    Hey @TELUSsupport , i was just again informed the the fibre optic cable that I can see hasn’t been installed. Please understand that I can visual see it and there were two telus service who installed it.

    Telus has the worst customer support i’ve dealt with in my lifetime so far... normally i don’t call out companies like this but i’m past the point of being nice now. #yousuck #fixmywifi #worstcustomerservice
