@shov3lh3ad82 Sadly, it is true. What's really screwed up is Chinese workers have been seen installing the hardware. Telus says the Hauwei 5G equipment is not yet being used on the security sensitive "core" network. It's one thing if any ally (NSA)can spy on you, another if it's the CCP.

@RogersHelps Im not effected by the @RogersHelps or @Bell_Support issue. I’m a happy @telusmobility customer. It was more just to point out that Bell and Rogers customers using @RemindHQ will not receive SMS message a key communication tool with our kids teachers but Telus clients will

@TELUSsupport Hi @TELUSsupport again. Had one call with the agent but since then things have taken a turn for the worse. The package was never delivered, then sent back to Telus, and no reply from the Telus agent after a voice mail was left. Could use some help here!

@TELUSsupport Hey there! I've noticed that, after switching to Telus from Sasktel, my voice calls cut out every 5-10 seconds. It's about 1 second of silence then voice contact resumes. Resembles a normal call when the other party has a "call waiting" notification.

Hi @TELUS, we got internet service less than a month ago. We are very happy with it. However, I’ve had 2 promotion calls in the last 10 days. Why is this? Especially after the first call when I said no thanks…would be awesome if they’d stop. Sincerely, a mostly happy customer.

I get it, going door-to-door trying to sell one of the big corporate internet and mobile providers (Telus, Bell, etc) in Sasktel's Saskatchewan sucks, but standing there trying to wrestle what I pay for my plans outta me isn't helping your case.

So the best that @Telus can do for me is restore my internet in maybe 8 days.. this is absolutely unacceptable. The amount of Indigenous reconciliation posts you have on your website, and then the way you treat your Indigenous customers is abhorrent and disgusting.
