@TELUS @TELUSsupport Even if you’re allowed to shove a tiny note on the last page of a bill u know people don’t read unless their bill is more than expected doesn’t mean you should. You have no issues texting when my bill’s due but can’t text a “heads up your plan is increasing”?

@_fetusfilets_ @TELUS Because the upstart brands share their infrastructure or the infrastructure of Rogers, or Bell. You know, the three big ***** that overcharge and run a monopoly. and have worse service outside of metro areas.

@423gray If you have a problem with this blame Telus Corp., they filed a lawsuit against Visa and MasterCard in 2011 that was settled earlier this year and comes into effect October 6th. Credit card companies will now adjust their MOG to reflect that service fees are now allowed.

@Victoria59L @CUPEOntario 2000: The Union at Telus made sure a manager never used a Printer. Had to ask an employee to print it out. If the staff saw a manager at the printer, they took a foto + reported back to the Union. I was non-Union Temp for 5 yrs. Wow. Made me sick.
