    @TELUSsupport hi my iPhone has been unable to make or receive calls all day. I chatted online with a Rep, did all the resets, went into the Telus store and even got a Sim card change and the issue is ongoing. The store Rep had 3 other customers reporting the same issue. Help?

    Hey @telus Why do you guys have callback service for Tech Support. But NOT for Customer Service/Billing? The wait time is 1 HOUR. WHO HAS TIME TO WAIT ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR?

    @sailorgirl2017 It's not just you. My wifi is dropped every few minutes. I'm not sure if it's because Telus is installing fibre-optic all over the place but my wifi is not working. My ethernet cable isn't long enough. So I won't be around much either.

    @ashleyhowell92 @TELUS @TELUSsupport After 45 minutes of chatting with tech support, they finally acknowledged me it is an active outage affecting Western Canada.

    @TELUSsupport also..why can’t Telus afford real agents? They rob us blind on our bills..yet when I call I get put on hold for hours..not minutes..hours.. what kind of crap company is Telus.. worst ever

    @TELUS Although I've worked for the company for years and years in the past but never thought that tech support wont help my kids when internet is down because they dont have the PIN or my driver's license no. What a joke!It easy for me to say now "Shaw" here I come.
