@TELUSsupport telus app is telling me I do not have any linked accounts after inputting my log in credentials. Is there a fix to this?

@threelittlenuts Yup...sounds like a bum router. My issues with Telus are a little more "grand" than faulty equipment. I can deal with a replaceable piece of equipment needing replacement...I can't deal with being forced to rent more equipment every time I add a TV.

We can always tell how much money a phone company makes in profit, by the way they treat the clients. Telus like Bell treats the clients poorly. They have so much money they dont care about loosing or getting rid of customers who ask to receive what is paid for. AWE PHOOEY!

  • 83_rory Rory Schmidt (@83_rory) reported

@Coast_Capital so I can't add a Bill Payee because apparently there's ongoing maintenance until August 15th? Can you please let @TELUS know that my payment to them will be late because of your system issues? Thanks.

  • Jason3Butler Jason Butler (@Jason3Butler) reported

In January of 2021 I filed a complaint with the CCTS against Telus. In an email CCed to my Federal MP Karen McCrimmon the Commissioner of the CCTS Howard Maker admitted that he intentionally violated the Procedural code of the CCTS in order to comply with Telus's demands.

@robmorrisonmp by making a bunch of private sector business's get tax breaks to use the infrastructure made by telus? thats such a genius way to make money for people who can afford to not be able to support that infrastructure. it will cost everyone more.

  • DarleneMFerris Darlene Ferris (@DarleneMFerris) reported

@TELUS Very disappointing Telus , three days in a row you promised to call yet nothing - as a result a 103 year old widow sits alone without phone service ! Not impressed !

I shouldn't have signed up for Telus fiber. Our landlord is evicting us for personal use, and our new place (like a lot of places) doesn't have Telus Fiber, so now I have to pay $200 to Telus to cancel the service they can't provide us with. I should have ******* known.
