    Oh man. This is a GREAT DAY to have Telus doing the drilling for the pure fibre network. Ugh my head. 😖 It's like 20 leaf blowers combined and close enough music can't drown it out.

    @TELUSsupport how hard is it to book a service appointment from Telus? Answer: Very difficult. We have not received the internet service we were promised and your website is almost as bad as your service. Stop sending me surveys and deliver the service you promised.

    Internet down calls @TELUS @TELUSsupport a couple of hours on hold and begging a technician to be sent today after explaining to them I need it back up for work. Huge file need to be sent today. Response nightmare service. New customer and never again

    @TELUSsupport WHY NO SUMMARY OF PAYMENTS? I NEED IT FOR TAXES. I DON'T WANT TO DOWN LOAD 12 PDF FILES (each has 6 pages). FIX THIS PROBLEM. Other companies provide a summary why not Telus?
