@TELUSsupport we were promised a credit if we switched our cell phone back in Sept 19 & credit when there was major issues with cable/internet nov 19. Now end of Jan. 20 no sight & a rude email in response to a voicemail we left. One more chance or we are done with Telus

So a couple of things, one the person that didn’t notice money being paid for something that wasn’t there’s for 5 years is a total fool. Second, this guy not paying Telus’s is an idiot. You were getting a service that made you not noticed you haven’t paid it ever! He knew

At least in Canada using Telus, and previously Fido, I've never had this happen to me. And I used to BOMB the hell out of my brothers phone with SMS messages for fun in high school.

@Swedish_Dman Telus' service is good. Have been with them for quite a few years now. But honestly, it really just boils down to whether or not you're with Bell. If not, you're already ahead of the curve.
@TELUSsupport I’ve spent two hours in a store, and several hours on hold in the last 3 days trying to convert to Telus EPP, still not totally resolved and I don’t think I should have to pay a fee. Why can’t Telus call centers help me? You just keep hanging up.
Switching to Telus for a $50 for 20g plan. Although Rogers has always been expensive, their service has been solid. Hope I don't regret the move.
