@TELUSsupport Is it possible for Telus to send a confirmation when the service will come back? My wife can’t work without internet. Thanks

  • OhNoKelsey kelsey rae (@OhNoKelsey) reported

Doesn’t even cover the cost of my monthly @TELUS bill **** y’all

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

@BenKlass Easy for #CRTC to forebear a service when its only users are “customers”. (eg: banks). When competitors (eg cellular carrier) needs the service, no longer obvious. When you’re a competitor to both Telus and Rogers, chances are you can’t negotiate competitor wireline rates.

  • alexposadzki Alexandra Posadzki (@alexposadzki) reported

@tedwoodhead Mr. Davies is discussing a specific change that Rogers plans to make to its network that is [REDACTED]. Apparently Bell and Telus networks are already set up in this way, he says. “Candidly, I was surprised to see that this was not already in place” at Rogers. #CTRS #telecom

If @TELUS were actively campaigning in favor of the #shawrogers merger I would be much more concerned its bad for consumers in #canada But the fact they have worked so hard against this merger speaks volumes about the competitve threat @Rogers poses if this goes through

  • ohhhhjustsaying JB #JusticeForSidhuMooseWala (@ohhhhjustsaying) reported

@Rogers internet down for 14-16hrs & they get away with a “Sorry for inconvenience” statement. If their customers pay the bill late by even a day, they get slapped with interest. Rogers, Bell and Telus have a monopoly in Ontario and not sure why the govt doesn’t see this.

  • matthewlaird Matthew Laird (@matthewlaird) reported

@TELUSsupport I have Telus internet, that's all I want, I'm good. How the hell do I opt out of the weekly up selling calls? I will never want tv, security, overpriced cell, "vpn", just stop wasting both our time please. How do I do that?

  • Ghastifylol Ghastify (@Ghastifylol) reported

  • Saybin_Iacere Saybin, the Darp Dragon! (@Saybin_Iacere) reported

Down $500 today cause @TELUS never once told me I had no pre-authrorized set up for I dunno, several months? But make sure to keep charging for mobile (everything looked ok but turns out my business account was never connected, so it just, accrued) Oof.. Not impressed.

  • DarrenSSterling Darren Sterling (@DarrenSSterling) reported

@TELUS three different people claiming to be Telus mobility sales have called today. Either it’s spam, or you aren’t listening when I say stop calling me. Either way it’s an issue.
