@TELUS your customer service blows ****. I purchased an iPhone 12 on November 6th from you guys. It was supposed to be 1-2 week wait time. But instead it took 2 complaint calls just to get ur people to process it. It’s now been almost a month and it just got processed today.

@TELUS worst customer service was supposed to get a call back regarding internet service that has been down for over 12 hours because I cant get an ip address to my router but nothing this is a joke. Gotta take my business elsewhere for internet at this point.
