@loxyisme @as_per_danielle I do already follow a lot of small brands just for support because I like their products/services. I mean more the big players like Best Buy and Telus. @Telus account help quest continues. Almost out of Elven bread and starting to become emaciated. Corporate on-hold times now measure in complete orbits and handset turning to dust. I blame @VancityReynolds for not being disruptive enough in the .ca market.

@TELUSsupport What should be the Telus Internet 50 upload speed? I was told 7 Mbps. I have never seen anything better than 2 Mbps in my house. Several visits by technicians could not improve the situation. Why is there internet blackout 3 - 4 times everyday? I am giving up on Telus.

If mLab isn't a trustworthy speed test, recommend one that is. Show me one that gives an accurate representation of your network. I am literally posting this from my @TELUS mobile connection because Twitter is non-functional here right now.

The worst part about rage-switching home internet providers is that I’m now on hold with both Shaw and Telus.
