@DavidTaylorNYC @Cat74458367 @jkenney Where we are, Telus only offers internet service via the phone lines. Think about that. Dial-up speeds. And we are pretty close to a major city. They aren't properly servicing our area, how bad can it be in remote communities?

Blows my mind that it takes @Telus so long to issue a refund.. 60+ days and counting.. let's see if we hit the 90 day mark. This was even after being sold incorrect information when I moved. @TELUSsupport

That, in turn, will have negative effects on cable TV & Internet access markets. The # of large cablecos for rights holders in Eng-language markets will drop from 3 to 2 while Shaw's tendency to offer more attractive Internet service relative to Rogers, Bell & Telus will be lost.
