@dwancherry I had a lot of trouble but I assumed it was because I was in an area known for bad coverage. Are you with Telus (or anyone on that network like Koodo)?

@Bell_Support I'm going to give up and assume that whenever there's an issue, you will jump straight to it being me. I think Telus is giving a slightly better deal anyway, and their site seems to work (without me deleting all my saved passwords).

@paaulpaarker It’s crazy to me how difficult the Canadian carriers have made it to get an eSIM. TELUS still charges $10 for one! Freedom Mobile, possibly the worst carrier in the country, at least allows you to sign in and generate one through the account interface.

@TELUS - why am I receiving 5-10 calls from you trying to sell me your home services when I'm not a Telus customer? Are that desperate for new customers that you have to repeatedly call people, even when they've requested to not be contacted?

Well @TELUSsupport @TELUS , today I've had probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Took day off from work. No show from your technician this morning. Hours on hold. Support said they would call back. Nope, ghosted. Now on hold yet again. #cancel
