@jamiljivani I've been a Bell phone customer for about 10 years and have no complaints other than the same one that applies to Telus and Rogers - pricing too high

  • Schmack2604 Dmackie (@Schmack2604) reported

@TELUS @telus help me understand how it costs me $100 per month more to upgrade an existing line, but if I add a new line, I can get a better deal? As a long time Telus customer, do I not deserve to have the best pricing available?

  • murpheegurl Socrates 2.0 (@murpheegurl) reported

@Mikeggibbs Telus runs off the Bell Network.

  • MrBurberry_ Godzilla (@MrBurberry_) reported

@markgurman This emergency satellite communication is just the beta Trojan horse go take on the Telecom industry. Telus Comcast, AT&T should all be worried. Lol.

  • cdnthatmatters concerned Cdn (@cdnthatmatters) reported

@Mikeggibbs I’ve been with Telus since the 90s (first with a pager then cell) and have had consistently good service.

  • moss_sphagnum Sphagnum Moss (@moss_sphagnum) reported

Called Telus to fix phone line. The call agent explained their covid protocol apologetically by saying. "ok, I just have to read this to you..." And then read out that their technicians will expect client to wear masks & distance etc...1/n

  • dei_park Dei (@dei_park) reported

@Mikeggibbs Isn’t Telus just an off shoot of one of them though? They have a monopoly and we are essentially stuck. That’s another huge issue that needs fixing!

  • peacefrallwomen Kathy Bose (@peacefrallwomen) reported

@AureliaCotta And now giant Telecom Telus says it’s not making enough money and has asked to charge us for credit card payments. We already pay the highest fees in the world, get the lousiest, most unethical service, and the CRTC sits on its butt like a pig st the trough.

  • Donna_Thorp_ macaroni in a pot (@Donna_Thorp_) reported

@Mikeggibbs Telus is very good. I have an account with them through my company on the employee purchase plan. 75 bucks a month. Unlimited data iPhone 12. Really good service. Better than bell and rogers for sure.

  • JaxSargette Jackie She/Her (@JaxSargette) reported

For example: I am on the TELUS SmartHub. It is "okay" for the most part, but has limitations. For instance, I am limited to 10 devices being connected to my SmartHub wifi network. TVs and computers take up most of that space.
