  @TELUSsupport I spent 7 hours! For a tech to communicate with the "Expidition Team" lol To be told they couldnt communicate.😜😜 Due to your error...I await my 2 hour appointment time today. Known problem, telus has neglected. Promised 2 years ago it would be fixed. Liars!

  @ember_november They probably all are UCP donors. In terms of service I wish I would have stayed with Shaw and Rogers. Telus is the worst!!

  And have no intent of ever using telus services with that behaviour. I've also called in the past about an old telus line in my yard that is hanging low but apparently it's not your job to fix your lines if they are unsightly because I don't have an account with you.

  @egomackey Telus is the worst internet provider imo. Any time I’ve had an account with them my life is always more stressful than when I don’t have one with them. I have them for mobile because there’s not much other choice but I use Shaw for my internet service and haven’t had any issue.
