    @TELUS someone contacted me and offered me to switch providers, we were halfway through registering, she had a problem said she would call back in two minutes and that was weeks ago.

    @rcarrick Totally agree. Bizarre this behaviour is allowed to continue. Telus recently did a migration to google. Or something like that. Lack of help to seniors appalling. What did they discuss in focus meeting ?

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Guide is working, tv is working but no access to PVR listing. Have rebooted several times, no fix. Is there a system issue?
