@RogersHelps Im not effected by the @RogersHelps or @Bell_Support issue. I’m a happy @telusmobility customer. It was more just to point out that Bell and Rogers customers using @RemindHQ will not receive SMS message a key communication tool with our kids teachers but Telus clients will

  • Beagles2mama Kelly (@Beagles2mama) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

I am not a Telus customer but love their tv ads because of the animals. The current one has a cute hippo in it.

  • kisachan64 kisa (@kisachan64) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@hellkuoki Awh man I hope not :( hopefully they are able to fix it at apple. It's good the telus guy understood though!

  • kinsonalley Allyssia Atkinson (@kinsonalley) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@TELUS And the cherry on top! 45 minutes on the phone with customer care and my call drops. 😡 If I wasn’t sure this was retaliation at first, I am now. Ugh! 🙄

  • kinsonalley Allyssia Atkinson (@kinsonalley) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@TELUS I’m breaking my social media fast because of you. Is it just a coincidence that EVERY week for the last three weeks, ever since I spoke with an agent and advised them that after almost 10 years of PURE HELL with you, I’d be cancelling my service once my contract... [1]

  • BroHogPlays BroHoG 🇨🇦 (@BroHogPlays) reported from Burlington, Ontario

    @DewyX0 I’m with TELUS ****

  • GatorPetrol ExpectoPetroleum (@GatorPetrol) reported

@totemsunrise @TELUS @TELUSsupport No problem at all. It’s barbaric to put you in danger over their mistakes and then force you to function on their schedule.

  • WhoTrollsTrolls He Who Trolls The Trolls (@WhoTrollsTrolls) reported

@Irric_Keo @TELUS Are they doing that now? Wtf I never heard ****

  • Sky_Hiigh_ Kayla Katastrophe (@Sky_Hiigh_) reported

Anyone else have issues with their data on @koodo ? Tired of paying for data when it hardly works. called Koodo for help and they suggested I switch to Telus 🙄 how is that helping your customers?!

  • ryancrooks1 ryan (@ryancrooks1) reported

@TELUSsupport @IanSeggie @TELUSsupport if this is true I'll be leaving Telus also. What a terrible decision.

  • kyuface Stephanie (@kyuface) reported

@TELUS Please rethink your decision to charge credit card processing fees. 🙏 I personally will be removing my credit card and paying only through my bank if you insist on these fees. Inflation is a huge problem right now and I doubt many of us want new fees added to our bills.

  • SnodV Vee Champoux (@SnodV) reported

people are super quick to sh*t on bad customer service - well I just went to @TELUS to upgrade 3 phones and the guy was so unbelievably good, quick, polite and all around just the kind of person you want to have serving you, so well done Telus Dude at Angrignon!

  • IanSeggie Ian Seggie 🌻 (@IanSeggie) reported

@TELUSsupport Oh and.... "Telus reported its second-quarter financials last week, posting $4.4 billion in revenue and a record 247,000 total customer additions."

  • CBeaton1 Carole (@CBeaton1) reported

@WilecoyEggert If Telus would only close the damn call centres that keep calling me to tell me how they can save me money and just give me the savings as a happy surprise, that increase also wouldn’t be needed!

  • rebecca_barrow VanIsle Cruzer☮️ (@rebecca_barrow) reported

@adriandix PLEASE do not make Telus richer. For profit health care is bad for the people. BC Docs MUST be reimbursed more, but this blended contract with UPPC rules is deleterious to the family physicians.

  • rebecca_barrow VanIsle Cruzer☮️ (@rebecca_barrow) reported

@jjhorgan DO NOT allow Adrian Dix to sully your reputation. BC healthcare is getting WORSE under Dix’s poor management. A health care minister should listen to PHYSICIANS and not BIG CORPORATIONS (Telus).
