    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Kicked Telus to the curb last week, they asked why, I told them their installers who were contracted for 2.5 hrs came and did half *** job in 30 minutes while speaking Punjabi in my house. Then upon reaching out to customer service, more foreigners. No Telus No Timmies No Thanks.

    it’s crazy that telus can charge me $135 to cancel my internet service when they do not offer the service at my new house. like that’s a YOU problem.

    @BrandonWealth Switch from $hbie to utes it's a good buy with telus being down that 8-9 price tag is so good.

    @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

    @JustMeJamie64 Indian/Moroccan call and Service centres. All Shaw/Rogers. Other companies like Telus are all Philippino or south American. All from my experiences...

    Still unsatisfied @TELUS . It's taken over a year to resolve a billing issue. I call, they credit. They reset my plan to cancel this issue. Still seeing "additional email". Support's key line: I understand your frustration. I've heard it so often, I know it's part of training.

    Ok so no wifi/Internet at the new home until @TELUS can get someone in to do something with the line I guessM tech who came out said "the ends are different than the ones in Calgary" or something. It's weird too because can see about 20 neighbors ALL with Telus internet. This REALLY sucks and I hope doesn't take 2+ weeks 😢
