@TELUS @TELUSsupport It has been two weeks with no internet and the issue has not been fixed. 2 technician came who have basically said they cant fix the issue and the cable repair team seems to operate on their own accord with little care for the customers time…

  • tristynnn tris 🫧 (@tristynnn) reported

It’s nearly impossible to get through to telus customer service I swear to god

  • jamiepenner Jamie Penner 🎸 (not a parody account) (@jamiepenner) reported

Hey, @TELUSsupport! Is it possible to view my Telus security video stream on my TV via my OPTIK TV service? If not, that seems like a reasonably sensible feature to add.

  • GiaAnnJohns Gia Ann🇨🇦 (@GiaAnnJohns) reported

@DebHolloway @Shawhelp Aww...that just sucks. I used to have shaw satellite tv, for 25 years. Not once did they ask if I was happy. Then they tell me I have to upgrade my receivers & it will cost me $1000. As much as I hated to I called Telus. I got Optic tv with 5 free PVR boxes. I fricken love it!

  • castlelady2 Mrs. G. Kravitz (@castlelady2) reported

@DebHolloway @Shawhelp Oh.. I feel your frustration. I have been thinking of changing from Telus - freezing issues for months… but seems maybe Shaw is no better? No hope of new fibre lines anytime soon - I’m in a condo. 😡

  • Tobiume Accord red (@Tobiume) reported

@JasonPYYC While I 100% agree they should pay it back, at least telus didn’t lay people off, let those with immune issues work from home, take quarantine leave if exposed, and paid them. Slightly misleading too. Telus got 38.6, Rogers 82.3 and bell 122.9.

  • PacEndo2008 Stephen Johal (@PacEndo2008) reported

@TELUSsupport They want me to wait one week to fix the internet. Please Telus. Tell me how I should run my business for a week with no internet service due to your screw up. Some advice. Pay more elsewhere. Avoid this company.

  • Madi39 Madi 👽 (@Madi39) reported

@lllaurenA @TELUSsupport Also shouldn’t need to sign up or pay for it again if it’s covered under telus. My crave is covered under mine and i just use my telus login to access it off my tv app and not the channel on your guide.

  • Madi39 Madi 👽 (@Madi39) reported

@lllaurenA @TELUSsupport If you’re getting prime through telus, shouldn’t need to sign up for a free trial, but to access your prime go to Ch. 424. To login via prime on your iPad or phone or tv app, you’ll need to use “login with a cable provider option” Then use your telus account info to login.

@WhistlerBlckcmb @TELUS Unbelievable!! 1 hour waiting in the harmony line!! Thats something that shouldn’t happen at a ski resort that charges 200$ for a day pass. Either make ur passes cheaper so people know you are a bad resort or get new ski patrol.
