    @BarryWheeler @Bell_Support Not sure about land lines but for your mobile the easiest fix is to switch to Telus. They DO have a robo call blocker without having to DM someone. Quite sad actually…my mom just went into long term care. Bell install a phone line yesterday. 3 robo calls already this morning!

    Why is a communications company, @TELUS so hard to communicate with? Phone help - impossible to get through, online chat box - useless and their support team - slow to answer. And their main function is COMMUNICATION!!! #frustrated #nohelp

    @ArgentxGarnet i had shaw's best internet service they could provide, and i switched to telus a few months ago. Telus for me was noticeably cheaper and also waaaaaaay better and more consistent

    @TELUSsupport As soon as possible isn't good enough anymore. Three weeks of this nonsense, we're going to walk away. You contact me - you have my DM's already. We are FED UP. There are other options for TV and mobile service and I have no contract obligations with @Telus anymore.

    @TELUSsupport Telus service been out since morning. I can’t work. My both house service is out. Telus representative Reo said technician will come on Saturday. How am I supposed to work? Who will pay me for my missing hours? Our basement and 2nd housecan’t work as they are working from home.

    @NickMartin14 Mine has been doing that for months till sound is completely messed up. Have to unplug, reboot every two weeks. Very frustrating. @telus says it's my fault. No accountability. Can't wait to switch. Nothing but problems with telus.
