    @TELUS I am a senior recovering from a transplant. My battery is low so why can Telus not replace it as part of my monitoring service instead of telling me to do it myself .I am still recovering from transplant thank you

    My village just accepted a broadband study that said, in essence, "if you're lucky you'll get 50mbit down by 10mbit up sometime in late 2026, but we're not going to do anything except pray that @Telus will install fibre". Which they won't. Help me, @SpaceX, you're my only hope!

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS I thought when you switched over email to the new platform that recoveries would be quicker. Email down due to Telus since Wednesday and keep been told it will be another 72 hours!! Wow😡

    @TELUS God help you if you’re having problems with TELUS Smart Home Security. A two year parade of service calls, phone calls, part replacements and it still doesn’t work reliably. 🤯🤬🤯. Plus it’s IMPOSSIBLE to escalate to someone in authority!

    @RogersHelps I have a question about your guys plans. I looked everywhere for cheep plans and the only good providers are you and TELUS. However, TELUS basically sucks and I want to switch to someone that has better service
