@TELUS @telusmobility @TELUSsupport got a call from one of your (prob contracted) sales hacks today. Told them I was not a customer, and was on CRTC Do Not Call list, they told me to fsck off, and that I would be billed $100/mo for not participating in promo. Stay Classy.

@iPhoneinCanada The problem with promotions like this is that it leaves good, long-time customers that have been on their highest plans for many years feeling left-out & undervalued. Switching to a carrier that wants my business seems attractive right now. @TELUS

@RogersHelps I won't call again, why would I put myself through that? The call was not fully resolved before I gave up and hung up over three hrs in. Next time I need help, I'll walk into a Telus store.

@TELUS WORST cx experience with Andrew T, from cx RETENTION & LOYALTY in wireless. Wouldn’t listen nor help. Lucky for me, I called again hours later and got a excellent Rep, who knew how to retain business
