    @kim_siever @OHoYEG AGT becoming Telus? Air Canada, potash corp. There are tons of examples. There is no incentive for the public sector to innovate, hence why they don’t. They will get their pay regardless of how good or bad their product is.

    @TELUS Hey, how the heck am I supposed to get help with my Telus EPP account. I’ve been on hold for 3+ hours, 3-days in a row. If I call the main line and they won’t help me because EPP. What gives?

    @FRPC_FRPC Reminds me of the wireless code (if I recall right). Was a fight about the word "customer versus consumer". Audience encompasses all for the Bell/Rogers/Telus/Videotron AdTech industry, not necessarily broadcast objectives... IMO, off the top of my head.

    Coming up on 24 hrs with no power. #telus fibre optic line cut between Gabriola and Mudge islands, so no phones, internet, #Shaw down too! 🙄
