Yo Telus has the worst connection every wtf

  • Breeze_CA Breeze (@Breeze_CA) reported

@Hollymcc3 @TELUS Took almost 20 hours on the phone a while ago just to get services to fix their messes during sign up. Then got billed almost $50 for cancelling a service I never signed up for because of a mistake made by their agent. Seriously almost 20 hours in a course of just over a week.

@signalapp Love the app. Great and quick support last week when I had issues with @Telus but not @FreedomMobile

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

God speed the technician that comes back to deal with these @TELUS network issues because we have pages and pages of notes and screenshots and videos where we go from our 60 mbps to 0 until we reboot the system they fixed Thursday. I have to find somewhere to work tomorrow.

Just curious if there are any outages with Telus mobility or connectivity issues on cell/data network right now? Can’t seem to make my cell phone work when not in WIFI and can’t log into my Telus account. @TELUSsupport #YYC

  • NinoV81 Nindža_Kornjača (@NinoV81) reported

@TELUSsupport Yes multiple times. Works ok for a bit and then starts acting up. We are a small company and have 87 tablets using @TELUS network. Last three days quite a few of us were having issues. Any one we can reach out to?

@rjfoster1511 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Why waste time yelling into the Twitter void. Just call them to find out. Or better yet cancel and save yourself frustration. Oh btw, calm down or you'll give yourself a heart attack.

  • Breeze_CA Breeze (@Breeze_CA) reported

@raiderDavid1973 Yes, but I don’t like using multiple remotes. Telus should fix their issues and make using their services and remote work smoothly.

  • Hollymcc3 Holly 🇨🇦 ⏳ (@Hollymcc3) reported

@Breeze_CA @TELUS I changed my senior parents plan & I was promised by the agent that it wouldn’t change for 2 Yrs. Less than a year it changed - bill went up. I phoned and they said they never said such a thing. So I am going to tape every phone call with Telus going forward.
