@TELUSsupport 24 hours is unacceptable and with all my major corporations that I’ve dealt with I have NEVER experienced this. Your team cannot assist when I can’t even request a call back. Your system is completely broken. We are going to wait until we can drive 3 hours to our nearest Telus.

Incredibly wonderful that the lady showed me how to fix things...explained what I needed to know. Got the phone fixed and we tested. Glitches should not be a problem. Thank you again helpful techs at @TELUS in Charlottetown Mall! There were two a tall man and a lady. Good staff!

@TELUSsupport we are having significant mobile voice connection challenges. Our household has 3 phone devices on Telus, Koodo and Bell (all riding on Telus' network) and all devices are struggling with poor quality. - dropped calls - can't be heard or can't hear during calls
