Darcy Schultz (@darcyschultz) reportedGrok says: "TELUS ... strong on network quality and coverage, but often criticized for customer service, billing, and contract issues." I'm trying to get my home internet service moved and it's been *painful* so this summary is exactly right.

Chris Ryan (@Watchdog_MP) reported📱 Starting June 12, CRTC says no more activation fees, plan modification fees, or most early cancellation fees. Let’s see how long it takes them to comply with this… Spoiler: They won’t. Bell, Rogers, Telus and the rest will just hike base monthly rates, push harder on device contracts to keep cancellation fees alive, and invent shiny new “admin” or “service” fees with different names. Same game. Different rules. Regulating junk fees is cute. Breaking up the oligopoly and letting real competition in is what actually lowers prices for Canadians. How creative do you think they’ll get? Drop your predictions below. #cdnpoli #CRTC #Telecom

Frankie Chase 🇨🇦🇬🇧 (@KellyCh80459892) reported@PrairiePersp Pierre has absolutely no financial education or job experience. He has no global contacts except India. Pierre has never had a real job other than a paper boy for the Calgary Sun and a Telus debt collector. Pierre thinks he's smarter than he is and it's embarrassing. Women can't stand Pierre

Ash Mishra (@ashwani_avgeek) reportedScam alert. @TELUS @TELUSsupport staff will call you, will promise bill reduction, you agree and then boom. New services added to your without consent, doubling the bill amount and if you don’t pay this, obviously you’ll be reported to credit rating agencies. And when you try to contact customer support, there is 1000 hours wait and when you agree for a call back, they never call you and you get a text saying your callback is cancelled. And you can’t find a human to talk to resolve this.

Meggster 🇨🇦 (@BcMeggster) reported@VanCityVice You think our Hyro bills will be going down once Telus sucks the life out of it for an A.I. data center. They announced stupidity. We don't nee China's system at all.

Lucid Bull (@lucidbull69) reported@TELUS you’re such a joke of a company. Been trying to cancel my home services for a week. Waiting everyday for a call back. Maybe stop ******* using stupid Hindu employees and make things work properly. How is this even a thing you don’t call people back??

Olujide 'Chukwudi' Sobola (@sobola_jats) reported@Highteaspeaks @ajayi_g @Bell It is good you had a good offer from Chatr. I used Chatr for 2 years. I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.
