@zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too

  • TrishaBourque Patricia Bourque (@TrishaBourque) reported from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport 30 days since I requested my services to be moved, and 1st date was Aug 31, then Sep 19, now Oct 4th!!! You suck! I will go to CRTC/ CCTS again and lodge another complaint. Will also contact my MLA!

@TELUS @TELUSsupport can you please help me out since your company @koodo has been having a dropped call issue for over a month now and can’t fix it or offer any sensible solution?! This is the worst service I have ever received!

  • erikawybourn erika wybourn (@erikawybourn) reported

@TELUS How about to get your support account to actually respond to queries?

  • TELUSsupport TELUS Support (@TELUSsupport) reported

@erimegsmom If your network mode is on Automatic, the phone will pick up signal from an US carrier, if it's stronger than TELUS network, when leaving close to the US border or travelling close. The only way to avoid this is to set up the network mode to Manual and choose TELUS.

  • jasonhindle music is the answer (@jasonhindle) reported

@andy_utoronto @RogersBiz 100% agree, and fwiw I’ve found Telus much more service oriented since leaving Rogers and Bell years ago.

  • Corky77714 Love4WesternCanada (@Corky77714) reported

@Bell I have unlimited data from Telus for 10 more. your customer service sucks and I will never go back to Bell

telus is genuinely the worst ******* company. i hate them so much

  • michaelbolton Michael Bolton (@michaelbolton) reported

@Maaikees @TELUS @TELUSsupport That's a really good theory. Three things argue against it: 1) I believe that feature was disabled at the time of the incident; 2) The WiFi here seems to have been pretty robust. 3) Wi-Fi Assist (though disabled) shows only 209MB of data consumed.

  • bikerman1953 cinnamonbun (@bikerman1953) reported

@TELUSsupport I talked to Telus Support three times this morning and my issue hasn't been resolved. Just got pushed to Telus customer care and waiting. All I wanted to know is when my new upgraded internet package will kick in. is this what we can expect in terms of telus service?

  • Maaikees Maaike Brinkhof (@Maaikees) reported

@michaelbolton @TELUS @TELUSsupport Doesn't iOS have the tendency if the WiFi is too "******" that it just decides to use the mobile network? If you were on 5G and the WiFi was indeed crap, this is what could have happened.
