@TELUSsupport So I open an account last year. I set up Internet Home and Telephone services. And yet somehow my email service is under a different Telus account! Not sure how that works ! Then we have to basically give a blood sample for authorization and security purposes...

@middle_over @strathconian We have tried xplornet, mcsnet, Telus, bell, Syban, and others that are no longer around. Part of the issue is they over sell the tower taking on more clients than the tower can service. Resulting in crap service for everyone. Crap service that they are charging $150/month for.

PSA: If any other #Telus customers have Internet connection issues today where the hardware says everything is fine but it clearly isn’t, try changing your DNS server to 8.8.8.8 instead of the Telus default. Not how I wanted to spend #BCDay.
