@SneakyCanadian @Shawhelp TELUS is no better. In fact less transparent on outages. When our business had TELUS we had nothing but issues with them reporting on outages. In this case we’ve been told it’s a fibre cut, at least Shaw is working on it, TELUS would still be discussing how to solve.

Top customer service from @TELUSsupport. Rarely have had issues with my services. Do recommend. @TELUS

@ThomsonCam what is the anti trust action at this point. Break cell service from internet service from television service? Anti trust needed to step in before Telus started buying out home security companies.

@PatBulmer1 I have been thinking about going back to Telus but their service is so crappy. Sigh.

@DarrenMorin At least there is still some western Canadian options for us westerners. My experience with most central Canadian companies has been negative. I used Rogers several years ago and punted them due to bad customer service and their dismissive arrogance made me bail. Back to Telus

@Ms_Kappy Sadly we have even less choice out here. Rogers isn't a thing in Nova Scotia at all (unless it's mobile service), same with Telus, no Cogeco.. nothing. You're either caving to Bell or accepting crappy service instead with Eastlink.

@Bell check this out, @telus lied me over promising me AirPods with purchasing a new iPhone 12 and now saying I can’t get them, want a new customer?

@VancouverBlues @GlobalCalgary You think Telus owns the convention centre? You are too stupid to be allowed to vote.

How much will Bell/Telus want out of this? (aka, spectrum, perhaps some customer transferred to Bell/Telus).
