    @TELUS How can uou treat a customer of 20 years with such disdain. a S22 Samsung 50$ a month and 65$ a month contract. Thiefs..unbelievable I have been paying 80 a month with a S4 Samsung since 2013

    ** Tofield ** Ongoing outage update : Telus is aware the issue is BEFORE Tofield and many of their commercial clients are offline. They are still determining time to repair.

    @TELUS 20 years with you with an 9 years same phone on a 80 dollars a month package and all you can offer me is S22 at 50$ a month with a 65$ a month package ..what kind of fidelity deal is that. 4 hours wasted on the phone not a good service one bit. losing a loyal customer.

    @VanRothnRoll All f them suck though. Telus phones me from Pakistan, I can't even understand what the poor lady is trying to sell me. Bell billed me an extra 200 just for the fun of it, no appeal possible. It's a rotten and rigged corporate nightmare.

    Never EVER giving @telus money ever again. No signal most of the time, now I can't port my number because they've locked the damn prefix? Ridiculous.

    @Centerist3 @TELUS 1 hour and 50 mins total 4 hours call and no loyalty for a 20 year customer looking elsewhere now.Not paying 110 a month for a S22 when my friends pay for 2 125$ for IPhone11
