@JT_Fisherman @granger_cc My 6 month average is above 100 Down and 20 Up. And with no limits, I am far better off. My Telus plan was the max 500Gb, and I was tired of exceeding that each month and paying an extra 30-100/month. Plus the double billing that happened twice, I just had enough. Starlink FTW

@telusmobility Why is it that Telus mobility customer service so bad. Telus keeps people on hold for hours and they don’t resolve issues promptly . I’m very disappointed with Telus service.

@TELUSsupport I see on the Telus website lots of things referencing a deal on your home services if you also have Telus or Koodo mobility services, is that for new customers only and if not then how do I link/get system to recognize my mobility service for deals. Thanks!

Everytime I have to speak to one of the tyrants of Canada, @TELUS @Bell or @rogers I remember what happens under monopolies, horrible customer service, horrible prices and just a general rage in the public for being trapped

@AbrahamZreik @MobileSyrup Fyi, koodo is telus-owned. Virgin is bell-owned. Also, the "app" just loads the website inside a container. Much prefer just bookmarking the member's area in the browser vs downloading a clunky container that never updates on it's own.
