Day 6 at least of no phone service from @TELUS. Tech here Thursday but didn't finish the job. Hasn't been back. DM to @TELUSsupport 24 hours ago. No response. Horrible service. 2 no shows from appointments they scheduled Fri&Sat.

Starting at 5:30 today (11-30-2020), we're going to be doing some service on our Shaw Internet connection. Our Telus connection will take over the campus traffic so the impact should be minimal. Thanks for your patience!

@rogerscanada worst company for mobile ever. Its time to move on to better than u guys so as fido both are terrible. They dont care about customers. Bell and Telus are 10000 times better than u Rogers. You wont last long Bell will outwin u.

@RevZ_E @kavawho @VancityReynolds The same here. Subsidiaries of big companies - Bell has Virgin etc, Rogers has Fido etc, Telus has Koodoo etc. And Shaw - Freedom. There are a bunch of resellers - trouble is resellers (smaller companies) don't have the same quality. Claims of smaller market=less competitive.

What is with @TELUS & @TELUSsupport. I have been trying to get my landline fixed for a week. They sent a tech out who installed fibre optic cable but didn't get the phone working. Now I get an email saying they are cancelling the service?
