    @TELUS hey, any reason why you're no longer supporting the NACHA Telus partner program? Least, that's what I heard from a customer service representative. There are thousands of poor residents on this program and now they're paying hundreds of dollars per month.

    Such poor service. Rep states "new tower is to be installed. Though no date has been set since 2017 when this issue first arose. Tower is too congested." Plan of attack from Telus rep is "keep calling, and get others to call." Pigeon Lake, AB @TELUSsupport

    @TELUSsupport Thanks but that has nothing to do with my problem. My problem is that the Telus website user login page is simply blank / non functional when using Firefox (version 90.x), ..... I can login properly using another browser, like Chrome.

    @TELUSsupport I have been with Telus for a long time, all services are with you. But now I have 2 devices I asked for warranties on and I wasn’t given. Ow I have two devices I’m paying for and can’t use. What. The. ****. I’m so disappointed. I’m never ever doing this again.

    @TELUS I absolutely -love- your service. Your Customer Service reps are amazing. The one slight irk I have is with your online orders. Each time I order from your site, it takes -weeks- for shipping. Arrives quickly mind you. Just the shipment part takes a long time.
