    I love how Telus wears "we have the best customer service" on its sleeve and it still billed me AFTER I CUT MY SERVICE. I hate your service even more without even using it. That's a new low for a company in my books.

    @TELUSsupport I’m trying to purchase a wifi booster through your website but it keeps saying “something went wrong, try again later”... why do you make it so difficult to give you money? I’ve just signed up with Shaw. Can you tell me how to cancel Telus service?

    @svenskaflickan1 @Lytzki @TELUS And something that very publicly happened. What do they need proof for? We know all of Lytton burned. They have the capacity to see usage/connection to the network. They know who likely lost a device without any sort of proof being returned.

    @cyberqt Wow! Time to think of switching to Telus. That's extremely awful service. This situation should be deemed "urgent" Shaw is getting worse and worse.

    @TELUSsupport Thank you for the incompetent service. After 6 days of being without wifi, the Telus escalation team couldn't even get their stuff together. Ended up going with Shaw😑

    Hey @TELUSsupport is something going on? I lost all service and now only coming back in 3G. Can’t maintain a phone call for more than 30 seconds or it cuts me off and your chat function told me I had to call in for technical support. #help #telus @TELUS

    @alisoncassis1 We still have people coming to the door. We have cameras all over the house so we can see everything they're doing. Last week it was Telus. Never answer, always watch.
