  @chinookag @LukeRadau @TELUS I’ve literally searched through Twitter to find others who are experiencing the same damn thing! I have a mobile booster, bumped from 2 to 4 bar on the hub and my cell- but smart hub is shorty most days (and can’t have more than 1 device running wifi!)

  @montezumachavez From what I see of "poor" people that got defrauded & losing 1,000$ or so dollars, Telus brushes them off as too bad. But, there have been high profile cases of an entire well-to-do families losing all their $. The outcome is not known. So chances are it was settled out of court.

  @rcvdo @TELUS Here I am still on a 100 Mbps wired 50 Mbps over wifi. Fiber used to be so damn expensive and unavailable in most areas.

  Wow #Telus @TELUS 2 hours on hold for support with no answer. You force us to migrate from TELUS email to GMail and it doesn’t work with Apple mail on a Mac and we can’t get help! I bet Shaw Cable loves it.

  @TELUSsupport Also understand, this is not MY Norton protection. If I had purchased Norton virus, I'd have been getting that reminder from them, not Telus. This is why this all seems like just another removal of service. Telus did used to provide basic anti-virus and scam protection, yes?
