    @TELUS @TELUSsupport #Telus #TELUSsupport I experienced terrible customer service today with Telus. After a 2 hour conversation and given a deal, it was all of a sudden “unavailable” to me. I am perplexed 😕 this is how a 8 year loyal customer is treated? Shameful 🤔

    Thanks for the amazing support now after I've paid this company for it's overpriced services for years, not to mention the main others in Canada (I see you, Rogers and Bell. Koodo is basically Telus.) In Poland, I paid $10 Canadian per month for 20gbs/unlimited local calling. Huh

    @TELUS I am horrified that as a LONG TIME customer, after spending close to an hour on hold and then close to another hour trying to resolve my concerns with the loyalty department yesterday, my connection was “lost” and I never received a return call. #customerloyaltymeansnothin

    @TELUSsupport And fyi…. You have responded to another tweet and not the one I originally posted. Is it normal for Telus customer service to look through a customers previous tweets? Starting to seem you offer the same service as bell. Maybe I shouldn’t be switching

    @extremeXmetal Where I am it’s literally only service for Bell or Rogers. If you’re on another network, you’re struggling to get bars. A guy came to fix the tractor and couldn’t get enough signal to call his shop, he’s on Telus. It sucks!! I hate the big 3.

    Wow, @ADT alarm service sucks since @TELUS took over. 2+hours on hold trying to get through to someone, and then the first technician they can get out (just to change a freaking battery) is next Friday. Never had this problem before.

    This unlimited data and "slowing" data after a point **** Telus be telling people is like night and day. The **** is horrible

    @markj_pwns @XboxGamePass @TELUS and the worst thing about it is when i recently moved i never had the chance to change my S|X to ofline so im playing my PS5.. its a black spot for mobile internet and home internet ffs.. i can only get mobile internet down the street or here in work.. lol
