    @TELUS Wi-Fi down for 3 days in January leading to a ridiculous bill as we had to rely on LTE. Any chance of a refund? for the overages?

    Is there something I am not doing right? I was accepted as a Search Engine Evaluator (English) with Telus, but I work through UHRS, which seems to be the reason why the pay is **** according to what I've read here. And my demands were very low because I'm mexican

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS definitely the worst phone company to be with. Terrible service and clueless employees!!!!! Asked to speak with a manager and was declined absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!

    @TELUS 20+yrs with you guys, grandfathered in a plan and getting penalized for it by making me pay more. This is not the way to keep a long time client! To bad I have to switch provider cause I can't afford you guys anymore

    @cogie_s @SamsungUK We have a company in Canada called Telus, I have been a customer of theirs for 30 years, and swear by their customer service, literally they have saved me thousands, by calling me with their latest deals! I have 50G of data/month for about 25 pounds.
