I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

@TELUSsupport It happens on both mine and my husband’s phones. We haven’t reset anything since a Telus employee came to our house since our boosters weren’t working properly. He fixed the problem and all was fine for months and then we started getting dead spots when speaking on our phones.

A story about TELUS... It's summer 2019 and my TELUS Internet isn't working. I try the usual troubleshooting, then similar steps with support over the phone with no success and they send a tech the next day. The tech says the modem needs replacement, does so and all is well.

@lauushow @TELUSsupport @TELUS artists like Bruce Springsteen and other huge touring artists have developed fan-focuses systems to try to dismantle the fuckery of ticketmaster, so it is possible to actually do work to support your fans than make it harder, but I wonder if he has certain (male) privileges...

Tofield **** Ongoing Telus outages in BC and Alberta are impacting service. There is no estimate for time to repair. We have already ordered a second Bell Fibre connection to help reduce reliance on Telus with install expected around Xmas.
