@BambinoJalapeno Telus, Bell and Rogers along with the government will put a hard stop to that, with the help of the CRTC. They don’t want anyone else getting a piece of the pie. Not even the crumbs. Fleecing Canadians is their job.

@TELUS way to repeatedly drop the ball and then have me wait on hold for a total of 3.5 hours and offer no compensation on your own mistake. Abysmal service and accountability

@TELUS They didn't. I called and they told me there was an issue with tower. No timeline on a fix. No solution offered to me. I escalated the call. They said sorry nothing I can do. Offered 5$ discount.

To Kristine & Brodie at Telus... You guys are useless. Going for my 2nd straight week of No Internet/Optik TV/Phone due to an "unknown" issue with the "cable" OUTSIDE even though 60 other households in the building have no issues. Brodie is apparently the only cable tech at Telus

@TELUS Escalations told me "as per the customer service agreement we can not guarantee amazing service" I'm pretty sure the cust svc agreement does not say that. I told her I wanted to speak to someone else.

@telus @TELUSsupport so you guys said you fixed the wireless problem in Acadia Calgary last week, after the news stepped in. It's still broken. Right now my phone keeps rapidly swapping from lte, lte+, and 5g. It's cycling multiple times a second, and dropping signal.

@TELUS I joined tellus in the spring. When we had our first power outage we realized our data would not work in our home and our phones were dropping calls non stop. I phoned tellus and they created a work ticket and told me they would follow up with me.
