Is there worse customer service out there then #telus? Awful

@OHYUUDIDNTKNOW @TELUS I am aware of the solution and it takes 30 business days I'm just making sure everyone is aware of how @TELUS are thieves and rob their customers

  • danielmullen Daniel Mullen (@danielmullen) reported

No Maple for me, as it seems Telus Health wants me as a customer. I am REALLY uneasy with the data they got from me today, in exchange for the offer of having a nurse practitioner do a consult, which did happen, with the conclusion that I need to get to a practitioner in person.

  • jwferst Jennifer **** (@jwferst) reported

@telus woke up not being able to use my phone number. Important communication missed. Need my cell service+number back ASAP

  • MbsaulSaul Michael Saul (@MbsaulSaul) reported

Been an @telus customer for a long time. Credit card fee was already baked into already handsome profits. Bad time to slip in even a small gouge. Going to have a chat with Shaw this week to see what they’ve got. Can you port home phone # like cell? Cable, home phone, internet!

  • brian9306 Brian Evans (@brian9306) reported

@mattdagley Remember that Bell and Telus share their networks in the Maritimes, if you had good service from one of their brands and switch to another brand for a better deal, the service is going to be similar. Rogers/Citifone/Zoomer has some good deals and they have a roaming deal to Bell

  • Humer1971 Robert Hume (@Humer1971) reported

@TELUS Stop with the WEF crap, or I will take my business somewhere else.

  • WCoaster77 WCoaster (@WCoaster77) reported

@TELUS Telus is a risky link and socially dubious on top of that. "Go **** yourself." ~Bill Burr

  • CarrierVince BigDaddyV (@CarrierVince) reported

Holy crap @TELUS we’ve been on hold trying to set up SIM cards for new mobile accounts for over an hour and twenty mins so far….this is how you treat a new customer!!

  • rslade Robert Slade (@rslade) reported

So, @Shawhelp @ShawInfo , should I be moving back to @TELUS (who are no great shakes either, but at least didn't have this latency issue ...)?
