@BNNBloomberg Will never use @telus again unless they drop it. 8% inflation. CEO $19.2 million last year. Oligopoly with near highest mobile rates in the world. One of the most tone deaf decisions I’ve ever seen. Just raise contracts by 1.5% and don’t tell people. You’re going to lose on this.

  • iservice Ian Service (@iservice) reported

@Riley_Hoyt @wingkarli @its_brittny Had to leave Telus for Bell's decision to drop their HSPA spectrum to provide residential service there. 20% of my commute was unusable. Switched to Rogers and I can actually use my phone again.

Hey @TELUSsupport your support widget via the Telus app doesn’t work, link isn’t clickable from an iPhone

  • sarah_YYC Sarah (@sarah_YYC) reported

The Telus service rep I dealt with last week is chasing me so hard to do a customer satisfaction survey that it's starting to get ~uncomfortable~

  • seanchili Sean Chilton (@seanchili) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport credit card fees are a part of doing business. Charging your customers’ these fees (then taxing those fees) is poor business. I see you losing a lot of customers

  • VindictiveB69 Vindictive Raider M.D (@VindictiveB69) reported

@TELUS @FriendlyFuture I will support thru Telus when telus decides to start hiring Canadians instead of people overseas to do their customer service.

  • cash_machin2 G™ 🏝️💔 (@cash_machin2) reported

@BNNBloomberg I hope every Telus customer decides pay by cash. Then let's see them cry over that

  • tamassimon Tamas Simon (@tamassimon) reported

@TELUS do you want to help me and others to make impact or do you want me to pitch so you can invest?

  • StrangeTimes_tv StrangeTimesTv (@StrangeTimes_tv) reported

@xOziyyy @KIRNEILL Probably Telus? I know in Calgary they offered us a 2.5g up and down before we moved out east.

I'm really losing all my patience with telecommunications companies such as @TELUS I was charged a $50 reconnection fee when I went in to upgrade my phone. Was still on a plan and resigned a new contract but nooooo I have to give them $50 for the privilege to be their customer 🙄
