  @TELUS @TELUSsupport 1/2 <29 days since I had to get my network profile re-provisioned by someone with adequate administrative privileges. 90 minutes & finally talked to a floor supervisor who apparently is connecting to back-end technician. Cautiously optimistic while I wait..

  RN I switched from Telus to Cogeco. I was told I didnt need a new SIM card bc Cogeco runs on Telus lines. Telus just disconnected me from the network. I have no calls, text or data. Your Chat line told me to call Mobility support. Apparently they dont understand what not activated on the network means. I need a Cogeco SIM card or to b reconnected to the network. What can u do to help? @cogecohelps
