    @mikesbloggity @jkenney @shandro It's their plan to privatize for $ healthcare. They only care about $ & the wealthy. They gut AB healthcare, fire 11k during a pandemic, refuse to shut down, go MIA, & will "suddenly" come up with a "private sector" (Telus health) solution... this is skulduggery they're Ghouls.

    @perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

    @KeefLynch @Jess_Lynch @TELUS I got told that if I have more than 1 thing ever connected on wifi i will never see 600.. my wired connection barely tops 350. Phone basically sitting on the modem I get 300

    Switched from Shaw to @TELUS today.... its been 5 hours and we have already experienced better customer service and better internet for less than what Shaw was offering. We regret NOTHING

    @telus why do I have to wait 2.5hours in the middle of the day PST for you to answer my call-your internet keeps dropping-this is the 5th time a service rep has had to come to my house to fix your internet

    @TELUS Our internet is down. Wait 30 mins for someone. They can't find my account. They said "Oh it's because you are on fiber. I am from Copper Dept". OK. "I will fast trasfer you". It's been 20 mins and still on hold. Incompetence at best.

    Ranting... 1/ My parents live in rural Black Creek. Their only option for phone is Telus. Their only option for internet is DSL. Through their Telus phone line. Today, a tree came down and took out their Telus line, breaking it, and blocking their driveway.

    @claytonhales83 @Jess_Lynch @TELUS **** their contract. We just split with them. They tried to make us go through another billing month and we basically told them to kick rocks.
