@TELUSsupport No thanks. It took my 83 year old grandma a trip to the telus store, 1 wrong department number given by telus staff, 2 phone calls and 3 hours to cancel a landline. The week her husband died. Obviously this is a 30 second situation

Seeing a pile of internet outage reports online for @TELUS @TELUSsupport It’s not actually down, it’s DNS (it’s always DNS). Log into your modem and change the WAN DNS settings to Google’s 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4 and everything will work again. #telus #telusdown

@ShawInfo Shaw came out to fix my neighbours internet yesterday and knocked out my internet in the process. No I’m getting the run around and the soonest a tech can come out is the 6th. Need the internet for work what a joke this company is. Telus what says you?

As a 20+ yr @TELUS customer, I am offended by their most recent pricing regime. The goal of "transparency" is used to justify a massive price increase. My wife would see a 26% monthly fee increase to upgrade her phone to one equivalent to her last contract. #DoBetter
