    @TELUS It’s terrible that I’ve spent so much time with your technical support and they knew nothing of this issue. Also it would be a courtesy to let your customers know in the area because everyone’s experiencing the same problem with no idea what’s going on until they go to the Telus

    @SamuelShepher15 This pushes decisions down the road, delaying any real change for at least 2 to 3 years. In the interim, Roger's, Bell and Telus will continue to rack up record profits. And Canadians will continue to have the World's most expensive internet and cellphone bills.

    @TELUS And the guy at the Telus store at hillside mall said that you’ve had a tower down for a month and there’s many people who are having the same issues as me and we have heard not from you. When will this issue be fixed.

    @TELUS Heh Telus, I have been experiencing terrible phone service in Saanich, BC around the Cedar Hill area and have phoned your support several times. We’ve been unable to fix the problem. They sent me to go get a new Sim card today

    @TELUS offering @Norton is not even a joke. It's non existent. Logging in and interfacing should have been your priority. This is as old as 5 years. Who pays for Norton through Telus and actually believes you just automatically recieve any protection? It doesn't work like that
