  • stevesfs
Steve Wilkie (@stevesfs) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@RogersHelps Im not effected by the @RogersHelps or @Bell_Support issue. I’m a happy @telusmobility customer. It was more just to point out that Bell and Rogers customers using @RemindHQ will not receive SMS message a key communication tool with our kids teachers but Telus clients will

  • Beagles2mama

I am not a Telus customer but love their tv ads because of the animals. The current one has a cute hippo in it.

  • antonlodder
anton lodder (@antonlodder) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@benmyers29 like, the problem with John Tory being a Rogers employee is not at all that it's unfair to Bell and Telus that they can't also influence him

  • med0475
Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@rollforlearning @Travisdhanraj Had the same issue with Rogers customers (most of my family) texting me (TELUS). Unless it was iMessage. Got about 55 messages at 3am that were sent the morning before

  • kinsonalley
Allyssia Atkinson (@kinsonalley) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@TELUS And the cherry on top! 45 minutes on the phone with customer care and my call drops. 😡 If I wasn’t sure this was retaliation at first, I am now. Ugh! 🙄

  • n8best

    @jonkay @Stockwell_Day @TELUS @JustinTrudeau You're an idiot.

  • hardyrenos
Anti-Lieberal (@hardyrenos) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@shov3lh3ad82 Sadly, it is true. What's really screwed up is Chinese workers have been seen installing the hardware. Telus says the Hauwei 5G equipment is not yet being used on the security sensitive "core" network. It's one thing if any ally (NSA)can spy on you, another if it's the CCP.

  • rob_bieber
Rob Bieber Ⓥ🌈 (@rob_bieber) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

    And @telus @telusmobility will lose a 25 year customer.

  • BroHogPlays

    @DewyX0 I’m with TELUS ****

  • kinsonalley
Allyssia Atkinson (@kinsonalley) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@TELUS I’m breaking my social media fast because of you. Is it just a coincidence that EVERY week for the last three weeks, ever since I spoke with an agent and advised them that after almost 10 years of PURE HELL with you, I’d be cancelling my service once my contract... [1]

  • jdong027
Kevin Dong (@jdong027) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

We need help. Communication is so important in our ER department and our equipment is not good enough. We need walkie talkies or something to help us communicate in ppe! Companies willing to help please reach out! @TELUS @rogerstv @Samsung @StaplesCanada @BestBuyCanada @Sony

  • James__CW
James (@James__CW) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Well after almost two decades I have said goodbye to Rogers and feeling great about it. I'm sure Telus is just as bad..maybe we need to stop the telecom monopoly in Canada.

  • JohnPapaloni
John Papaloni (@JohnPapaloni) reported from Grimsby, Ontario

@patrickbetdavid to clarify on your video about Rogers. Rogers doesn’t control 90% it’s 3 companies Rogers, Bell (BCE), & Telus combined they have 90% of the market. Definitely a monopoly, we have a “Governing Organization” but run by telecom executives, so how does that help?

  • gbarone2
Gary Barone (@gbarone2) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@theJagmeetSingh So let's disband Bell, Telus & Rogers and get service from US companies. Great idea

@TELUSsupport @TELUS how long does a customer need to wait on line for the next available team member? I think an hour is way too long! Do better

  • matdrewin

@TELUS @Bell Why is the cell reception so bad in MTL? Very often at 1 bar. I get dead spots all the time.

  • lakecitygirl
The Original What's Going On (@lakecitygirl) reported

@FixitCanada @5dme81 Probably really for an AI centre. For some reason Telus never has to really pay for anything.

  • KristicMystic
    KrysticMystic (@KristicMystic) reported

OMG! Telus is the most awful company. It often takes an hour with dropped calls to get to talk to someone who can't always deal with your issue. They want 2 year contracts with shady rules or they hike your overpriced plan without warning. And then they continuously call you to try to give you deals instead of being upfront etc..etc...

  • zenbenda
    Dave Zenbenda (@zenbenda) reported

@DonnieandDhali @DonTaylor5 @DhaliwalSports If it's not on my already expensive telus tsn/sportsnet package I'm not paying for yet another service for CFL games. CFL needs to be careful with this...it's not like their the NHL here in Canada, or the NFL in the States.

This stupid phone is trying to connect to devices my husband used instead of my choices. I couldnt connect to my own vehicle today again. Samsung is glitches upon glitches. His phone is motorolla. Mine is Samsung! I will use my Telus only to protect my privacy & fix their error

  • yegventures
    Lincoln Ho | Yegventures | 何令恒 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported

@Social_Moi @TELUSsupport If you have home issues, call 310-MYTV. For mobility issues, dial 611 from a TELUS cell phone. If you want a guaranteed Canadian agent, use the French options as you'll get an agent in Montreal (home service agents work there too).

  • heyboonsuccess
    Heyboonsuccess (@heyboonsuccess) reported

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Try Telus Mobile $36.72 after tax , 5g network 75gb with 200 minutes free call to Nigeria. That’s my monthly plan.

  • BStoneBrief
    Brett Stone (@BStoneBrief) reported

@CanadianPro2 @MarkJCarney You can use untreated groundwater. It might contain materials that could corrode the pipes though, and if it spills anywhere near the components it ruins them. And we are using the district heating model in downtown Vancouver, that's how they're doing the Telus building. I'm working on a pseudo-clone of the French model, but I've never actually seen how it works just the end result so building toward a network of nodes using a similar end result. The reason the latter one isn't done is probably a combination of trust of tenants having access to expensive equipment, and decentralized wouldn't be quite as fast as data centres, but I quite like the French model

@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport **** Telus. I was with them for 20 yrs. Finally switched to Fido. Cheaper bill
