  In the ongoing saga of @Telus doesn't actually give one flying **** about it's customers. The woman I apparently had a two hour call with in the UK has no record of or charge for the call on her end. Tell me again @telussupport how I made this call? Tweeting out of frustration

  @WWENetwork i can't access any premium content through the app via Android I have to use the browser im subscribed via telus my cable provider but the app doesn't recognize my subscription so I have use a browser so frustrating on the ropes of canceling it . Fix it!!!

  Get fibre optic internet said @TELUS. It’ll be better they said. Got it installed last weekend. Was glitchy. Called Telus and they said they’d fix it. Talked me through process. Worked briefly. Had dinner. Now we have no internet & we work from home. Send help please!

  What company provides the best service in Canada for Internet and TV? Currently with Telus and gotta say quite dissatisfied with there service - couldn't get a land line system connected right and to go along want to gouge me with a $150 " WiFi technician " fee to check my wifi

  I phoned three times and it got progressively worse @TELUS. If a technician had come as arranged none of this would have happened. Not a happy customer right now.

  @Isabell73093076 My phone lost service from about 4:10 - 4:40 I’m with Koodo, now owned by Telus. I knew it wasn’t my phone, I rebooted and it was searching for service.

  @DougAlder @TELUS @TELUSsupport Thanks Doug. I messaged the support team earlier this evening but nobody has responded. Just hoping I can get it solved first thing in the morning. The timing sucks but we can’t do much but wait.

  What was up with cell service today #Telus. No cell service for at least 30 min.
