A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

.@TELUS called me to chat about switching my business account to them. WTF?!? Calling from Montreal! I suggested he get a f’ing clue and not be spamming anyone in the 902 area code and that they are the only carrier throttling data instead of gifting it right now. #fail

@TELUSsupport why is telus not working? U guys have certain business and can’t answer the phone when there is an outage or whatever it is. It’s affecting my alarm system and starting to beep which is unreal for nighttime when people have school and work.

@TELUS Just received my 2nd horrendous example of customer service from Telus in the last week. Installer was a no show last week. Re-booked. Today's installer called today after 11 and said he'd be there in 30. No show again! Just brutal and disruptive.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport my fibre bill with taxes is $16 higher than what it is supposed to. Also I’m also $150 short on my bill credits as what was agreed on, on my original service agreement

@TELUS service in rural Alberta has been getting worse over the past year. I travel primarily rural for my job and rely heavily on cell service that is non existent in more places than ever. They claim there’s nothing wrong. Something needs to be done. @RealTalkRJ #RealTalkRJ

@koodo Your CS is terrible. My father is in the hospital without access to his service and I can’t even keep his phone number he has had for years. I will never recommend Koodo/Telus to anyone. I’m switching my lines to Bell as soon as I can. 😔 #fail

High five to telus for sending someone unvaxxed AGAIN to my moms LTC to hook up her landline forcing me to rebook again, for the third time. Cool cool cool. I have all the time in the world for this ****.
