Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have not received an email notification that my bill is ready for 5 months. Each time tech support assured me the issue is fixed. You don't offer paper bills, and you don't notify me electronically (no email, no SMS). Terrible service!

@TELUS Rogers Communications . Canada suppose to be a country with advanced internet service. Rural areas close to Urban centers have established fibra optics receivers that simply are not activated because Rogers have establish those areas as low ROI . E.g. Uxbridge its one.

@lynesworld I went with Koodo ( owned by Telus) several years after many issues with Bell. Price was only one factor. With Koodo, if you pay your bill on time, you never hear from them, save for a few text messages to upgrade if you choose ( but you can unsubscribe if it choose).
