    A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

    @zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too

    I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport They did, but they did the same thing on the original July 22 booking. Very disappointed it takes a month to get longtime service transferred with no possible interim solution or action from Telus.

    @EMauroCBC do you know why the nurse's union does not speak about Doug Ford's goal to squeeze the nurses until citizens begin turning to Telus or Shoppers health, fee for service healthcare? Have you read about Mike Harris's wife receiving business from DF for part time nurses?

    @TELUS Customer service? I've been trying to get help with my phone since July 9th and your support team constantly dismisses me, makes me repeat myself, and is now refusing to help me. Didn't stop you from sending a bill, even though I can't use my phone.

    @TELUSsupport hey question i got internet set up today but each time i try to log into my telus connect to change the network name and password it says that the internet is not set up yet i ask since its been about 8 hours since it was set up

    @DeondreSmiles You your full plan. Same question for coverage though, I think Telus is partnered one US network and Bell is another, but not totally sure. If you already have them for internet you should be able to negotiate something, but call into the main office line and not the store, any

    @DeondreSmiles Time I've dealt with Telus the sales support team on central dispatch has been able to help me out a ton-and get better deals (last tweet, I promise!)
