    @TELUSsupport @TELUS I am a senior recovering from a transplant. My battery is low so why can Telus not replace it as part of my monitoring service instead of telling me to do it myself or pay for technician.I am still recovering from transplant .

    BTW @SaskTel, your upper management should really run an audit on your customer service & sales agents example: a family member of mine who had been with you for 15yrs GREAT CREDIT, ran into a prob w/phone, was denied service so he cancelled his account @TELUS Got your customer

    @TELUSsupport So, confirming, based on the map, there is definitely 5G in my direct area as indicated in 'Fuschia'. The Telus store is incorrect in saying there is no 5G anywhere in Canada. I should go do the SIM swap as directed by your support rep, correct?

    @TELUSsupport God help you if you’re having problems with TELUS Smart Home Security. A two year parade of service calls, phone calls, part replacements and it still doesn’t work reliably. 🤯🤬🤯. Plus it’s IMPOSSIBLE to escalate to someone in authority!

    @dovgvlad Not even an issue. I don’t wear a mask in my own house. When we’ve had telus guys in our house I make them take their masks off for a bit so I can see their face. For me it’s a security issue. Also I decided to not treat patients (at home) who insisted on masks.
