  @TELUS Waiting for the phones in on business plan to run out. Only 3 more left to go then send them back and switch. Never had so many dropped calls or just no service at all. 5g+ and no internet error or dropped calls and dead zones in southern Ontario is crazy.

  @TELUSsupport @TELUS At the end of a support call, your agent asked my father what his accent is. He said he is Israeli. He was then treated to a rant about Palestine and it seems like the agent did not actually finish his request.

  @TELUS @reikokoyama79 I propose a new federal law. When phoning a customer service department, if you don’t get a live human answering within 5 minutes, a $50.00 will be given to the customer. And for each subsequent 5 minute wait, another $50.00. Maximum payout to customer $1000.00.

  @FrankP9915 @JohnRustad4BC This isn't true. Canada has similar problems as US healthcare does post Covid. Private telecoms have the worst service. Sasktel at least has far superior service and prices to that of Bell, Telus, etc.

  @EPCOR Why? Are you going to repair my telephone line now? Telus is already on it. I told them to send the bill to you. Your garbage trucks are constantly hitting lower telephone/cable lines in the alley when dumping carts. I see it all the time. I'm positive this isn't the first time
