    @TELUS @TELUSsupport What is going on with your system. Can’t dial anywhere. Have to reach my pharmacist. It is very important. Should I drive down instead of calling.

    It’s amazing how many @TELUS ads I’ve seen about how much they care about people while I’ve been back and forth with them since Nov over an issue they created and have been unwilling to fix by giving me the runaround. Also being lied to by the management team #badcustomerservice
