@TELUSsupport Spent money upgrading home wifi. It's spotty. Requested help. Severa calls and emails later, 8 to 9 this morning changed to 10 & not yet here. Telus is much too big, too inefficient. The company sucks & there's no option. Being FORCED to upgrade home security.

@TELUS Kind of ironic. I switched to Telus in the spring and service has crashed repeatedly during important zoom meetings. In fact Telus has been worse than the previous provider.

@Braden_Newell It also works its way in to w/ the CRTC's misleading and deceiving sales practices file. In Quebec the above is the issue with what Telus is doing, which is why QC is exempt. So is the CRTC going to say misleading and deceiving sales practice allowed everywhere except Quebec?

today's service excellence award to TELUS. For using my landline to call me 5 times in 24 hrs prior to service, after multi checks that they use my cell, since, you know, LL not working and all. Well done!

@TELUSsupport is there any future plans to improve the service in my area? Telus customer service is one of the best, however my service at my house is terrible, one bar to no service, and I DO NOT have a landline. My only saving grace is wifi calling.

@TELUSsupport I am livid! Every month I’m charged for “3 way calling” & I NEVER use it! I’m the only one accessing my phone! I’ve been phoning Telus every month to have incorrect fee reimbursed! Please rectify this issue. Thank you! @CRTCHearings #FAIL #TELUS

@SunLife It’s been 2 MONTHS since direct billing has been down! Called everyday. Wasted hours of our time with no solution. Never encountered this level incompetence and lack of support with any other insurer. Losing clients & business everyday. Should have stayed with Telus!
