“High speed” @Telus Internet struggling to load webpages on our devices. Kids gaming lags. #Telus online support won’t send a tech without saying it may or may not cost me a call out charge... when it’s their crappy service?!? Unbelievable. Customer service is dead. #Fail

I guess @TELUSsupport @TELUS 1 business day really means 3+ business days? It is not okay to take hundreds of dollars from your customer, never deliver the device they ordered, and on top of that ignore their requests for help. I give it until the end of the week and I'm gone

@rogerscanada worst company for mobile ever. Its time to move on to better than u guys so as fido both are terrible. They dont care about customers. Bell and Telus are 10000 times better than u Rogers. You wont last long Bell will outwin u.

@SweetGeorgia_77 That’s what pops up when I pause my kids WiFi through the Telus Wi-Fi app. But if you’ve never used that don’t I understand why it would happen. Any chance he’s connected to a neighbors Wi-Fi?

@dobradors @TELUS I find out Telus knew and never contacted me ! They claimed they had no address for me nor phone#. (It’s under another name). Bottom line , many apologies but had to pay . She promised to fix it with collections. I never checked. After reading yours I am worried!😕

I’m sooooo sick of losing a signal in the middle of a friggen football game. Telus sucks!!!! They’ve “fixed it” so many times... less than 3 months of this. @TELUSsupport #TelusSucks
