VprVenom (@ViperVenom110th) reported@TdLeaker Whenever you call the bank or Roger’s/bell/telus always press the prompt for French. Just tell that person it must of been an accident. 9 out of 10 times they speak English and will help you anyway and you don’t have to hear that scammer accent.

David Robinson (@CalgaryDave) reportedI'd hate for someone to have my name and number when I don't want them to have that info... Kinda the same way Rogers, Telus, and every damned company instantly sells your personal info to every fool on the face of the planet getting you bogged down by spam calls. If only I were in government... and could pressure regulations to prevent this kind of thing and protect the people I governed... Awkward.

Paul Walsh (@Paul__Walsh) reported@ScammerDefence @TELUS @Rogers That doesn’t actually happen and even if it did, the damage is already done. Threat based security for phishing will never be good enough. It’s time to pivot to zero trust for URLs.

Michael Collett 🇺🇦 🇳🇴 🇫🇷 🇮🇪 🇮🇹 (@michaelgcollett) reported@TELUSsupport Nothing but trouble with Telus. Internet going out constantly for days. Getting technical support from a real human is impossible. Its stupid AI does not listen.

Jerry Lambert 🍏 🍏 🍏 (@JerryLambe75755) reported@TELUSsupport It’s great to see Telus results continue to decline. Customer service is awful. Waiting hours to speak to a human …. not giving loyal customers the same offers as new customers …. watching woke commercials to social engineer people …. I’ll NEVER come back.

I Want To Talk Now (@iwanttotalk_now) reported@Carpaige178176 @Kittie40Girl Bell has issues because a lot of their customers are French and QC freaks the hell out about the stuff. Telus? They've had entire call centres in the Philippines for at least a decade. I know, because my bosses would talk about them and we'd communicate with the offshore agents all the time. The women would joke because the offshore agents would fairly often hit on them and try to find ways into Canada lol.

T Saunders (@TSaundersql) reported@mario4thenorth Telus, can’t Telus anything. That’s been my slogan for them for the last 15-20 yrs, after they tried lying to me on what an issue was with my service.
