Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport we're having problems with our phone lines today - choppy service and horrible connections - what gives?!?!

  • designify Michael J. Young (@designify) reported

@TylerGalpin I've always preferred the customer service from Telus/Koodo.

  • LarryThird Larry Third (@LarryThird) reported

@koodo Anyone on Koodo, Public Mobile or Telus have made comments about issues for 3 days now

  • TallPaulsLife Tall Paul🇨🇦🇩🇰 (@TallPaulsLife) reported

Why would I wait 5 business days to get a E-SIM card @TELUS ???? E= electronic I am paying more to get this right this second so my new phone can be more than a glorified $1,400 brick Horrible website, horrible info on product, horrible business move in 2021

@NathanDorval @TELUS that it's warm but I don't keep bottled water in the house & also, we're still in a pandemic, I'm not taking chances, not when we have a vulnerable person in the house. Telus never did answer me if it was legit, when I tweeted them. Just FO with DtD sales already, companies.

@TylerGalpin I love my plan from @PublicMobile (now owned by Telus and on their network). I save by paying tri-monthly; plus mix and match data+voice quantities. BUT, they nerfed their offerings for newbies, and are now shittier than other telcos: Only offer 3G (WTF) and no mix-and-match

  • bacardiking16 Bacardi (@bacardiking16) reported

@Koodo gotta say, never had an issue. Then today I discovered you have no customer service. Your online help isn't really help at all. In this day and age CS makes or breaks a company. If you didn't have Telus as your sugar daddy you wouldn't be around anymore🙃🖕

  • waveynevey doja cat’s roomba (@waveynevey) reported

They added much music to a package I already have with Telus I may never change my TV from that station again

  • LarryThird Larry Third (@LarryThird) reported

@koodo You may want to forward this information it seems it is a Telus (Koodo) network issue and is happening enough that a thread has been started on facebook at our work. We work at FCA corner of Williams Pkwy and Airport

  • dhritzkiv Daniel Hritzkiv (@dhritzkiv) reported

@TylerGalpin @PublicMobile Right! What are they thinking? Fortunately, I’m locked in to having LTE on my existing plan, so I get the benefit of Telus’ fast network (fastest in Ontario?)
