Hey @TELUS Your 3G network is completely ******* useless. If my phone drops to it I can’t even send a bloody iMessage. Your LTE network sucks too because it always falls back to 3G. Get your act together 🤬

Just an update to this: Telus is now working with us for a satisfactory resolution.

@NapsAndSarcasm Got a Saturday appt at Telus Centre. Bit of I drive but I don’t mind. Anything in NW Calgary was July. You probably already know but when things settle down, go in and modify your appt and see if you can find sooner

AND, @TELUS can’t promise that we can keep the same number that is on our website, business cards and google. During this time, we were removed from google maps. Our IT guy thinks it was a result of having our phone cut off. Our revenues are down 45% since April because of this

@TELUS @TELUSsupport nothing but issues with home services since install 2.5 months ago. Technicians not showing up, agents not calling back, managers making no record of call. Worst customer service ever. Where can I get reliable wifi so I don’t lose my job?

  • JaneLeBreton64 Jane LeBreton (@JaneLeBreton64) reported

@TELUSsupport I have given up on @TELUS however, my trusting senior citizen Mum has just waited 2 hrs for a service call that NEVER came, yet again. Forfeiting a scheduled visit with my aling dad in #LTC You told her between 9-11 this morning. #Horrifying #ShameOnYou

@NESaskFarmer @TELUSsupport The stupid phone will drop to 850mhz 3G instead of 700 MHz LTE for some reason. People who know more than I do say the network is just poorly set up but god forbid TELUS ever admit it. They just take our $400 a month and laugh at us.
