    @TELUSsupport A Telus service tech discovered the problem - a contractor had disconnected my fibre feed at a junction box. The issue has been corrected.

    I’m absolutely furious with @Telus and @TELUSsupport I have a customer that had their phone system go down on the weekend. They were able to get the number forwarded to a cell phone until I was able to get the new phone system and install it. Continued in thread.

    @Deyeannah Hey Diana, some of our TELUS security customers have been impacted by a network maintenance issue which we are working to resolve ASAP. We don't have any ETA at this time; however, rest assured we are definitely prioritizing this. Thank you for your patience!

    @TELUSsupport No. Partly because most Telus customer service makes for a horrible experience. I'm almost to the point where I'm counting down the days till my contracts up and I don't have to deal with this anymore

    Major @TELUS @TELUSsupport internet outage overnight in #Kitchener. Seem to be working now again. Credit should be given to those of us that went without.

    I’ve had plenty of issues like this with Shaw, but PRI support was generally fairly easy to get a hold of. This is totally unacceptable Telus! This is one example but this is not the first time at ALL. Please do better @TELUS @TELUSsupport This should be a VERY simple request.

    @koodo That is not the problem. You should stop telling people that. It was a Telus and Koodo issue. It went out just after 2:00 am for internet and came back on after 6:00 am. Texting was still available, but internet was out.
