@TELUSsupport Why is it your website to request condo fibre upgrades never gets a response? In St. Albert & I’ve applied three times as a member of our condo board. Telus sure pretends to care about community with ads until it takes any form of work.

Very disappointed in @TELUS forcing one of my phones plans to go up $7 a month (a plan that I had since 2020) not including its my dad's phone and he's trying to cut costs since mom passed... screw loyalty, any company want a loyal paying customer?

@TELUSsupport still no response as to why Osoyoos has atrociously slow Mobile Data speeds. 56kb/s what is this 1999? 10 minutes to watcha YouTube short? 2 hours to watch a 45 minute episode? What am I paying for exactly? Changing carriers immediately. So done with @TELUS

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Signed with Telus a month ago. Have an average of 10 dropped cell calls a day. Call for support and they say we are aware of the issue. Not doing anything about it. Why did they fail to mention this when they were selling me their services? Scammed!!!!
