    It's odd that my @TELUS internet goes to ****, and then magically they call to offer a service upgrade, or in today's case, a WiFi extender. Without me calling @TELUSsupport first.

    @Lynda_Katerra Be lucky you don’t live in Canada and have Telus. Worst internet/phone service ever. We like to say, “Telus how much it’s a rip off”

    @TELUSsupport I’m pretty annoyed right now. One of your support team just told my Chinese neighbour to “get someone who speaks clear English” so they can assist him. I would think Telus could provide assistance as You are a diverse company. So I will help him later today.
