELUS when you’re a customer for 10 years and the representative tells you everything is working, only to find out he did nothing and the account remains in inactive status. Now I have to wait until tomorrow morning to get things sorted

  • JHeatherbell Julian Heatherbell (@JHeatherbell) reported

@divya Last time a Telus technician came to my house they just logged on to the router without asking me what the password was. They definitely do have a server login. Their router also silently creates an extra wifi network for their TV box to connect through. Very common stuff. =[

@CarrotTop1023 Hey Tim, I had that issue earlier tonight with messages notifications. Not that this would likely contribute to why it’s happening, but curious what carrier you’re on? I’m on Telus here

Turns out it was a very clever SCAM. The deal sounded too good to be true. And it was. They sent me a contract by email. Warning bells went off w/the language. I called Telus 1-866 customer service to verify. Thankfully before I gave out any ID or credit card information.

I hate @telus... can't rely on this garbage internet when WFH, takes hours to connect with an agent and their only advice is to restart the modem. Canada needs more internet/TV providers because @telus knows they can give us crappy service since they have no real competition
