Back when I worked for Team Blue in the training team, I had a new hire explain how she hoped she never had to deal with me in an escalated situation. I hope she doesn't work at Telus these days and happened to call Mr. Golden.

@regdns @Kayeishness @Roscopcoletrain Do NOT cancel your numbers with Telus before you get an answer. Call the CRTC as well. It could be that the new place isn't up to date on rulings and procedure. They should be, but it's possible a new person may not know. I don't think carriers get bonuses for new numbers...

@Lavshep @TELUS @TELUSsupport The best part is that Telus cut back their support hours, it ends at 7:00 p.m. PT. They claim it's because of covid, yet they could have people working for home until the normal 9:00 or 11:00pm pt like it was before.

Hell a few months ago even at my moms was considering ditching Shaw for Telus but stayed with them because Telus's TV packages are annoying as **** to figure out and you also would need to buy an internet package first because Telus's TV offerings is IPTV on steroids.

@Shawhelp @TELUS @ShawInfo Shaw Help- I am sure that has been helpful for many people. The reality is that so many more people cannot afford your promotion. I see it daily. Forced to choose between food and rent. Nothing left for wifi... Could you do more?

It's why I ported numbers over to @TELUS. The economics of business show it is cheaper/better to maintain an existing customer than a new one, despite what new activation fees would have you believe. All @Rogers has done is lose out on an on-time paying loyal customer of 17 years

So Telus, it's been over 18 hours, there is no change in my outage, your outage website is not working, your technicians don't have any information because there's no notes on your outage boards. Goodbye

@TELUS TELUS service may be fine for some but I get no service. So 5G is about as impressive to me as their 4G, 3G and all the way down the line for decades. Useless.
