@TELUSsupport called the loyalty line months ago and was after moving our cell service over to bundle with out TV. Guy asked if we wanted to get Telus Optical, which we already had. After a game of telephone tag, I was left hanging with no loyalty at all.

@TELUSsupport What’s going on at Telus? They called me back & put me on hold for 30 minutes, then I speak to someone who only spoke French. She transferred me to another agent, now been told I’ve got over 1 hour to wait. Shocking service. Please respond.
