Rogers/Shaw, Telus, Bell and the list goes on have been doing this for decades. You know since phone books were invented? Clearly you never read the pages in those books, wherein you had to write a letter and mail it in to a PO Box and OPT OUT to prevent them from doing so.   Hey @Rogers, I requested to move my internet service last month. A technician came out and told me that the Telus cable currently in use is provided by my landlord, while the Rogers cable is buried behind the drywall. Apparently, I now need to hire a third party to demolish the drywall and access the Rogers cable just to get my internet installed. Is Rogers going to help resolve this, or should I just switch to @TELUS?

  @JustMeJamie64 Indian/Moroccan call and Service centres. All Shaw/Rogers. Other companies like Telus are all Philippino or south American. All from my experiences...

  @RogersHelps @rogers: 15 hours with no internet, using my @telus phone as a hotspot. At 8 am, you said it'd take 4 hours to fix. Then 4-6 hours. Then the Rogers outage page kept extending the resolution time by an hour. Now an agent told me 24 hours. WTF? Unacceptable.

  @VeeVeeFreeFox It’s just like when I called Telus for support. I keep hanging up and recalling until I have somebody speaking English clear enough I can understand them.

  @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I just did the same with Telus they operate out of El Salvador and the Philippines. The service is fast and they are well trained. One guy had chickens in the background, but i wish they were operating in Canada.
