@Shawhelp No. No its not. Tried twice and both times I get the recording to call back during business hours. Tried chat help and they were closed too. No worries, Telus is offering us deal now anyway. Thanks.

  • simplexreveries Jul Simplex (@simplexreveries) reported

@TELUSsupport I switched from Shaw to Telus for internet and tv. The kid that sold it to us said y’all would cancel our Shaw for us. It was not cancelled. Not a great way to start service with y’all 😕

  • sedgeboy Tyler Smith (@sedgeboy) reported

I am a @koodo customer. Someone claiming to work for @telus just called my cell and offered me a new koodo plan with reduced rates for the same data, along with a security camera. Is this real or a scam? They seemed to have all my account details already

  • detaylor Duncan (@detaylor) reported

I noticed my internet was a little slow this morning, but after spending most of the afternoon on the phone with Telus, I can happily say it is somehow even slower.

  • Ashleychasesno1 sirHermitCronefromHHT (@Ashleychasesno1) reported

You know Telus mobility I quite aware that my cell phone plan is up for renewal but the cost of living is too high & I never leave home anymore anyway so I really don't need it or you guys repeatedly calling to try & get me to sign up for a new cell phone or add more data, sorry!

  • NakitaM Nakita Marricco (@NakitaM) reported

Can someone explain to me how @TELUS can justify hiking mobility prices by a total of $10/month over the last 2 years? Millions of Canadians are still without jobs or limited income because of Covid and these BILLION dollar corps just continue hike prices for abysmal service.
