What are Bell, Rogers & Telus doing to combat scam calls and spoofing? It’s tedious and annoying getting them but when your number gets spoofed and you have somebody call you screaming to never call them again it’s super frustrating telling it wasn’t you. Big security issue, no?

Hi @canadapostcorp & @canadaposthelps , what is happening with service standards in Vancouver? We keep getting mail late. Just received @TELUS bill today Feb 9, & it was due Feb 7. It’s usually received by end of the month. Why am I getting it so late? Have other examples #fail

@bushcrafter79 Hahaha! Went down? It went up FFS. Telus just out of the blue tacked on another $5.00 because they can. Same phone, no contract, they just felt like stealing more money.

@DanAlbas I live in your riding, Dan. My mobile service is through Telus. I have not changed my plan in 3 years. I am not on a contract with the provider, and my monthly bill went up by $10/month

@TELUSsupport OMG!!! Just got a message that Telus could not take my call at this time and asked me to call at a later time. And the call was then disconnected. After 2hrs and 15 mins. And you support closes in 90 mins. I need internet for work.
