Disappointing that @TELUS will gladly give away tv's to new customers but won't do so for loyal customer of over 5 years that has other services and wants to add tv to their service. May be thinking of a move to @ShawInfo .

Does anyone at @telus watch their horrible commercials? First it was their music service that sang ... I think you're f*ing beautiful over video of a little girl. Now there's a torture movie & a guy begs to know what was done to him, while scratchy music plays. Really awful.

Alright @TELUSsupport @TELUS I’ve been trying to get a refund for the iPad I sent back 6weeks ago and confirmed you had in your warehouse 3weeks ago and I’ve still not got my $ back and I’m still paying for two iPads when I only have one. Please fix this.
