    Why ******** am I arguing with a Telus Twitter bot to get basic human rights and access in Canada?

  • brianddunn Brian Dunn (@brianddunn) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

    @ThePeterKelly Jieun’s on Koodo (Telus) no issues so far. Pretty reasonable plans. My mom’s on Freedom, I have heard they’re reception isn’t the best, but she hasn’t had any problems out in Burlington

  • dbeatty Dave Beatty (@dbeatty) reported

    @ThePeterKelly Telus and their subsidiaries are available in some areas. I use Koodo in Hamilton and it's fine service-wise. Unfortunately since Freedom was bought up in 2015 Ontarians don't have the option to support a provider outside the big 3/4, unless you're in Ottawa & can get videotron.

    @tiverela @TELUS Yep. Telus sucks

  • OliverClennan Oliver Clennan (@OliverClennan) reported

    TESTING MESSAGE FOR PYTHON BOT - Hello @TELUS, I have recently been having some issues with my internet speeds. My contract promises 75 Mbps down / 75 Mbps up, however I am only getting 39 Mbps down / 80 Mbps up currently (in Calgary, AB). Can you fix this?

  • PeterVogt10 Peter Vogt (@PeterVogt10) reported

    @CTVNewsRob @timescolonist As a reporter, why didn't you confirm/follow up on this ad before tweeting? Did you call Telus? Did you phone and talk to the person placing the ad? There are some issues with health care in BC but given you are a reporter I find your tweet bordering on the irresponsible.

  • Camlin65 Ontario RECE (@Camlin65) reported

    @Telus thanks for providing some of the worst coverage ever. Your coverage map is inaccurate when it comes to the Bruce Peninsula. Had I known that I would get zero coverage I would have cancelled my contract in April. Now I’m stuck. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

  • SandraYip07 Sandra Yip 💉💉💉 (@SandraYip07) reported

    @jzfromcalgary @timescolonist Hmmm...TELUS My Health has appts available this Thursday...3 days away. Not exactly "no virtual appts for months". There's no doubt that there are issues with our Healthcare system. But it does not help if people twist the truth to try and make their personal arguments.

  • aevlive Ani V (@aevlive) reported

    @RobertAFinlay @CTVNewsRob @timescolonist Isn’t Telus My Health a private option? They are staffed by independent contractors so does that mean they have to stop the service? Or is it like the people on the WorkSafe plan which Dr Day’s clinic is still legally able to give priority surgery?

  • ShansATweeter Shannah (@ShansATweeter) reported

    @TELUS having issues for the last 40 or so minutes. Your outage map doesn’t show my area. Waited to chat with an agent for 20 minutes virtually only to have you close at 8:00pm. How can I find out about an outage in my area or report one now?
