@thevinetway @1loriking I also remember that Telus never had cable long ago & don't remember when they finally offered cable packages. If I remember correctly, there was a big court thing on whether Telus could use existing infrastructure for their internet.

@TELUS If you are thinking about getting a Telus Home Security system. DONT! Please save yourself the aggravation. Absolutely the worst onboarding and installation process. Wasted hours this weekend trying to get my new system installed. I canceled the order it was so bad.

@PMG2point0 After you went to press that money got diverted to bail out Rogers, Telus, and Bell, who all had a really tough year. Telus promised to release some homelessness adverts on their streaming service, to raise awareness.

@a_hoyhoy Been down this path with Shaw. If you haven’t yet, reboot router. If you have an older router you should get an new one with new technology. I’ve had no issues since upgrading to 1 gig service. If you have Telus fibre in your neighborhood switch to that.

@CompBureau We're paying $85 for 25gb. Blocking them from merging does nothing to help us. You guys are ******* useless. "Affordable and high quality" my ***. Op, looks like i need more data. I can get a top up from Telus, 3 GB for $25. This is why I don't stand for the national anthem.

@StephenRLee @TELUSsupport Stephen, thanks for raising this. My partner and I are experiencing exactly the same issue, often while standing outside in downtown Vancouver with no signal barriers. It’s incredibly frustrating and Telus refuses to do anything about it. Don’t bother with the 1-800’s. I’ve tried

@M_Captain_TTV @storminternet Avoid last mile providers period. If you need reliable internet stick to major networks (rogers, telus, shaw, bell) Everyone else is using their infrastructure anyways, and can only provide support for their in house equipment.
