    I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

    @TheMedwechuk @TELUSsupport Telus support is amongst the worst. Had this problem when they provided my services. Such a shame all the providers have their issues. It's either good service and garbage support, or mediocre service and amazing support. Sadly Telus isn't the latter.

    @LilHurricaneo yup- 2-3 times a day it suddenly drops. We call the guy out and he confirms its not anything on our end and hints that Shaw might not be entirely honest (but I have friends who work for Telus and they say much the same about their service too ;) )
