    @teririch @tlshields85 I had to phone Telus for my reduction - they did not contact me, and were quite happy to continue to charge the max for my phone service.

    Now I wonder? What would happen if there was a real reason for alarm? Would I get help? Would I be a priority? @telus does not seem to have an answer for me.

    @TekSavvyCSR I just got off the phone with "Kurt" and he was of zero help. No timeline, no answers. If the Telus website wasn't such a dumpster fire, I would have booked with them by now.

    @JustinTrudeau Well it seems Telus, Koodo, bell, Rogers and virgin all missed this wonderful achievement. I’m sure I missed one... I guess this is celebrating Public Mobile? (Which is a great service by the way).

    So frustrated! How many phone calls, hours of waiting, talking, does it take to get internet and TV installed at LTC for a lifelong @TELUS customer suffering with brain cancer and wanting the distraction of @YouTube and @Netflix. My poor poor friend!

    @ColleenDeNeve @TELUS Our sensor is brand new out of the box yesterday, replacing the one that was just installed mid February. So I don’t think dust is the issue here, but thank you for the suggestion. We need all the troubleshooting we can get. @telus help needs to step up.
