    @staceyy_j @TELUSsupport I must have a charmed Telus fairy looking over me. I hear so many stories about people having poor Telus Service experiences. I've never had a negative interaction with them. Seriously, every time I've needed them they've been friendly, helpful, on-time, and thorough.

    @kingdomofwench @USAA_help When will companies learn that it is better to help than to get tons of negative publicity on a platform like Twitter? I'm going through the same thing with Telus... only I'm telling everyone on Twitter what bastards they are and not them. They should know better.

    @IRPlawyer @TELUS Cancel the appt and tell Telus you are filing a complaint with the CRTC. It's your house. The problem is that unvaxxed people are also the ijits who won't wear a mask properly. If you do need them to fix it - video them while inside your house to have proof of proper masking.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS got billed for dialing my voicemail without a roaming pkg, only to find messages were scams/phishing. CSR agent arguing that “I used my phone while roaming”. What a dumb and counterintuitive customer experience

    Wished we had more competitors in media home services than @TELUS! They have worse customer service er and they gouge customers at every turn! They harass customers too! This rings true for all the cell companies too. If there was more competition, the prices wud drop! 😡

    @Bateson_AB Follow these steps. 1) Post the meme to your social media 2) When Shandro shows up send your children inside 3) Listen carefully as he screams from your driveway. 4) When down call Telus Babylon support to have him picked up and removed.

    @IRPlawyer @TELUS I am going through something similar with a concern of increasing & breakthrough cases with compromised people in my home, for more repairs which previous 3 did not work for same issue. I am just the little guy.
