    So for all the rural Alberta folk, who makes a phone with the best phone service? Don’t care much about the camera or apps, but the actual phone. On Telus currently, and not liking the last several iPhones I’ve had (XR currently).

    @TELUSsupport - You must look into the #customerservice. It's absolutely unacceptable in waiting/communication times (60 min is absolute minimum), the need to contact 3 times for the same issue and inability to accept online requests for stuff which @TELUS screwed up. #telus

    @TELUS Hi there, I used the international call to Iran from Sep 28 until October 13, and I have been charged. I called customer Service, and they did not solve my issue. Would please help me

    @returntologic21 @TELUS @TELUSsupport This happened to me when I called to cancel my Walmart card. 30 minutes on the phone trying to convince me to keep it. All I kept saying,"Cancel my card please." I just checked, the friggen thing is still active !!!! It has been a month since I cancelled.

    I am 74 minutes into waiting for the response from @TELUSsupport. The issue was with the wrong billing. When technician visited at the end of September, I phoned @TELUS and was told that they won't include technician visit fee - I spent 60 min on phone on that day. #telus
