  @BarbaraDoduk @jodyvance @TELUS When I cancelled my mom's service after she passed away, I packaged up the equipment and went to the post office. The girl looked at the parcel and insisted I take a photo of the package with the receipt as proof based on her experience of lost returns. Mine was fine.

  @TELUS Poor wifi performance. Speed tests not equating to advertised performance, glitching for even direct ethernet connection.

  @jodyvance @TELUS Ours turned out to be issues with Telus cable and Samsung tv “not talking to each other”. Replaced cable box and all good

  @jodyvance @TELUS Jody, couple things, do you have a network cable going from your modem to the TV box? I find the wireless is pretty mediocre TBH. Second thing, when the box craps out does your internet still work?

  I had @Telus Optik TV basic, and internet, for under $100 a month. When my plan ended, I got a bill for a new plan at $330/mo. No lie?!?¿¡!! I phoned them up and got it down to ~$115/mo. When I said no TV just internet, the conversation changed it seems.

  @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport And let’s add home internet and cable… i pay $85 for home internet with Telus…. My 2 years is almost done. Currently I think I have 250 something. They offer me about $90 a month and upgrade to 1Tb which I don’t need at all. However,Rogers doesn’t service my area, so I am stuck

  @MelissaLMRogers @JasminLaine_ @TELUSsupport Public Mobile is owned by Telus and uses the same network but is much cheaper. If you own your phone it is a better option. $40 a month gets you a lot of data. They have family plans as well.

  @jodyvance @TELUS My good friends quit trying with Telus and switched to Shaw/rogers, they are much happier with the service now and it’s apparently cheaper. They pay less than I do, a long time Shaw customer. For 2 yrs you’ll get a better deal.

  @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Yes, there’s room for lowering g the cost. Having worked for AT&T and Telus I know they have huge infrastructure build costs. Plus a horrible regulator that increases costs. Nevertheless, they are lots of opportunities to reduce internal costs of their business processes.
