Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Flash Gregg Gordon (@Flash) reported

@keithbaldrey It will have cost someone, Telus hopefully, a lot of money. I've seen similar done twice, but in both cases it was the clients paying as it was their issue we were solving.

  • Hetttty Heather Browne (@Hetttty) reported

@TELUSsupport Just got a call from 888-811-2323 asking how my service has been. I'm not and never have been a Telus customer. They also new my name, how can that be?

  • AppsJoyce joanne joyce (@AppsJoyce) reported

@adriandix @keithbaldrey @TELUS That's one thing carriers don't want in this fierce competitive world and that is bad press of any kind. Swift to react.

  • gdmplanning Greg Mitchell (@gdmplanning) reported

@keithbaldrey Yup... it’s not the mistake that kills you... it’s how you respond. And in this case, @TELUS answered, took responsibility, and fixed the issue. Worthy of appropriate praise.

  • suestroud Sue Stroud she/her 🍊❤️💪🏼 (@suestroud) reported from Central Saanich, British Columbia

@PeninsulaNews Who cares? We already know as daily consumers how bad Telus is. They apologized. BCLibs need to find something useful to do.

  • KvncrwDoug Dougy Dog (@KvncrwDoug) reported

@buec280 @CBCStephenQuinn @ty_olsen Finally! When will more see this as a VCH issue primarily at this point. Hopefully, we'll see if the Sun's facts are correct but Dr. Ballem's almost blase response after the TELUS debacle is more than concerning considering her current role. We should be nervous about the rollout

  • lfletcher61 lfletcher (@lfletcher61) reported

@RonaldNHughes @keithbaldrey Perhaps Telus just dropped the ball and didn’t have the support system in place? Average Joe will never know & press will speculate until pigs fly! It’s supposedly fixed, move on to something else

  • mghnn_jn Meghann McMurray (@mghnn_jn) reported

Wow @TELUS wonderful customer service that when you call 4 days in a row, with no voicemail left - the one day I pick up and say that I don’t have time to listen to the promos you want to tell me; the person hangs up without so much as single word further. Shame.

  • crgallinger Christy G (@crgallinger) reported

@AmyRComms @TELUS @TELUSsupport I'd switch to Shaw if that's an option. Telus sucks here too, never had a problem with Shaw.

  • rhmcgarry Robert McGarry (@rhmcgarry) reported

@slowmanluis @LizaYuzda Again you need to see the contract. What volume estimates were Telus given, what lead.time. Also not too many call centres can handle a million calls in a few hours , again poor forecasting and planning Adrian Dix's plan
