…I am going to pull all my business from Bell and switch to Telus or Rogers if I don’t see some kind of resolution. I have patience, but bell has worn it thin and I will take this to the CRTC if it isn’t resolved shortly.

@mattdagley Remember that Bell and Telus share their networks in the Maritimes, if you had good service from one of their brands and switch to another brand for a better deal, the service is going to be similar. Rogers/Citifone/Zoomer has some good deals and they have a roaming deal to Bell

So frustrated with phone companies and especially @TELUS. When I sign a piece of paper, I am not expecting g a RECYCLED phone number. I can’t even use or check my bank, as well as many other applications. Scratching my head at this point.. another number will cause more issues😒

@TELUS With Internet being still shut down, is there any extension to this deal? I heard other providers extend the free call to Iran.

Bought a new S22 Ultra at END of August 2022. After 2 days of using it I found the charge never lasted a full day even. Normal usage and taking photos. Came back to Telus and said we have a problem. Telus said phone needs to be sent for repairs.

@TELUS can someone help me? I’m trying to remove a add on from my account. Was speaking with a agent and still no solution. Tried myself online as well.

@SaskTel When can we expect to see eSIM support for devices other than the Apple Watch? If you are able to issue eSIM for an Apple watch I don't see the technical reason why I can't get one for my Pixel Watch. Is this an unspoken exclusively deal? Should I move to @TELUS

@DianaSteele Our corporate plan is Telus and have had issues ever since getting 5G phones because there actually isn’t a 5G network yet.
