    Ok, so I decided I'm just going to cancel my current internet. If they try and give me cancellation fees I'm going to argue that they were never giving me the service I was paying for, and in an entire month couldn't resolve the issue. I ordered Telus fiber internet instead.

    Worst customer service from @TELUS. They cancelled our account instead of putting it on hold while we are moving! And now they expect us to pay the charges. Do not recommend them

    No power in Evanston/Livingston/Carrington since 5am. Not having wifi reminds me of how bad cell service from @telus and @bell is in the area. @ENMAX #calgary

    Beavers takes down internet in Tumbler Ridge About 900 customers are experiencing disruptions to internet, TV, and mobile services after beavers chewed through a fibre cable causing extensive damage. Telus anticipates service will be restored by Sunday evening. #PeaceRegion

    @TELUS why is it so hard to get an install booked? Your technician never showed up and said would reschedule. Found out today that the technician actually selected cancel instead of rebook and now customer service is giving me the runaround

    @TELUS At this point I'm less concerned with my initial complaint, and think this was the worst customer service ever, and terrible representation for the company. I'm so upset by how rude he was. SMH😭😭

    @hotstarcanada @Hotstarusa garbage streaming service and garbage app for Android TV. Streaming match highlights happen in only 1 language. Concerns not addressed for over a month, paid subscription to see ads for Telus, Western Union, Xoom etc

    Not sure how they managed this feat, but somehow @TELUS has made it even harder to use the @ADT customer portal. Just absolutely baffling how bad of an experience it is as a customer

    @TELUSsupport Canadian phone companies are leeches. Not enough competition here like in USA/Asia, so y’all mistreat customers like GARBAGE. Nah. Not taking it anymore. I’m forever done w/telus after this. Imagine being hospitalized & Telus wants to cut you off for being 2 weeks late LOL gross.

    @jephjacques I always worry that I have annoyed people with being myself. I dont remember you ever making things awkward, I was probably worrying about myself making things awkward to a high degree. Sorry about our Doctor shortage. Ben has been using the Telus service.
