  Telus doesnt hire a single Canadian customer care representative and they only operate in Canada. They profit 1.3b per year. That 1.3b could be used to employ roughly 30,000 Canadians full time for 40,000 a year, roughly another 3,000 if they fired the international employees.

  @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

  @JustMeJamie64 Indian/Moroccan call and Service centres. All Shaw/Rogers. Other companies like Telus are all Philippino or south American. All from my experiences...

  @TELUS @mmabrey1 We finally checked with our neighbours, whose TELUS service is working perfectly. When we brought this up to your team on our latest call—which we have now been stuck on for over an hour—the story suddenly changed. Now we’re being told there hasn't been a disruption in our area.

  @LindsayDunnTV Hahahaah. I had the same issue with Telus last couple months. Canada sucks in general. The tech had to come 7 times within 6 weeks.. I just moved in march.

  @TELUS LMFAO. cute response. Yes. You've responded. I've now gone 9 days, unable to get someone to actually process the claim. My last phone, I was told I had to go INTO a telus location, to verify my identity, and they wouldn't transfer or do anything for me. Fix your broken system.

  @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I keep getting calls from Roger’s, Telus and bell and most times you can barely hear them from all the background noise. You can tell they are not in Canada so usually I just act like I can’t hear them and hang up. Not like I want to sign up to new service like that.
