Multiple levels, absurd reasoning, like they were reading off from a script. Finally, CRTC orders full refund. Telus’ explanation? A training issue. Mult offices & 2 provinces?

    @coffeecrew @CBC @AllPointsWestBC Interesting. It was only through TELUS MyCare that I was able to talk with a doctor. I was delighted to get help. You see...I have no family doctor and I'm far from rich.

    Beyond fed up with @TELUSsupport. Can’t get an agent on chat or phone for Business Connect and online portal absolutely SUCKS. Regret purchasing VOiP through Telus.

    @TELUSsupport my pvr has stopped recording anything that I have scheduled! I have so many complaints against telus, but this is one of the worst

    Google keeps throwing “we’ve detected unusual activity from your network” when I try to google things and my network is Telus LTE???

    @TheBreakdownAB @1carolynt That's a big UCP promise that went **** all. The county where I live made a deal with Telus for fibre but they deliberately passed the hamlets and other rural residential areas so the existing wifi companies cld continue to gouge us for sub par wireless internet.
