  • j4shah Jay Shah (@j4shah) reported

Does anyone in my network know (or are themselves) a (consumer) sales associate @ any of Rogers/Bell/Telus (or sub-brands)? Have a potentially interesting opportunity to discuss :)

  • JayIsPainting JayIsPainting (@JayIsPainting) reported

@chigaze Ya...I've seen a lot of complaints about Telus and we've had good experience in the past with Shaw...but the last 6 months has been terrible. I think their infrastructure in the area is past due for upgrading. My June/July issue was related to faulty neighbourhood equipment.

  • BeeQuaif Bee Quaif (@BeeQuaif) reported

@JayIsPainting I have 3 friends currently on telus and they hate it. Customer service is non existing. Sadly they're all crap. Hang in there

  • darrylosmith Master of Swears (@darrylosmith) reported

So against my better judgment I agreed to give #Telus a try at my home tv/internet service. Only said yes if I can cancel within 30 days no charges. Let’s see what happens

  • kounanes aidan (@kounanes) reported

Telus has to have some of the shittiest service and internet. Both stop working entirely at least 4x a day. Plus, their speeds don’t even hit 60% of what they advertise. Would not recommend.

  • AndyMLC Andy C (@AndyMLC) reported

@jasondunn I love the idea of eSim but I don’t think it’s ready for prime time. In Canada, only the big carriers support eSim and, even then, it’s inconsistent. Ex: Bell has a self-serve and free option to swap eSims between phones. Telus requires a visit to a shop and charges you for it.

  • bpashalidis Bobby Pashalidis (@bpashalidis) reported

@courtlalonde @dbapz Bell, Telus, and Rogers are all bad. I moved to freedom a few years ago and haven't had any real issues. They just need more service in less popular areas

  • jasondunn Jason Dunn 🇺🇦 (@jasondunn) reported

@AndyMLC Yikes! Good ol’ @TELUS, they always find a way to make a buck off the customer. I hope it’s just growing pains and 12-24 months from now we’ll wonder why we stuck with SIM cards for so long. Maybe… 🙃

  • PrairieAgMF Matty🇨🇦 (@PrairieAgMF) reported from Trochu, Alberta

@YegAndre @TELUSsupport @TELUS Wow... That's so pathetic. I'll never be getting Telus internet that's for sure

  • theflatlands barrypartington (@theflatlands) reported

So, @TELUS, you're a phone company that I can't pick up the phone and call. What's up with that? The only way to reach you is through this app of yours that doesn't work? What kind of service is that anyway, scheduling a time to call me that is convenient for YOU? WTF?
