@TELUSsupport - absolutely terrible customer service -cancelled appointment because original tech is off for 2 days? How is there only one tech available for an install in Vancouver? Why book an appointment when no one is available? Have received nothing but the runaround @TELUS

@DrVivianS I used 1-833-943-3900. 68 minutes on hold with horrible sax music. Got appts for my wife and I on same day within 30 min of each other. Treat these people nice. This is not Bell, Rogers, or Telus helpline. They didn't create the #ClusterFord. They just work in it.

@Stirlingweim . @TELUS makes a lot of money. Part of their business model seems to be offer poor service. Their division, Telus Agriculture, seems to want to be an invisible owner. In the background. No doubt for good reason.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Telus told me the line I activated on Black Friday was a fraud and they refused to port number over. so I went ahead and canceled all 5 lines + 1 new line + home services for $750/month. 8 years of service and get treated like this.

@KristinRaworth The CRTC req's mobile providers to have a solution & suggested not selling it. Telus is supposed to have an option that must be requested. Protection for traditional landlines won't be developed! Once a block list is detected, automated, randomized, phone # spoofing is used. 😡

@heythatsdan I’ve tried the eSIM card and it was less than stellar (rough connections, data slow). On Telus now and have $9/day roaming

@OlefinTheHusky Is the issue the service up to the building or within the building? I had issues with Telus and not being able to get their high-speed service here because the wiring in the building is too old.

The level of scam calls coming through our @TELUS numbers is off the charts bad. And their only solution is for paying customers to block everyone except for 25 contacts. It would appear that mobile operators are passing all the security and privacy issues onto subscribers.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I came home to watch some TSN, the preview showed up but the screen was black when selected the channel. I unplugged power, plugged back in and now it keeps doing restart saying network cable disconnected. Help!

Also of note is the issues of access to the fraudulent recordings. In the Montreal lady's case w/ sim swap & Telus, Telus refused identifying IP info & device ID info with the claim it isn't *her* info. @privacylawyer called this one. I don't like it, but eh.
