  • Paulysworld Paul Atkinson 🇨🇦 (@Paulysworld) reported from Gatineau, Québec

@mikesbloggity @jkenney @shandro It's their plan to privatize for $ healthcare. They only care about $ & the wealthy. They gut AB healthcare, fire 11k during a pandemic, refuse to shut down, go MIA, & will "suddenly" come up with a "private sector" (Telus health) solution... this is skulduggery they're Ghouls.

  • mcguffindavid David McGuffin (@mcguffindavid) reported from Chelsea, Québec

@perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

@GeraultMichel @NEWS1130 @TELUS Can't entire your health card number if the call never connects.

  • RealisticCanad1 Ivan Johnson. Concerned Canadian (@RealisticCanad1) reported

@realJeff45 Telus said they did. They've separated the cost of the plans and phones. You used to pay about $90/mth that included a $0 phone. Now your plan for 4 ppl is $65 each. Govt now says if you want a phone, buy a phone or make payments. But your base plan has gone down. Dead serious.

  • JanyBABY4 AJ - Common Sense Defender/Advocate (@JanyBABY4) reported

@AndreasReiche15 @justice_ema Shaw customer service has really gone downhill since I left them 10 years ago. I have been really happy with Telus since then!

  • SlopeReader Slope Reader (@SlopeReader) reported

@dogling223 @TELUSsupport Dogling, it shouldn't surprise any of us that they were so bad as, when you call Telus, you always have massive wait times. They run it like their call centers

  • menzies_charles Martin Menzies (@menzies_charles) reported

@jjhorgan @TELUS Well don't feel bad John we are all disappointed in the entire handing of COVID by your Govt

  • buec280 buec280 (@buec280) reported

@RobShaw_BC Entwistle’s statement says TELUS “promised” to provide 156 call centre agents. In other words, the contractual obligation was 156 agents and TELUS met that obligation. TELUS obviously being very diplomatic as the BC GOV is a huge customer.

  • DJDomG DJ Dom G (@DJDomG) reported

@TELUSsupport Called in all good now needed a firmware update. Your wait times on the phone are hands down the worst i have ever seen. Minimum one hour to get phone support. You should be giving people credits for making them waiting that long. #telus

  • keddieff Freya Keddie 🍊 (@keddieff) reported

@trawetsnagrom @richardzussman Oh hey, I'm no fan of Telus, or any of the corporate giants. But they've apologized for their part in it & have taken steps to remedy the situation. But people who called 100s of times compounded the problem. When it's my turn, I'll be waiting a few days before I call

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@keithbaldrey If youve ever had to deal with @Telus you’d know this fiasco is par for the course. On a good day Telus is in a tight battle for one of the worst customer service, unresponsive, bureaucratic co’s in the country, on a bad day you get what happened.
