  • mcguffindavid David McGuffin (@mcguffindavid) reported from Chelsea, Québec

@perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

  • Paulysworld Paul Atkinson 🇨🇦 (@Paulysworld) reported from Gatineau, Québec

@mikesbloggity @jkenney @shandro It's their plan to privatize for $ healthcare. They only care about $ & the wealthy. They gut AB healthcare, fire 11k during a pandemic, refuse to shut down, go MIA, & will "suddenly" come up with a "private sector" (Telus health) solution... this is skulduggery they're Ghouls.

@CTV I’m unable to watch content from the E! On the CTV app. I have the E! Network channel and I’ve already contacted Telus and they assure me that everything is setup correctly. Can you help?

  • cjohnson202 Corey Johnson (@cjohnson202) reported

I’ve had a lot of horrible customer service experiences but todays with @TELUS @TELUSsupport takes the cake. Will be leaving for Bell or Rogers by end of day

  • TELUSNews TELUS News (@TELUSNews) reported

@TELUS In Q1, @TELUS’ total mobile and fixed customer growth of 148,000 represents their strongest first quarter on record, and reflects an increase of 5.8% of subscriber growth over the last 12 months.

  • LivetoErr 🇨🇦LiveToErr🇨🇦 (@LivetoErr) reported

@TheColo97363255 @CTVNews They didn’t ping your phones location. Your cell provider did, like they always do. You consent to that ping when you have cellular service on. Then TELUS aggregated and de-identified that data before giving it to the government. Your private data wasn’t given away.

  • gscratch Greg Scratchley (@gscratch) reported

@TELUSsupport So - Planned to switch to Telus mobility through your sales team. Received sim cards for 4 phones. None of the instructions can be followed, since the site isn't the same as your 'how-to' instructions, and there are no support numbers. Not a great experience.
