All we’re asking @TELUSsupport @TELUS, is for some Wi-Fi support. This can be done through air cards or wireless hubs. All they can say is NO. I have the calls recorded and will post them on @Reddit

Is it just me or is 5G not faster but actually worse than LTE? On @TELUS in Montreal and Toronto I’ve noticed considerably worse service and FaceTime audio calls are impossible.

My mom's ISP (@TELUS) came to install fibre. Visit 1: On day, rescheduled to later hour. Nice tech, but lacked right drill bit, and on-street box was broken. Rescheduled. V.2: No show. V.3: No show. V.4: No show. Each time call ctr had no expl why we weren't called. Prediction?

@Franktmcveety Mine went down as our phones are paid off. The only plan offered me by @Telus cost more than existing plan. We bought a new battery for the older phone instead. Prices have not dropped. Promise broken Omar.

@TELUSsupport Telus hub that you gave us is not working. Also it’s plugged in all the time so why is the battery colour yellow. I’m really annoyed that I can’t do my work. If this is supposed to be the same as if I were using 5G on my phone, it’s not.
