Switched from @shawcable to @Telus after 35 years. Our monthly bills pushed to $300/m. TELUS promised lower costs/faster service. Now our tv shutting off every 15 min. TELUS was supposed to call me back after their IT guy couldn’t fix it remotely. May switch back to Shaw.

called telus and informed them I was switching providers. They offered something called the "simple switch" where they contact my current provider and cancel for me. They also took care of my final bill with Shaw. Thankyou telus!

@TELUSsupport Hi, do you have customer service agents we can talk to, on your telus stores or how do I go about cancelling my current account.. home internet service? You have bad service apparently, couldnt fix an ongoing issue right away!!
