@TELUS i cancelled my home service three months ago I am still receiving bills. After receiving negative bill and three months i received a bill of 101 today, is there any service you have been providing me that I don’t know? Do you have a system in place at all?

thanks," and hang up. Since I now have his name, are you able to contact the police to give his name and the # as obviously being someone impersonating Telus as an employee? Happy to DM this to you.

@TELUS Another call to my number registered to the Do Not Call registry. It only took a minute to file a complaint online. We all need to do this because they don't seem to understand the law.

@ezdz15 @Garnet_2203 Telus healthcare is awful.

100GB of Crunchyroll data leaked because a third-party Telus employee ran malware on their system. 6.8M users exposed via a Zendesk pivot. This is why internal firewalls fail when the supply chain is weak. Patching an OS is easy. Patching your vendors is the real challenge.

@EricDLombardi The other thing is that raising capital in Canada is a horrible endeavour, so bad I flat out refuse to even speak to Canadian "VC's". They all want to invest into Telus under different names. I've had conversations where VC's offer me 75k for 50% on a 2M valuation 2/x

@TELUSsupport we spent a total of of three hours on hold. Your reps would periodically answer & then transfer the call to another rep but no one knew how to help us. We are cancelling all our phones and homes services with you tomorrow. Worst customer support. @TELUS

@CKCapitalxx I know a big problem for ast/bell/telus in canada will be that everyone has a starlink mini for their car now that lives rurally. Already bought and less monthly than paying for a family of added sat service. It will hurt them a bit in the short term here.

I've tried all the carriers and this one is the best deal. It's the lowest-tier of the Telus system; I've been on it for five years with no issues whatsoever.
