@TELUS @TELUSsupport How could Telus have the audacity to mess with my credit score when THEY are the ones that screwed up? I never even used ur services, never received a chip or ANYTHING. Terrible service.. Being told it was solved and now it isn’t? Liars.

@JumpingTraci @TELUS @TELUSsupport Booooo is right! I was told to book another appointment. Who knows if they'll just cancel without notice again? And that someone will follow up tomorrow, which is THREE days after when I first had issues. Still have a failing router!

@TELUSsupport Most corrupt service in Canada. Yesterday I witnessed how a friend *** screwed by you. Unexplainable high charges for unwanted junk services, fast talking over the phone to take advantage of immigrants are not new with Telus. Stay away from Telus!

Anyone else having issues with @CallofDuty #BlackOpsColdWar lag to the point it's essentially unplayable? I thought it was my ****** @TELUS internet (do NOT get internet from them), but I think it might be the game too. Love to hear thoughts

Hey @ShawInfo, you left my elderly parents stranded with no phone or internet for 2 weeks forcing them to switch to @TELUS. There was an error porting their number and you now want to charge them $100+ so they can get their 40+ year old phone number back??? Can you fix this?

@Bryson_M My Telus 2-year committment is coming to an end. If I were to do nothing, my $55/month bill would go up to $115/month. One agent says I can recommit immediately at $85/month. Another agent says I can recommit immediately at $60/month but must pay a $30 early cancel fee.
