    Does anyone know what the customer service hours are for Telus Mobility? Been on hold since 4:00. It is now 5:05. Nowhere could I find the open/closed hours. Also no indication of where I am in the queue, or even if I am in a queue. Will this be hours? Days?

    @TELUSsupport the 7/11 near me has #telus wifi but no one can log on so I typically call telus support and give them my mac ID but havent been able to get thru on the phone lately can you assist me on here?

    @Elorajade @TELUS Yeah ..at the same time moving to Rogers is the same price as Telus - and we had a 30% discount with Telus. Issue here is they rent from bell who has completely oversold their service...Rogers usually works at least :p

    4 bars and barely any actual signal. So glad I'm porting away from @telus next week. Absolutely atrocious service.

    @TELUSsupport Hi! My cellphone data is down in LaSalle, Quebec. I have two TELUS lines on different accoutns and they both have no cell reception at all. I tried rebooting but nothing. Been about 90 minutes now and still not back up...

    5 - Tell me that nothing is applicable from old security system and that I have to buy new cameras to use the 3 year plan I signed up for 6 - Make me buy new cameras 7 - Wifi at the new house is garbage the entire time @TELUS @TELUSsupport (2/x)

    @PublicMobile might i suggest changing your login web page to something NOT Telus? It's messing up my password vault and got my account locked out. Truly infuriating.
