Avoid TELUS security at all costs, active alarm situation (albeit false alarm) call the support line, 1 hour wait time, have to leave number for callback to ‘ignore’ false alarm…

Why can't #RogersWireless fix the spam call issue. I got 8 calls in an hour. I get maybe one a day on my Telus line. They've got all sorts of money to put their name on ice rinks but all they can do is put "likely fraud" on a call. Time to move on.

  • e_vawn Yvonne (Iwona) Bienias (@e_vawn) reported

Is anyone else having trouble with their @TELUS mobile network? I've been on SOS for about an hour and yes I've turned it off and on a couple of times.

@GregviiGreg @steeletalk I just started using this feature with Telus, ‘call control service’. dial *99 and it prompts you to turn on or off. The robo calls don’t get thru. My telus mobility has the feature as well.

@SCUBADubois @TELUS @TELUSsupport That’s weird. We had that issue with Shaw, the wifi was running on the same bandwidth as our Bluetooth stereo system for our TV, shaws router didn’t have the ability to switch the channel it ran on so it was one or the other. Eventually we switched and have no issues since.

  • corinnerobinson Corinne Robinson (@corinnerobinson) reported

On hold for @TELUSsupport over an hour & no one available! I message the bot whilst on hold & asked if I’d like to bring my service over to Telus! Yes! Imagine…received a callback within 5 minutes!!?? How does that work @TELUS ??? ****** ****** support for a long term client!

@SCUBADubois @TELUS Yeah, sorry. I don't use Shaw or Telus for TV viewing, so my knowledge base is limited to how their tv boxes work. Not sure if you login into the Telus router and give your boxes a permanent address (Reserved) or not. Hopefully someone else in here reading these tweets can help
