    I’m with Telus, my mum is with Bell, but we’ve both been having such bad issues when making phone calls, whether it’s FaceTime audio or actual calls, since the outage.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport up until today I’ve been very happy with the service I’ve gotten while switching from Rogers. Bit waiting on hold for AN HOUR to activate a SIM is insane. If this is how the EPP/Concierge service is handled, I’d hate to deal with regular support.

    @t_guswal @TELUS The tech support I received was borrow a friends phone and put your SIM card in it. The fact three phones we bought from them all can’t keep calls is no concern to them they basically laugh and say you dinosaurs still make phone calls and that’s the end of customer service.
