I just want internet, stop talking to me about television. TV is for seniors who are scared of the internet.

Michele (@muffins135) reported@TELUSsupport Telus should really be giving customers a credit on their bill as the customer had to install the new digital boxes. That was a service that a technician used to do. Plus, I now have to get these boxes to Canada Post. $50 credit would be great. Thanks.

Not to mention there is no customer service line to call for help cancelling I am just stuck praying someone reads my ticket?!
