Clayton (@phinx404) reported@TELUS I had to switch one already after they went in store to get new sim. Try to help but it’s just another dead zone in southern Ontario. I have others that drop or silence for 10 seconds in same spots while they driving. It’s useless. 20yrs and worst reception.

Rogers, Telus and Bell sell iPhones, which is made by an American company call Apple. Metro, Sobeys and Loblaws sell American produce and other products that are American. And I literally just got a lower-priced deal from them 6 months ago because I was threatening to leave to go to Telus after a series of issues with Rogers that saw me file a complaint with the CCTS. $5 increase 6 months later.

Garth Grimm (@grimm_garth) reported3 hours on the phone with tech support yesterday for a family member. He failed to mention moving the dsl cable from one port to a different one on the router. Service tech was here today and switched ports and fixed the issue. Do better @TELUS your customer service is a joke.

Their customer service is the biggest freakin joke. They also missed multiple scheduled callbacks from customer service agents and “managers”. Never again is to soon!
