  @TELUSsupport we were promised a credit if we switched our cell phone back in Sept 19 & credit when there was major issues with cable/internet nov 19. Now end of Jan. 20 no sight & a rude email in response to a voicemail we left. One more chance or we are done with Telus

  So a couple of things, one the person that didn’t notice money being paid for something that wasn’t there’s for 5 years is a total fool. Second, this guy not paying Telus’s is an idiot. You were getting a service that made you not noticed you haven’t paid it ever! He knew

  @GlobalCalgary what is going on with the news. I watch daily and it’s all messed up. There’s a glitch happening with the service. It’s all scrambled, not sure if it’s a Telus thing or a Global thing. I’ve had to switch to CTV a few times(which I don’t enjoy).

They continue to keep your purchase history, IP addresses, and browsing data after you asked them to delete your account. Five days later, Loblaw disclosed a data breach. The penalty? A letter asking them to do better within 12 months. ----------------------- Telus Digital lost 1 petabyte of data. CIRO - the body that regulates your investment dealer, exposed 750,000 investors' SINs. PowerSchool exposed 2.77 million children's records. The hacker was a 19-year-old with stolen credentials. Total federal fines issued across all four breaches: $0. ----------------------- Bill C-27 would have introduced fines up to 3% of global revenue. It died in January 2025.   @sawnay_ @ChibiReviews What I'm trying to say is that Crunchyroll should be holding onto their data themselves. I can't think of any reason why Telus, of all companies, would be the ones holding the customer data. They're a telco and network service provider, not a cloud vendor.

  Worst marketing too from Telus. The cute little animals are old now. Main marketer for the Whitecaps and really lame promos nothing to interest fans. Everyone knows they have **** service. Phone network doesn't even work in South Surrey

Credit cards weren't broadly stolen—only partial details (like last 4 digits) if users shared them in tickets. No passwords or full payment databases confirmed exposed. Investigation ongoing; no ongoing access found.
