    @TELUSsupport We ordered a fiber internet from Telus. While the connection is good, its usefulness is limited due to static ip address issue. Telus requires a mac address for each static IP. This makes them not usable by Sonicwall or edge router. Will Telus do anything about it?

    @jkenney Just make sure that Telus is not selling 25 Mb/s service and delivering using 20 Mb/s equipment that they got from using obsolete junk from the cities to serve up to rural customers. Don’t let Telus steal our stimulus dollars

    Wait time for @TELUS if you call about becoming a new customer less than 5 min Wait time for a customer of 10 years who is enquiring about his bill. Over an hour. Time to switch?

    Nothing better than trying to top up my phone so I can call my dad and see how he is only to find out my number is out of service. No email, no one tried to contact me to ask if I still wanted my number, nothing. Guess I gotta contact customer support and get a new number @TELUS

    @Heyheydownthes1 If you’ve developed lung damage as a result of prior radiation treatments (even years ago) Telus should be able to refer you to BC Cancer Agency and you’re likely to get the appropriate specialist referral through them much sooner.

    Can we agree that Canada’s 5G implementation sucks? At least that of Telus & Bell. My iPhone 13 Pro Max, with a low 5G signal, wastes time trying to pull data via 5G only to then downgrade to LTE. LTE was fine, can I turn off 5G and just use 4G/LTE?
