    @VirginPlus got 50gb 50$ come back offer . A month later still trying to complete comeback process. Got promo code, got billed. Paid bill. Verified ID - email, phone,store. Called 3 support numbers. Returned SIM card. Use service= no. Staying with @TELUS =yes. Love simple.

    @TELUS u guys are the worst ******* internet company of all time, my WIFI is ******* terrible I have tried everything in the book. I have reset my WIFI like 3 times, did a network reset on my pc, looked at several videos online to fix it and nothing ******* works.

    @blaizesgoddess Hi there, we understand and there could be many factors involved. Indeed Telus does have better data deals because of our Unlimited data program. In terms of service, area of location towers, high volume of the network & even device could be factors in poor service.

    If you have a business DO NOT use @TELUS -Poor customer service -Told a specific time only to have it changed without informing us -Internet out for a full business day and going on a second -Only response from their outsourced call centre was "I'm sorry" with no attempts.. 1/2
