    how much do I hate Telus Internet well let me tell you it is the bane of my ******* existence!!! Not only were they supposed to switch me over to optic fibre so that my ******* Internet actually works. But the technician never showed up….

    Sketchiest customer service ever. So I ordered a new phone 9 days ago, paid for it, got the bill but still no sing of the phone! I call @TELUS customer service, wait over an hour on hold, am told my order got canceled due to a glitch &I will be refunded but I have to reorder.

    @TELUSsupport why is TELUS customer treatment so spectacularly bad? Why must I cancel a service (Pik tv) I never asked for 3 times and lose money, only to be consistently cut off calls and faced with website ‘errors’? Can you ‘support’ me at all?

    @TELUS it’s a crime you charge for phone service since there rarely is service. It’s 2022 cell phones have been around for a long time. There is no reason for all the dead areas and call fails that happen. #DoBetter

    I am not a happy long term customer with Telus. The additional fee for credit card users is totally wrong. Looking for cell phones and plan soon , looking elsewhere.🤬🤬🤬

    I am a #Telus client who pays a monthly charge for long distance calls from Alberta to England. But when the service was not working the long distance operator was of no use. When my family member died without my reaching her, they offered no apology and showed no concern.
