@UrbanEdm @michaeljanz why is it that TekSavvy can provide internet for 25% less cost than shaw and Telus if the duopoly of large companies are not already gouging us. Giving them permission to further gouge us would be stupid.

@bowker_john A credit card fee is a cost of doing business. It makes it easy for the customer and the company to collect payment. This should not be allowed. Telus take a lesson form OLG who were trying to charge a fee for processing lottery tickets on line, but since retracted it

@NormaJBF @TELUS I was told to deal with Mobiversity. I didn't have the time yet, but I feel it's Telus' problem. I never ask for this, but they're allowing it. Enough that I'm dealing with my death in the family. It's infuriating.

@TELUS you suck! I did ONE move order and ended up calling 5 times with billing issue within 1 month. All you L&R assured me my billing will be correct and it’s not! If I need to call you 6th time, I’m cancelling all my services. @ShawInfo let’s talk.
