The worst service @TELUS @TELUSsupport … used 3 technicians and 2 people over phone and jumped for hours from one sept to another and then charge me $150 when the first person couldn’t do it. Awful!

  • JulieYAli Julie Ali (@JulieYAli) reported

@TELUS So what was the reason for the failure to cancel my TV plan October 5, 2021? I can't figure out her explanation. This is the explanation: "It did not cancel it initially because it was set for a future cancellation date, and it got stuck in our system".

Hoping that @TELUSsupport can help with my FiberOptic frustration. After a year being the last 1 without Fbr in my residential, last week a team connected the Fbr network to my unit. But when I call Telus for the final connection to the router, nobody seems to know about it.????

OMG @TELUSsupport @TELUS what a horrible experience trying to find your support business hours. Not on your website (despite clicking for business hours from the chatbot), nor from calling *611... only to be told, call back during normal business hours (but no specifics!)...

Will the announcement that Canada is cutting Huawei affect rural customers with a telus hub internet connection @TELUSsupport Because suddenly mines terrible tonight.

Holy **** @TELUS **** you. You’re the worst cell phone/internet provider of the ******* century. I’m so done with you. Hey @Bell_Support @RogersMobileCa who wants a new customer??

  • SpaceMutiny Laharl (@SpaceMutiny) reported

And apparently to sweeten the pot to get their bit accepted. They've accepted a deal if they acquire the company with BCTel/Telus to get into a network sharing agreement with them to help build out their network predominantly. That I honestly think will not be good at all.

@AlbertaLeonidas if i recall, it was telus that was adamantly opposed to huawei hardware being used in canada. the problem here is that huawei was in the consortium who defined 5g, and much like NSA inserted a backdoor in dual elipse based encryption (rsa), ccp probably did into 5g in the spec.

  • JDEye jDi (@JDEye) reported

@krisster8 @TrueNorthCentre Telus started swapping out their Huawei cellular equipment last summer, in a project expected to take a couple years or so to complete. No word on if they're also swapping higher-level network devices in their central offices yet.

  • JulieYAli Julie Ali (@JulieYAli) reported

@TELUS I just made a plaintive comment in my response: I also don't see why I shouldn't cc Mr. Darren Entwistle in these communications. When I write to the CEO of Scotia Bank I follow the complaint to the end of the event and he has no objection to my communications.
