    @Dave_Eby Could you imagine a province where services are cut so bad you can’t take your child to their doctor because they can’t have a doctor. Or access one at all. Maybe you can call telus on your telus phone to book a telus phone appt in two weeks.

    @TELUSsupport - I moved to Canada and Telus was my first choice for mobility and Fibernet. But for every service I have taken, I am facing one or the other issue. Prepaid prepaid to EPP (post pay) Double billed for the post pay Fibernet service address

    @OwenTorgerson @TELUS telus LTE is 2.52 MBPS in Clearwater. Mascon(owned by telus) here is 118.15, but they are DSL on another network still I think.

    @TELUS Is there a way to get through to the escalation team without waiting on hold for over an hour and getting transferred 3 times, only to be told that the last person didn’t give correct info, and there is no point in going to the escalation team because they can’t help?
