@TorontoStar You should probably say this how it is. Bell/Telus have agreed to let their network get overloaded with Rogers clients when Rogers has network wide issues from poor design decisions and bad CTOs. Even phones with no SIM cards can dial emergency services on any provider.

@jacobs_cda @sunlorrie I find that hard to believe. Health Link only says go to the hospital. They never arrange dr calls. Even telus health would not diagnose pink eye over the phone for us. Go to a Dr. Sorry don’t believe 811 did a zoom diagnosis.

@CTVNews I am with Fido, would never go near bell if another outage would do without, Telus I am fine with.

  • YegAndre Andre (@YegAndre) reported

The tech said that Telus will be sending a team on Sept 06 to fix the problem. Sept 06 - Nobody showed up from Telus. Sept 07 - The case was escalated again to a manager. She called me and was told that a technician was deployed to fix the problem today.

Got a promo call from @koodo asked how my service was, Honestly told the rep I am looking to either go to the parent company @TELUS or to @Bell, when asked why. 5G and Unlimited data plans that are offered. Easy enough for Koodo to do but they won't. Same Network Bad Service

@TELUSsupport @TELUS @TELUSsupport I just spent time on the phone with 2 of your employees, James and Jose. These gentlemen provided me exceptional service, fixed my ongoing issues AND gave me a better deal on my bundle. Thanks to them for looking after existing customers & saving me $$$

The mountain I’m dying on is @telus owes me $3.80 and if they expect to be paid that, then they can reimburse me for that. None of this crap that if it’s $5.00 or less they won’t reimburse.
