@edmontonjournal @TELUS I live rural… pay full price for a cell phone that has zero service unless I drive to town. Have to have a landline and when Telus pedestal had faulty wiring and I had no phone service, it took over three weeks for a repair to be done. Missed two calls to go for a 2nd vaccine.

Useless @Telus support. I called, 1 hour wait. They call me back, tell me to press 1 to connect w/agent, ringing tone, 4.28 min later, disconnected at your end. Why call back if agent not available?
