    I cancelled my @Telus services to be effective mid month. I got a text that the new tenant can't even setup their Telus because didn't even cancel my account! they billed me for the entire month too! Now I'm 600km away and spending an hour+ on hold waiting to talk to a human wtf!

    @TELUS I’ve been disconnected twice. Another 3hrs invested into trying to contact customer service. Still not spoken to a real person. My hourly rate is $35/hr plus the $60 in extra charges on this months bill that a bogus. Seriously. The worst customer experience ever.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS I’m moving my commercial refrigeration company to a new office space Dec 1st. Setup with Telus over a month ago to transfer the phone over on Nov 28th but they never showed up and now say they can’t get get there until Dec 5. I’m out of my old space Dec1st.

    @MKhoromi @AnthonyLacavera @RogersBiz Ouch. Ohh, I remember those. If your unlocked phone is supported on their network check out Public Mobile -a Telus network subsidiary. Same national coverage area, unlimited Canada talk/txt/picture, 5 GB data at 4G speed. $40./mo.
