I am not a happy long term customer with Telus. The additional fee for credit card users is totally wrong. Looking for cell phones and plan soon , looking elsewhere.🤬🤬🤬

I am a #Telus client who pays a monthly charge for long distance calls from Alberta to England. But when the service was not working the long distance operator was of no use. When my family member died without my reaching her, they offered no apology and showed no concern.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport credit card fees are a part of doing business. Charging your customers’ these fees (then taxing those fees) is poor business. I see you losing a lot of customers

called Telus today to cancel my internet since they’re tryna charge me $115 a month now FOR ONE PERSON, mind you then the person asked me why I’m cancelling and I said I’m just gonna use my phone data instead (lie) AND HE LAUGHED AT ME anyway **** @TELUS

Got an email from @TELUS weeks ago saying I had to get a new phone or buy mine out. I decided to get a new phone and was supposed to get credit for returning the old one. Turns out my last phone I traded TWO YEARS AGO was never shut off & is still logged in somewhere in my name
