@TELUS Pik TV is so buggy you will go insane trying to keep it going. It boots you out Mid-program won’t start when do you need it to & takes 45 minutes to get it going again. I have had it 2 yrs & 20 or more calls to support that just has you rebooting & logging in & out incessantly.

@The_New_Tina @habpipes @TELUS There were models that had the flip down keyboard but I never had any of them. These ones were all 2013-2015 and were A-MAZ-ING when it came to hardware but just didn't have the app ecosystem to keep alive.

@touchofmalice__ Look for remote work try Telus. That’s where I work! Some of them are customer service based. Mine isn’t but not currently hiring but they have other companies they work with that don’t require you to be on the phone! I’d check indeed.

@TELUS Not until you get some competition. You’re running wild right now. Americans get our marketing door slammed in their face. Why is that, Telus?? It’s hurting us bad, especially with this inflation.

  • keen0300 Jim Keen (@keen0300) reported

I would say cell rate plans in Canada are bad. Has anyone really looked at the phone pricing from the big three? If you try to buy outright expect at least $100 over the manufacturer price. The monthly price could end up lower but watch out. @TELUS has a new bring it back deal.

@TELUSsupport Telus! I wait for hours and my call is never answered.

  • WinterPhoto2006 =Winter Photo= (@WinterPhoto2006) reported

.@TELUSsupport cannot provide support because they're not working with the contractors who're doing the ground work for @Telus. Hope @Starlink Internet is available soon and we can dump all the others in one trash can and move them out of business. I'm beyond angry.

because the way TTC Wheeltrans works at this time at Telus mobility is doing the scheduling and they are doing a terrible job and suddenly we need more last-minute trips

    Telus Internet really sucks today.

@ryannorthcott @TELUSBusiness @TELUS Good luck Ryan! TELUS’ Support these days is terrible. If it wasn’t for fibre, I’d be gone.
