    @TELUS why should I update my credit card info 5 times, for each account I hold (just got penalized for not missing one). Where is your IT team?, this is 2022, technology has advanced.....integrate and learn to provide better customer experience

    @kim_siever I've noticed this too. I thought it was just Telus but it's starting to be other companies too. We have stellar credit and no problems but all of a sudden there are way more reminders.

    @TELUSsupport I had applied fr Telus connection more than a month ago. Since then, there have been 4 visits of the technician yet no one has done the job. I dont understand how you guys work but it should not take more than a month to acquire a customer coming from competition.

    @sugarsh0t Wtf. I thought having to spend two months arguing with Telus to give me $5/mo off my phone bill as promised (by a sales rep they're apparently not responsible for because they hired a contractor) was bad enough.

    @TELUS I have just endured the worst customer service of my entire life. Today was my 5th postponement and I was just repeated lied to and offered $50 for my 4 days of waiting and 5 hours on the phone. Worst of all time.

    @JestDempsey I have run into the same problem making calls from the area.... at least with my Bell work phone. I think Telus is a bit better though

    @WaterSHEDLab @BMatB We constantly read these endless bleats! We spend a considerable portion of the year in the US and the price of our Telus transnational package is more than competitive with packages offering a similar level of service. Also not sure that the cost of video downloads is relevant!
