@TELUSsupport we were promised a credit if we switched our cell phone back in Sept 19 & credit when there was major issues with cable/internet nov 19. Now end of Jan. 20 no sight & a rude email in response to a voicemail we left. One more chance or we are done with Telus

@TELUSsupport So… Shaw had bad internet service and then we Switched to Telus for the PureFibre internet but @TELUS has very crappy television service, it keeps stopping and is pixelated. OptikTV sucks ***.

I feel your pain. It is unacceptable to be one the biggest companies, and yet still unable to have stable network/service. I switched over to Telus and received $100 for a bill credit and was treated with respect. Let me know if anyone here is interested. #rogersoutrage #rogers

A lost a nut for my #giantbicycle i went to various bike stores to find the specially designed M06 nut. No luck. I asked Giant if they had any, no response. Granted it’s been a week. Maybe Giant has a lot of issues and they’re sharing their CSR with BMO, Telus & Rogers
