    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Yeah, I disengaged from Telus about 20 years ago - landline and internet. Customer 'service' was beyond dismal.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS @TELUS needs to revamp their customer service. We need to speak to Canadians that actually speak English or French. Quit offshoring your customer service.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS They left my senior mom without a landline phone for 9 months because someone hit the box in her alley and they couldn’t be bothered to repair it. One day I was on hold for 4 hours to get through to a service agent. 🤬

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Can you help us unlock a bunch of phones please. Why is it so difficult when legally you should be helping us unlock old phones and put them back into service???

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Telus went downhill. They don’t want business. Their rates are not competitive with Bell. Customer service all overseas. I stopped supporting companies that don’t hire Canadians.

    @TELUS Telus sucks for the last couple of months. Data don’t work but keep paying bills. To add insult to injury, the care team told: though data is not working, calls and texts are still working, so you got the service.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Canadian businesses suck on customer service , maybe because people have not learnt how to fight for their rights, they just vote silently with their feet. Sometimes you need to bang the table to reset their business brains
