Telus bout to wonder what’s going on cause i have 50gb and every month never go past 10gb. This month I’m almost at 20gb and i used 15gb of those in the past two days 🤧

As a new customer, I am livid! You are not fulfilling the agreement of contract @TELUS and no one can give me an answer of where this TV is. Can someone explain why it is taking so long but I can buy the same TV today at Costco! What’s taking so long!

@ehbsea @TELUSsupport I’m getting same email. Twice today I got emails saying that my My Telus account was locked because of more than five attempts to sign in, but I’m not attempting to sign in at all .... (and account is locked - just checked).

Middle of a board meeting at noon today: 1. Zoom crashed, 2. Telus crashed, 3. my cell phone crashed as I was texting my board chair to try and figure out a solution. Solution: went home to finish work, bought new phone this evening, opened cold beer before supper.

@Telus how come you offer $50/month for 20gb for new EPP customers but only $63/month for existing ones? I have been with Telus for over 12 years, where's your loyal customer appreciation?

@Fidomobile just finished a webchat. Was looking to revamp 3 lines + hardware set up. Sadly, as an 11 yr loyal customer your offer was $600 more over 24 month vs offer from Telus. Any chance we can make something work to keep me for 2 more years so we can celebrate 13 years!
