Ok heads up, so apparently Telus is having issues and that’s why my phone has been like… not working lately lmao. I can’t get online or send texts half the time, so if I’m hard to get ahold of until that’s sorted, that’s why

@JoelTeeling @TELUS If you're a Costco member, look into Primus. Its backbone is on Shaw, but with Telus style customer service. Difference is, you can at least reach them 24/7

  • Zemiki Zemiki💙Comms FULL💜 (@Zemiki) reported

@vephriel Do you have Telus internet? I had this issue as well until I turned the wifi on my phone off and used a VPN on my desktop. downdetector . ca has a lot of comments of Telus users in Western Canada having the same issue.

@c1aireify When I’ve called customer service for help with something unrelated, & they start talking about Babylon, I’ve told them to stop talking or I’ll cancel all Telus services. They told me they have to give the pitch. I said I don’t care, stop giving it or I’ll cancel. They stopped.😡

My @TELUS internet isn’t working (which isn’t uncommon) and when I call technical support, it’s closed. When I was with Shaw, they offered 24 support, not to mention, my service was rarely down. I regret ever switching my internet to TELUS.

  • c1aireify Claire (@c1aireify) reported

Hi @TELUS thank you so much for disabling our optik account 2 weeks early before our move. It’s so nice to come home to a house with zero internet, zero cable, and no customer service to help us until the morning.

  • BrittaniiStarzz Britnee*SaVaGe (@BrittaniiStarzz) reported

@vidapon I am with Telus & no problems here

  • Hartt_DJ DJ Hartt MD (@Hartt_DJ) reported

@EveryAlbertan @youseepeeYYC UCP’s inept MoH Shandro asked AB MDs to agree to deal where Telus Health & Maple by SDM came out of a fixed Physician Services Budget. UCP pretend to contain costs except when giving 💰💰for vastly inferior service to UCP corps. MDs of course voted against this. #FiretheUCP

@MaggieGranny No, Bell. Sounds like the people with Telus are having the issues.
