@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS I won't tell you story then. Por maybe I should. I pay 910 pesos a month for 100Mb service, a bunch of tv channels and free voip to just about everywhere in the world. When I have an internet problem the longest I have had to wait is 12 hours for a tech to come and replace equip

@Wherd_KMsT @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS The little inserts that they sent with the bill will usually also tell you what kind of outages trigger credits on your bill. Here I don’t think it’s so much length of outage as frequency, but that info is usually in your mail.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Yes that’s extremely high. We switched to Telus cuz Shaw was terrible when covid hit & everyone started working from home. Telus was much better. You might regret moving to Shaw. I suggest what others said…call Shaw get quote then share with Telus…they’ll lower to keep you.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS With Telus every year or two the service went out for a couple of weeks and they could not be budged. You cannot run s business like this.
