literally all the money we had for bills. Now we have to go through the process of requesting a charge back. If a customer says $50 that mean $50....NOT $450. Further more we were owed credits to our account and telus found every way to ding us and deduce those credits...

@MobileSyrup Shaw. I dropped Telus as soon as I bought my own house. Telus is one oood at one thing. Horrid customer service. Probably the worse I have ever had from any company.

@TELUSsupport my alarm went off @ 11pm saying a window was broken and carbon monoxide was detected. Neither was true but scared us - called the fire department myself. Telus did nothing. Never called authorities or me. I called them and was told someone would call me. #bullshit

@RobertChaulk @SteveDickerNL @Bell I am with Telus, unlimited data for both phones, easy roam travel so u can use ur data plan. Roughly $172. No issues with cell service or customer service

It’s so weird that I’ve actually had pretty constant issues since I’ve had to switch to @TELUS fibre optic than I did before. I’d rather go back to the way things were before. AKA not sucky.

@rwittstock @KarmSumal @lululemon It would be nice if more of Vancouver's corporate community would help fill in the big gaps of what this city is missing (arts, big events/festivals), instead of doing things that are funded by government (👀 Jim Pattison & Telus) and/or only align with their corporate mission.

@TELUSsupport Internets been down due to weather yesterday morning and after speaking to telus they tell me they won’t fix till Monday? Bc hydro was quick to come fix their problem.. telus get your stuff together
