@TELUS if you charge me for using my credit card how about I come down and pay in loonies and require exact change? You have made a lot of money from me over many years, rethinking.

  • exactingvampyre Exacting Vampyre Maps & Lore (@exactingvampyre) reported

Dear companies. If you have a button on your website that says "remember me" for login information, but it *NEVER* remembers me, well, I kinda hate you. Looking at you @TELUS .....

  • TheFalconer Don (@TheFalconer) reported

@KarinEvolve @TELUS I absolutely support it for non profits. For companies that make hundreds of millions in profits every quarter, I sure do not. I hope more shareholders feel the same way!

  • RomeTimed Lockdown-Frenetic (@RomeTimed) reported

@cbcnewsbc This is so stupid it is mind boggling. And here i was planning to switch to Telus next year... nope.

  • BCBoisvert Brian (@BCBoisvert) reported

@GordinKelowna @jodyvance @CRTCHearings My response will be to pull out the check book, stamps and envelope and support my mail carrier with payment by paper check. It will cost less then the CC fee and support jobs. And cost Telus man hours to process payments. #paybycheck should start a movement against Telus

  • KarinEvolve Karin. (@KarinEvolve) reported

@TheFalconer @TELUS It is a tone deaf move absolutely. Non-profits are adding the fee to donations now which makes sense. Not sure why the very profitable Telus thought this was a good idea but it easily falls into the "not good customer service" column.I intend to protest this as a shareholder.

  • NapsAndSarcasm A Napping Stuckasaurus (@NapsAndSarcasm) reported

So #Telus now wants to add a 1.5% premium to those of you who pay by credit card, for cell service? It must be hard to eat the CC fee, being part of a price colluding trio who keeps Canadian cell prices at levels not seen anywhere else in the 1st world. #Canada

  • 1001getlifted _Suelyn (@1001getlifted) reported

I was about to switch to @telus after rogers outage but news of a fee for paying bills with credit card ? Nah. Won’t be switching now

  • TheFalconer Don (@TheFalconer) reported

@MsYouDoYou @TELUS It’s too bad mobile has two syllables otherwise I’d be pitching a new subsidiary company.

  • article123x whatever (@article123x) reported

@nationalpost We want to charge Telus for the crappy system and service!
