    @JeanCharest_ Mr. Charest you got Huawei 5G in Telus Nationwide-Health Canada used Telus network to collect all of our Cell #'s. Simple Question: What else did they collect? Our email address's-address books? Cloud storage? Document files? You need to fully disclose what was collected!

    Wow. I’ve been a customer for YEARS and have 4 lines with @TELUS. They charged me a $50 “activation fee” for me moving my SIM card from my old phone to my new phone. Spoke to customer service and they said it’s a “mandatory charge”. 🙄

    @TELUS not impressed. 1. Bought new phone from you and am client. Telus kiosk wouldn't help me set up new phone if I didn't pay $50. Assumed I bought phone at LDrugs. 2. TV loses signal. 3. Phone calls drop . 4. Cannot change my pik tv channels. Ready to move on.
