@Mikeggibbs @74Mightymouse Breaking up Rogers or increasing more competition will not solve this because it seems all telecom are using the same network infrastructure ie no 911, no Interac for everyone including Bell/Telus. They’re all dependent on digital. They have to change the network infrastructure.

Thought today it is worse, before I could at least eventually login to my Telus account as long as I kept trying, now I can't.

@Rogers looks like Roger’s is still having issues in Calgary. Calls are going to uc2 and to just busy. My new Telus line is working fine. Need the main number working long enough to do 2 point verification to move it to a working network, landline. @RogersHelps

@TELUS Additionally Telus has stolen over 7-9 days worth of my time on the phone, for errors of their own doing. Lack of account management on their end, and lacking consistency to ensure their customers are happy with their services. When in fact, they are just putting up with them.

@LexyCameron @IshatReza 911 was NOT down, but those with a Rogers phone couldn’t access 911. If they could get access to a Bell or Telus phone then no problem. Anyone with a potentially violent partner or a serious medical condition needs to be able to call in an emergency. 🆘🚓🚨🚑

If you think Telus's website is glitching right now because so many people are switching from Rogers... Nope. The Telus website has been glitchy and sending me to "bad gateway" screens for the last 3 days. They're just an internet provider who don't know how to run a website.
