@shov3lh3ad82 Sadly, it is true. What's really screwed up is Chinese workers have been seen installing the hardware. Telus says the Hauwei 5G equipment is not yet being used on the security sensitive "core" network. It's one thing if any ally (NSA)can spy on you, another if it's the CCP.

@RogersHelps Im not effected by the @RogersHelps or @Bell_Support issue. I’m a happy @telusmobility customer. It was more just to point out that Bell and Rogers customers using @RemindHQ will not receive SMS message a key communication tool with our kids teachers but Telus clients will

@perfectrose2011 You now know why I special ordered a landline with blocking capability in the unit itself, as well as using Telus call control and blocking people who call wrong numbers at 2 am, LOL. Smartphone is not an issue as I have it turned off (I know, sacrilege!) 99% of the time.

@McMudder71 @TELUS You should be able to change carriers anytime. If Telus financed the phone you may have to pay it off but many carriers will give you cash to help pay it off. Have had Eastlink for 5 years with no problems or price increases.

@McMudder71 @TELUS No suggestions, I use Telus without any issues but I never had their phones, I always buy my own because I can get a better deal than they offer. I am wishing you luck though.
