@TomDavidoff @TELUS it's kind of hilarious/infuriating how bad communications companies are at communicating

@theBurlyChef @Shawhelp It is hot garbage. Even @TELUS migrated their users over to Google Mail and mothballed their internal servers. Shaw’s probably not doing anything more than keeping the lights on until Rogers merger is approved or not.

Telus says Rogers could get national rights for foreign streamers and available only to their customers. The DMEO stipulates that unless a streaming service is available to any/all canadians without subscription to a specific BDU/ISP, they don’t get exemption. #CRTC

@TELUSsupport @telus I have had no internet in downtown Edmonton for almost five days now. This is ridiculous. I keep getting told there’s an outage/it’ll be fixed soon. But it doesn’t seem like you’re doing a damn thing about it. It’s been FIVE DAYS. This is unacceptable.

Telus sending me a survey asking for my feedback on their service. Ha ha ha ha. Sure I’ll give feedback. 5 paragraph rant later ending with “HUGE FAIL” Not that I expect jack shet to result from it. Worst experience.

Zainul Mawji says it comes down to ensuring that the environment allows everyone to compete. Telus is confused about why the merger is required, she says.

@StuntmanStu Rogers excuse if you're talking about Riverside South and Barrhaven towards Prince of Wales is that its interference from the Airport (i personally call BS on that), Bell/Telus seem better. Although I know people with all 3 main carriers that have had issues.

Hello, @TELUSsupport @telus I lost my iPhone 11 Pro Max at a gas station after refuelling, it dropped off my car. Please, how could you help me with getting back my phone, or at least, temporarily secure my vital personal information from theft?
