I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

@Questrade @harmless_exe Can you provide details regarding why it is only happening to Telus customer?. Over 70 percent of internet user in BC are Telus customers. So it is a big deal and you should prioritize fixing this ASAP.

@TELUS I get called once every 3 months or so in an effort to sell me TV services. The agent can never figure out what to say when I tell them I don't want TV shows. They just launch in to what TV shows I could be watching with Optik or Pik. But I don't watch TV.

@TELUSsupport Can we at High Prairie Alberta get a consistent 25Mbps down and 10 up. My cell modem home service is supposed to do that but Telus won’t upgrade the tower’s hardware to deliver their promise.
