@TELUS why is your service absolute dog ****, along with your customer service and overall business? Why are we paying premium rates for your **** product? #telus

@UnotheInvestor If it didn't have a good dividend it'd be @TELUS. Otherwise it's been @Brookfield BAM or Propel holdings. Both down over 14% since I've bought.

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Never use the top tier provider unless they're giving you some sort of sweet deal. Use second tier Rogers? Use Fido. Bell? Use Virgin Telus? Koodo Same network, lower rates

Telus fraudulent practices. Telus is charging me for home security service which Ido not have. It was cancelled more than a year ago.they are charging me $15.00 plus GST $.75 Hard to get phone connection. They divert you to AI. There should be a person to talk with.

@Highteaspeaks @ajayi_g @Bell It is good you had a good offer from Chatr. I used Chatr for 2 years. I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.

@spacanpanman ASTS have contracts with Bell Canada and Telus for Canadian direct to cell service.

@Social_Moi @TELUSsupport If you have home issues, call 310-MYTV. For mobility issues, dial 611 from a TELUS cell phone. If you want a guaranteed Canadian agent, use the French options as you'll get an agent in Montreal (home service agents work there too).

Scam alert. @TELUS @TELUSsupport staff will call you, will promise bill reduction, you agree and then boom. New services added to your without consent, doubling the bill amount and if you don’t pay this, obviously you’ll be reported to credit rating agencies. And when you try to contact customer support, there is 1000 hours wait and when you agree for a call back, they never call you and you get a text saying your callback is cancelled. And you can’t find a human to talk to resolve this.

@CanadianPro2 @MarkJCarney You can even technically use black water by transfering heat to sewage lines which would also facilitate district heating probably even more than the steam tunnels will in the downtown Telus building. But then that fosters bad bacteria.
