    @RogerParton Spent almost 2 hours on hold w them Monday trying to solve terrible internet. Telus tech has been here for 3 hrs. He's having problems trying to rig up my new internet. He called Telus for support and he was on hold for over an hour. Even their employees can't get service!

    @GCarabine Imagine you were forced to pay a ridiculous sum of money for Telus internet every month No choice to subscribe to Shaw or Bell instead. No choice to stop paying for internet. Telus salesman says: “No you can’t cancel, but hey, Telus is great!” That’s you. You’re that guy.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Guide is working, tv is working but no access to PVR listing. Have rebooted several times, no fix. Is there a system issue?

    Hey @RogersHelps why did you add a service to my account without my permission? Tweeting this as your live chat keeps telling me there are no real people to talk to. Last chat was a great example of poor customer service. Maybe @ShawInfo or @TELUS will offer better service

    @garryself Ah, those are probably the TELUS spoof team. I used to get calls from them constantly, asking for info that TELUS would never ask.

    @TELUSsupport @koodo So my phone is unable to buzz anyone in for my apartment unit. Apparently, the condo caretaker says it's the phone provider's issue. koodo/telus, care to explain why I can no longer buzz people in my building??

    I have two bars and I'm all paid up on my bill, so why the hell does my @TELUS service keep turning off? @TELUSsupport
