    @TELUS Instead of posting about shows, it would be nicer to support customers by answering calls or helping via emails. I have been on 1hr long calls but no answer and app email show Tech problems. I have a billing problem.

    @TELUSsupport your automated calling system is broken. It repeats menu items when I haven't said a single word. I answered the call back immediately and the Telus bot told me I'll get you another time and hung up on me. Absolutely impossible to reach a real person.

    UPDATE! @Telus @TelusSupport Still NO LANDLINE PHONE, NO TV, NO OPTIK & NO INTERNET and it's been 31.5 HOURS WITHOUT THESE SERVICES! Still no communication as 2 when they R going 2 FIX it & what they R going 2 do 2 credit me 4 my loss of these Services! #UnFuckinBelievable!
