@ChlanJen @SpaceX We ordered online, they have a special for Canadians as of this post, and it arrived by Purolator BEFORE our Telus installer arrived. Of course we cancelled the Telus. I mean, 290 mbps compared to 25 by Telus??? The Canadian internet groups should just close down.

To telus I am paying for not connecting to your service with my mobile phone. I keep getting the nuisance messages to connect to your service. It is a redirect message and you should be able to stop the redirect to telus msg. Please fix this and stop sending me to support.

Moving to @TELUS as a small business client has been anything but smooth. The list of glitches, issues and unnecessary admin hurdles keeps unfortunately growing. Today’s issue of the day: I no longer receive texts from the CRA to log into my account. This is frustrating

@RachelNotley Bull💩💩 it’s already there but the companies won’t update their equipment and put too many on a tower. There needs to be accountability. They promise speeds “up to” and that’s how they get around. Charge huge monthly fees and no service. Just like Telus Mobility.

@TELUS Hello. I am a Kodoo customer. I got a call from scammers and they said we call from Telus for promos. How can they get my information? Is that easy to steal costumers informations from you? That made me scared, I can change my operator. I see a huge security bug here.
