@HTTOrganizers @W_Asherah I googled but it goes to the US link. Telus has MyCare but my husband is concerned about issues such as Data breaches (IT guy) and privacy. It started during the early part of the pandemic.

@mov46 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Absolutely. This week I’ve had a doctor and specialist appt and I’ve been waiting on test bookings so I never know what number I am being called from

  • Andiecip Andie (@Andiecip) reported

@mov46 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I agree way too complicated. I can’t miss my hospital calls and doctor calls and my dads nursing home calls. It’s never the same number.

@MsYouDoYou I used to LOVE novus when I lived downtown but they don’t service my area and I can’t stand Telus or any others.

Spoke to someone in @TELUS Escalations a little bit ago. She wanted me to re-explain everything that occurred yesterday - I told her to review her notes. She then became rude and said she was "making no commitments" and expected me to go by HER timeline. Cc: @TonyGeheran

@msjs2021 @RogersHelps We have 4 cell phones with public mobile. With various monthly incentives, we are paying around $18-20/month. 1 gig of data, unlimited Canada wide calling, international text. Bring your own phone. They use Telus network. When data is done, it’s done. No overages.

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@NoLogsNoCrime I will try this. We had Telus internet, too. But my strata won’t let fibre and Telus makes the other service useless so you’ll upgrade and we couldn’t run the business so we had to switch. Pretty sure that’s not solved so no going back.
