    @TELUSsupport Yes. Numerous times over the last four years of being a Telus customer. Sometimes I get the right time zone, sometimes I don't. Happens regardless of phone and sim as well, swapping between multiple Android and iOS devices here.

    Pretty sad when I have to take my phone off of my @TELUS WIFI just to post to @Meta I am so glad I have PURE FIBRE by @TELUSsupport ! Fiber optics that are slow and suck beyond belief ! Can I go back to dial-up ?

    @TELUSsupport does Telus ever have maintenance where customers are left completely without service? If so I’d switch to y’all in a heartbeat. Getting real tired of almost monthly maintenance with Shaw. Just because it’s 2am it doesn’t mean people don’t need internet access

    @TELUS I’ve had nothing but issues with my PVR for 3-6 months now. It’s now at the point where it won’t even initialize or record. I need a fix ASAP.

    Over 100$ a month for an internet plan is ridiculous, not to mention the slow speed I’m dealing with. @Telus and other internet providers are crooks!

    Looking at their site Telus has been offering their 75Mbps for $85 but had no problem charging us $140 for 2 years. And the same service in Europe is like $20.
