Dear @Telus. After 3 weeks from moving you finally got our phone working. Today we discover no phone, plus our bill which had a credit of $133, is now $266. In three more days it will be a month since we’ve been fighting to get our phone service working. A MONTH.

@TELUS I have had ABISMAL service from all levels (in store, chat, call center) regarding trying to get a new phone and service with you. Lies and broken promises over and over... 0/10 so far

@mchkzn I like your walk updates. do not stop. also like you do no show reference to where you live. You mention Slater, I used to work at Bank and Slater (Telus), still work for Telus but 2 years ago moved to work from home. I will never be back as OCTranso + LRT sucks. Keep walkin

@RHkfather 3of3/ Telus came & upgraded my home Modem late 2018, setting up 2 "available" network connections, one reading 2.4G, the other 5G anticipating 5G to be rolled out in the near future in my community. Well, it is now the latter part of 2021 & there's still nothing near 5G speed.
