Apparently the #Telus #babylon app records your patient consultations with the doctor on the other end There are questions about in which country that data is stored, what privacy & data laws apply & whether the over-broad terms of service takes away your ownership of that data.

@CraveHelp ok TELUS or CRAVE or BELL, I continue to get this damn problem every few days on multiple TVs where I have to log out and log back in just to have access to programming. The issue is when I have to log out because it tells me I have to subscribe to HBO etc..😡😡😡

@Apple is announcing their new products today. I’m verifying if the @TELUS 5G networks hardware aside actually have the bandwidth in place here despite map saying 5G. @financialpost intimated in an article yesterday the bandwidth for it wasn’t being sold to the network yet.

Well @TELUS or @Koodo ?!? 1st time customer experiance is an absolute nightmare.! Who sends out a rep in a Telus shirt, offers a Telus plan, confirms on a Telus number and ships Koodo SIM cards !?! Then doesn’t have live service & takes 2 days for a callback... still waiting

Anyone have @WWENetwork on @TELUS? I contacted @TELUSsupport nearly two weeks ago trying to figure out why WWE network’s streaming service doesn’t recognize my cable subscription. Telus had no explanation and said they would contact me with a solution (this has happened before)

@veryloudwoman @CalamityJayne4 My wife worked for a company that can track where you are based on your cell signal which Rogers/Bell/Telus/etc all sell to a third-party. They know when you come home from work, how long you stay, where you stopped on the way, etc. This is unfortunately not new.

@leighfromcanada Sounds about right. When I was a Telus customer many years ago, they sent me a box of chocolates and a card for Christmas one year. The next year, I got a bill falsely claiming $12,874 for data overages, which took 5 months to resolve.

@hitthepost @TELUS I have that current install and no connections issues in weather. So if that's it they should fix it. They are able to see up time of connection from their admin software. It's also something a tech person can see from your router side as well.
