@Rogers I don’t need 30gb extra data. I already have 80gb and then slow speed after that. Rather have you give me $10 off my next bill. @TELUS @Bell

  • sweetiemariek Kayla Marie ❼ (@sweetiemariek) reported

@DaversWasHere I never had problems with my phone lolol it's under my fiance's name It's koodoo which is the sister company of Telus

  • handyandydesign Andy Patrick (@handyandydesign) reported

Had 3 internet outages in 3 weeks on @RogersHelps and an awful customer experience trying to find out the fix status. 2 out of 3 outages caused by @Bell digging up streets to lay cables. Thank god for @TELUS and their great mobile service, they've kept me working during all this!

  • mendy7511 mendy7511 (@mendy7511) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Is there a problem with mobile data in Vancouver? I have no data on my phone for the past 45 minutes

  • kehlp Kehl Petersen (He/Him) (@kehlp) reported

Hey @TELUS - when I travel in BC it is not my responsibility when your partner US service switches me to your US roaming partner. If you can manage a more southern geography like Victoria, then you can elsewhere.

  • DrDMPetersMD Diana Peters (@DrDMPetersMD) reported

@TuraEmanuela @markroseman Yes some are leaving. I think the majority are just not working in family medicine in community. Instead they have been picked up by Telus, worksafe, hospital contracts, sessionals, UPCCs. There are many opportunities to work or they are not working.

@TELUS ? ...is the most disgusting service you can ask for. Unprofessional, unreliable with operators who got problems speaking English.

  • SeanWright_ Sean Wright (@SeanWright_) reported

@TELUSsupport can someone tell me how Telus claims to have the fast cellular data. I'm standing in the middle of the road and can't connect. You can never connect and if so it takes ages. So bad!

  • Corebolt Corebolt (@Corebolt) reported

@KingstonLegacy Telus couldn't even figure out the number and was saying the sim was deactivated, that said, the damn thing is a max volume and a message came in and made me jump so I think it's still good. Police sounds like the best bet, I'll bring it to the station after work tomorrow.

@LaceyLaceyp @DFisman @bcndp That is strange. Horgan is stepping down due to illness and the MOH is looking into Telus extra billing - but why were they let in on the first place is hard to say.
