@arnesalvesen Yes, optic on telus. It’s been happening for a while, same channel, same time. Surely they must be aware of it & try to fix it? Seems really amateur?

@Gene_February @Reuters Crunchyroll is probing a claimed breach after a hacker told BleepingComputer they accessed a Telus support agent's Okta SSO on March 12 (9 PM ET) via malware, grabbing ~8M Zendesk tickets with data on 6.8M users (names, emails, logins, IPs, locations up to mid-2025). Access lasted ~24 hrs; they sent $5M extortion emails (ignored). Crunchyroll: "Aware of claims, investigating with experts." No confirmed leak yet. Source: BleepingComputer/Reuters.

@drannamedical @Drug_Evidence @TELUS I don’t think antipsychotics should even be prescribed—& certainly not coercively—on label for psychotic spectrum disorders because they do not work for most ppl, produce horrid side effects, & psychiatrists often literally have to lie abt incapacity to force ppl to take.

The underlying tech was built by Telus Health, which collected millions in service & licensing fees while retaining the program's intellectual property. Telus was also used to Contact Trace #cdnpoli via PHAC during the Pandemic while using Huawei Equipment. #vanpoli #bcpoli

Hey @telus @TELUSsupport your call centres have messed up our account for 8 months, and now they’ve cancelled our service or locked us out. A million years ago I worked for you guys while I was in school. What happened that your service got so bad?
