This telus building is so damn big

  • TheEngrumpled The Original Engrumpled Curmudgeon 💉💉💉 (@TheEngrumpled) reported from Trail, British Columbia

@leighfromcanada Yup unless it is Gigabit speed. I have 150Mbps up and down for $80/mo from Telus

  • AvoidAmazon Boycott Evil Amazon - Find Alternatives (@AvoidAmazon) reported

@ParmarNav @CCTS_CPRST @TELUSsupport CCTS won’t help you. They are basically the same as TELUS. Corrupt to the core.

  • swansmron swanster (@swansmron) reported

@TELUSsupport Was given an S7 edge that was previously on Rogers network. Better than my old LG; perfect for my limited cellphone usage on Telus prepaid. Problem getting it onto the network-spent lots of time with Telus chat reps, and Samsung's too, no success!

  • hawes Stefan Hawes (@hawes) reported

To add to my frustration, @telus cancelled my old Internet service today, certain that I'd have been moved over to their new service. Now I have to deal with them to get the old service restarted. 8 appointments so far. #incompetent

@DrJayDrNo Let me guess. Telus? It’s part of their freaking business plan. Way back when I was working ten hour industrial hours, the evening “customer support” (overseas to save money) told me to call regular hours to get better service. Like I could afford to be put on hold for two hours.

@TELUS You guys are the most predatory, life sucking service out there. Con my 70 year old mom..... Call me 500x times a day after my night shift........

  • Blawryshyn Brandon Lawryshyn (@Blawryshyn) reported

@TELUS Please stop calling me and offering “promotions” when I keep asking you to remove me from the list. Your rude call centre staff always hang up when I say I’m not interested. Do I need to find a new phone provider? What’s the issue here?

  • Gaggi84 gurpreet (@Gaggi84) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Got an upgraded offer from Telus loyalty and guess what .. now I got the surprise bill of 1k. And now Telus is making excuses to get me the offers Not the service we all are expecting. #stoptheloot #nosurprisebills #needbettercustomerservice

  • finoki73 Tony Fiorucci (@finoki73) reported

@MrRuscitti @TELUS @TELUSsupport The person’s job is literally to deal with customer concerns in a congenial and supportive manner and then outright laugh at you like you don’t manner…another example of corporate arrogance. Good for you, Robert, for calling it out.
