@rob_bieber @telusmobility Because some models had problems with the APN for Telus and a bug that prevented entering it normally.

@rob_bieber @TELUS Shame on you Telus! Good to know where the company stands when it comes to customer care. If a client who’s been this long with the company means nothing, it tells me that it’s time for me to go somewhere else as well.

@Mandoline79 @koodo I seriously hate dealing with cell phone companies. They are honestly the worst. They used to care about loyal customers, but they frankly don't give a f**k anymore about loyalty. I was with Telus for over 20 years and they still treated me like ****. None of them are good.

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport one of your installers at a neighbor took out all our services (phone, tv, internet) and they assured me someone would be coming to fix it. I have to work from home tomorrow and don't see it on your service outage page even after I also submitted it.

@fanCRTCProfling Wholesale is a failure for everyone except consumers. Meanwhile, my fourth phone call (3hrs plus) to Telus *finally* resulted in a service contract for another 2 years where my home internet goes up from $55/mth (today's rate) to $60/mth vs the $120/mth I would have been charged

@TELUS hey you ******* clowns, why would you even bother including reduced speed data in 2021. I can’t even load a picture on this ****

@pfindling @TheRecord I just realized Telus was not a naming partner anymore, so that will hurt coffers. Always sucks when non-profit attractions hang on by a thread like this. Perhaps they should call themselves an airline?
