@jodyheavener @TELUS @TELUSsupport Calm down Jody. You are not special. You are just a number, waiting in a line. Eat a CBD gummy and take a nap. Life is too short to get upset over something like internet. Just wait until you get sick one day, then you'll have something to complain about.

@TELUS worst customer service I have ever been involved with. You need to sort out your call agents or something. Long conversation yesterday with an agent. Today no record of the call and everything discussed. Looking for other options now. Feels like you are a bunch of liars.

@TELUSsupport Service in the Apex Mountain Resort area has been down for over 24hrs for Telus smart hub. This length of outage is unacceptable. When will this issue be resolved?

@TELUS @TELUSsupport do better. I am paying you guys hard earned money. And in return you are giving me ****** service. You have all call recordings right? Take my account number. And go listen to them first before you try to assure me again.

@Bell_MTS Yea, no thanks. After 20+ years as a customer, moved to @TELUS. The eyeroll when being asked to help us and the repeated "sorry we can't do that" and finally the "go ahead and move" attitude, zero customer service from the store we visited, it was a lovely welcome to Telus.

@buggy37622447 @shakepay Koodo might not work with it, given that Koodo has abysmal phone support, they're the cheapass Telus brand and Telus needs to be called to manually add your card. But once they do that, you can use it going forward. :)

@TELUS “We understand where you're coming from and want to help as much as possible. However, as per standard procedure, escalations are only handled over the phone” Sorry, no @telus I am not talking anymore. My standard procedure is to cancel $6000/yr in services and contact the media

@ChrisSpace4 Which seems like a lot of techs don’t know about being able to do that? One of those “technically can do, but Telus says no” kind of things? I’ve never been able to get concrete info on that.

We’ve been without our @TELUS satellite tv since Dec 9th. Bill in the mail today, and you got it, they have the cheek to charge us for that missing service. @TELUSsupport
