@TELUSsupport That’s Telus support for you. Always with the helpful information. Never would have thought of that trick. Or would have tried it ten times.

  • GLewisTan GerT (@GLewisTan) reported

@Ladymermaid @TekSavvyBuzz No matter the government the money should have been used for small business and the poor. I for one didn’t get any and I’m good with that. Why? Because I don’t need it. Bell,Telus,Rogers etc. needed it even less.

  • luvsmyvdub Terri Y. (@luvsmyvdub) reported

Finally watching #TheEqualizer on demand but hey... @TELUS if you could let us skip commercials while watching on demand, it’d be nice. How much do we pay a friggin month & we already get the stupid pop up when we turn the tv on already...let us skip commercials 🙄😒

@ShariONeill12 Problem is too many still tap on the links. Validates the scam so the machine keeps sending more messages. Sadly worse on @bell vs @TELUS in my experience... same number.

I swear @TELUS Im going to stop being a customer of 20+ years just so you stop calling with promotions and discounts. I'm a happy customer, for ***** sake just leave me alone.

  • CaptCorruption Cadillac Williams (@CaptCorruption) reported

@ShawInfo you should be ashamed of what you are doing to me promise a good deal for not switching to @TELUS and then don't apply the offer and charging more then what was promised and can't talk to a manager this has been going on sec Jan 1 and still can't fix it

  • vividprint Vivid Print (@vividprint) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

Rather than purchasing $25 gift cards to support small business during the pandemic with @TELUS #standwithowners, a crass marketing campaign masked as philanthropy, how about providing reliable service so that small businesses can actually operate?

  • CanadaHelpDesk Chris Hall (@CanadaHelpDesk) reported

@bell @TELUS @rogers - How is it possible that all the major Canadian mobility carriers are so spectacularly bad at managing iPhone eSIMs? This is one of the most core things about new iPhones. Get it together. Most developing countries do this better than you.
