    Extremely disappointed with @TELUS this week. After calls to try and fix my “gigabit” connection only getting 50-100mbps, they failed to make a scheduled appointment Friday, which led to me calling to schedule a tech, only for the tech to fail to make today’s appointment.

    I'm dropping @TELUS @TELUSsupport. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I've had nothing but bad service and bad customer service lately. They increase prices without notice or agreement.

    @discoveryplus @TELUS I've been asking since 2020 when a package will be available on #optik TV. I'm told 'soon' .... 3 yrs later, still not available. Can we fix this please 🙏
