@keithbaldrey Gosh .. Keith you should go back and read your statement yesterday on how bad things were with Telus and government roll out. Did you miss taking your meds ?

  • hodgsonbrian05 brian hodgson (@hodgsonbrian05) reported

@adriandix @TELUS The b 117 variant is 30 to 100 percent more deadly and you and our government are talking about opening things up a little bit. Are you stupid

  • DillonThoms Dillon Thoms (@DillonThoms) reported

This new "Easy Payment" plan by @TELUS is a joke. They say it's to lower your monthly plans now that the plan doesn't include a subsidy for the phone. BUT my plan increased, plus now I need to pay monthly for the damn phone. My bill went from $86 to $123. How is that better?

  • cheryl_rhodes Cheryl Rhodes (@cheryl_rhodes) reported

Getting a really ****** signal @TELUS Optik TV trying to watch Global BC news. What the hell is Telus censoring us about? It's the one year mark since Covid was made a worldwide pandemic. Why doesn't Telus want customers to know this story?

  • 91RIGHTNOW river ♡’s sav, liam, zayn and ashe (@91RIGHTNOW) reported

    **** you Telus

  • cheryl_rhodes Cheryl Rhodes (@cheryl_rhodes) reported

I'm not sure why @TELUS is censoring us from watching @GlobalBC noon news today. What's going on in the world or province Telus doesn't want us to find out about? I'm shutting off the TV. Telus service is the SHITS.

  • GBarteluk Greg Barteluk 🇨🇦🇺🇸🇩🇪🇧🇲 (@GBarteluk) reported

@keithbaldrey Telus was given a job to do, they screwed up spectacularly, and now that they've fixed the obvious problems they deserve praise?

  • flamesguy89 flamesguy89 (@flamesguy89) reported

@TELUSsupport dearest telus support... I have been placed on hold by one of your agents for what seems like an awfully long time. There is no hold music no, no check in and honestly at this point no service. Do I hang up and start over? What’s your suggestion?

  • superjim77 jim wheeler (@superjim77) reported

@keithbaldrey Too bad services like Telus do not have anything like that in place for their own operations when you have to wait an hour for their own support agents to answer. Shaw cable too.

  • rants_grants GrantsRants (@rants_grants) reported

@uh_who_are_you They were able to 'fix the system' by bringing in more staff. If people were there to answer the calls and they had an adequate phone cue, there would be no reason to redial, would there? Your stubborn unacceptence of the government's and Telus' assessment is bewildering.
