@DrJayDrNo Do you know about filters? Has anyone set them up for you? If not, take your laptop to a Telus store. You may have to make an appt, because of COVID, not sure. Most of them have in-store help/"classes" to help you set up filters & the like. You can set a filter so that her

@TELUS @TELUSsupport as a loyal customer since 2006 your poor customer service agents are penalizing me to stay with your company. Oh well, it was fun but time to move our 3 cell phones over to @Bell. Is cheaper to keep an existing customer vs acquiring a new one.

@MichelletypoQ @Garossino While it’s good that citizens and corporations aren’t bound by FIPA I don’t have a lot of faith in corporations. Until consumers stop buying the products Telus will never stop selling them.

@Ibycter @TELUS Now that spoofing is so easy, blocking individual numbers is rarely effective. The phone companies could fix the spoofing by signing the metadata but it would require a global standard; too much trouble for them.

@koodo @lukebellefleur The issue is Koodo was a decent provider until Telus got thier greasy mitts on you. We got disconnected and when I tried to call and make a payment I was told by a supervisor that I was not aloud to do anything with the account. We are finding a new provider
