    @TELUS Either you need to hire more customer care staff or figure an online support service. Otherwise it’s just ridiculous to expect for someone to wait 2 hours for someone to speak with an agent. Such a pathetic customer service.

    should i use the same ISP for my office as for home? at home we use Lightspeed--it's fast, cheaper than Telus and has only gone down 2X in the past year. Telus is more expensive but it might be good to have a different one in case LIghtspeed goes down?

    .@TELUSsupport I was discriminated against and bullied by your employee and manager. I just reported it to security and mall customer service. I just walked by to leave again and they are showing security my tweets. They still think it’s funny.@TELUS @koodo
