i had a couple loyalty incentives on my telus account for a minute. last month when my boardwalk incentive expired & I called to get it reapplied/fix my expensive *** bill, they must have noted that I have incentives that aren't "stackable"/to remove them.

Chinese guy out of country? His English was not all that great. But the payment stopped. Just had a scam call on my phone claiming to be TElus, who are with my pone service by not my phone service. I was supposed to contact them about my refun $80. 999 number I deleted it.

  • BlackBlazeE ESO Shill (@BlackBlazeE) reported

No seriously, @TELUS needs to get slapped with a class action lawsuit for charging money for a service they aren't providing. How is the internet this atrocious, but only on Telus?

  • nathanelson Nathan Elson (@nathanelson) reported

Hey @telus can you explain to me how 2 months ago I called to add a 3rd cell phone line and you gave me a 'loyalty plan' because I've been a customer for 15 years and then today email me to tell me you're increasing my rate plan because it's deemed 'below market value'?

  • aprildavie aprildavie (@aprildavie) reported

@dockevinmcleod I have never used Telus Health. There are many other virtual options that are free and have more availability. I technically have a GP, but I haven't seen him for more than a prescription renewal in a very long time. He's over an hour away. I've moved and can't find a new one.

  • AlexJPBradshaw Alex Bradshaw (@AlexJPBradshaw) reported

@DarcyRogers2 @TELUS I’m with you. I’m in Southwinds and can’t even call the emergency services if I need #airdrie

  • Blawryshyn Brandon Lawryshyn (@Blawryshyn) reported

Told @TELUS to stop calling me trying to sell me on new “offers” (probably 10 times) or I’d be cancelling my service. When I ask to transfer to cancel I get on an endless loop of “please wait, we’re serving others.” Fix this @TELUSsupport Don’t ask to DM, I want a human to talk

  • BinchXO 🤙🏽🤙🏽 (@BinchXO) reported

@CODIJIMbob If you download the mytelus app it should tell you if you did the bring it back thing or not! But there also shouldn’t be any issues if you just go into telus aswell

  • TappingCircle Lina (@TappingCircle) reported

@birgitomo It is all up to Doug Ford in Ontario. Nobody can promise anything except him. It is his stated goal to misuse nurses to starve out Ontario so citizens begin to use fee for service such as Telus health.

  • krzyabn Krzy Guy (Chris) (@krzyabn) reported

Adding 1.5% for cc processing fees @Telus is straight up gouging your customers. For a company that was so focused on customer experiences, this is a negative one. Anti-consumer move.
