@OilBeak Shaw would have to give me free service to go back to them. At least when Telus messes up I get an apology and some compensation. Shaw doesn’t even apologize to their mistakes.

@servingLMD @TELUS and I was supposed to get a wifi hub like a month ago, never showed, talked to them again, said they'd ship it, never showed, so now i'm up to an installer coming to do it 🙄

Can't believe the gongshow @TELUS today. Customer tries to take advantage of employees, doesn't get what he wants and becomes belligerent and irate. Then he returns to harrass other customers and employees. THEN the other customer gets mad at employees for trying to de-escalate.

@servingLMD @TELUS This is my second go around of doing that today, it’s the wifi extenders I have that are having the issue, I have to unplug all of them and modem, modem back in then one at a time all the wifi extenders. Hopefully this time it works.
