    Every time I call @TELUS @TELUSsupport I always get 150% customer service. Heather was amazing this morning, she couldn’t fix the problem right away but found a solution and called me back right away. I want to thank you TELUS for 20 years of great customer service

    Disappointed with #Telus #CustomerService service. Was offered a great deal so I spent 30 minutes on the phone to only hear their sales office was incorrect about the deal.

    @FemiNelson1 @Bell I managed to get through around 8am but call-taker said his board went from nice quiet start of his shift with zero callers to almost five-thousand in pending in span of ten minutes. Sounds like Canada-wide Bell service outage. Glad my mobile phone is with Telus!

    @Ani1u7 @Rogers @Bell @TELUS I have a sharing plan that's grandfathered so extra lines are cheap. We never go over 10GB combined but I like the cushion. I always bought phones outright but not last time and now flagships are crazy$. Approx $100/mo w/add ons (voice to text vcmail, etc).

    @Ani1u7 @TELUSsupport For sure Telus is wrong.. Turning off Wi-Fi turns the feature off because it's something that has to be supported by the cellular network. I don't know what OS he was running. He's our IT consultant so he may be on a beta or something

    I even said no one will call me back. I have never seen such bad controls between departments or any accountability from @adtcanada. This is probably the worst service I have received for a simple request to fulfill my order. Will anyone NOW listen to my concern @TELUS

    @Colin_Hung @HillTimesHealth @dtapscott @TELUS According to the Supreme Court we own the data but not the record which complicates the issue. Disagree with drs who argue that since they own the EMR and they enter the data, they are free to sell it if they chose to. #ThinkDigitalHealth. #MyData

    @TELUSsupport Well finally got a call from you, Someone from Telus called me demanding personal information. Then when I refused to provided that (which I don’t do to people who call me, scams and all) Then she transferred me to someone who can help. (Why did she call??). Then call lost 👍

    @JamesJohnsonYYC Me and my wife moved to suburbs and our new house didn’t have an underground Shaw line. Their idea to fix it was to put in an above ground line that people could drive over. We switched to Telus and it’s been amazing.

    Question for my Calgary homies: Internet/Wifi has been down for two days now, keep having problems with Shaw and their service. Outages three times in the past 6 months. Thinking of switching over to Telus. Anyone have Telus internet? How is it? How was the service?
