    I can't report you to @ccts_cprst because they don't accept telemarketing reports. And I can't escalate my complaint within @TELUS because your website form just sends me back to a 24/7 chatbot or calling... no need to call - I can talk to people - you simply don't listen

    @TELUSsupport A couple of days too late to ask. But the issue only lasted 2 or 3 hours. It was interesting because I was telling one of my plane spotter friends in the US, and even Verizon (a partner of Telus?) was giving him issues on and off the same day.

    @TELUSsupport I have received a dozen emails about my "account." I've never heard of Telus before these emails. I'm unable to communicate with the stupid bot on your website. How do I find out if I have an account or if someone impersonating me opened an account in my name?

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus, yes, as indicated on my reply I did eventually get the issue resolved. Most support employees were lovely to talk to, there was lots of passing my issue to other people, re-explaining the issue over many hours. All good

    @blondehotcoffee I worked at Telus. When news came out about Verizon possibly coming to Canada, the big three freaked out. Management had meetings with us to tell use to tell everyone (family) to call their MP to vote against it. I didn't even work in Mobility. Everyone was forced to. **** em.

    @DHurleu @ChibiReviews For Crunchyroll? Not at all. Telus was hacked, not Crunchyroll. Crunchyroll's mistake is the same mistake every company has made: Outsourcing to **** hole countries to save money and not disclosing what happened quickly. It's common, not unique.

    @jodyvance @TELUS @TELUSsupport The most frustrating thing when dealing with customer service is th recording telling you to log in and use the app for your request. Trust me, if the request could be processed through the app/site - I WOULD. YOU THINK I WANT TO WAIT ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE???
