This sounds like a spammer or scammer spoofing our caller ID to pretend to be TELUS. Our team would never speak to anyone like that. The problem is the hideous customer service, they would be better if nobody picked up the phone. I cancelled my cable, took weeks.

It looks like Virgin Plus at Bell offers the best plan at the best rates and Koodo at Telus plays a lot of pricing games on customers. So few choices in Canada. Wonder how that happened?
