@TELUS been waiting a week to speak with a manager regarding your poor customer service for my home security. Do Managers even exist there?

@Telus your chat feature is broken, I have been 5th in the queue for 2 hours.

  • bdanks Brad Danks (@bdanks) reported

@SailsAloha @gregobr @TELUS The problem is that Telus is mostly a utility company. They are regulatory monopoly so it begs the question why do we have private utilities at all?

  • heather_hear Heather Hear (@heather_hear) reported

@peternowak The day I left Telus as a customer was the best day of my life (had been with them for years). Dreadful company with ENDLESS amounts of money to spend on needless campaigns. Completely tone-deaf when it comes to "assisting customers". I wasted endless hours trying to get help.

@travistravis @slats_20 @WotherspoonT It’s still the case that Telus rates are lower in SK than AB because they have to compete with Sasktel. The customer service we get with Sasktel is far superior to national telcos. If we lose SaskTel be ready for an hour on hold when you need to talk to a rep.

@TELUSsupport Um. "10b calls to this number cannot be completed." When trying to call Telus Internet technical support to report an outage. That seems bad.

  • dzuunmod Sweet Yardley (@dzuunmod) reported

@Mentoch Usually, when my phone is bricking, it's the whole she-bang. Like, no calls (outside of 9-1-1), no internet. I see bars in the corner of my phone. I am not on wi-fi. It says I am on the Telus network. But only phone calls seem to work.

@dirtysoks @FairQuestions Construction of hospitals isn’t considered healthcare, expect your expenditures to increase as 3 huge hospitals get built, here in Alberta telus health gets paid to advertise its private service and it’s considered healthcare
