@telusmobility I’ve been with Telus Mobility over 20 years, home phone 30, internet for 20+ and Optik for a dozen. Their inability to find a solution to a simple problem may mean they’re going to lose all of them. They’re shrugging shoulders, bizarre customer service philosophy

Can I just watch one video without it being all choppy? Thanks @Telus, like seriously why ******** am I paying 119$/month for this ****** service?

@BevGprairie @TELUS Hi Bev! I'm so sorry to take so long getting back to you. Are you still having issues with your home phone today or has it resolved?

  • FoxRoxB RoxyB 🌻 (@FoxRoxB) reported

And, of course, there's a ONE hour waiting time on the phone. And I'm fairly sure Telus will try to bill me $15 for calling their help line.

@ChrisGrant1968 @DutchHockeyMom @TELUS Speaking of commercials, see the Kleenex one yet with a tranny mom? Holy crap, crazy world 🌎

  • Lidsville Lindsay Brown (@Lidsville) reported

@PaintedHorse14 @adriandix It's hard not to come to that conclusion, or to the conclusion that deliberately crippling the health system benefits Adrian's Dix's best friend, Telus, and speeds up the stealth privatization. If they don't want us to ask these Qs, they should smarten up and fix the rollout.

@nationalpost @financialpost Telus, Rogers, etc.. market share isn’t reflective of the quality of their service it’s indicative of archaic protectionist government policy & regulations! #canpoli

  • Iam_Canadian Cory Papineau (@Iam_Canadian) reported

@jasonpereira Telus has either been absorbing this fee for years or adjusted their prices to account for credit card fees. This surcharge is 1.5% direct to their bottom line. Also I liked how they compared themselves to essential services. Not sure that's a path they want to go down.

  • robertguenette Rob (@robertguenette) reported

Trying to see if I can get a better deal on my phone plan (and switch off of Rogers) and you'd think @bell and @TELUS would make it easier to buy from them. It's almost reassuring that they treat you like garbage even before you're a customer.

  • candicemakhan Candice (@candicemakhan) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I’ve been US charged roaming fees even though I’m nowhere near the US. Your online support form isn’t working and I’ve been on hold for hours trying to escalate this issue. Can someone please help me?
