    @CrunchyCarpets @TELUS @TELUSsupport The wait times on the phone are abhorrent. $200 for a tech to come out if you would like personal help…ridiculous.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Please stop throttling Public mobile service to death. It's really unusable now. I can't even use Amazon app because you throttle the photos and videos in it.

    @howisthismylif @TELUS 100% shady. Nobody should be buying anything from outbound sales. I worked sales, mostly in telecommunications for 20 years. The worst cases of fraud and lies come from 3rd party outbound sales.

    @ReclaimTheNetHQ I'm not hearing much opposition from the major internet service providers like Bell, Rogers, Telus, Videotron, Cogeco, Eastlink in regard to bill c-22. So I guess they are all in?

    @jodyvance @TELUS Lots of moving parts to the problem(s). To say that Telus or Rogers sucks doesn't help. Getting a tech on site is the best bet if you can make it happen. I have Telus, and I've been annoyed occasionally, but it's been minor stuff. Good Luck!

    @jodyvance @TELUS Telus. Told them the PVR was the problem. Several looong calls with Guatemala, Philippines, India, each with a "FIX". Stopped one problem, caused another. Finally they did what I told them needed to be done. Sent a tech with a new modem. WASTED many hours of my time.
