    @virtualizecr Do we (humanity) want to just abandon folks like me who live in rural areas? Because I know we sure as **** aren't getting rid of capitalism, and so long as capitalism exists, psychopathic corporations like @Telus won't be meeting the needs of people like me. Starlink does.

    @DanAlbas Telus Callled to upsell me - when I said all i wanted was lower price the guy said "oh i'm sorry air i can't help you with that." Why can't we all have a publicly owned option like @SaskTel they are the best @PatrickBWeiler

    @dnick96 @CTVNews Dean N, not sure if that specific app is involved, but TELUS and other Canadian mobile carrier are selling your data, including location tracking to interested parties. Look into Data Brokerage, its a big issue in Privacy/Ethics right now

    @Crackmacs Careful… unless it was an 866-…number it wasn’t Telus. I almost got scammed, the warning was when I was asked for my # so I could keep it…I’m a Telus customer…don’t need to ask that

    @trevortombe I will have to check mine but it is pretty bad. Then I got an email from Telus today that they are raising it 5 bucks/mo.

    @Crackmacs Agree seems sketchy. I’m on Telus with an employee purchase plan and phone paying almost $90 a month (about 50% of that for service and 50% paying for the phone over 2 yrs)

    I still don't understand how @TELUS was able to buy @masconcable meaning both internet options in my village are controlled by 1 company. How is this not a monopoly? Tech support ends at 8pm and I have been waiting for an agent for nearly 20 minutes

    @TELUSsupport I don't need assistance. Telus Mobility service is unreliable here in my block. A $5 increase with no change in service does not seem appropriate.
