  @PrairieVeteran City of Calgary has 5 Level mgmt that can get down to 4 then 3 in 2 years. Redundancy positions. Buy off older Gen with 2 yrs severance pay.   @SonyaPaterson I have been with Telus for my cell phone, back when they were Clearnet. They called me the other day and offered me an amazing deal on internet and steaming. As I moved along asking more details, the woman from Telus asked me where I lived and when I told her Toronto, she said she needed me to spell that for her. She said she needed my assistance with the township in Toronto. I asked her how she couldn't know the city of Toronto when Telus is a Canadian company and that I had never been asked for a township. I asked her where she was calling me from and she said, India. I was disappointed about that. Shame on Telus. Farming out jobs for cheap. I'm not giving them any more of my business, but I'm told Rogers is doing the same. Is that true?

  @TELUS The service was canceled 3 months ago and i got charged with $6.78 and got no refund of $15.68 the account have no number this is ridiculous.

  Then break up the Canadian telecommunications cartel of the big 3- Bell Roger's & Telus. They are charging us 10x more than USA & European firms do for BETTER content & service
