@TELUSsupport I'm a service technician and I sell your products, would be nice if your service would function. Everyone I know on Telus / Koodo is having data issues. Are everyone devices going bad at the same time?

@CR9090JK Get dropped calls everyday. Used to be w/ @TELUS back in the day. Switched to @Bell. Same ****. I can remember (10yrs ago) when it was good coverage, when they upgraded towers to 3-4g before my area population upgraded their phones to the current available cell service

@CR9090JK @TELUS They say it’s the working from home people are the issue but I don’t see that changing anytime soon and not sure if they plan on fixing it. I negotiated a discounted rate since the level service decreased. If enough consumers do they same maybe they will figure it out

  • zaxbux Zach (@zaxbux) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

Does anyone have any idea why some @Microsoft web properties (recently LinkedIn and Visual Studio Marketplace) randomly refuse connections? Appears to only be an issue on @Telus IPv6. Mobile data and IPv4 are not affected. 🤬🤯

  • prophetplatypus Petey (@prophetplatypus) reported

@TELUS are you phoning from BC offering 40 percent discounts to customers but must tell last payment amount or use customer names? You or a scam?

  • Mark48513376 Mark (@Mark48513376) reported

no voice connection on #publicmobile. is there a network problem? #telus

  • SamanthaDRS Samantha (@SamanthaDRS) reported

TELUS now charges $150 fee for "non-TELUS" issues with the internet. When asked what was considered "non-TELUS" they simply stated "anything outside of the equipment". Fair. But to charge $150 to inspect the internet that they installed, poorly may I add (seriously, come look at

@TheResi29618996 @TELUS Hmm..it's not possible to have anything else from Telus in this province except cell phone service and I think internet usb keys for people living in the middle of nowhere. I always wished they were, but that reminds me of Bell behaviour.

  • ChrisNeil17 Chris Neil (@ChrisNeil17) reported

@TELUSsupport do telus customers get compensated for all your service outages? I live in airdrie and already deal with bad reception, now I can’t do a damn thing, this is ridiculous

@YvanF3 @TELUS It’s probably a reference to a condo building tbh but I just couldn’t help but laugh.
