heiba9866 (@heiba986627073) reported@SerenaCMah @WestJet They can't even price q plane ticket ask them questions about pricing and they won't know what to say, Telus has trainers and quality agents who have never touched a plane 😢, while Canada has staff with several years of exp who do not rely on scripts

Aly Defrawy (@defrawidis) reportedFrustrated about Telus customer service. After they acquired ADT they don’t know how to restore a portal password. 7 hours on the phone with 9 different agents over the last 30 days No one knows how to do it. @TELUS @TELUSsupport @TELUSBusiness
-
Chauntelle (@Chauntelle33) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Telus sucks. I dropped them 20 years ago.
-
Big Data (@BigData16) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Because it costs a fraction and every company on earth does it. There ain’t a damn thing you can do about it. Like it or not that’s the reality.
-
John Doe (@JohnDoe20782787) reported@SzaboSzivi @MelissaLMRogers The irony is people here will support bell/telus even though Roger’s was majority Canadian employees.. even their call centres. But as long as that person is saving a buck it’s worth it
-
DDK (@Yd__Te) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Or sometimes the call center is so noisy or their mic doesn’t noise filter, you can hear the whole room of broken English yapping at once.
-
Rob (@robnicholsontor) reported@cyncyty66 @AndrewScheer It was a secure highway to transmit data. I think the real investigation should have been on the execution failure. The committee wanted to dive into the agreements of Telus, their subcontractors, etc. Telus had no control over a poor acceptance rate
-
S Chowdhury (@simplychowdhury) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Because we have allowed lowest common denominator to be the level for Customer Service because as Canadians we are not demanding more and because #1 reason it's a monopoly & consumers we have zero power. You can thanks CRTC while you are at it.

MTF 🇨🇦 (@EhmTEhf) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport they did this years ago. The only company that stopped this was Rogers back in early 2018. I believe it was then, they had so many complaints about overseas, when Guy Lawrence took over he made all these jobs come back to Canada. Bell Media and Telus have always had overseas support. That's why I never dealt with them.
