    @dustbobgod I was on shaw and never had a problem, moved and changed to telus and it is unstable

    @dustbobgod So far so good. We had to leave Telus, because it became unusable, and it’s been a delight ever since. With the exception of last week when the internet was out for most of a day but, hydro caused that problem. I was hesitant but happy to have switched. My wifi works now.

    @TELUSsupport What has happened to Telus Support? Tried to log into my account online only to watch the spinner spin. Tried to have Telus services installed only to have appointments missed. Stuck with Shaw. Telus used to be the best. #telusfail

    @dustbobgod I switched over from Shaw to Telus... but... it was a location issue. Shaw's only offering into our building was beyond pathetic... and then Telus installed fibre. On top of that, Shaw's tech was really rude. After over 20 years, I had to dump them.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS At this point, I am tired, exhausted and Frustrated at your customer service. I have even been to your offices and all I keep getting from them are different phone numbers to get you guys on without any concrete solution on site. Àbí irú kí wá nì yí báyìí

    @dustbobgod Reliability for any service depends upon where you live. In general speeds on Shaw are consistent with advertised speeds. On Telus you need to live near one of their central offices to get their full posted speeds. At least with DSL. If Telus has full fibre it may differ.

    hey, @telus @TELUSsupport , any problem of hacking?!? I received at least 4 “suspect” emails asking me to open attachments….cmon guys, you can do better than this!!!

    @KKoolyk @derekmcbain @RogersHelps Telus help got mad at me for hanging up numerous times while on a call with their help desk, tried explaining the calls were being dropped, nope wasn’t that they said, and that’s when we switched! Rogers is getting worse not better out our way as well

    @TELUS 5 hours 5 t trAnsfer. I have now wasted a whole day still on hold waiting for person 5 this transfer was only going to be less than 5 minutes on hold I’m now at 20 andwaiting is this what you call customer services this was all for an over billing error that all agreed
