I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

@OilLeak26 It's just a **** around. I wanted a different one but when they came whenever they built the house they only ran Telus so I had to cancel it and then order Telus. I just hope I can get it within the next couple days

@TELUSsupport @TELUS - I received text reply from technician that he still does not have all the equipment. I asked about ETA and he says Telus is in back orders... Why do you sell something you do not have in stock? Mention tht during sell so tht customer can go 2 other provider

I’ve been w/ Telus mobile for near 30 years, never had another carrier. Talked to some nice ppl on the phone but I always wonder why I’m so loyal or consistent. It’s not a reciprocal relationship.

I'm amazed when a mobile carrier (e.g @Telus) decides to raise their price on a happy customer. It just pokes the bear. Now I'm shopping for a different carrier. I wonder if they realize they will need 14 customers to take the price hit for every 1 that leaves. 🤔 @TELUSsupport

@janetwagner21 In the 48 hours when I was getting my phone unlocked, and leaving Telus, I heard from them more than in the preceding 20 years. Then, after leaving, ....I heard from a third party doing a survey for Telus to evaluate how they did at trying to retain me as a customer.

@ShawInfo restore internet in #WalnutGrove #Langley. People have online exams, assignments, and need the internet. I called customer service 6 times yesterday and nobody knew anything. Never expected Shaw to be so slow in repairing our connectivity. I will change to Telus now.

@MobileSyrup I’m porting my line to Telus today. This was a disastrous fail and Rogers clearly doesn’t have the correct failsafes to prevent this from happening. This is going to cost Rogers a LOT.
