@FreeWheelinRob I’d be surprised since they’re losing customers to Telus with the decline of their Cable TV dominance and Fibre disadvantage. With the required capital costs, they shouldn’t risk the loss continued cash flow. You’re almost guaranteed to see a decline in customer service though.

@TSLAgang @richtranrealty @unusual_whales Yes it’s that bad. Cellular rates here are ******* outrageous. Verizon tried to enter Canada about a decade ago, but Rogers, Bell, and Telus lobbied the CRTC to block Verizon’s attempt.

After being a client of @Shawhelp for over 15 years, they are unwilling to give me a decent deal for me to remain customer. I would have expected more from @Shawhelp; hey @TELUS have any deals for Shaw clients?

Today I rid myself of @TELUS, I am so pissed off they used the profits of my twenty years as a customer to undermine public health in Canada, they deserve to be dumped by all that value our national treasure, corporations can be taught hard lessons by smart people standing up.

As for the "new fourth competitor," this applies only to wireless. In short, western Canada will continue to basically have two providers of television and Internet service: Telus, and now Rogers. #cdnpoli
