@TELUSsupport we spent a total of of three hours on hold. Your reps would periodically answer & then transfer the call to another rep but no one knew how to help us. We are cancelling all our phones and homes services with you tomorrow. Worst customer support. @TELUS

Good news, Telus was able to put in a cancellation. So, this means that all the scammers cost me was a little time, which I have tons of. **** Indians, worthless street shitters.

Telus now is my largest holding. It is down just under 6% for me. However, one year of dividend should comfortably make up for the loss. $T $T.TO

They didn’t leak passwords. They leaked something worse. Crunchyroll breach: β€’ ~1.2M emails confirmed (subset of a larger dataset) β€’ Third-party vendor (Telus Digital) compromised β€’ Malware β†’ Okta SSO β†’ internal tools exposed (~24h access) Data taken: β€’ Emails, names, usernames β€’ IPs + approximate locations β€’ Full support tickets (billing issues, chats, activity logs) That means attackers know: β€’ Your recent support conversations β€’ Billing disputes or issues β€’ Account activity patterns Enough to send highly convincing phishing. Timeline: β€’ Mar 12 β†’ initial breach β€’ Mar 23 β†’ ~6.8M emails claimed β€’ Late Mar β†’ data sold on forums β€’ Apr 4 β†’ 1.2M verified (HIBP) Crunchyroll says no passwords leaked. But context > passwords. What to do: β€’ Change password (especially if reused) β€’ Enable 2FA (authenticator app) β€’ Check HIBP β€’ Watch for targeted emails/SMS This was a supply-chain breach.

@TELUSsupport I was by use the setting use location for time zone. But I tested again around lunch and unchecked the setting, and it again switched to Atlantic time. Was wondering if this a Telus network issue. I will try to reboot my phone at the end of the day.

Another solicitation call from @telus despite my number being registered on the Do Not Call registry. I filed a complaint online. It was quick and easy. Take the time and they'll have to stop.
