@darthvanderlaan @TELUS Oooooo, as a business client with @TELUS I’m spitting mad today. They called me, outside business hours, a sales call. Left a message. The six digit extension number went to a busy signal. Do I have ANY motivation to follow up? Of course not.

@koodo Don't worry too much about it though. I'm going to look for a different mobile provider that has a real human customer service option too that isn't under the @telus umbrella.

@journo_dale “Into our 5G network”? Do we already have one? Why then are we looking to Huawei to provide one? Does the National Post want Trudeau to make decisions for robust businesses like Bell Shaw and Telus? Lazy journalists are dangerous.

@TELUS @ADT you suck- incorrect charges on my alarm service account and you cancel it? I’ve now spent almost an hour on hold (with a system that drops call after 20 mins it seems) to try and get someone who can fix this #customerservicefail
