I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

Today, I called @TELUS again about an outstanding ticket I have w/them regarding dropped phone calls on my data plan. A male service representative said that they've had this outstanding issue for 4-6 weeks & that at least 20 other phones in this region #ygk have reported issues.

I asked if @TELUS would offer any remuneration f/the inconvenience as I’ve been a loyal customer for as long as I’ve had a cell phone & he checked & said no because I have the cheapest plan with them that is available. They have no idea how long this issue will take to resolve.

@DouglasTodd Brilliant. Hopefully @TELUS is on it. Do major phone networks not routinely share the problems experienced by their customers? This has been irritating for such a long time that I thought service was a four letter word.
