    if you're canadian never buy telus, always do shaw or someone else. their customer service is **** awful, their prices are bad, and their contracts are gross

    @TELUS I have had the worst experience with Telus. I pay hundreds of dollars per month and Telus has breeched their contract of service . I am telling everyone I know how bad Telus is because Telus doesn’t care about their customers. There isn’t even a contact email

    Notice to residents: Telus advises a temporarily interrupt service to all residential and business telephones beginning with the area code of 780 and local exchange # 927 928. Time of outage is 2022-05-24 starting at 11:01 p.m. and will resume at 6:00 a.m. 2022-05-25.

    @willy1805 Agreed. Sec.Cntrs are such a joke nowadays. Bell is the worst, Telus at times. I’ve been having a terrible experience with #BeckettOPG, they have blocked my IP address, keep telling me it’s fixed. It’s not, ask for another 2 yr subscription while not fixing it. All out of India.

    @TELUS Waited 15 mins for the wrong representative. Then had to say I wanted someone to setup pre-authorized payments and didn't want to setup a new internet acct from scratch. 15 more mins to another rep. 2 mins to setup with correct rep. Please fix your bot.

    @martyargyle1 @EmranRashid3 You loose your freedoms to the people capitalizing & profiting. They pay your Senator's millions to keep the people down & poor. Examples are Insurance Pharma, Montecito ect... Our government just stopped a merger of Rogers & Telus. Big telecommunications Co. Competition is good

    @WimmerAnnemarie @DianeMariePosts You aren't. Also, note that I know two couples who chose to give up their cellphones and keep a Telus landline only. Where we live if the power goes out & you are on Shaw you have no phone service but if you are on Telus you still have phone service.

    welp, the bad news aboot moving to northern canada, is that i'm having a really hard time getting internet good enough to stream. the good news aboot moving up north, is i just snagged an amazing job with TELUS as a service technician. i might be able to fix my own internet
