    Friggin' ADT by Telus...been on hold for 70 minutes with tech support...never waited more than 5 minutes before Telus bought them...

    @vali_sheik @TELUSint It's better to quit working for TELUS rather to watch their stupid accountability. They don't pay you and give stupid reasons for that. One of which is, saying that we didn't work. They keep on asking you to fill the google concern form and nothing concrete results from that.

    Knock on door, #Telus sales guy insists I open it before he identifies who he is and what he wants. Rude, almost combative when I said I'm not opening door, not interested. Like WTAF. It was an unpleasant encounter that lasted way too long after I said no thank-you. Sketchy.

    @Bryan_Leitch Telus has phoned four times to say that I must switch my copper landline to fibre. They say the copper network is being shut down. When pressed though, they have no timetable for such a shut down. At $10 a month for a completely reliable copper connection, I'm keeping it.
