I’m on @Shawhelp and my sister is on @TELUSsupport. So at either my home or hers, I would program the TV to deliver to my folks, and get whatever Shaw or Telus service in their room to enable their smart TV. So, Shaw or Telus, what do you have to help me? Following you both.

@Julia_Sisler @Rogers My experience has always been Telus has the best customer service. Could be worth staying with Rogers if they offer a good retention deal though. Telus offered me a $65 15GB plan with a $10/mo reoccurring credit, so $55/mo. If Rogers made a similar offer, could be worth staying.

@TELUS if there was an award for worst provider, you win hands down year after year. It’s not even a close race.

@TheNorthSignal @RyanGrieveAB @lambert_pp Very solid. We intended to take our business away from Telus if they had proceeded with CCP spyware. Damn sure millions others would too.

@TELUS 3. Today my husband after chatting with service online he was told they were unable to help him. After waiting for the call-back, the person on the other end of the line, just kept saying he couldn’t hear him and hung up. After being life customers, this is unacceptable

@TELUS I get better picture and service streaming from a Lebanon source than using your shitty box

  • EvanKrosney Evan Krosney (@EvanKrosney) reported

@Julia_Sisler @Rogers @TELUS Too bad. Could be worth calling one of your old carriers' winback numbers directly and seeing if they can give you a better deal. Bell's is 1-866-928-8053, and Telus/Koodo's is 1-833-348-3589. This is what I did when I got my current deal from Telus and it worked like a charm.
