Epic fail today @TELUSsupport @TELUS. Not only did my appointment for today get bungled but now your agents can’t even schedule a new one. This is horrible customer service. A lesson in how not to handle customers.

@WilhelmGere @MeanwhileinCana @HopeAldridge The largest telecom companies (Telus/Bell) have towers that cover less than 30% of Canada. Rogers covers less than 20%. Sasktel is a poor example- they are probably the only crown telecom company left. They are basically subsidized. They are why Sk cell prices are way lower.

@TELUS @ExcellenceCan Telus/ADT team, unable to talk to anybody about an ongoing issue with the system, ADT was always there when you needed them, Telus hungs up on you everytime after long holds, nothing excellent about their service

Only made a twitter to state the fact that @TELUS @TELUSsupport continue to hound my family over my LATE sisters unpaid bill & now they have collectors bothering us. ROGERS waved her unpaid bill & shut the account down completely. Telus should take notes and have some sympath
