    @TELUS ordered a new cable box last week, still no box. Wondering how long it normally takes. Getting really frustrated with the lack of products working customer service can only matter so much if the products don't work..

    @TELUS Wish you covered more areas around 100 Mile House, BC. Been putting in requests for what seems to be forever now :(. Tons of customer would jump ship from Shaw.

    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo can the internet stop dropping every single night ffs?! I have homeworks due and the connection is ****. Dropdetector already has 100+ reports. Gonna switch to Telus after this

    Only @TELUS would cancel your order without notifying you without a reason. Ignored the amount of times I’ve tried to contact them regarding the status for 3 weeks.

    @telusmobility Telus Mobility on par with thieving pirates. Can't access their network from new home because of poor cell tower coverage and they offer a pathetic $10/month reduction. Shame on you!!! Looking forward to terminating my 15 years of loyalty today. Adios Telus!!!

    I desperately need a new phone & in my attempts to get one I have spent at least 4 hours on hold wi/Telus in the past week. Have yet to get any actual help (can’t order it online, for various reasons). Maybe it’s not a new phone but a new service provider I need
