    Hey @TELUS someone sold my mom an iPad data plan for 30/month 2 years ago.... she has yet to use this iPad... this is a problem and an abuse of her decline in cognitive function. For shame.

    @TELUS called to tell me about bundle offers for me! They wish to “ask a few questions” to learn about me & my needs & that the call is recorded. I explain I chose others, due to lack of “customer service” Telus gives u when u need attention. She couldn’t end the call quicker.

    If you're on Telus, the Oilers game starts on 913. Joins in progress on 911 after the flames lose to the Jets. If you're on Shaw, I don't ******* know. Shaw sucks.

    @Telus has been promising to fix my phone for over 5 weeks. On Saturday, 911 couldn’t hear me over the line, they got the wrong address and I had to chase it down the street, in the snow in the middle of the night while my husband lay there with four broken ribs. Well done Telus

    @Telus - just passed 20 minutes on hold and was disconnected. Call number 5 now.. and disconnected again. An audible click this time.. great. Customer service is killing it today.

    @TELUSsupport I keep getting a call from the number 1-888-811-2323. Is this you? I’m not a telus customer, why am I getting this call?

    I know once I’ve used my monthly data, it slows down until it resets for the month. But damn guys I didn’t know “slowed down” meant virtually unusable for 5 days🥴 not sure I would’ve switched to Telus had I known this. @TELUSsupport

    @PersuaderKtrevz @theinstallguy There is an outage with the Telus main line to the internet. Telus is working on it right now.
