I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

Welcome to Telus where customers feel entitled to a phone line and will throw accusations at you when they fail a credit check.

@TELUS They will **** you over this company is incompetent and can't do their job right!

  • AForAdam AforAdam (@AForAdam) reported

@jods10503 Telus ad is a total ripoff. They should have owned up to the inspiration, instead it plays like their idea. I hate that ****. Lol.

  • complianthawk justin (@complianthawk) reported

@TELUS Don't trust this company coming from a first nation person they will **** you over like they are doing to me right now!

  • _tcmore Thomas More (@_tcmore) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario

@StayGoulden Bell and Telus basically use the same towers and are relatively good in urban areas with better customer service. Rogers customer service is *** but works better in remote locations like up North. At least that’s what I have found.

  • mediarz mediar (@mediarz) reported

Getting towards the end of my data limit on my cell phone. Still no home internet, @TELUS sucks, good night!

  • RevJimCanCon Revelstoke Jim's Canadian Content (@RevJimCanCon) reported

So what’s the deal @TELUS? I need to return my #bringitback phone but you don’t have a new one for me. Making me buy the old one it is not good customer service. Others have the #iPhone12ProMax...why not me? Hey @Bell..any thoughts?

  • afterexposure Diamond Dog 'Midnight Velocity' Organa (@afterexposure) reported

@MattGrierMusic @jkenney And TELUS got to charge subscribers for the sports package, right? That's how gov'ts help corp donors take money from us.

  • OilersNerdAlert Oilers Nerd Alert (@OilersNerdAlert) reported

@CJW_101 @GlenMah @Jer_Bear28 When I had the Telus repeater system, I didn’t put it where there was coax so I ended up using a powerline network. Even with that, mesh works a lot better

  • StayGoulden Simp Bizkit (@StayGoulden) reported

Someone help me out, Rogers, bell or Telus?

  • SmackdownHoteI Kelvin K (@SmackdownHoteI) reported

@Nanal0l I guess it also depends on the provider. If we're talking reputable one's like Telus, Fido, Shaw etc. then that's at not as concerning than if it were from as less popular provider. I would try to call again another day to see if the customer support says they still need a sin
