    That the support made me disconnect This whole situation makes me feel like I was lied to or scammed I pay around 300-500$ a month with every Telus application I have but with everything that has happened to me this past month I might find

    @TELUS The call-back service doesn't even call my phone it goes directly to my voicemail. What can you do about this disservice to your customers who can only wait on hold an hour to speak with a representative?

    @Koleffwest @TELUS I can only imagine what it is like for people on the border. If you haven't already, turn off roaming - at least that will help going forward. They should also be sending a text whenever you go onto a foreign network. At least that is what Rogers does.

    @TELUS “We understand where you're coming from and want to help as much as possible. However, as per standard procedure, escalations are only handled over the phone” Sorry, no @telus I am not talking anymore. My standard procedure is to cancel $6000/yr in services and contact the media

    @TELUSsupport Does anyone answer phones or man the live agent chat anymore? On hold for a very long time, and still sitting at 12th in the queue. Customer service with Telus isn't what it used to be.
