@TELUS I cannot believe I had two of your solicitors present themselves at the front door of my house today. They were rude when questioned about the legitimacy of their work. I can’t have my kids here - I sure don’t want your staff knocking on my door. #uninvited #tonedeaf

  • Chanellover87 Neetu Tobin (@Chanellover87) reported

@TELUS ordered a new cable box last week, still no box. Wondering how long it normally takes. Getting really frustrated with the lack of products working customer service can only matter so much if the products don't work..

  • lammy9661 Kevin Lamacraft (@lammy9661) reported

@TELUS Or... you could go ahead and invest on your own and provide service to your customers....

  • katsuko_angus Katsuko Angus (@katsuko_angus) reported

I can’t believe that Telus would send their employee door to door selling their cable service....during a pandemic! Not impressed as this puts both the household individual(s) and their employee at risk...#Telus

@Netflixhelps Yeah, I did that - that's where it doesn't show I partially watched a movie. However, in my 'continue watching for Dane' it shows a lot of movies I didn't watch. Again, only had this problem since I started paying for my netflix thru Telus partner. Where do I file a bug report?
