    @Ryan_r_Williams Currently in the US. $15/month. 5G data. Unlimited calling anywhere in North America. My Telus plan in 🇨🇦 $90/month. 2G data. Only Canada calling. Waiting for hours on hold to beg Telus for an extra Gig is not acceptable. Another broken Trudeau promise.

    A reminder for everyone that @TELUS @TELUSsupport is the absolute WORST at what it does. I've now lost up to 4 hours being run around by customer service reps who have no idea what they're doing.

    @TheTyee Fair enough if they (Telus) are breaching MSP regulations, but Telus has offered access to primary care where there are no GPS. Removing this service will cause delays in care

    @TELUS It has been a week since I took a new mobile connection with Telus. My inbound transfer porting request failed. I have been trying to connect to a customer care agent for the last 3 days just to get a status update. The wait is insane. Automated chat is of zero help!
