Also, I find this quote disturbing: “The company also said that the surcharge would help contain costs since the transaction fees would no longer be hidden in its prices.” Seems like Telus saying they’re already doing it, but trying to hide it in their pricing…

@Ryan_r_Williams I’ve paid astronomically high cell phone bills in the past. $170-200 range/month in the past. I switched to Koodo which uses the Telus network & get the same quality of service but for $55/month. There are options but you need to look for them.

@TELUS Don't you ever disrespect the term GOAT ever again! The true GOAT's are Eminem & Tom Brady, not iPhone and certainly not your ****** ***, garbage, sack of ****, overpriced, customer ******* company.

@CBCAlerts No problem, I’ll take Telus off my list of potential service providers.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport credit card fees are a part of doing business. Charging your customers’ these fees (then taxing those fees) is poor business. I see you losing a lot of customers

@SharonT20519250 NO - I'm leaving TELUS at the end of my contract. Yesterday I was reviewing my personal expenses - what if food costs get so high people have to cancel their phone plans - so much for ARRIVE CAN and TRUDEAU SPENDING $54m ON THE APP

  • ChloeLum compulsive observer🤡 (@ChloeLum) reported

@TELUS has the worst, sketchiest customer service ever. Ordered a new phone 9 days ago, paid for it, got the receipt. After no sight of the phone, I called customer service, waited over an hour to be told my order has been canceled due to a glitch. Ok, weird.

  • noty0urmulan maybe: prince zuko’s estranged cousin (@noty0urmulan) reported

called Telus today to cancel my internet since they’re tryna charge me $115 a month now FOR ONE PERSON, mind you then the person asked me why I’m cancelling and I said I’m just gonna use my phone data instead (lie) AND HE LAUGHED AT ME anyway **** @TELUS

@EpochTimesChina @Xiaomi Does Canada's TELUS use Xiaomi in its network? It had Huawei, unknown to its customers.
