@zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too

I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

@TELUSsupport In the area. 400 homes have same issue, whether Telus or Rogers. Telus recommended a tower, we agreed, Telus abandoned it, Rogers might put one up, Telus said you would put one somewhere else, still don't get a good signal via Telus wifi either. I mainly use Skype to call.

Just had a call from @telus to sell me a security system, and I felt bad when I had to tell the guy I lived in an apartment BC his pitch was sooo good lol.

@JTHall55 That's definitely frustrating. To avoid this happening again, you can change the network settings on your phone so that it won't connect to anything but the TELUS network!

@TELUSsupport I was trying for 3 hrs and 2 agents to get my Optik TV back and no luck and then had to dinner & then zoom meeting. Then tried manual set up and still no luck. I'm at my wits end and Telus takes forever to get help when you're deaf and need to use chat! Grrr/sigh!
