@TELUS hey Telus. **** you. We pay you about 300 a month to reset our **** multiple times a day. Thanks for the refurbished crap you’d no doubt charge me full price for. **** you for the hour wait to get any kind of help. **** you for how complicated it is to just dial the right

@TELUS 12 emails, one request. Nobody reads the emails. Problem still unresolved. 8 weeks later. Poor service & no communication.

@TELUSsupport It's been 7 days that there is no Internet. Been talking to so many telus agents and manager. Apparently they are not giving any updates and estimation time as to when the fix it. Extremely disappointed and disgusted with all the excuses.

  • MarkOrlan Mark Orlan (@MarkOrlan) reported

@dkeramidas It's an oligopoly. Switching is a short-term solution. Long term it's all the same. Bell, Telus or Rogers have too much clout with the federal gov't. All the Canadian carriers know they've got you by the *****.

  • LeahMueller13 Leah 🇨🇦 at home (@LeahMueller13) reported

@sharpfoxylady1 @ZiadFazel @TELUSsupport Telus has a service called call control which is free. The caller is asked to punch in a number to get through to your line. Something robots can’t do. Stops robo calls totally.

Just gonna throw it out there but @TELUS is crazy if they expect people to pay $140 a month for a phone + the plan every month to get a new phone 🥴 I suppose I’ll never upgrade.

@elks @TELUS Caption - maybe my jazz hands will distract from our terrible coach and gm!

  • rynbomb Ryan (@rynbomb) reported

Recently switched to @TELUS phone due to a job change and I am absolutely baffled that people willingly use this company. Easily the worst coverage I’ve ever had from any provider.

  • saft74 Faraz (@saft74) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Your customer support is pathetic. You overcharge your customers. I was just on phone first with your customer support and then with your loyalty department. They overcharged me for my services that I disconnected in the month of August. Both time after an average wait time of +1

@GedeonIbrahim I have an unsolved internet connectivity problem. I have spoken with maybe 5 different Telus technicians. They followed their script, but not one of them seemed interested in finding the root-cause or helping me find an acceptable outcome. Ping me if interested?
