-
Sergio - Raptors #wethenorth (@YodaRaptor) reportedWow @TELUS 2.5 hours on the phone on hold to talk to home security retention? Is this what you qualify as customer care? I'm about to go from adding services to cancel all together
-
Gord Lacey (@GordLacey) reported@markiemoose You should pause all the devices on there, which would cause them to call Telus for support.
-
shakeyshakois (@shakois) reported@TELUS - are you still charging a credit card service charge for customers in Alberta?
-
Laurel McIntyre (@laurelcmc) reportedIsn’t it fraud to charge for an unwanted, unused, unrequested service? #CRTC #telus
-
Kent Fellows (@GK_Fellows) reported@TristinHopper One way to make sure we won't get cheaper telecom (for example) is by forcing new entrants into the market, where they duplicate fixed costs and usually offer even poorer quality service. We have, basically 2 wireless networks: Rogers =1 Bell = 0.5 Telus = 0.5

Erik Fredrickson (@ErikFredrickson) reported@SCUBADubois @TELUS I hear ya. If I ain't plugged it just drops. Different company but the same problem.
-
Bonnie (@greenurlifenow) reportedSo annoying when you are offered a promotional rate, yet the company messes up the billing (which I sadly expected) and you have to repeatedly spend hours on the phone, trying to get the problem fixed. Looking at you, @telus. #Frustrating #TimeWasted 🇨🇦

Jerry (@Iamwiths2pid) reported@jrfan1980 @siomoCTV Unfortunately for us, Walmart and Sobeys will raise prices to match them. See Bell, Telus and Rogers always shafting the customer.

GingerBeef (@Gingerbeef76) reported@SCUBADubois @TELUS @TELUSsupport That’s weird. We had that issue with Shaw, the wifi was running on the same bandwidth as our Bluetooth stereo system for our TV, shaws router didn’t have the ability to switch the channel it ran on so it was one or the other. Eventually we switched and have no issues since.
