Telus Issues Reports

  • timbray Tim Bray 💉💉🎉 (@timbray) reported

    @avibryant @moonpolysoft Another factor is that 4g has pretty good range. We have some Telus “rural” plan at our Keats Island cabin that is good enough to do work & watch video. 15-20Mb down IIRC. So you may not need satellite tech.

    Sometimes I think Bell and Telus just put up horrible fights "to make it look good". This is one of them.

    @TELUSBusiness Thank you - I ended up going into a Telus store and spending an hour and a half to solve the problem.

  • StellaCFCW Stella Stevens CFCW (@StellaCFCW) reported

    @DynamitePR Telus Mob's answer to me was to use their blocking feature where the caller would have to press another number to reach me. You can list numbers to go through directly but I could see me losing a lot of calls this way & having to listen to voicemails then. I never listen to them.

  • len_friest *** Friest (@len_friest) reported

    @TELUS Way overpriced I-Crap

  • johangreg Greg Johansen 🇨🇦🏳️‍🌈🇵🇸🎾 (@johangreg) reported from Calgary, Alberta

    Today I spent three hours dealing with four different @Shawhelp agents to figure out why six channels were missing from my TV lineup. The first two were extremely rude and unhelpful and forced me on Google to look at prices for @TELUS.

  • BodaciousCopy Christine Bode (@BodaciousCopy) reported

    @TELUS shares towers with @Bell who I'm told are also being affected and have to be serviced. The service rep said this could have something to do with #5G technology being installed. Is anyone else in #ygk experiencing these issues?

  • johangreg Greg Johansen 🇨🇦🏳️‍🌈🇵🇸🎾 (@johangreg) reported from Calgary, Alberta

    The last two solved my problem for me (of course my cable bill is going up $6 😡) and the pricing is comparative to Telus so I might still switch. I’ll get a free TV after all.

    Anyone else having a problem with their Telus PVR? Rebooted my modem and box at least 3 times but it's still not working. @TELUSsupport
