  • mcguffindavid David McGuffin (@mcguffindavid) reported from Chelsea, Québec

@perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

  • Paulysworld Paul Atkinson 🇨🇦 (@Paulysworld) reported from Gatineau, Québec

@mikesbloggity @jkenney @shandro It's their plan to privatize for $ healthcare. They only care about $ & the wealthy. They gut AB healthcare, fire 11k during a pandemic, refuse to shut down, go MIA, & will "suddenly" come up with a "private sector" (Telus health) solution... this is skulduggery they're Ghouls.

has so much static it's unusable. A reasonable assumption is that, while the earlier tech was up the pole hooking up the fibre optic drop, he may have somehow exposed a critical connection to the weather. Spent at least 9h over several days trying to report the problem to Telus,—

  • RoxanneYEG Roxanne (@RoxanneYEG) reported

@TheBreakdownAB Did you know that when you sign up for a Telus phone business contract it includes Telus answering your 911 calls? They will be your first contact and decide where to forward your emergency.

  • ntman__ Antman 🐜🐜 (@ntman__) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@TELUS @TELUSsupport On Sunday your technicians were working outside my house and they disconnected the internet cables and now I don't have internet in my house, I call to your call center and they don't give me a solution, and I have to wait for a technician to go to my house..

  • daKaosjr daKaosjr (@daKaosjr) reported

@nicklmg Never had good experiences with them, Telus all the way.

  • lildrewzy Drewzy Tran (@lildrewzy) reported

@nicklmg I pay $95 for fiber connection 1GB/download and upload from Telus, and I'm in Vancouver. Certain areas suck ***. Also Shaw sucks *** if you're using it anywhere in the Lower Mainland.

  • GregPhin Greg Phin (@GregPhin) reported

@TELUS why is the service in and out on my phone, H+ service only when there is service, sometimes no service at all...happening in Rexdale

  • lemmytheprodguy Lemmy A. (@lemmytheprodguy) reported

@nicklmg I get a corporate discount with Shaw, so for all of its faults, their Bluecurve service here in AB is bangin’. But boy do I miss my fibre from Telus.

  • dmayhood David Mayhood (@dmayhood) reported

wiring. That'll be $105 please. He cannot deal with our business line ON THE VERY SAME CABLE. We'll have to speak to a different Telus, the Telus that deals with business lines. He could not find a phone number for business line service (there isn't one that's public, remember?)

  • feezandfriends Feez (@feezandfriends) reported

@David_Moscrop Do you have Novus where you live? I'm paying like 50 bucks for 100 Mbps up and down.(Telus only does download)

  • WyattTanton Wyatt Tanton (@WyattTanton) reported

@Sam_Robbins3 @DaleV73 @David_Moscrop For rural people, we’ve been down this road before with Telus SmartHubs. It’s sold on a big promise, everyone buys in, then it turns out they oversold and can’t provide the service at a reasonable quality and we get stuck with a system that doesn’t work and costs a ton.
