    Reporting missed payment for the same bill. The damage this has caused my credit standing has been doubled. @telus and the credit agency both reporting an open debt, both reporting missed payments neither of which were charged off. I am hiring a lawyer and escalating this.

    @TELUSsupport From your AI to your live support, the help i have received regarding official business about a complaint is non exsistant. Telus has turned into such a **** company. Ive done everything I can to resolve the matter, now I find out you didn't even log

    My dealings with @Rogers & @Telus over the past couple months have made it blatantly obvious that we have a crisis in Canada when it comes to the telecommunications monopoly. Abysmal customer service from both companies. Changing service providers has made no difference.

    I have a conspiracy theory that internet/cable providers in Canada are tampering with people’s service to get them to pay for upgrades or switch services. No reason @TELUS should be this stinky

    @NewhavenPM @tsxman @zethuscap Infinitely into the future. Haaaa Yes needs repairs only 3 months after it's poorly installed. Telus can't answered the phone when customers don't have service, and schedules call backs 3 days to then book said repairs. Dead company walking.
