@LMBD1418 @TalkTalk I had to chase an ambulance down the road in my slippers in the snow in the middle of the night once because Telus wouldn’t come fix my phone and I’d been calling for months. I feel for you.

Hey @TELUS - your service has gone down hill drastically. Your procurement team called me out of the blue asking to verify my password to verify that I’m not fraudulent. Random callers asking for passwords and date of birth are how fraud happens. Seriously!

@TELUS Why am I forced to use a Physical SIM card on my phone when i already use an ESim? Your site also only works 20% of the time, and the bot agent is literally so stupid and unhelpful.
