@sean_valerie @TELUS Always Telus is sorry and will look into the issue, never have I heard of Telus being pro active. Also if you have a problem and it’s not equipment related, it’s $150!! How am I supposed to know before hand what is causing the problem?

For the love of God, @telus, put Apple Pay in your iPhone app. It’s more secure. No, I’m not gonna go fill out a suggestion form for what should be an obviously intelligent tech solution in 2022.

The kicker is I don't even ******* have Telus internet! But I had to let them in to do this crap both days. Had to lose out on 3 hours of paid work over this, for a company I don't even use. Good job Telus 👍

@TELUSsupport @TELUS This is on your website and there’s no cancel button like on literally any other company I deal with. I requested a call back 2 hours ago and nothing…

@TELUSsupport Is there any support left in Canada? How do I speak to someone in Loyalty in Canada? Do I really need to change providers to pay a reasonable price for home services? #Telus

@PCPressOffice @fordnation Run big count fibres right beside these tracks and roads, connect everyone, don't count on Bell or Rogers or Telus or Shaw (especially the losers at Shaw, I work for Freedom mobile, they were going to shut us down) there is no $ in it for them.

@HallieCBC None of the phones in our home (Telus, Fido) got the alert. Yet I *did* get an amber alert for a missing child on the far end of Quebec last night. Also troubling: the alerts never go to “non phone” cellular devices. So an iPad/table on cellular data never gets an alert.

@TELUS So now nobody answers the phone~! Your automated system sent me to Tech support and it's been ringing now for over five minutes. What a pathetic joke...
