  @anthony604 @TELUS @WhitecapsFC Because it boils down to having control of the stadium. The land value is too high to privately build anywhere that makes sense, sadly Canadas economy is ****, plus the taxes.

  @telusupport Once again the frustration with Telus continues…got a new digital box and couldn’t connect it because it wasn’t registered! Why wouldn’t Telus register the new box before it gets to me??? There goes 3 wasted hours I will never get back!

  @SzaboSzivi @MelissaLMRogers The irony is people here will support bell/telus even though Roger’s was majority Canadian employees.. even their call centres. But as long as that person is saving a buck it’s worth it

  Maybe AI Call Centers for telecommunications aren't the way to go. You can't get them to understand simple network issues are. Im Talking to you Bell , Rogers , Telus . Im all for Saving $ in places but thats not the way to go. So Frustrating.

  @johnnycakes91 Happens pretty frequently with Telus/Rogers. Telus in particular is bad because their agent bill things wrong pretty frequently and they just dump the file on Telus after they do the sell

  @MaretJaks We are doing the same now, not answering the door unless it is a neighbor. Random rail-thin black and brown men in their early twenties are knocking on our door claiming Unicef, Rogers, Telus, etc, i broken English. They look sketchy AF.

  @NelsonHackewich @cjones2451 That isn’t even the inherent problem. Eg. Flames has Telus as helmet sponsor while NHL obviously partners with Rogers. This issue is whether those team-level deals having exclusivity in team/player branding over the league. I honestly didn’t even know that was a thing lol

  @sarkonakj Telus and Rogers have been outsourcing help desk offshore for years. With Shaw, support was 'local' - can't count the number of times I talked to Nanaimo, or Winnipeg.

  @TdLeaker Whenever you call the bank or Roger’s/bell/telus always press the prompt for French. Just tell that person it must of been an accident. 9 out of 10 times they speak English and will help you anyway and you don’t have to hear that scammer accent.
