@TELUSsupport again, I do not have wifi. 4 th phone call today and no one seems to know how to fix it. I will now use a personal wifi to get through what need to do and I will schedule a Shaw connection for early next week. @Shawhelp @TELUSsupport @TELUS

@darrylw71 Which is fair. But Koodo isn't a smaller company. It's owned by Telus and operates on Telus' network, so your reception would be no different on one versus the other.

@AzorcanGlobal @TELUS @TELUSsupport Mine was down for over 2 days. Didn’t even bother calling Telus about it because their customer service is horrible

@mcguirp @TELUS It doesn't matter, they are all awful😪
-
Lee Palisoc (@leepalisoc) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@allenmobile @Shawhelp @TELUS Cams use the upload stream more than the download stream—that’s where my issue is. When I check my cameras remotely, I get a lot of buffers because my plan’s up speed is not enough. TELUS’s 75 plan also has the same up speed. We use Netflix 4K so I went with Shaw instead.

Day 2 with no @TELUSsupport @TELUS email. Sure would like to know what's going on. When it comes time to renew my plan in October, this lack of service will go a long way in helping me decide what to do. 🤔🤔

@antric @TELUS @ShawInfo Yup @ShawInfo asked me to DM. Then I did. Then they didn’t respond. I tried their virtual assistant online. No response either. I get better service in Nicaragua than here. @cbcmarketplace help.
