@TELUSsupport No I didn't but if you read your reviews from the public about Telus Home Assistant getting unpaired from Alexa there are lots. This isn't just an issue with my thermostat or alarm panel

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS They will take as much as they can get as often as they can get it until the potential of losing you as a customer surfaces. Ask them to explain the charges given the inconsistent internet connection & a promotional deal with a much lower rate will typically materialize. 1/

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Omg I complain about 65.00! Haha... there are these Plume pods I have in my house because for whatever reason I also have internet issues. These helped tremendously. I think they are 5. or 10. a month for 2. I keep 1 in the kitchen for outside.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Telus charges me $95 a month for Internet. Until 3 months ago it was $55! If I change suppliers I lose my email address. The CRTC needs to let Verizon expand their service into Canada. It's $29. a month!

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS The wait times are atrocious but speak to the loyalty dept via the cancellation queue as 1.5gb is only 155pm. If you're having connection issues speak to the tech support team and they can fix it. It will take time but you can expect a discount as an apology
