@freedomsupport Hi, It's not a concern you need to honor your tv commercial and salespeople. Look, if you're financially in trouble the government under Trudeau hears that from every telecomm Company. seems a loser's game. he issued huge funds for Bell, Telus, Rogers and YOU collect money

@TheJenRollins @TELUSsupport @TELUS I guess, but not some thing a provider should mention AFTER a person moves their business service over to you. Anyway, good luck!!

  • Ms_Sahota Tsahota (@Ms_Sahota) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I was at my parents' place earlier and they were having connection issues with their Telus wifi. Came home and we're having same issues. Have tried resetting the system several times. Temporary fix at best. Local metro Vancouver issue?

  • TheJenRollins Jen Rollins (@TheJenRollins) reported

@Taramic81971890 @TELUS @telusmobility Turns out my house is in a “area of concern.” There’s no cell service here at all, which no one told me when I moved my entire business with 3 lines over at the end of October. I’ve been to the Telus store 6 times since then asking why it’s not working at all.

@NChartierET Without looking at the other stuff. Just the recent Telus network outage should be warning enough. Cash is king

  • TheJenRollins Jen Rollins (@TheJenRollins) reported

@Taramic81971890 @TELUS @telusmobility I’m facing thousands in fees when I don’t want to cancel, I just want to take calls for my business from my home. I’m so disappointed. I’ve cried twice today from stress not to mention losing an entire day of work and it’s still not fixed. I’m at a cafe.

Telus sending all of these subliminal ads saying “get this plan and a 256GB iPad Air 5! Limited time! :D” Not knowing the horrible customer service, and bad internet upgrades we’ve had over the years 💀

  • ThymelessC Summer Oakes from Thymeless Cottage (@ThymelessC) reported

@LC27LadyB @TELUSsupport Sorry for the rant. It's not the first time Telus has done this to us and we're past annoyed. Told a friend I'm about to get boring out here because I'm going to tweet & tweet about this lousy service, lol

  • TheJenRollins Jen Rollins (@TheJenRollins) reported

@Taramic81971890 @TELUS @telusmobility They said it was my carrier settings - nope, and then SIM card - nope. Finally reset my network settings and nope. All this time no one told me it’s because my house is a dead zone. Now I get to fight cancellation fees for a service they never should have given me.
