One thing that unites British Columbians is our limitless hatred of Telus. It doesn't matter what the reason or context is. Telus sucks. Everyone you know has a ****** Telus story. **** Telus. #bcpoli

@Bzubyk @toddstonebc If you had 1/2 a brain, you’d realize it was a Telus issue.. but that’s right, keep spinning it, cause we all know your party would have killed us all!!

@CHEK_News Lol. Govt should have asked for references before hiring @TELUS to carry out such an important task. It took them 1.5 months, approx 15 phone calls and 40 hrs of my life to get one hole drilled for service installation. True story.

@adriandix You and Henry had a damn year to co-ordinate the vaccinations yet all you can do with this disaster is blame Telus...pathetic response

@jjhorgan @TELUS "Call centre"? What is this, the 20th century? No wonder the system broke down. Surely a web-based booking system would much better? (Of course TELUS is a telephone company so maybe that explains their thinking...)

@RobShaw_BC @jjhorgan I’m sure Telus bears some responsibility for sure BUT you never throw a supplier under the bus like that, it looks cheap and petty, and to be clear, the huge call volumes were clearly related to the terrible inconsistencies on the BCCDC site, no wonder it failed.

@Bzubyk Saw a note from Telus explaining they provided the 156 agents the govt asked for. Have added more for a total of 550 agents. Not one to defend Telus but they did what they were contracted to do and more than doubled in less than 24hrs. Poor forecasting by the govt. is the issue

@Bzubyk You can get through no problem to the for-profit Telus online doctor system, of course!!! If their docs were doing the vaccinations, they’d have had thousands of operators!
