@TELUS okay, so I've been emailing support but its been 6 days since I got a response. I chatted in on Facebook but its been 3 days since I had a response. My phone can't send texts and the hardware has been hacked. You have time to tweet and I'm isolated in the pandemic.

90 mins phone call: 75 mins of waiting and waste another 15 mins just so someone can tell me my internet is down when the Nokia box has a red light on and I need a tech. @telus. wow.

This is cool. @TELUS sent me my 1st bill on Mon after months of internet service. I called several times informing I didn’t have bill or account number to access bill on the @telus app. Now if I don’t pay hundreds of dollars by New Years Eve, I’ll be cut off. Merry Xmas 2 me.

So @AppleSupport @RogersHelps is telling me to not use 5g on my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. Why did I buy a 5g iPhone again? They’re blaming Apple. My iPhones never had a issue with Telus. Seems convenient.
