    1) Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport it’s aggravating that I’m on phone for 6+ hours to tell you that you’ve been overcharging me for the past three months and then challenging me the whole time when I ask to be credited the overcharge. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across.

    @WaterAries Here's the reason why. Natives are cheap, they don't spend much and don't pay bills on time. It costs alot in collections agency fees so Telus won't be making max profit. Plus reserves are in remote areas. Makes it harder to fix issues, and install cell towers. Your welcome.

    @MakingLaurie We use Shaw (we tried Telus a few years ago and it was beyond awful). My tech husband always recommends paying for your own router if you rely on wifi. We also have a mesh booster because our router is in the basement.

    @srhchn @TELUS @TELUSsupport Easy. Just cancel, then you would have saved yourself hours of calling. Not to mention the insanely long tweet. Why continue to be with a company that is so bad. Maybe its not and you're looking for freebies, trying to make the story worse then it is.

    Power came back an hour ago after a 24 hour outage. No power means no heat. The main floor was down to 53F. A lot colder upstairs. The Telus cell tower is still down, so no phone capability yet. #BCStorm

    @MakingLaurie The routers included in your service are not very good. Not sure if any provider has better ones. But if your problem is the service into your house, every provider is going to be reselling either Telus or Shaw service, and you should probably try one of the Telus-based ones.
