    @TELUSsupport Thanks for replying. This is not an installation issue. I purchased a TELUS Video Subscription + Automation Subscription. I see both subscriptions in My TELUS and I am being charged monthly on my Mastercard. But TELUS support says they cannot see ANY subscription or transactions on my account in their system, so they cannot activate my camera or cancel the subscription. This looks like a Digital Subscriptions platform issue. Can you escalate this to the Digital Subscriptions / Digital Commerce backend team?

    @Coffee4Life365 @Rogers @Bell Yeah. Telus are stupid that way. I use to work for Telus in BC. AST is the total solution even in airplanes. But dtarlink was lol he good for laptops and stuff in the air.

    This afternoon I switched from #Bell to #Telus for Internet services. Making sure everything is working correctly, called Bell to cancel their service. After talking/hold/talking/hold for 39min:17sec got what should’ve taken maybe 5-10min … Long story short: Bell sucks.
