@karamcnair @Nantanreikan We have a $60/mo home package with a free bandwidth upgrade to what used to cost $100/mo. All in, we're under $125/mo on avg. They seem to work at retaining customers. Telus Mobility cold calls but when they hear we're with Shaw, they say thanks very much and hang up.

@TELUS Hi. I just waited over an hour to speak to someone. This is after a callback. Please don't treat your customers this way. Have to go to work, else I'd probably still be on the line. Not cool

@Franks_Five Have I ever told you how much we pay for unlimited data here? In all seriousness, this is absolute crap service from Telus, yet sadly unsurprising. :(

@drandrewb There are many community organizations (everywhere) that have free mobile phones with plans available for homeless & victims of crime. @TELUS I know works with many of these agencies. We need better communication with hospitals and these service agencies. (I have worked in both)

So, I asked AI what it thought of this… “It is deeply concerning and completely unacceptable for @telus to deliberately slow down the speed of data transmission, rendering their service more of an annoyance than a useful tool for consumers. —>
