TIL that eSIMs are some QR code you scan on a phone, and that if you order an eSIM code from Telus online, they don't send the QR code via email immediately, but mail an actual card with a QR code on it...WTF?!?

@TELUS Telus is the worst internet provider in Canada, it will increase your rate every year and give you a **** like speed. The fiber only applies to new house. I hope the StarLink system will be complete sooner . So no one has to bare telus fked up internet service anymore.

  • SUPokanagan Denise (@SUPokanagan) reported

@TELUS how come every time you call to cancel Telus service in “one month from now” CONSISTENTLY they cancel your service that day??? Then you spend three days reconnecting. 🙄. You call that #service ?? Give me a real #telecommunications platform. @TELUSsupport sucks

bit livid that @TELUS got away with installing a modem that got superceded by a new model in *2015* when they set up my mother's new internet six months ago. guess some engineer thought "it's fine if we cut corners, this tech-inept old lady won't know why her signal is shite"
