Sean Fordyce (@seanfordyce) reported@CRTCeng What are you going to do now that they all did not bother? Telus did not even advise their tech support and cust service that people would be calling. It does not exist. Customers can leave if they want as competition doesn't have it either. Everyone laughing at CRTC.

Jordan Harris (@the_jordawesome) reported@distinctivename @johnsonave I came to echo the Ubiquiti thing. Everything on my side of the Telus modem is UI gear, and its been great so far. I went incrementally, from router, to APs and now cameras. It can even automatically reboot the modem if the router detects the internet is down.

Mike McCague (@mijoroad) reported@SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility Virgin Plus several yrs for us not one problem and you talk to real people when you call.

Cats and Tech 🇨🇦 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 (@catsandtech) reported@SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility That sucks! I know in no way does this help but we’ve been really fortunate overall with their customer service. Telus (Bell) has excellent coverage which is why we switched to them a few years ago. We were with Rogers for over 30 years and their customer service really sucked.

Mizz👠🇨🇦 (@MizzyII) reportedBEWARE: There is a company called WinMacTel calling from 587-943-0411. If U answer your phone, somehow they incur a cost of $3.89 per minute on your local service provider bill. It's as if you accepted a collect call. Telus cannot explain how this occurs but it is charged 2 you.

Meaghan Elizabeth (@m_lizzy) reportedHas anyone else in #Toronto been experiencing network issues - specifically data - with @TELUS @TELUSsupport today? Nothing works for me on 5G but everything works fine on wifi…

WorshipTheGoddess (@fifty2shrimp) reported@SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility The Big 3 ALL SUCK. I've dealt with them all. Bell is harder down the WORST!

Sean Fordyce (@seanfordyce) reported@CBCBusiness Actually you need to follow up on this. Carriers pretend it does not exist, Telus has it only for Google pixel I am told and no techs or cust service staff even told about it. Nope, apparently nobody is afraid of the CRTC deadline.

Geoff Michell (@geoffmichell) reported@CBeaton1 @TELUS Power outage i believe

Steve Murray (@Steven_Murray) reported@TELUS I am waiting for a call from tech support but it goes right to voicemail. How can I get through to a HUMAN rather playing phone tag?
