    @TELUS I had a great experience on the phone with one of your agents and then I go to resolve the issue in a storefront and they make your agent out to be a liar. Not great service.

    The @TELUS #website is such a useless thing. Its not user friendly and has made my #Telus experience even worse. It wasn't good to start with starting from the crappy service I had from the service specialist. Something should be done.

    @teririch @RBReich Telus: 2003 - Minus 10% employees across Canada with Darren Entwhistle, I was there. Smart + effective. Oldsters got to leave + rest chose who stayed for The Customer. Took months. We all agreed. In our hands, dept by dept. No Top Down. Loved it. That's Branding.

    @TELUS So if it's an outdoor camera, it's more than obvious that the power outlet will be also outdoor. He also said that the power supply doesn't work outside and his company would not replace it because it's too expensive.
