  Haven’t had a family doctor for over five years now. 🇨🇦 Try to sign up with some online company called Maple: sure no problem, take all my info….then they hit you with “join for $85 / mth.” Try sign up with Telus MyHealth: sure no problem, take all your info…no appointments available. Checked three months out. Canadian health care is so bad. Our BC government runs >$10B deficit, yet outcomes are simply terrible. Luckily, I live near Washington USA. Maybe I’ll just get a doctor down there to finally see how expensive it really is (or is not).

  @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

  @TELUSsupport Having an alarm issue. I call the Telus Security phone number 855-255-8828 and they say there is an hour wait and no one called any of our call back numbers. BTW, the burglar won't stick around for an hour. Is your Securty system fully broken? Good grief.

  @cyberlander_ @TELUS No, I use shaw at home for internet. This is for our business lines and internet where the problems are occurring. They fcked up our transition from copper to fibre optic, which they asked for, and now I'm dealing with their incompetence.

  @TELUSsupport @TELUS When I saw my current plan on your website, it was advertised as $45 for 5G+ Select 175 Canada-US-Mexico (up to 2Gbps), but when I signed up and ported my number from Public Mobile, I would get billed $55 instead. Why is that the case? Help please.
