    Had a @telus hub, that was no better but at least they tried over and over again to fix it. Come on @starlink house of 6 and home schooling to start soon, won’t be possible with these services

    It always amazes me just how inept some companies can be with their direct marketing. I have home and mobile service with @TELUS and have for years. Both are setup with autopayments but today I get a notification saying to log in to manage payments.

    What I'd like to know is how @ShawInfo and @TELUS think it's ok to charge retired people almost $200 a month for their internet and cable. Something needs to be done to help retirees!

    @Shawhelp We have been struggling for 2 days now, earliest fix is 9 Jan, 2 people working from home, not good Shaw! Telus was here today running new wire and back tomorrow to connect us. Why is your service so slow? Crappy equipment, this will be 2nd router in 2 mths!
