    @nleenders If you are having problems with Telus, try Uniserve. They offer the same stuff as Telus, and use Telus' network (they buy wholesale). Then if you have a problem, Uniserve deals with Telus, and has a lot more clout to get it resolved.

    Been having internet access problems again. Dial up was faster than this Telus hub, which yesterday wouldn't load any pages for me. Sigh.

    @TELUSsupport - after over 2 years with ADT/Telus it’s time to move to another home security company. Constant problems.The secondary IQ 1 panel has been replaced at least 3 times. The technician that came a few days ago said he makes at least 3 to 4 calls a week for these panels

    @TELUSsupport it’s truly unfortunate you choose to treat your customers this way. I pay almost 500 dollars a month for various services. And it means absolutely nothing to @TELUS

    Hey @ShawInfo, you left my elderly parents stranded with no phone or internet for 2 weeks forcing them to switch to @TELUS. There was an error porting their number and you now want to charge them $100+ so they can get their 40+ year old phone number back??? Can you fix this?

    We swapped to Telus about ten years ago (I wrongly thought it was six years previously) and the technician who came to install services for us got us to install our services by tethering us to our neighbor's conduit under the understanding that this was only a temporary solution+

    @telus Keeping someone on hold for hours is not a deterrent for cancelling service. It only solidifies the decision. Cut it out.

    For the next ten years, Telus continued to promise us that they would fix this issue as they initially promised but would send in people to do small band-aid fixes and delay appointments until this very day. The previous neighbors we had an agreement with moved out cont.
