    @alfweb2490 @RogersHelps Honestly I was a long time Rogers customer and made the switch to Telus mobility in 2018. Best decision I ever made. I have not had any issues between reception to customer service. Rogers for me has always been lacking customer service. They say they care, but do you really ?

    @19BAM91 @TELUS @Telus I don't think the CRTC approved this yet so WTF ARE YOU NOTIFYING PEOPLE?

    @FriendlyFuture You can also support relief efforts by texting DONATE 41010 to donate $20 to the TELUS @FriendlyFuture. If there are any other updates to share, we’ll add them to this thread. #HurricaneFiona

    @fanCRTCProfling My friend and I are both on Telus on it seems to be area specific. At home in Clayton Park, LTE service is normal. Venturing to Bayer’s Lake and Telus service goes to like 2 bars of 3G. My guess is depending on the towers in operation.

  • johalifax Meanwhile, in Halifax … (@johalifax) reported

    @rastasack No power here, Telus/Rogers/Bell cells down most of yesterday; first data connection is now. But we’ve a generator & a propane range. Could be worse!

  • HoldingTheWorld Atlas (@HoldingTheWorld) reported

    @TELUS pretty garbage customer service.

  • EasternHealthNL Eastern Health (@EasternHealthNL) reported

    Eastern Health would like to advise that we are aware of issues with customers on Telus mobility and subsidiaries such as Koodo who are trying to call our facilities. If you need to contact an Eastern Health facility, please use a landline or cell phone not on the Telus network.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport @FriendlyFuture What the hell are you doing collecting money. Focus on fixing your network. I didn’t have cell service during the entirety of Fiona and still don’t. During a hurricane is the best possible time for cell service to crap out.
