    @Telus I have now been told twice that my complaint has been “escalated”, and three times that someone would call me within 24 hours. Still waiting. I have stopped all payments on this account.

    My mom went to make a $300 payment at @scotiabank and the bonehead took her money and sent it to Telus, a phone company. For 2 months now she's been trying to correct it all. This is why I never deal with bank tellers.. many couldn't even operate a lemon aid stand.

    I have been a @TELUS customer since 1995. You provide good cell coverage. But, your call quality is terrible; random dropped calls or people sounding like a robot are now regular occurrences (full bars/5G service). Insight, please?

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport really is the WORST cell provider. I been with them since 1996 and yet, my bill due Oct 1st that I forgot to pay cuz was in hospital but NOT EVEN ONE MONTH PAST DUE YET and these mf cut off my phone?!!! JFC!
