  @scampden @snufflewort During that time I've had 4 surgeries plus 2 hospital stays, one for 3 days and another for 12 days. Always relying on different doctors. Now I use My Telus Health and/or Emergency.

  Maybe I should just sue @TELUS then after three year their **** customer support change my name. Still have my name wrong, postal code wrong despite using my ID to get this info. And they didn't hold up their end of the deal to fix this when they offered me those tv services.

  @Telus was suppose to come to upgrade my service to TELUS Pure-fibre between 9am-11am. So far a technician has not arrived. 3 3 1/2 hours wait time. Not impressed Telus!! Faithful and loyal customer for many years.

  @IAMRockwell @ValaAfshar Same theory in terms of results/outcomes. High cost with marginal outcomes as no competition. Telus/ Rogers charge what they want. Bad service oh well

  My wifi and Optik tv has been lagging for 3 days straight and called tech support numerous times without resolution. Paying 200 plus dollars a month for service that doesn’t work right now #telus #needtocanceltelus

  @scampden @3rdandOak @snufflewort What incentives is Telus offering? Employee stock purchase plan to create a monopoly? Poor management of healthcare & maybe intentionally not solving interoperability left the door open for Telus. Restrictions required on who can hold shares for co’s providing insured services.

  @TELUSsupport Sure did! They even made things worse! Now we have no wifi service in our bathroom, and bedroom due to modem factory reset. I am now waiting until Friday for a technician, and as a cam girl have lost my ability to create in over 75% of my 640sqft apartment. Classic Telus!

  @Shawridgefarm @bridgetschill Think @MaizeingPete uses Telus. There coverage around here was the shits. We use Rogers. No issues other than at the bottom of a couple hills can be a struggle.
