    2/2 I will start calling at 8 am when they begin answering their phones. Telus telemedicine has a two-week wait time. TWO WEEKS. Is it this difficult on the mainland to see a doctor? I know it's bad in BC in general but I wonder if the Island is much worse. #yyj #healthcare

    Want to know what a monopoly is? I have Telus for my satellite tv service, as well as for my home phone. My high speed internet service is Axia, now owned by Telus. My cell service is Koodoo, owned by Telus. Bell, Telus and Rodgers own everything when it comes to carriers.

    @jjhorgan Hoping @telus doesn’t get any more funding for rural broadband so they can continue overcharging for mediocre service. THIS is an example of innovation, not the wasted tax dollars on investing with @TELUS

    @FallonioBlack @jakkuh_t @TELUS Well I have 100mbit for ~22€ per month…. **** that

    @sueharperphotos @BejasaMarco @RobRubuliak Hi Sue! Telus customers located in BC are having issues logging into their Questrade accounts. Our teams are looking into it so we can help resolve it. In the meantime, please try using mobile data or a different internet network as a temporary workaround. We're sorry about that.

    @nationalpost @TELUS Worst. Service. Ever. Worse than that, the customer service was non-existent. Couldn’t leave fast enough. The experience was so bad, I’m giving blocking @nationalpost a thought, just for the sponsored post.

    @TELUSsupport I am totally exhausted after dealing with Telus to transfer business accounts after 3 months. I don't understand why it is so difficult at Telus just for transferring ownership. We are still using Telus services and paying over $10k per month, I wish someone can help us!

  • Oracleof0ntario Franklin Fala (@Oracleof0ntario) reported

    @Navin_K_Arora I am extremely disappointed in your business services at @TELUSsupport @TELUS I have spent thousands of dollars in the last month porting my company from Comwave to your platform with very little support since signing a new contract.

  • ZabedAkbar Zabed Akbar (@ZabedAkbar) reported

    @Questrade @harmless_exe Can you provide details regarding why it is only happening to Telus customer?. Over 70 percent of internet user in BC are Telus customers. So it is a big deal and you should prioritize fixing this ASAP.

    I would like to upgrade my phone soon, but the plans you have to get to have a new phone is ridiculous. I don’t need 25gbs of data.. & being a long time customer doesn’t matter these days. #Telus #annoyed
