  • downsdispatch John Downs (@downsdispatch) reported from Montréal, Québec

I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

  • _alicehirsch alice hirsch (@_alicehirsch) reported from Montréal, Québec

Welcome to Telus where customers feel entitled to a phone line and will throw accusations at you when they fail a credit check.

@TELUS you are charging me 1.5 percent to make sure you get a timely payment? **** right off. As soon as my phone is up in Dec I am out to @Rogers. #fucktelus

  • rebelsforum Lionel - not Richie (@rebelsforum) reported

How much did @telusmobility pull down last year that they pass along credit card fees now? Gsad telus, you stink

  • pfak Peter Kieser 🍁 (@pfak) reported

@MoistlySpeaking The Shaw deal was 1000Mbps down, 100Mbps up for the $80/mo deal on a 2-year. They were charging me $130/mo on a 2-year. I went with Lightspeed, no BS contract, $80/mo for 750/100. I also have TELUS which is $90/mo for 1000/1000.

@naughtydaddysk @TELUS Yeah but then you never have to worry if you have enough in your checking account, right? I work 100% commission and some months are rough

  • THEBLAY17 THE BLAY (@THEBLAY17) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport douchebag move making customers now pay an extra 1.5% if they use a credit card to pay for their services. Being a customer for 20 years doesn't seem worth it any longer...

  • pamrcdn spamx (@pamrcdn) reported

@TELUS - received your note regarding the 1.5% fee you never informed me of when I set up services with you. I cancelled my preauth payments & will use the slowest & most administratively burdensome payment method going forward. Other customers should do the same. Your’e welcome!

  • Chr155y_333 Queen of Angels (@Chr155y_333) reported

@TravelEater As a longterm Telus customer I found the transition from cell phone provider to Health Care provider extremely bizarre.

  • FrivYeti Misha Handman (@FrivYeti) reported

Well, @TELUS doesn't have a direct email so I guess this gets to be a public complaint. I just received a lovely little email from Telus informing me that they were arbitrarily applying a 1.5% fee, plus *tax*, to automated credit card payments for all accounts. (🧵1/X)

    @jaimestein @TELUS Yep. Sucks.

  • ddgrunau Daryl Grunau (@ddgrunau) reported

. @TELUS please fix my account, after being allowed to buy a phone that wasn’t actually in stock I cannot buy a different one and I’m told to wait 3-5 days. Meantime my current phone is kinda busted. I just want what I ordered in timely fashion
