@TELUSsupport it’s been approx 25 days I shifted (port in) to Telus from other network. Seems it’s the biggest mistake one capsule make. Spoken to 13 TELUS CUST EXECS so far. No response from Telus till date. Pathetic customer service. Telus unable to resolve its own Faux Pas

@TELUSsupport New to Telus. Spoken with 13 execs @TELUSsupport till now but no result. Issue(s) escalated 3 weeks ago. Not yet resolved. Just False Promises. Pathetic customer service. Can someone @TELUSsupport take the onus and help especially during these unprecedented times.
