@ShawInfo - You sell me a service claiming its fibre but its actually Cable - I move to a new address, you say there is no service in my area - I sign up for Telus & call shaw for cancelling - Now you say there is service here and charge me $75 cancellation fee. What the hell?

Yes. I do love all my calls being dropped right when I answer them in my own house because @TELUS is the absolute worst provider ever. Tell me again why we went back to them? #bigmistake Missing important health related calls. The best. 🙃

Once again I have to hold on for hours for #telus to answer their phone because they cut off an old ladies phone as she is alone and having difficulties. for a phone company they need to have better service in answering their phones

@EComm911_info @COAST_RCMP That is the 2nd non-emerg Police line down in Canada. While it is not 911 outage like Telus planned, THERE HAS TO BE REDUNDANT SYSTEMS. As a 13 year Telecoms Veteran w. 5 years Systems Admin exp, I know what I am talking about.
