    @TELUS They didn't. I called and they told me there was an issue with tower. No timeline on a fix. No solution offered to me. I escalated the call. They said sorry nothing I can do. Offered 5$ discount.

    @ImpCaesdfAug But the coverage for both freedom and bell/Telus is worse in my area. Bell just doesn't service our street with fiber even though they have service areas just a few steps from here.

    @TELUS way to repeatedly drop the ball and then have me wait on hold for a total of 3.5 hours and offer no compensation on your own mistake. Abysmal service and accountability

    @takemeaway771 Not much , I’m with Telus and have had nothing but trouble with tv and now they fixed that but my wifi isn’t on !

    @CTVNews Idiot. Shaw Rogers Telus bell make billions. Why waste our money on it. Just legislate them to build it or you open the market to ATT. @JustinTrudeau

    I can't wait to switch the internet plan from @TELUS. They have the worst internet coverage!!!! I had to use my data for meetings today as the service has been awful.

    Dear @TELUS you desperately need a new roaming partner in Italy. By tomorrow would be nice. I’m in a G7 country but I’m wishing I could get the same level of service I would expect in Cuba.
