@omegamoose There are other factors including multiple lines going into the house under separate bills. It would be nice to have someone who can access any information that Telus would have. Could any contractor get information on any customer from any provider? If so I could go with anyone.

Fine @TELUS @TELUSsupport @Tonygeheran, mistakes happen but refusing to rectify it and then threatening about what “might” happen if you reconnect his service at his current home before he moves is shameful. But oh, he can’t cancel because he has a year left on his contract.

The outpouring of support for the people whose homes (and access) along Highway 8 since the November 15 disaster in BC has been heartwarming. #bchydro caught themselves billing the displaced and stopped it. What about #telus? They haven't figured out that there was a disaster.

Was OTP with Apple support all morning and Telus and all they did is bounce me back and forth and no one has an answer for me. Why am I paying for this service/product if it don’t even work? I’m done.

@B2Bspecialist Also, I have no idea what Telus converse is like across the country, but is this for all areas or just specific provinces? I’d be apt to listen what farmers who are current Telus customers have to say about current service.
