Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
leigh feys (@FeysLeigh) reported@jkenney More well paid nurses, doctors, hospital staff and build rural hospitals. Eliminate that stupid Telus Health, Vital partners and private clinics. Make medical education cheap, if not totally free. Most importantly, RESIGN.
-
Serena (@fate_ending) reported@TELUS so apparently even though it’s in the provincial mandates to allow for medical exemption for mask wearing, I’m not allowed in your stores to discuss issues with my account? You realize that’s stomping on my human rights, right? #wtf

Tommy Mclean (@TommyMc37343878) reported@mmorden @TorontoStar Yes it is Mike and that is after the Lieberals gave Bell 122.9 million dollars of tax payer money to supposedly help keep these people employed. Rogers received 82.3 million and laid off many employees. Telus received 38.6 million.
-
CryptoVan (@CryptoVan1) reported@TELUS Telus has the worst customer service. Period.
-
PZK (@pbkoehler) reported@TELUSsupport impossible to get a hold of anyone for ADT Telus tech support. I am of having COVID 19 as an an excuse to provide support. Waiting over 60 minutes unacceptable 👎👎👎😡😡😡
-
The Martlet (@TheMartlet) reportedBREAKING: According to UVic Network services, between 11:46 - 12:16, Telus and Shaw home internet users experienced "intermittent or complete loss of connection to campus network resources". Shaw experiencing a 'internal routing issue', which is causing connectivity problems.
-
The Cronk (@cronksciswag) reported@JasonPYYC @youseepeeYYC This is true. I think Crown corporations help to provide essential service. I sometimes imagine when AGT turned to Telus that we would have billions of extra tax dollars by providing people with phone, cable, and internet. Prices may be lower but could still subsidize programs.

Henry the CERB Horse (@Bornforbarn) reported@GoAHealth So, are you going to look at the whole system, or keep doing incomplete comparisons and nickel and diming family physicians? Do you need help? Telus is not giving you a good deal. You can have that advice for free.
-
Jake (@SnapHookSnell) reported@TELUS it’s amazing how bad your service is and how hard it is to resolve matters. The wait times are nearly unbearable (perhaps strategy) and the lack of accountability or help when you actually reach a warm body is astonishing.
