    After waiting 47 min for help with @telus to ask them why they put a ding on my credit for a late payment when all my payments are automated, they hung up on me by accident and didn’t bother to try to call me back 😡 @TELUSsupport come on guys, that’s messed up

    I had @TELUS TV service for 7 years. After 6 years I felt my bill was too high and phoned them to remove channels and they did. I moved and they are making me pay $250.00 because they ripped me off for 6 years and say I broke contract for the deal they gave me for a year.

    @TELUSsupport I did that, but the Telus support person refused to look into it. Telus sucks!!!

    Piece of **** @TELUS Optik TV is down AGAIN right before Global noon news. What is happening in BC or the world that Telis is censoring clients?

    @andraydomise This is why I am not super keen on Alberta doing a vaccine passport app, tbh. They would probably partner with Telus to allow them to monetize our health data in enchange for a janky app that would fail to display the correct vaccine status half the time.

    Mobile outage @TELUS West End Vancouver half a day now. Serious complications for essential amd critical communications. Pathetic service the last year. Google email migration a mess. If not resolved soon I'm going elsewhere, at last.

    TELUS At it again. Check your billings. If you are a smart-phone home security customer of TELUS check your bills throughly. Telus jacked up my bill by $16.50 a month for no reasons. Then to cover up blamed it on their system. Check your bill! Check.. check.

    @CPC_HQ I would like to see Canada adopt a European Model of cellphone service. They pay peanuts compared to what I pay for big companies like Bell or Telus.
