@TELUSsupport I don't need assistance. Telus Mobility service is unreliable here in my block. A $5 increase with no change in service does not seem appropriate.

  • Hrbngr_of_btfl Gen_Grevious ∞ (@Hrbngr_of_btfl) reported

I’m so sick of slow and terrible @telus internet connections, I’m ready to switch.. Will be nice to get it for cheaper for a bit too.. Barely have a connection 15 feet away..

  • fredblord Frédéric Bakhach-Lord (@fredblord) reported

@tristandamours Ultimately the solution could be pretty simple : more Cable companies need to include OneSoccer in their list of available channels, just like Telus does.

  • Geekomak Mike (@Geekomak) reported

@PeterVogel @TELUSsupport It’s bad in my area too! Can’t use my phone. Constant dropped calls and no data. Telus needs more cell towers!

  • TELUSNews TELUS News (@TELUSNews) reported

In Q4, @TELUS' total mobile and fixed customer growth of 272,000 led the industry, and represented their best fourth quarter on record. The performance was driven by leading customer loyalty results and superior product and service offerings.

  • Nikorp NiKO Malp (@Nikorp) reported

Know what sucks? When your Telus internet bill goes up $60, so you boot up the My Telus app to slash/reduce the tv channels you get to save money, but your previously mentioned expensive internet keeps dropping like always and you keep getting error messages and change nothing.

  • RockenRoller123 RockinRonnie (@RockenRoller123) reported

@steeletalk @heybabbl Well you will be responsible for installing it yourself, Telus and Shaw will still own the network so they will service that but anything else is on you contacting the provider having send out new equipment, I’ve seen instances where it’s a few weeks with no internet.

@dawnmnewton @BitcoinMagazine But too bad those same ISP still have control basically to give Canadians some of the worlds most expensive internet services...and also want to kill competition by keeping their monopoly of Rogers Telus and Bell

  • EComm911_info E-Comm 9-1-1 (@EComm911_info) reported

UPDATE: @TELUS advising that service has been restored. Thank you. #911BC

@TELUSsupport changing from a Telus corporate plan to a regular plan and your prices are eye watering. Can you do anything to help a loyal customer?
