    Telus is screwing with me. My Internet went down for a few minutes, but it's back up. And now @TELUS Optik TV is working for the first time since yesterday morning. Piece of **** service! What are we going to tell the Telus tech when he comes in the morning?

    @HuxBear well, my contract is almost up, and part of it was a buy-back program. I'm with Telus. Never have had an issue with them. Even had reception through the mountains on my road trips to Calgary & Edmonton.

    @koodo your customer service is appauling. I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

    ZERO idea what the hell @TELUSsupport @TELUS & their #fraud department however the fact that they permitted FRAUD to be #perpetrated on my account & then LOCK me out of my own account? You think I'm mad now? JUST ya wait till I SUE & CANCEL my service, which I've had since 1999

    I take my credit VERY seriously and for months tried to find how to pay this bill before it reported LATE. people at your @koodo booths or @TELUS stores didnt care to help. Now I have a late showing on my credit report, this is not on me! I demand to and my late be removed

    Really don’t like the hardware failure every time I use my @TELUS @TELUSsupport 4K PVR open guide scroll down freeze reboot about two more times of that then it works

    Jason is a gang member as is Navi grewal They even work for Telus and Fido and other stores and abuse their tech to stalk people [ this is a corruption issue ] They need to be investigated and held accountable but they have people inside who are refusing to “help out”

    Stopped by my local @TELUS store this afternoon after work and upgraded my phone along with taking off a service I don’t use anymore. Huge shoutout goes to Kayla at Advanced telecom in Sundre for the awesome service that I received!
