Hey @TELUS I like your company/service but hate the telemarketing calls. I’ve asked 4 times now to be removed from a sales call list. Is there anything else I can do?

  • BShane555 Shane (@BShane555) reported

@cafreeland let’s look at shifting provincial jurisdiction to more shared federal jurisdiction. While certain Premiers shout and pout about jurisdiction corporations like Telus health are powering in on our system. Shut down the CMPA for no fault.

@ItsBCJim It has to be a physical stamp? I hate to suggest the private service cannibalizing public health but Telus Health could probably put you in touch with an MD.. if you can scan and send the form they might be able to print, stamp, scan, send it back.. but maybe not I dunno

Telus Support instructed us to disconnect the wrong cable Sunday, and now with no services I struggle to work from home to figure out how to process payroll for 4 companies. @TELUS says not to worry that someone will be here on Tuesday and if it is our issues we pay $150. Crappy!

An update on my old rotary phone.. I filed a complaint with CRTC.. Telus got back to me a few hours later. It looks like they are going to fix it and make it work as promised. I'm impressed but it took some effort to prevent being bulldozed by big tec. Kudos to Telus though.

@Bell I can't even change my plan. I getting in debt and not able to cope up with payments. I can't wait to pay off the phone and switch to @TELUS or @Rogers. At least they have equally better service and affordable plans.
