    I'm dropping @TELUS @TELUSsupport. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I've had nothing but bad service and bad customer service lately. They increase prices without notice or agreement.

    Dear @Rogers I've already cancelled 3 of my cell lines, believe when I say Telus has been calling. You changed the due date of my phone bill so you could collect like $11 in late fees. Soon it's going to cost you $370/mo from a decade long customer.

    @discoveryplus @TELUS I've been asking since 2020 when a package will be available on #optik TV. I'm told 'soon' .... 3 yrs later, still not available. Can we fix this please 🙏

    Anyone else having @TELUS internet and TV issues? Internet keeps going down and TV shuts off and has fo reboot. And yes I've paid the bill.

    @TELUSsupport I've been holding on now on the phone with my issue for the longest time. Like this is ridiculous. 1hr 50mins and still waiting. Sigh! Why did I switch over from Fido to Telus. Why?? Lost my iPhone 11, still no trace to it. Phone bill higher than I could imagine
