Well, I don't know what happened with this Cloud Star TV, based here in Edmonton. Because we've both been home all day and they never did call us like they were supposed to today about making an appointment to have their home services switched over from Telus! Not impressed.🤨🤔

@TELUS @TELUSsupport So apparently Telus bought the security company I use and I have been paying a monthly fee. Now that we need a technician, they tell me that they cannot send one to my address. This is poor service at the best and fraud at the worst!
