Michael Chapman (@MrMdc1964) reported@allsystemsjo @TinyCroc @TELUS 2/ since Telus says they want to help PWD, may I suggest they offer a similar deal for our personal cell phones. Most people actually have one of these. That would be helpful. That is what an actual low barrier offer would be.

Not asking for me but for all the parents who are in that boat and use the likes of libraries for their internet / computer needs.

I've called a Koodo store. And messaged with Koodo on here. They have no way of giving me two new phone plans unless I want to pay more in the store.

dph (@dph_42) reportedHey @TELUS @TELUSsupport one of your installers at a neighbor took out all our services (phone, tv, internet) and they assured me someone would be coming to fix it. I have to work from home tomorrow and don't see it on your service outage page even after I also submitted it.
