I swear, if I knew how difficult it epuld be to return this smart home crap to @TELUS I'd never had taken up the free trial. Been trying to get a hold on anyone to help game get a return label and make sure I don't get billed for something I'm not even using for a few days now.

When exactly did @TELUSsupport get so bad? Waiting to get a credit for a #FIONA fast pass for 100 minutes and counting. Chat BOT is not helpful only frustrating. And let's talk about the fee charge for using a credit card shall we?? 20 years of loyalty should count. #TELUS

@RogersHelps Yo any chance your ever going to stabilize ignite in East York. I'd like to get 24 hours continuous connectivity but that seems impossible for Canadas largest most expensive service provider. Guess who doesn't have a service outage right now? @TELUS

I have allowed the “up to 5 business days for claim processing”…twice over. When I try to contact anyone else at Telus they say that they can only sent a note to Property Damage dept but nothing else. Which again is unacceptable becuz it is damage you did to my property. #LAME
