@RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and what’s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

@eckoboy3 @Rogers I wasn't with Rogers until they bought up Shaw. I'm looking around, but Bell and Telus are all the same for home service. Mobile is not with any of them.

So @TELUS I can connect to the network without a SIM card now? No? Then charging for one is a connection fee.

@JonFraserTF @TELUS I could say similar things about Bell. Our oligopolies provide terrible service across the board.

@JonFraserTF @TELUS Best strategy for cell plans is to have ZERO loyalty to providers. I’ve been with 4 different providers in 5 years. Tired of their games. Buy the phone you want, get a plan, switch when they don’t treat you right. My current plan is 80gb North America roaming. $27 a month.

@jabo_vancouver @TELUS Telus honestly just sucks in general

@DaBluedudeGames @TELUS @TELUSsupport They’ve never ever spent any money 💰 on web development. Try logging in and navigating around in different areas. It’s a cringe experience. And their mobile app is worse if that’s even possible but they managed to succeed.

  • HoggHead2375

@JonFraserTF @TELUS Telus is terrible. They are collapsing fast. And can’t fix it

@neuroticbob Yeah I do have telus wtf

  • ShazadTech
    Shazad Atcha (@ShazadTech) reported

@JakeLandauTO @PsudoMike Telus I believe still charges for eSIM, which is absurd. Up until recently, Telus was having people buy plastic eSIM “voucher” cards for $20 a pop. **** Rogers, Bell, and Telus!

@JonFraserTF @TELUS Yeah my experience last month with them was brutal. Activated international roaming online no other option. Turns out Seattle isn't international. $100 worth of roaming fees before I even left the airport @ $5/mb They text me "Text ROAM" to activate timing. "How embarrassing there's been an error" 2 hrs with tech support no solution. Bought $25 dollar esim online. Unlimited data for 5 days. 1/5 the cost of Telus Roaming plan that I can't add. Now I know.
