    @TELUSsupport A punch to the gut, because we were not notified prior. I checked all docs and no word. Talked to cust serv. Would like to end on a good note. Cancelled service. We stayed and paid 10 months at $150+$240+tax because we loved Telus, then $240 more?

    why (tf?) did I get a 23 page package in the mail from telus, on no prompting, after 20+ yrs of having the acct??? I think it's informing me of my obligations in being a customer. I get to do hours of phone time to fine out. Delightful, @telus gee, thanks.

    Disgusted, disappointed and frustrated with the service of ADT by Telus!! When it was just ADT we had seamless service for 10 years but since we got ADT by Telus, since last 6 months, it's been utter disaster!! Does the company care??# ADT by Telus
