Shout out to Telus btw. 5 weeks ago I ordered an iPhone 12. Last week I inquired about the shipping delay. Agent on the phone said he could cancel my order and get me the pro max instead. Said he would call back. Never did. Canceled my 5 week old order and didn’t make a new one👌🏻

@BridgieCasey @TELUS I had this issue w Bell, calling my husband when he was trying to sleep, or calling my kids when they had no authority on the account. It took months of calling them, and eventually, threats to move my business to a competitor.

Hey @telusmobility, a rep just called saying I'm a loyal #Telus customer and wants to offer me cell service. She literally hung up on me after I responded that I'm with @PublicMobile and have 4GB data. Is that how you treat loyal customers? Go listen to the recordings! #howrude

@BridgieCasey @TELUS They used to come to my door about every two weeks to try and get my security system.. I am a customer so I just twittered their suppprt and told them to stop.. it worked

@BridgieCasey @TELUS Once had same issue with Fido. Use your inner Karen and call customer service to be removed from all marketing, if agent pushes back get an escalation. Put me through to retention works as well.
