    @TELUS making a customer wait on hold for over an hour to get a Telus mistake corrected is completely unacceptable. Time is money Telus!

    So I call @TELUSsupport to say a part of my modem is broken and the Customer Service person says he'll send out a part... for $150. After telling him to go **** himself, I spoke to his supervisor, and the situation was quickly and kindly solved. So thank you, Supervisor. #Telus

    Telus mobile internet Hub service Sucks you request a call back when they call you back you wait 10 minutes on hold and they say they aren't available. Last time I received a call back Mgr he said in broken English "you have contract you pay service or not " Infuriating at best .
