Completely put out and pissed off at @TELUS @TELUSsupport for the service that they just gave my wife. After minimal use of her phone, she is showing that her phone motored through 8GB of data in a 24 hour time period. She then called to try and get help and…

@TELUS brags about community support but won’t provide rural customers with decent coverage.

  • KarinKorchinski Karen Korchinski (@KarinKorchinski) reported

Neither of which were necessary bc I don’t want any change to my service. @TELUS @TELUSsupport #darrenentwhistle I called yet again and was told it would be 1 hour. So I asked to be called back. #crickets #telusistheworst communications company I’ve EVER experienced!

  • iamnaveenchawla Naveen Chawla (@iamnaveenchawla) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS I am shocked right now. How pathetically you are handling my case. I am on call, wait time is more than 30minutes and when it is connecting the call is being disconnected by agents. Is this the way you treat loyal customers? Spent more than 3hr on call so far

  • fenny_pack Sebastian Stan Account (@fenny_pack) reported

@jkenney @TELUS Telus is investing in themselves and their own network. Not Red Deer.

  • or_rain Loquacious (@or_rain) reported

@oriharakaoru No, I'm familiar with the name. Telus and Bell also! (used to be in wireless ind.) Looks like Rogers has one flip phone, and it's the same one that we got for my grandma. It's.... ok? My grandma's had issues, but I think many of them were user error.

  • aaronkowbel aaron kowbel (@aaronkowbel) reported

@jkenney @TELUS If Alberta is in such a strong position why cut public service salaries? Both can’t be true.

  • __TJ__ traceyjohnson (@__TJ__) reported

@TELUSNews @ToddDohertyMP @TELUS Todd Doherty should be pressuring telus into connecting communities like ours, inside city limits of Prince George but worlds most awful internet. Miworth and cranbrook hill road deserve better

  • TheSouthPawDog TheSouthPaw🍁 (@TheSouthPawDog) reported

@calgaryherald @TELUS How about northern Alberta? Our only option is Telus 6, most days we get less than 2mbps. Telus will literally lose every customer they have here when starlink becomes available, over half my workplace has already bought their starlink equipment and are just waiting.

@edmontonjournal @TELUS Telus service in general sucks
