telus sent me an email with the phrase "You recently spoke with one of our Care Representatives," and never in my life did i think i would say this but it turns out "customer service representative" is actually not that bad when i am presented with this DREADFUL ALTERNATIVE

@43Masonic @sanpabloavenue BAI Communications already installed cell service infra along the entirety of Line 1 south of Bloor but Rogers, Telus and Bell won’t activate their networks ‘cause they’d rather “build their own infra” and not go through an intermediary…even though that’s how it’s done elsewhere

  • Pete4PP Pete4PP (@Pete4PP) reported

@TELUS ...and this one left in Q4, thanks to your 1.5% cash grab to pay my bill. TV, internet, cell...all moved to a competitor. Once you lose a customer, you almost never see the customer again. Hope it was worth it.
