@TELUS @TELUSsupport up until today I’ve been very happy with the service I’ve gotten while switching from Rogers. Bit waiting on hold for AN HOUR to activate a SIM is insane. If this is how the EPP/Concierge service is handled, I’d hate to deal with regular support.

So, is this the norm? Constant service outages for mobile devices? First it's data networks a couple days back, then issues with circuits being full while making calls, and now, zero sms service. Data service works but no sms. In red deer AB @telusmobility @TELUSsupport @TELUS

I’ll tweet ever day of my life that @TELUS @TELUSsupport has absolutely garbage signal in my neighbourhood. I use Facebook messenger to make phone calls on wifi now so my phone plan is useless. Hundreds of dollars a month to not be able use our phones as phones.

@psxo_sierra @TELUS Telus has great cell service been customer since 1996 - I truly prefer them although fees are always high in Canada which is a let down - I wouldn’t complain abt the service tho

I’m with Telus, my mum is with Bell, but we’ve both been having such bad issues when making phone calls, whether it’s FaceTime audio or actual calls, since the outage.

@t_guswal @TELUS I make all my phone calls on wifi using an app because I can’t make phone calls with an iPhone 12 Pro Max, Samsung note 10 plus and galaxy flip. New phones that can’t place phone calls due to one bar. That’s **** service.
