Okay @TELUS @TELUSsupport , your digital box I’m using has been absolute crap… audio glitches and video glitches - a lot. Multiple channels. Not anything else. It’s the box. Ridiculous.

  • bringbackCanada Michel Savard (he/him) (@bringbackCanada) reported

Imagine paying $200/month 4 Internet that stops working every few wks. Call @TELUS, only thing that works is changing IP address but still have to waste hours to go thru the same steps every time, or get threatened with a $150 fee. Keeps happening. WTF #ShittyService #NeedNewISP

  • kKpax236 Kkpax236 (@kKpax236) reported

@TELUS hey Telus. **** you. We pay you about 300 a month to reset our **** multiple times a day. Thanks for the refurbished crap you’d no doubt charge me full price for. **** you for the hour wait to get any kind of help. **** you for how complicated it is to just dial the right

@fanCRTCProfling Manually registered on the Eastlink EXT networks to grab the network codes. EXT1 is Bell, EXT2 is Telus, EXT3 is Rogers.

@CFL @TELUS My husband since we never go anywhere anymore

@CFL @TELUS I would bring my friend Andrew hes never been to a football game

  • bringbackCanada Michel Savard (he/him) (@bringbackCanada) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport, your "service" is appalling. Need new Internet service provider. 🙄

  • brilang Brian Lang (@brilang) reported

@eagleinbc @RogersHelps Exactly the same. Rogers and Fido both use the same cell network towers. Plus as with Rogers, you have access to the EXT network in many areas where the Bell/Telus network exists by turning on Data Roaming (not recommended near the border as you will roam to a US network)

  • lacedwithlies мelanie (@lacedwithlies) reported

Just gonna throw it out there but @TELUS is crazy if they expect people to pay $140 a month for a phone + the plan every month to get a new phone 🥴 I suppose I’ll never upgrade.

  • rhabayeb Rob H (@rhabayeb) reported

@RogersHelps Your suggestions don't work. Chat features work for less than a day before they go down again. I never had that problem when I was with @TELUS , this seems to be a problem only Rogers has, as confirmed by multiple subscribers.
