Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport Was using eSim on my 12 pro and upgrade to 14 pro max and when trying to transfer everything over the sim wouldn’t go. Apparently this is a you problem and needs to be fixed. ESims shouldn’t be one time use when a normal sim can be swapped unlimited

After a long wait on the phone and telus customer service 2 hours and talking to a customer service provider for 32 minutes then getting hung up on followed by another 2 hours wait then they just hang up on every body is an insult to customer service. The crtc should look into it

@TELUS If you have literally any option other than signing up for service with Telus you should take it. Pricing is so poor they literally have to force you to stay with them with punitive charges for switching to another service like it's a hostage negotiation.

It's pretty fkn clear that @Telus is killing their own dealerships, which in turn is going to decimate Corporate EPP, which in turn will bankrupt a company that HAS NO MORE POWER GETTING CELLULAR HANDSETS THAN A BROKEN BUM IN THE STREET
