@TELUSsupport been on hold to get help for past 22 mins. Then just starting ringing. I let it ring for about 2 mins, then it just hangs up on me. It's Telus Support broken??

@TELUSsupport Most corrupt service in Canada. Yesterday I witnessed how a friend *** screwed by you. Unexplainable high charges for unwanted junk services, fast talking over the phone to take advantage of immigrants are not new with Telus. Stay away from Telus!

  • shirleyyeung Shirley Y (@shirleyyeung) reported

@JumpingTraci @TELUS @TELUSsupport Booooo is right! I was told to book another appointment. Who knows if they'll just cancel without notice again? And that someone will follow up tomorrow, which is THREE days after when I first had issues. Still have a failing router!

Anyone else having issues with @CallofDuty #BlackOpsColdWar lag to the point it's essentially unplayable? I thought it was my ****** @TELUS internet (do NOT get internet from them), but I think it might be the game too. Love to hear thoughts

@0TimBannister0 Oh! In Toronto. Definitely not normal. I would suggest trying a new SIM card. You can get one from the closest TELUS store. If that doesn't fix the issue something might be up with the phone.

  • mmck Maggie (@mmck) reported

@TELUSsupport it’s truly unfortunate you choose to treat your customers this way. I pay almost 500 dollars a month for various services. And it means absolutely nothing to @TELUS

  • WildeBari Jim Wilde (@WildeBari) reported

@nleenders If you are having problems with Telus, try Uniserve. They offer the same stuff as Telus, and use Telus' network (they buy wholesale). Then if you have a problem, Uniserve deals with Telus, and has a lot more clout to get it resolved.
