@TELUSsupport WTF Telus. Get your **** together. Can't reach Customer Service. Virtual chat gave an email address that is no longer supported. My order status says shipped but I didn't receive an email with the tracking number that your site says will occur.

@AnthonyLacavera Doesn't help that the upper ranks of the CRTC are stacked with former Big 3 executives, and more often than not it feels like they still work for Bell, Rogers/Shaw and Telus rather than the public service.
