    @TELUSsupport Worst customer service. I’m now 5 hours and 40 mins plus into dealing with your double billing issue. Getting runaround being passed between different departments with 40 min holds each time. Scheduled call back never happened. No on hold call back service. #Telus

    ... yet the service is one of the worst, available, the technical support leaves a lot to wish for, and the customer service trivializes our claims. Many of us who telecommute have a very bad time, while Telus plays with us!!!

    There were no attempts at contact from Telus to the customer to let them know that account was past due From June - October and resolve this issue (due I believe to the small amount), but in the meantime, Telus reported derogatory information to the credit

    The way Telus is down for in home wifi and mobile data is also cutting in and out but they’re not even commenting on it anywhere ermmm… maybe Rogers wasn’t so bad
