@magsispunk Better than Telus claiming I can have wifi calling because I live in the middle of nowhere. Yet instead, it very often doesn't work. And is set to mobile network preferred. AND I DON'T LIVE NEAR A RELIABLE TOWER SO I NEED WIFI CALLING!!!

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Telus outage occurred on Tue the 29th. We are so frustrated with Telus customer service. Their work is outsourced to the Philippines. Call customer service and on hold for hours. No designated PRI representative to assist our business.

@JeanCharest_ Mr. Charest you got Huawei 5G in Telus Nationwide-Health Canada used Telus network to collect all of our Cell #'s. Simple Question: What else did they collect? Our email address's-address books? Cloud storage? Document files? You need to fully disclose what was collected!

@TELUSsupport Sorry if I sound annoyed, it’s cause I am. But Telus refuses to put more towers in our area and the entire 100 km radius is absolutely horrendous. I have complained numerous times & never had anything done. I know it’s not you, sadly you’re just the one representing them
