@theteapixie @CBCAlerts I just know I’m switching from Shaw to Telus before Rogers eats Shaw up. Lord, I don’t want to but I don’t see any way I’ll stay with Shaw given this and Rogers’ abysmal Customer Service récord.

@RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for 17 yrs and I'll be switching to Bell or Telus once my contract is up. TWO outages in just over a year?! That's not reliable at all, also if 5G is supposed to be the "next great thing", the latency is always over 100ms, that's bad service in modern times

@Rogers, it appears that your internet just went down again. Luckily, I can still tether our office to @TELUS...again!

@globalhalifax All the Canadian Telcos need a serious wake up call. Cell service is still way too expensive for what we get. Please don't get me going on their device replacement programs / device insurance programs. An absolute scam. Shame on you @koodo @TELUS

@RogersHelps No problem. It took me an hour to switch to Telus the day after, plus I used the opportunity to locking for 2 years with a new phone. Thanks Rogers.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport So is it normal for your crews or your sub contractors to cut your competitors lines while installing your new fiber cables? It would be worth training your employees to at least acknowledge that is what they did and apologize. I will never go with Telus.

@RogersHelps - More details: We are AT&T customers who roam while visiting Montreal. Whenever the Telus signal was stronger, our phone would switch to Telus and work. During a one-brand outage, customers need to be able to manually choose which signal to connect to!!
