  @QaiserMahboob1 @TELUS Telus used to have fabulous customer service. It used to be that I wouldn’t get a reply like I got. Loyalty used to mean something until Telus started taking away agents’ abilities to help.

  @Topsy55555 I had Telus and absolutely hated it... mostly because of their customer service, price-gouging and an extremely rude store manager at the Champlain Mall. So I went to Fido not knowing its network was run by Rogers. May have to move again.

  @hippersons I do know some were doing walk-ins but that might have been for 55+ for Pfizer/Moderna I wonder if Telus Convention centre will be by appointment only? Poor pharmacies haven’t been given much guidance or assistance - it seems like they were just given vaccines & “deal with it”

  I couldn’t be less happy with @TELUS - I booked internet for my new home 2 months ago and no one showed up - waited 3 hours on hold no solution. Had to drop call to go to work, looking forward to waiting 3 hours tmrw just to try again. Shaw anyone?

  Shovels in the ground in Coventry Hills installing @TELUS Fibre Network. A little excited and also surprised that @Shawhelp is not actively locking current customers into a great deal right now. Maybe waiting for Rogers to take over and we know how well they are doing today. #yyc

  @travelling_mom We always had Telus but their service is not available in our new community so we’re stuck with Rogers for now.
