Welcome to Telus where customers feel entitled to a phone line and will throw accusations at you when they fail a credit check.

I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

I believe @bell @rogers and @telus should all be fined for every scam text or call on their network. They would probably disappear overnight.

@deonandan Yes, I think it's about $10 extra. I'd have to switch to Telus as Rogers doesn't support anything other than the fruit-flavoured kind of watches. Inertia is my issue.

@_RaymondNoodles Canada is really weird with cellular service. There are four big cellular service companies, Rogers, Telus, Bell, and Shaw. These companies have subsidiaries to seem cheaper and cooler to younger audiences. In this case, Fido is owned by Rogers and uses their services.

@AveryFrancis I’ve never even been with Telus and they call me on a weekly basis. I asked to be removed from the list and they said it’s not possible. Surely this is illegal?

@hinz_tamara @DennisKendel I LOVE SaskTel, having previously been with Bell and Telus in AB, and also currently with AT&T on a U.S. plan, the coverage and service with Sasktel is FAR superior to any of those companies.

@TELUS you need to correct the siloed operation of your mobility and home services departments...from a customer experience perspective it's like dealing with 2 separate companies...mobility department has no access to home service information...🤔

@jamespmcleod It has nothing to do with the TTC right now. BAI Canada owns the network. They charge a certain amount to gain access (Telus does). Bell and Rogers don't want to pay their price. The government can't force private companies to come to an agreement.

5. Telus said AGAIN that they talked to UPS, said UPS found my phone and would deliver today LIE!!!! UPS don’t give a crap about it which isn’t shocking but @AshleyBryck has been a Telus customer over a decade. I’d hope that would mean they won’t lie to you…. Guess not

@ThoughtsNations @TELUS @TELUSsupport Are they supposed to be the better option for home internet in BC? Because if so yikes, I looked at their plans and honestly I’d say our East Coast based internet provider has better prices. Though living in Ontario and being locked in with a east coast based company sucks
