    @elviralount @IRPlawyer @TELUS That’s why they are pushing to eliminate Plain Old Telephony Service (POTS) altogether. With the new technology TELUS does not have the same obligations. In case of a natural disaster, the new lines rely on max 48h batteries, if you have room for them in your space. Then 🦗🦗🦗

    @servingLMD @TELUS and she couldn't book the installer while i was chatting with her so she ended up having to call me back haha it's always such a disaster with their customer service, I don't get it. I worked for Shaw and we were never this messed up.

    So Telus just made the mistake of calling my husband to promote Telus Health/Babylon He just cut them off with: "Ya I've heard of it and I am not AT ALL interested" It was his angry voice. He never brings it out Except for people trying to steal his wife's job 👏

    @entwistled Sir - I am writing this email to inform you that after Telus took over ADT, the service standards have degraded. Your support team continues to give false info. 5 days have elapsed and they didn’t resolve security issues linked with my adt system. How to trust ?

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS your student discount has gone down the drain 👎🏼 I cant stack a 15$ discount on top of a 2 yr contract even though I used to have a 2yr contract and even better student discount? Plus Ive been a loyal Telus customer

    @JtotheEVON @TELUS I had issues yesterday. The modem disconnected for about 15 min. Restart didn’t help. Since then it’s ok. Try restarting your modem, just like with Ram with PC, modems get clattered.

    @entwistled @TELUSsupport @TELUS - do you think Telus is capable of resolving ADT issue! How can one be secure having ADT system installed in their homes. If issue isn’t resolved then how come security systems can be relied upon?

    @JtotheEVON @TELUS I have the extenders too, disconnected them as they appeared to cause issues with the T3200m modem. Apparently the last modem isn’t designed or compatible with them. (As per installer) Since I got the hub, didn’t even connected them.

    @TELUSsupport I have so many Telus issues that I just live with some of them...until I finally can't take it anymore. Pik TV hasn't worked properly since I got it years ago...now it's reached the stage of "I finally can't take it anymore". Do you think I can get support? Nope!
