@aSpottedJoan We lookedatshaw but their coverage is not there yet. Was a Telus customer for years and when I asked about a better plan they balked, ended up with Telus (koodoo) so far so good

@ruggedbroad If I'm dumb enough to call Telus and tell them they forgot to remove channels from my TV when I dropped 2 tiers, I would be dumb enough to pay a ticket that doesn't show in the system. With my luck, the system would find it at the worst moment.

Three times in a year telus has given my phone # to another customer and refuse to fix it for me the other person had to get them to authorize to give up my # which I have had since 2008

@TELUSsupport DON'T bother. I have had trolls messing with my mobile services for years. It took some Telus people outside Canada to help me.

I also happen to be a Telus cellular and data customer and he tells me I am overpaying for my current service. How are you able to get away with this as a business?
