@Jagged_Jade So, from a reception/technical point of view Bell/Virgin and Telus/Koodo use the same towers? The coverage should be similar. And yeah when we were in Drumheller this summer, the coverage in a few places seemed spotty but maybe that's a Pocophone problem and not a Telus thing.

The doctor just straight up skipped my appointment on the Telus MyHealth App @TELUSHealth . Your website hides the phone number so I have no way of contacting you to fix this. Extremely important appointment!

At what point does waiting on hold with @TELUS @TELUSsupport become a game of who will walk away first?!? On hold for 1 hour 45 minutes so far. We pay a premium price for average service. I guess it’s time to find another provider for home and mobile services!!

@TELUS @TELUSsupport bahaha my phone didn't work for three days so offering me a "free overages" is nothing but lipservice how do I get my bill reduced to reflect the amount of days I actually had service this month?? You better Telus.

I'm a 66 year old living on GIS and my "telus" bill is $170 a month for TV and crap internet... that's insane! I have applied for the Senior GIS three times now and nothing!!! Why???
