Anyone having issues on the @TELUS network I get terrible reception now

  • Rootbrian_ Rootbrian's updates, rational thoughts & opinions (@Rootbrian_) reported

@donny_motz @MobileSyrup @telusmobility There's Wi-Fi calling to solve it until it does get fixed. Also, telus can't do bollocks if you've got tin-foil hatters as neighbours using those signal jamming devices (which explains why signal is absent - LTE and 5G, not just 3G). If I'm correct.

@TELUSsupport @cartoonist62 @TELUS So now the piece of **** scammers can bypass the robot blockers… fix your god damn system!

@cathy_fillion @carpediembabe I've had Telus customer service that I could not understand at all and they did not understand me. It doesn't happen often but when you're already ticked after being on hold for an hour....

  • lilimill11 Lili Mill (@lilimill11) reported

FYI if you are with @TELUS and have your Network setting Automatic (standard for all phones) they will charge you US roaming fees in CANADA if your phone connects to a US tower. It is your fault if your phone connects when you are 15km from the border…

  • it_isabdullah AbDuLlAh (@it_isabdullah) reported

@MobileSyrup Telus $40 25gb unlimited plan. It is ok the 5G signal is not consistent but works good when it does.

  • margotware Margot C. Ware (@margotware) reported

@support_shaw your customer service is ridiculous! I just spent 30 mins simply asking if I could get a price reduction and after guaranteeing me a deal in the end the rep backtracked. You are forcing me to switch to #Telus for my Internet, phone & TV. How annoying!!

  • paldumais Pierre (@paldumais) reported

@MobileSyrup I’m with @TELUS with a promo plan of 100Gb for 75$, good coverage in my area of 5G 3500mhz so… I’m happy but recently I got some issue with Esim that wouldn’t to activate

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

The #Telus reply to the 911 service outage in Calgary was due yesterday at the #CRTC. Nothing is online.

  • twinworld Shaun (@twinworld) reported

@Fongo_Mobile I've had your Mobile app since it was Dell Voice. I also have your Home Phone. Love your service! I see you now have a data-only plan for cell phones. Who's network do you use (Bell/Telus/Rogers)? Also, any plans for e-sim support? 1/2
