@Rogers It has been an awful experience transferring from Telus to Rogers. First, I was promised a deal which was a lie. Then, I was supposed to get a discount and then, later on, I found out the discount didn't apply to the first bill. I was told that I was supposed to receive

Doesn't appear to be a way to watch the #NHLJets game tonight on Telus in Edmonton without springing for Centre Ice? Isolating with COVID in my basement, sucks but I can watch a game uninterrupted for once...lol

@drivermcivor @Bell Yup in Courtenay I get 1 bar from Telus. Lol. However I get 30 gigs unlimited Free calls and texts for $50.00. So one bad provider to another for less gigs and more fees ain’t happening. Lol

  • mashmogh Mash M (@mashmogh) reported

@Bell Shame on you @Bell! Nothing about this post is true! Unlike Rogers/Fido, Telus, etc you did NOT waive long-distance charges for Iranian customers. Customer service says there is no such thing. This post is a lie! Cancelling all 5 lines with @Bell and going to Rogers.#MahsaAmini

@TELUS You're customer service is absolutely Pathetic

@Tim_Bousquet Hi Tim, a bit off topic however related. I am furious with both Bell and Telus along with everyone else. Bell sells you a bundle package that includes your “landline” which we now know is not true. I always justified the “landline” for emergency calls.

Credit card company wants a copy of the Telus email as does the CRTC. It seems Telus doesn’t have the approval to pass the credit card fee on to us consumers. Since Quebec has different rules they just added on a fee. I would @ Telus but what’s the point they never even responded
