@mikesbloggity @jkenney @shandro It's their plan to privatize for $ healthcare. They only care about $ & the wealthy. They gut AB healthcare, fire 11k during a pandemic, refuse to shut down, go MIA, & will "suddenly" come up with a "private sector" (Telus health) solution... this is skulduggery they're Ghouls.

@perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

It’s funny that I just received a late fee for forgetting to pay my @Rogers bill. It was only 24hrs. Yet they can go down all day and it’s perfectly fine. Hi @TELUS

What galls me: On Twitter it's obvious that this scam is widespread & affects many. @TELUS & its @koodo subsidiary must know about it and could fix it. Instead, they are forcing individual customers to duke it out w/ the #mobiversity scam artists one by one, on their own. 7/9

I’ve never heard a phone company tell a customer that’s been paying them for years that they can’t come buy a new phone from them @TELUS

@TELUS is the worse no cap. Been a customer for years. Go to upgrade my phone they say I can’t. And they don’t know when I can. I said “so if I were to break my phone I can’t come in Telus to buy a new one” they said no not from us…….

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers They’re all horrible Telus Rogers and Bell, Fido has been fantastic and tek savvy when I used them years ago. The big three can suck it

@Shawhelp Extremely disappointing. No Internet for 3 days because of outage. Customer service cooly tells to cancel service if that's what we want. Without any Internet customers are still asked to pay $300 for cancellation when they decide to choose a better service like Telus.

The only other offer I will accept is a 50% discount. I will NOT negotiate. I will expect a response from you by end of day Tuesday, or I will move ahead with CCTS and OIPC complaints (in addition to the RCMP complaint already filed.) @TELUS @TELUSsupport @TonyGeheran

At the recommendation of @ICBC, I have just filed a report with the RCMP regarding the driving/parking of the @TELUS/@TELUSSupport technician, and have forwarded the file # + copy of incident report to a TELUS manager I was in communication with.
