    @shov3lh3ad82 Sadly, it is true. What's really screwed up is Chinese workers have been seen installing the hardware. Telus says the Hauwei 5G equipment is not yet being used on the security sensitive "core" network. It's one thing if any ally (NSA)can spy on you, another if it's the CCP.

    @RogersHelps Im not effected by the @RogersHelps or @Bell_Support issue. I’m a happy @telusmobility customer. It was more just to point out that Bell and Rogers customers using @RemindHQ will not receive SMS message a key communication tool with our kids teachers but Telus clients will

    With two university students in the house and one individual working from home, this error creates a huge problem. Especially since, even after 100+ minutes your representative has not done anything to resolve. Signed, a disappointed 35 year customer and @Telus shareholder.

    @beatsdj77 @sachardonnay I hear ya. We had problems with the world juniors on Shaw, very choppy. It worked itself out. Telus is installing fibre optic in our neighborhood next summer, will probably make the switch.

    @TELUSsupport it’s great having to do schooling online yet the Telus Wi-Fi wants to go offline and no amount of trouble shooting will help it. Glad we’re paying for the “top of the line” for unreliable internet.

    Imagine paying rent and your landlord just locked you out for an hour or days at a time intermittently and you had no recourse or discount for your trouble? Why do Rogers, Bell, Telus etc. get away with this? We pay them regardless but if we are late, they charge us extra.

    My dad’s angry calls with Rogers tech support always go “I have been a loyal customer for 17 years!!! Why SHOULDNT I switch to Telus???” and then he doesn’t switch to Telus
