  I swear whoever runs @TELUS must be complete morons. Ported 2 numbers to a competitor and then went to @TELUS to return the devices. They tell me I should have told them first I was porting to another service so they could ‘prepare’ my bill but since I didn’t it’s more difficult

  @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Kicked Telus to the curb last week, they asked why, I told them their installers who were contracted for 2.5 hrs came and did half *** job in 30 minutes while speaking Punjabi in my house. Then upon reaching out to customer service, more foreigners. No Telus No Timmies No Thanks.

  @smith_noreen @sarobertson_ His only work experience is a service rep for Telus. He only knows to call his manager - and unfortunately - he is the manager. Dude is lost.

  @TELUS While struggling to describe the painfully simple problem with my telephone wire on the phone with Telus las night, I helpfully suggested they send a guy with a bucket truck and 30m of new wire. Instead, today they sent a guy in a minivan with a turban and no clue, and no wire.

  @TELUS Waiting for the phones in on business plan to run out. Only 3 more left to go then send them back and switch. Never had so many dropped calls or just no service at all. 5g+ and no internet error or dropped calls and dead zones in southern Ontario is crazy.

  Since I am unable to call u or text bc u mistakenly disconnected me, heres the situation. I switched to Cogeco & informed u on Jan 22/26. U gave me a disconnection date of Feb 17/26. I was fully paid up but after Feb 17 u continued to bill me & I stupidly paid bc of your threats a total of $291.33 which u now owe me. When I switched to Cogeco I was told they used Telus lines, thats why my phone still indicated u as the carrier. Cogeco told me Ì shouldnt still b paying u so I stopped. Now you've disconnected me so since Friday I've had no calls, text or data. On top of that you reported me to Equifax. U really expect me to pay u as well as Cogeco? Ur lucky I dont sue u. I should b activated on the network immediately. How about u check your data & my dates then reimburse what u owe me. @TELUS

  @TELUSsupport I live in Ajax, Ontario and work from home. My Telus home internet has been down since early morning today. I have restarted modem multiple times. When i try to call support it's 1 hour wait time. Its ridiculous.
