@SivainON @GregRout @CBCToronto Telus will lose more money with lost customers than the 1.5% fee they gain, you fetus. I would never give my business to a company that charges me to use a credit card. I will gladly change my loyalty to a business that doesn’t charge.

@rohitsuccess Hi Rohit, that certainly isn’t what we want you to experience! Please follow the steps shared below to check if the issue gets resolved: 1 - Restart your handset 2 - Disable WiFi calling 3 - Search for operators manually and try connecting to Bell and Telus via 4G (LTE) (1/2)

@JBH8 @CRTCeng @TELUS Yes, we should prevent all business from passing any fees they incur onto the customer. LoL. You do know they likely pay more in CC processing fees, right? The issue is not fuel surcharges and CC payment - it’s the base price of data plans in Canada. That’s where enough is enough

Good move though... switching to Telus fiber internet now. 1 Gbps up & down. $80 per month, 2 year contract. No install fee. $150 credit towards shaw cancelation fee. Next day install.
