    @Kage_99 @itsrouel @TELUS Shouldn’t be any line that shallow especially running through your yard. Too much can happen in those first first foot alone, i see it every day:/ well I’m glad nothing bad happened though! Coulda been a dangerous one

    @SKBigBluJetsfan NOT BELL lol. We switched to Telus because we phoned to find out plans and new phones. Got the run around, talked to 2 rude cs reps. Wife said that made the decision easy to switch lol

    @jodyvance Ugh- switched to @TELUS last fall because we couldn’t get service from Shaw at all. Telus call back seems pretty good, and while nobody’s perfect, the agents on the phone don’t use a script (woo hoo!) and are empowered and trained to fix issues right away. #thedevilyouknow

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport The call dropped because your network is absolutely horrible. When he called back He was informed a manager would be calling him within 3 hours and we have still yet to hear anything nearly 20 hours later. This is abysmal customer service and I am fed up.

    That? Do you think after relying on a service for over a decade, that your brain would just suddenly adjust to this new way with absolutely no warning? Fair warning @TELUS @TELUSsupport will consistently screw you over big time and not give one **** or try to help you with
