@RogersHelps Im not effected by the @RogersHelps or @Bell_Support issue. I’m a happy @telusmobility customer. It was more just to point out that Bell and Rogers customers using @RemindHQ will not receive SMS message a key communication tool with our kids teachers but Telus clients will

One thing I noticed during today's power outage in #vernonbc is that the @TELUS cell network couldn't handle the extra load from everyone checking the internet to find out what was going on.

@TELUS my modem box randomly started smoking…. Is this common?? I’m glad my son noticed it as it could have been a dangerous situation….. not overly impressed for a service I pay so much for each month.

For a communications company @TELUS is absolutely CRAP at communication! I have spent over 20 hours on the phone with @TELUSsupport We have been waiting 20 days to get internet #smallbusiness Do you know how hard it is to do business with out internet TELUS ?! Really damn hard!
