@elonmusk I currently only have Telus Smarthub as an option and my service suuucks. It's basically a cell phone signal and I live at 4,000 ft. I'm eligible and ordering Starlink this week. I need to be able to work from home dammit.

@elonmusk @elon we live as close to any big city and also a reserve ENOCH FIRST NATION and have very poor cell service as well as internet service Edmonton Alberta TELUS can’t provide services properly we need assistance can’t wait to get starlink!!!!

@TELUSsupport Yes. It is a product I am very displeased with. And a lack of support to correct the problem. I’ve had service techs here and found the problem but Telus refuses to agree with their service techs assessment
