@Mark_Goldberg @mebuell The very first bit of information provided in the article - the market leaders - left out the 2 most dominant market leaders (Bell, Telus)! The real issue is ISED doesn’t have the budget required to connect everyone and there is no incentive to invest in rural without monopolies.

@iansltx Yes, I’m surprised when even Canadians don’t realize the networks are shared. When I was visiting, my friend told me to switch from Bell to Telus to get better signal. Unsurprisingly, they were exactly the same lol

@telus can’t think of a time of getting worse customer service. Cutting off my home services a month early and having to spend 5 hours on the phone to get it restored was not appreciated.
