  @daverich72 Not sure if to laugh or cry at Telus technical support line via Phillipines. 2 1/2 hrs on phone for what started as landline phone problem, to being told technician call in am. to me having to call again am.. a 30 min wait & qqq20+ min on phone just to get an Appt.

  @edmontonjournal @TELUS Agreed. I had to talk to @TELUS with everyone at home and online. Sadly they didn’t have sufficient bandwidth for me to upgrade my service. But then they remembered my request and now I do have better service with more data. I’m happy.

  @arichardson_phi I'm on Shaw. They are also terrible. But I dislike Telus even more because they keep digging holes in my front yard.

  Unbelievable! Have been on the telephone with #Telus for 1/2+ hours for home phone not working and now entire fiber optic system shut down.

  @TELUSsupport A new customer here. We have been waiting over 6 hours for the technician to install our new Telus services. It is supposed to be a 7 hour installation. I would be appreciate if someone could telephone or DM to give an up to date time estimate. Thank you.

  The internet saga continues Telus sent a tech to hook up internet 75 like 6 months ago....the repair guy came I've never had 75 like I've been paying. Guess who is in a ****** mood waiting on hold yet again
