    @TELUS worst customer service was supposed to get a call back regarding internet service that has been down for over 12 hours because I cant get an ip address to my router but nothing this is a joke. Gotta take my business elsewhere for internet at this point.

    @TELUS the customer service I received is so unpleasant and there is no loyalty for the customers. Switching from bell to telus was the worst decision I ever made in my life Hands down bell is one of the best service providers out there @bell #loot #unhappyclient #telus

    @TELUSsupport the fourth rescheduled appt all because we are outside?Ur working hours. We called ever time, told that we could do it they a “note”on the file and every time no show and no internet or tv for us. Looking after the customer 🤥🤔🙄😮 are you @TELUS ?
