@TELUS has the slimmest sales tactics. Some how convinced my parents they need two android phones to increase minutes. Now their paying off $800 useless phones. Worse part, to cancel my moms account who passed last week their needing to pay the break up fees. @cbcmarketplace

Telus makes you wait on the phone for more than an hour. Yesterday I had a problem with my Telus phone and called the ignore system. At 30 minutes I got fed up and called a taxi and went to the nearest Telus store and asked what was going on. The sales couldn't figure it out.

Telus says they gave back 1.4 billion dollars to community's but they can't get these expensive phones and TV to work properly. If the company asks for a DM then you have to open up another Twitter account. If you give them information on how to contact you, they can't. Stupid

@OlacodedM @TELUS And when they say they’d call you back with an update they never do

For those people that have PIK tv and are fed up with the max headroom act it has. I found that if you unplug it and wait a minute then plug it in, then push factory reset at the back, it gives it a little while without max headroom. This is sad because telus doesn't fix it.

@OrcaBC101 Telus - not their fault tho - I didn't think a young lady that lives in Chwk would have a US carrier - never even thought to check her 410 area code :( Was only a $7.00 charge but not a mistake I will make twice!

I’ll never understand how these practices are even a thing. Sure making your sales numbers is one thing, but selling people devices they have never used makes no sense. It’s a shame @TELUS
