On my new phone with my new service provider. I've been with @Rogers for well over a decade but after several disappointments with them, I've moved over to @TELUS . @Bell wasn't in the running. They still need to apologize to #LisaLaFlamme .

@TELUS your virtual consultation tool is 100% USELESS. I am BLEEDING and after 40 MINUTES of a pointless chatting I was simple told to go to the ER. Not only me but everyone I know is absolutely dissatisfied with the service. This is absurdly disrespectful!

I figured out the problem with my internet resetting itself (despite Telus telling me something else lol) was that my hub has been overheating, so my redneck engineering solution is to only game with one of those ice packs you put in your cooler on top of the thing and 0 issues

The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

@TELUSsupport Of course they are. We are on a 50/10 fixed wireless service. So bad weather or when we are moving video content to and from YouTube and drive or at peak internet times bandwidth is much lower. Shouldn't you be more worried about our lack of Telus signal?
