  • cmvanhorne Constance Van Horne (@cmvanhorne) reported from Cold Lake, Alberta

Spent more time with @TELUS and @TELUSsupport than the funeral home. Still on hold, still no access to my Dad’s email, still zero real support.

  • whourDaDa Oladada (@whourDaDa) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

One of @TELUS representatives lied to get me to sign to a 2 year deal now I will have to pay 1000 to cancel your service.

  • cmvanhorne Constance Van Horne (@cmvanhorne) reported from Cold Lake, Alberta

@TELUS if you can’t provide an email to write for support then please add a warning to the online confirmation to have your account details on hand as we will be calling to confirm this upgrade to your service. Simple marketing 101.

  • BCBawnee 🌷𝕓.α.ώ.~ Ň.ᗴ.𝔼.🌷🇨🇦 (@BCBawnee) reported from Chilliwack, British Columbia

@jaxsaid @MsYouDoYou I haven't had issues with Shaw. And the only reason why I went with them is because when I moved to the farm all Telus could offer us was internet 1 and satellite tv. Shaw gave us what Telus couldn't.

  • jonathanwhudson (Jon)ny Foozball (@jonathanwhudson) reported from Wheatland County, Alberta

@JaniceOwen @ZiadFazel @SaskTel I know in city I have non fibre (dual ADSL) from Telus but I get what I'm supposed to. So should you. They also should help solve your wifi location issue if they are really doing their job right.

  • twittem Edward McIntyre (@twittem) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

@apelechaty If you can get Telus Fiber in your area do it. If not, take Shaw but no plan over 600mb down.

  • sheepleslayer69 Sheepleslayer (@sheepleslayer69) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@WesDJones @Mr_Alberta @DrJacobsRad Sure, but the flipside of that is Edtel and AGT were World leaders in technology, their research labs were set up to help with the war effort both were sold on the cheap to Telus in the name of privatization and Albertan's are not better off because of this deal

  • CandiVanCity24 Candi Marie (@CandiVanCity24) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

@LuckyMobileCan I have been using your service for almost 3 years with no problems until now. Not impressed #luckymobile , you can bet I’ll be going back to a @TELUS plan now 💯! Who else has had issues with #luckymobile . #TELUS treats their customers much better!

  • RorieRoberts Rorie Roberts (@RorieRoberts) reported from Blackfalds, Alberta

@noahanicholls Check with Bell... I’d been with Telus over 20 years, and Bell’s offer, including new phone, was $35/month cheaper. They share the towers, so no change in service

  • Mrolson74 Mike Olson (@Mrolson74) reported from Chilliwack, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport anyone else having a TV signal breaking up for Optik TV in Chilliwack or is this just a me problem? #telus
