Rivetingriffs (@Rivetingriffs) reported@CanGal_39 @cafreeland @NDP Seniors pension, below the poverty line, disabled person - below the poverty line. Telus, Air Canada, Bell, and Rogers took almost $2 billion in government help and used it to pay dividends to shareholders and bonuses to executives.

Michael Chapman (@MrMdc1964) reported@allsystemsjo @TinyCroc @TELUS My reaction was vulgar. It was honest. Let’s unwrap it. First I’m a PWD. My income does not allow me the privilege of renting my own home. I share a house with others. As I suspect most who rely on income support do. 1/

OneIn37Million🇨🇦 (@Juleebug11) reported@TELUS @TELUSsupport Why don’t you stick to reconciling your customers with their phone service.

Michael Chapman (@MrMdc1964) reported@allsystemsjo @TinyCroc @TELUS 2/ since Telus says they want to help PWD, may I suggest they offer a similar deal for our personal cell phones. Most people actually have one of these. That would be helpful. That is what an actual low barrier offer would be.

Mason S (@VE7PMD) reported@MrMdc1964 @azimuthex @TELUS You do realize what the costs of building a nationwide network costs right?
-
MacMarkkus (@MacMarkkus) reported@TELUS What if you are a normal income but have, say, maintenance and child support to pay which leaves you more than broke. Would you qualify then….. Not asking for me but for all the parents who are in that boat and use the likes of libraries for their internet / computer needs.

Karan Dhindsa (@VlonekiDD_22) reportedThey’ve said for the past couple months I think since mid April that it’s a “outage” and their handling it but that’s all just bs I talked to one of their representatives they said there were no outages at all, so I’m confused as to why this is occurring #telus

Amanda (@Mandoline79) reported@CJW_101 @koodo I think I'll go to Best Buy and see if they can help me. I have spoken to an associate from Telus and Koodo today on the phone. I've called a Koodo store. And messaged with Koodo on here. They have no way of giving me two new phone plans unless I want to pay more in the store.

dph (@dph_42) reportedHey @TELUS @TELUSsupport one of your installers at a neighbor took out all our services (phone, tv, internet) and they assured me someone would be coming to fix it. I have to work from home tomorrow and don't see it on your service outage page even after I also submitted it.
