    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport Today I spent over 50 minutes on the phone just to add ONE channel to my TV package. It’s 2026. We have AI agents, autonomous vehicles, and instant digital banking. Yet a basic account change still requires nearly an hour with customer service. This isn’t a technology problem—it’s a customer experience problem.     @JonFraserTF @TELUS Agreed. I use Public Mobile. Lacks a bit in customer service but pays back in cost savings which are huge.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS None of em are any better I'm afraid. I dare anyone not signing up for a new account, to get service outta any of them in less than a couple hours on hold.

    @JonFraserTF @PaulB527811000 @TELUS When I switched to Bell from Rogers it was a very pleasant experience, but I caution you, fee creep is a real thing and their service standards have dropped off in the last little while. Still better than Rogers by a mile, but I find they are not as committed to excellent service
