Anyone have @WWENetwork on @TELUS? I contacted @TELUSsupport nearly two weeks ago trying to figure out why WWE network’s streaming service doesn’t recognize my cable subscription. Telus had no explanation and said they would contact me with a solution (this has happened before)

I have to give a huge thanks to @TELUS My wife (and her kids) are now working from home. We have never reached our data limit never mind going over. A quick chat with a representative and now we have unlimited data for 2 years at no extra cost! #yyc #Telus

Apparently the #Telus #babylon app records your patient consultations with the doctor on the other end There are questions about in which country that data is stored, what privacy & data laws apply & whether the over-broad terms of service takes away your ownership of that data.

Hey @TELUS Been with you guys for 12+ years. Always paid my bill, for the last month every call has been dropped, calls not registering etc. Created a ticket for it and find out that a fix could take months or years, yet i'm still expected to pay out the contract?

@kirst_alyssa @TELUS We switched from Rogers to telus as our bill dropped by $40 for two phones and from sharing 5gig to 30gig ..never got a call or offer from Rogers untill they must jave got wind that we were switching suddenly started getting calls ....sounds like they are all the same.

@TELUSsupport Went camping in ON and was charged a $70 roaming fee due to there being a US tower across the lake - I had no idea my Roaming was on. I called Telus to ask for a credit, they refused. I can't believe they are making me pay the charge! Very bad customer service!

How about the first question from the account manager at Telus is how is our service? Then I can say i had three calls that dropped in the Okanagan Valley, that connectivity was terrible all weekend. And maybe they could build more towers or something to make it better.@TELUS
