@carebearica @ettenyl @TELUS Will never deal with a TELUS owned provider again after what Koodo did to me last year. 11 years a happy customer and they threw it all away. They owe me about 400 bucks but won't pay up too.

but then I leared something interesting- the main phone service providers all are under-cutting eachother under the table with offshoot providers like Telus has something called "Public mobile", shaw has "Freedom mobile"- VASTLY cheaper plans at a minor speed cut

@nateglubish @TELUS Pushing TELUS is a requirement of being a UCP MLA, isn’t it, Nate? I refuse to use any Telus services because of this. That, plus I have never had good service from any Telus product. #PeopleOverProfit #FiretheUCP

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I have had my account for damn near 20 years! The service in signal strength is garbage in the last month or more it just seems to be getting worse and worse. To be in the middle of Red Deer or Rocky Mountain House and only have 2 slow bars of service is sad!

@TELUSsupport the internet connection of my account number 6032827901 is not setup on my new location despite booking 10 days. The internet service is also slow in the new location. Can you think of moving to new locations without internet @TELUS
