    @perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

    @mikesbloggity @jkenney @shandro It's their plan to privatize for $ healthcare. They only care about $ & the wealthy. They gut AB healthcare, fire 11k during a pandemic, refuse to shut down, go MIA, & will "suddenly" come up with a "private sector" (Telus health) solution... this is skulduggery they're Ghouls.

    @WhistlerBlckcmb @TELUS That’s great, but what the heck with the ZERO customer service?! Family has been season pass holders since 1999–never had anything but first rate service. Now—Five days of being put on hold for hours, then disconnected, online chat que wait time 286+min then try back tomorrow. 😫

    Dear Mr. Telus I have a pik TV unit and feel like I should throw it out. The system has many problems first when I change the channel the request goes to Toronto via China and is translated by an east Indian speaking swahili. Then it says loading and you wait another 3 minutes

    @carguy_1970 @TELUS @TELUSsupport He could also have left literature or at least a card, neither he would provide. So, I told him to **** off and get off the property. Not a good sight with me in my pj's pissed off and sick trying to protect the neighbourhood from bullshitters.

    @onairtom @TELUS Good Luck Tom, we spent half a day doing the Telus tango to finally talk to the guy who said they couldn’t help us. Hired an IT guy today to clean up the mess, thanks Telus, waste of time
