A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

.@TELUS called me to chat about switching my business account to them. WTF?!? Calling from Montreal! I suggested he get a f’ing clue and not be spamming anyone in the 902 area code and that they are the only carrier throttling data instead of gifting it right now. #fail

I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

@keithbaldrey It will have cost someone, Telus hopefully, a lot of money. I've seen similar done twice, but in both cases it was the clients paying as it was their issue we were solving.

@keithbaldrey Telus fixed the problem but was the initial problem that was created based on the criteria the vaccination committee gave to Telus? And why are we using a call in system anyway? If other provinces have an online booking system now why can't BC?

@Mr_Salmonid @cbcnewsbc It's the failure of Telus and the government. If Telus can scale up to 600 agents in a couple of days the problem was obviously not resources. It was leadership. Follow the money.

@dave_pasin @keithbaldrey @TELUS Bc they “won” the contract bid - they are getting paid hundreds of thousands of dollars of taxpayers money. They know they are on the hook and it’s HIGH profile. In the case of providing individual service, they know you’ll wait on hold forever to get your internet fixed.

@keithbaldrey Good for @Telus to remedy the issue with the call centres and finding ppl to man the phones. Just curious why Telus can’t respond to actual customer concerns that quickly & remedy issues that arise. Funny how that works.

@TELUS After 5 of ur staff decided to sweep this under the rug, I decided not to. I am a 25 year Telus customer. I had to prove to you that I am alive as one of your staff mistook my identity for my late mother. I was treated like a fraudster! I am disheartened to say the least!
