2...How is it, on multiple occasions, when I phone a nursing home the Telus auto-voice tells me the phone number is no longer in service. But, if I switch to a phone that you aren't aware of me using, I can get through to the nursing home immediately.

Almost 50 and annoyed when people I PAY for services like @bellcanada @HydroOne and @TELUS send me a bill by email and REQUIRE me to log into their website to view and print my bill. It’s a **** move. Just email the dam bill. A pdf is great! Or MAIL it! I miss SERVICE!

@MathesonJMT On your Apple Phone or Tablet. Go to your Settings Scroll down to "TV Provider" Select "TV Provider" Log out Turn off the button selecting TELUS as a TV Provider Exit the settings app
