@KristinRaworth just won't help when they all share the same infrastructure. The new carriers just want permission to use existing infrastructure, not invest in their own. I feel sorry for all the Roger's staff today. I'm TELUS and a couple hour outage causes complete mayhem.

I switched to Telus from Rogers nine years ago when I moved to my condo and it had NO reception. They told me that all the mountains and trees must be blocking my service 🤔🤔🤔

@FidoSolutions I’d love to call you to ask for an update, but oh WAIT! I can’t call you or 911 or Telus or Bell to set up my new account. I’ve been a Fido customer since Fido was introduced. The lack of COMMUNICATION/info really sux. @RogersHelps @Rogers
