Really disappointed in the terrible service my mom got from @koodo . You'd think when there's a promo for free gift cards they'd actually check to make sure they're not expired. @TELUS not sure how long we will remain clients if it takes 4 weeks to send expired gift cards

@TELUSsupport I have wifi connection with Telus but unfortunately it’s rally really slow and show no connection on tv ..i tried to connect technical support my waiting time was 15min after that they transfer my call to another agent .I spent 20mins again ..suddetoh got hanged up

Update to @Bell "amazing" DSL internet. Home line was ported out in January to @TELUS. bell system didn't realize this for 3 months. Cut our service today. Profile has to be rebuilt for dry loop. 1st thing I said to bell tech was "this is dry loop" save me @SpaceXStarlink

@cmadd2008 @DriveBC @bchydro Yes it was. Understandably they weren't going to give the all clear until it was confirmed by either Telus or BC Hydro that it's telephone/communications lines due to liability should the downed lines cause a secondary incident. With a fuel spill involved it's the right call.

@JustinTrudeau While this is nice and all, if you really wanted to ensure better access to Internet for Canadians you'd address the horrible state of affairs in Canadian telecom with Rogers, Bell, and Telus owning every single provider nation wide. Were hemorrhaging money due to these three.
