Carnivorous Vegan (@ZoeyFeldman) reported@MelissaLMRogers @JasminLaine_ @TELUSsupport Public Mobile is owned by Telus and uses the same network but is much cheaper. If you own your phone it is a better option. $40 a month gets you a lot of data. They have family plans as well.

Rishit Singh (@__coderish__) reported@TELUS you guys need better DB role management on your ticketing systems. Like why don't your support employees just know wtf i told the previous 4 regarding the same issue? Even passing PostIt notes would work better, but I guess your asses are too wide and brains too narrow

Probably But Not Necessarily Ian Bell 🇨🇦 (@ianb) reported@jodyvance @TELUS Emancipate yourself from deep (mis)management by the provider by purchasing your own @Ubiquiti Unifi gateway. Gives you easy GUI access to your network, expandable, and cheap. Then, yes, cut the cord for CableTV. Services like phone/cable etc. are better delivered “over the top”.

HoggHead (@HoggHead2375) reported@TELUS No. Nobody know nothing. You want to see what I’m talking about You try having a few services. And then You call in for support as a regular customer. And see how well Telus is The whole brand is in shambles. Hard.

Kevin McCurdy (@KevinMcCurdy) reported@jodyvance @TELUS Jody, couple things, do you have a network cable going from your modem to the TV box? I find the wireless is pretty mediocre TBH. Second thing, when the box craps out does your internet still work?
-
Sid Ho (@SheldonDuke3) reported@jodyvance @TELUS all these cable providers are rip offs..... wien your self off their garbage...or if u must call a competitor..they will give u half price off or so to change providers.....

TimeEnergy Traveller (@fixingmoneybtc) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport You're paying for an expensive phone. I pay about $35 before discounts for an unlimited plan with Public mobile. It uses the name Telus network. Feel free to use my referral bonus. 7W08EK My specific plan isn't available now but anything more than about $35 and you're overpaying
