  • Bookaholic8 Pierre Stolte (@Bookaholic8) reported

@DrJenGunter Fido. I've had coverage issues with Telus, Koodo and Bell. As in: couldn't get a signal in my home in Vancouver.

  • tiredicunurse Suzy Q (@tiredicunurse) reported

@DrJenGunter Does freedom have good service in Ottawa? Their prices are usually better then Rogers/Telus

  • Dwaistar Dwai Chowdhury (@Dwaistar) reported

The world's best & most entitled network @Rogers is down again (internet).@TELUS @Bell please help rogers. Or else we will lose a day's worth of pay although Rogers will compensate a generous amount of $2, for our trouble.

  • Dubhagan Carnelian Duggan (@Dubhagan) reported

@SkepCdnChick @DrJenGunter Koodo is owned by Telus and uses their network.

  • mattmcqueen Matt McQueen (@mattmcqueen) reported

@Type1Liz If you like waiting on hold for 2 hrs to complain about your internet going down day after day go with Telus lol

  • greecebaII Greeceball (@greecebaII) reported

@MikmaqCanadian Point to what media Telus owns and controls idiot. You think market share matters when you are including wireless and internet service?? CBC has zero market share here. I guess you will never ever cry about them then right? Right? Oh wait. You cry endlessly about CBC

  • carrieshorey Carrie Shorey 🇨🇦 (@carrieshorey) reported

@DrJenGunter I use Koodo that is a subsidiary of Telus. If we know anything from the Rogers outage is to make your cellphone a different company from your home internet in case it happens again.

@chatrmobile You still do not understand! Credit is not what we want! We have to make sure your service is redundant and will be up 99.999% of the time. This outage proves you do not know what you are doing as a mobile provider. Telus did not go down! You did!

  • IMBIBEandSAVOUR Gloria J. Chang (@IMBIBEandSAVOUR) reported

2/2 @TELUSsupport @TELUS I am hounded daily by this collection agency for a bill I paid four years ago. Your option/system to get a callback from Support goes directly to my voicemail so I can't answer. Please rectify this situation before it affects my credit score.

  • BrettPlayford Brett Playford (@BrettPlayford) reported

TELUS mobility is the most rudest and hardest to work with as a business owner I would think they for one be understanding but no they rather see your family business be nothing then to help for shame
