@SatiarShah Problem was with Telus not SNP. Apparently they had switched off the range (location) for some users which caused them to be wrongly blacked out.

@casualmomsense @TELUS I'm assuming your devices were working before, with no issues (or at least was better than what has been happening recently lol). Telus sends updates for the equipment occasionally (usually overnight). The update may have changed the settings from what was working.

@Telus your bill payment system is broken. Trying to pay my bill with Visa Debit, but I keep getting a “payment cannot be processed” error. Seems pretty suspicious since you recently started charging credit card gouging fees.

@TELUSsupport omg my poor mom has been trying to get telus security at her house in BC and it's been painful!!!!!! No one can give her consistent help and service has been brutal!!!!! brutal telus security....ugh!!!
