    @TELUSsupport @GoOilersGo_ Untrue. Piktv so-called new android box ALL channels terrible picture quality and super slow. Why send this junk out if its not ready? Old boxes worked fine. Message at this number was to call back during regular business hours. Telus you have failed yet again. Sick of it.

    @DanAlbas No my bill hasn’t gone down bud service has by more then 50%. Telus could care less just keep saying have over capacity on towers it sucks

    @TELUS hey telus! Are you going to fix the issues of connection in Walden(calgary)!? This creates unsafe communities because calls drop all the time. Why charge people full price for a service that is poor?

    @lana_rothman @Rogers Same. We are contemplating canceling our service and just using Whatsapp. Rogers, Bell, Telus, etc have the technology to stop it but are choosing not to spend the $$. I block more calls than I accept!

    @TELUS FYI the only thing that was smooth with your company since I placed my online order 8 days ago was the cancellation.... Your social support team didn't even respond to me. everyone who answered the phone was fantastic.

    @TELUSsupport yes, no service outage in Walden. But the service is terrible. People don't have connection in there own homes. Unsafe! And telus still charges people full amount. Deliver the service as agreed upon.

    @a_hoyhoy Been down this path with Shaw. If you haven’t yet, reboot router. If you have an older router you should get an new one with new technology. I’ve had no issues since upgrading to 1 gig service. If you have Telus fibre in your neighborhood switch to that.

    @JoePerkinsCHEK Telus - Ocean ‘development’ is a potent green-wash display of corporate flexing. That company stole $100 from me in my first adult decade and their customer service was beyond crappy - worse than most monopoly conglomerates

    @TELUSsupport I had signed up for Telus internet and security but I had to cancel as our management board has not approved this. I called my salesman but I’m still getting emails for the set up and I see that Shaw may have cancelled our internet. Please cancel in whole.

    @PMG2point0 After you went to press that money got diverted to bail out Rogers, Telus, and Bell, who all had a really tough year. Telus promised to release some homelessness adverts on their streaming service, to raise awareness.
