Must often use hot spot, wifi often down. Two year contract, $68 a month for no service. Rep quote "you're getting the service (6 and under speed) its just not as good as you want it to be." No discounted rate? It's about time Telus @TELUS @TELUSsupport @telusmobility

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Thanks for nothing. Gonna charge me $130+ in fees for switching accounts. For what? Being a 20plus year loyal customer? Ok cool gonna take my 6lines off your company and head over to @bell I think they want my money

@telus is most screwed up, bureaucratic, inept communications co in existence. Can’t see how any could be worse. payment systems don’t work, over billing, little to no customer service. @JustinTrudeau why does your govt allow this & similar CO’s to abuse consumers like this?

@SAndersonshpk @UbakaOgbogu Yes, it's difficult to avoid them. Really just have to go with who has the better package for your address and swallow your pride... Generally Telus Fibre for areas covered by it, Shaw otherwise. Shaw tends to have better customer service in my experience.

@ajohnsocyber So incredibly stupid - ISP's in Canada (Shaw and Telus out my way) offer unlimited plans on all tiers. My 1Gbps plan is $120/month, unlimited data.

@CCPAMB Once again, MTS was going to get privatized regardless who was in power. Get over it! BTW, Bell MTS has a monopoly for a cell provider for the north. Telus barely lasted a year (if that) before shutting down their store in The Pas.

Telus smart hub oversold in my area. Known problem since 2017. Over 100 tickets making this an area of concern, though not high priority? Very sketchy internet. Locked in a two year contract since 2019. Why keep selling? #mulhurst #mameo #alberta @TELUS @TELUSsupport

@Dave_Khan No telus fibre for us either. You'd think the core wouldn't be an issue. So weird

@SAndersonshpk @UbakaOgbogu I've found Shaw to be better on the customer service side. I would have to get half price before I even thought about switching to Telus, worst customer service ever.

@TELUSsupport A tale of how much care goes into TELUS' customer support. December 25 - Port my bell account into TELUS. SLA is promised at 1-2 hours. A few hours go by and my ported number shows up on MYTELUS but when I call/text my contacts, my new/temp number is displaying.
