@AB_EMS_War_Room @DrStephanieCoo1 Regardless, AB EMS is in a crisis. I agree 911 will be answered unless there is Telus outage issue BUT ambulance response must be fixed. >300 practitioners in the province off work and 9 FT and 56 casual hired to fill the gap?

@PoweredbyPoodle My family had 3 devices compatible with receiving alerts but did not receive anything. We had 3 different services (Lucky Mobile/Bell, Rodgers and Telus). I think we lost LTE/cell service before they sent the notification.

Funny how my @TELUS account has no issues and my @Rogers account is spluttering. I am lucky enough to have two mobile services but what about those who aren't?

@TELUSsupport with many people still without power after the severe storm in Ottawa, would you consider giving free data to existing Telus and Koodo customers? I am four days into my monthly data plan and already at 50% and I never use 100%. Your help would be appreciated!

@TELUSsupport If Telus isn’t responsible for this charge, then you shouldn’t allow such services to conveniently charge your customers through their Telus bill. Had this service required your customer (my FIL) to enter his credit card information, this would never have happened.

@TELUS Shut off my internet for no reason yesterday. Support's response? Listen, then transfer me to a line that automatically hangs up. Lovely.

How is increasing the price of a phone I just agreed to purchase just as we are concluding the transaction an acceptable business practice @TELUS? Not sure I’ve ever had a worse customer service experience in my life!
