@TELUS I’m breaking my social media fast because of you. Is it just a coincidence that EVERY week for the last three weeks, ever since I spoke with an agent and advised them that after almost 10 years of PURE HELL with you, I’d be cancelling my service once my contract... [1]

@patrickbetdavid to clarify on your video about Rogers. Rogers doesn’t control 90% it’s 3 companies Rogers, Bell (BCE), & Telus combined they have 90% of the market. Definitely a monopoly, we have a “Governing Organization” but run by telecom executives, so how does that help?

@RogersHelps Im not effected by the @RogersHelps or @Bell_Support issue. I’m a happy @telusmobility customer. It was more just to point out that Bell and Rogers customers using @RemindHQ will not receive SMS message a key communication tool with our kids teachers but Telus clients will

@TELUS And the cherry on top! 45 minutes on the phone with customer care and my call drops. 😡 If I wasn’t sure this was retaliation at first, I am now. Ugh! 🙄

@shov3lh3ad82 Sadly, it is true. What's really screwed up is Chinese workers have been seen installing the hardware. Telus says the Hauwei 5G equipment is not yet being used on the security sensitive "core" network. It's one thing if any ally (NSA)can spy on you, another if it's the CCP.

Well after almost two decades I have said goodbye to Rogers and feeling great about it. I'm sure Telus is just as bad..maybe we need to stop the telecom monopoly in Canada.

Telus now is my largest holding. It is down just under 6% for me. However, one year of dividend should comfortably make up for the loss. $T $T.TO

@jbrredux2 @nopenotnathan @avilewis One can't steal something that is handed over voluntarily. Get rid of the bureaucracy and all the unneeded red tape and anyone could start a company to compete and undercut bad companies. Telus, Bell, and Rogers have ZERO incentive to change thanks to cronyism.

The $ASTS selloff makes no sense to me and I think people are confusing short term noise with long term certainty. Let me lay out exactly where this company stands right now. $3.9 billion in cash on the balance sheet. Fully funded. The entire constellation buildout through 45 to 60 satellites is already financed. There is no dilution risk. There is no funding risk. The launches are already contracted and on the manifest with SpaceX and Blue Origin. BlueBird 6 is in orbit. Unfolded successfully. Largest commercial communications array ever deployed in low earth orbit. 120 Mbps peak speeds directly to unmodified smartphones. The physics works. The technology is proven. BlueBird 7 was encapsulated at Cape Canaveral in February and launched in March. BlueBirds 8 through 29 are in various stages of production. 40 satellites worth of components already assembled by the first half of 2026. Bulk launches starting soon. Over $1.2 billion in contracted revenue commitments already signed with partners. AT&T. Verizon. Vodafone. Rakuten. TELUS. stc Group. The carriers are signed. The agreements are done. The phones are already compatible. Nobody needs to buy new hardware. This is not a company still trying to figure out if it works. The technology works. The satellites are launching on schedule. The money is in the bank. The partners are signed. The only thing left is time. 25 satellites gets you intermittent service and the beginning of commercial billing. 45 to 60 gets you continuous coverage across the US, Europe, and Japan. That timeline is this year. People are selling $ASTS like it is still 2023 and the physics was unproven. The physics was proved. The satellites are up. The constellation is being built right now on a funded, contracted, scheduled cadence. This is not a bet on whether it works anymore. It is a bet on when the revenue starts. And the answer to that is months, not years. $ASTS

Holy ****. The people who answer the phones at @TELUS are ******* retarded & virtually impossible to understand. I ******* hate having to call those tards. Hire some English speaking people with some intelligence so we don't have to scream at them every time we call them 🤬🤦

@Pirat_Nation In March 2026, Crunchyroll confirmed a major data breach involving approximately 6.8 million users following a cyberattack on a third-party support provider, Telus Digital. The breach occurred when hackers used malware to hijack a support agent's Okta single sign-on account, giving them 24 hours of access to Crunchyroll’s internal systems, including Zendesk, Slack, and Google Workspace. Stolen data primarily consists of customer support ticket records, which include full names, usernames, email addresses, IP addresses, and general geographic locations. In April 2026, cybercriminals offered 2 million of these customer records for sale on a specialized forum, with a single buyer reportedly purchasing a bulk set of 1.2 million records. Security researchers have verified that 1.2 million unique email addresses from this sale are now appearing in data leak databases like Have I Been Pwned. The hackers reportedly demanded a $5 million ransom from Crunchyroll to prevent the release of 100GB of exfiltrated data, though the company has not officially confirmed paying it. Crunchyroll is currently facing class-action lawsuits alleging that the company failed to implement adequate security measures and was not transparent enough with users during the initial discovery. While Crunchyroll maintains that its core user database and full financial systems were not directly breached, the exposure of support ticket history means some users' partial payment info or private messages may be at risk.

So much for being a @TELUS loyalty customer. What happened Telus? Been a customer for 20 years. Can't get a small deal on a new contract.
