    @jpmacnab I clicked *sigh* Only cuz u made me though. I stopped 52-s in. Know what I got out of it? He is completely out of breath just from walking for 52 seconds. he had trouble speaking like he just jogged 12 km. Doesn't seem healthy. He should use a Telus health app & get advice.

    In the end the rep said to be honest, it looks like they took away a service because the phone fee was too little. Basically these companies are doing what they want and robbing is blind. #telus

    I phoned on Jan 12. They said they'd send a tech on the 16th. They didn't show or call. Our Administration tried the next day, to no avail. I spent over an hour on the phone later in the week. Telus support said they'd send me an email we could...
