@TELUSsupport The TV issue maybe tied to the pik app, programs freeze constantly or speed up. We've had a technician in a couple times and they've provided a wifi booster, but it doesn't show up on "My Telus app" to tie them in. I have them plugged straight into cat6 wall recepticles

@DTimchishen Us too. For what we pay the @Xplornet sucks. We are looking for something else. Was suggested to look into Telus Hub.

@Jimmysvp @TELUS Yes, I am going through the same thing except in my case I had to buy the phone because there was no phone available to replace it. 2 calls were supposed to result in call backs (both didn’t). Yesterday 45 mins in call got dropped on hold when their office closed. Bad service

@KempfFred @TELUS I ordered a phone, they said I would have it in 5-7 days. Then they changed it to 2-3 weeks. Then 5-6 weeks. So I’m still waiting. Customer service is rude. They offer zero assistance. Wait times are horrible.

I guess @TELUSsupport @TELUS 1 business day really means 3+ business days? It is not okay to take hundreds of dollars from your customer, never deliver the device they ordered, and on top of that ignore their requests for help. I give it until the end of the week and I'm gone
