    @TELUSsupport stop phoning me and asking me when I will install. I will never give Telus a dime, just like you won't for me because most of your staff doesn't give 1 shits about PWD'S, they are just their to make themselves money and blind transfer you for low call times

    @micha3lhugh3s Telus is 60 a month for 30 gig per device. So I’m offering my whole team free mobile. I was floored by the Shaw offering during the sales process, it was everything I wanted. I was even willing to accept some issues. What I am experiencing is total dysfunction.

    I’ve had nothing but problems from Shaw Mobile. I wouldn’t rely on it to call 911 properly if I was in danger. So buying out my phone and switching to a Telus Business plan… mixed feelings as I’ve always been a big fan and supporter of Shaw.

    @TELUS I had to call 3 times to get the runaround. It really is beyond unpleasant and I strongly dislike my service with TELUS. I'm happy I made the switch to ROGERS and now TELUS wants to waste my time begging for a callback when they don't even know how to be direct.

    After 30 agents, a dozen lies and no deal for people with disabilities you still have your management call me to try setup service with me when I've called numerous asking for telus to undo the changes your 3rd party company made on my line AFTER I canceled
