    @TELUSsupport M More problems today... alarm panel message says call support. Support can't help remotely. Control panel won't reset. Suport can't book a technician because the Telus system isn't working, so he has put me on hold while he tries to phone dispatch. I'm logged in

    @mogrant61 @TELUS Just reduce part of your service, in increments if possible. Tell them what you are doing. They reduced my bill by thirty bucks a month.

    @malcolm8 @TELUS @Novusnow This was literally 6 months ago, and I highly doubt they made such a change in that time, because they would have tried to keep me as a customer, but they said they were not big enough to do it in the foreseeable future, and somehow I doubt you have the facts.

    @TELUSsupport fix the my telus + app. It is not working neither on my iPhone nor my Android TV. It’s a login issue. Lots of others reported the same issue. Just read your app reviews. Why are you charging us for a service that is not working?

    @malcolm8 @TELUS @Novusnow The one gig plan is only for buildings that are non-residential, NOVUS doesn’t have the finer optics access in residential buildings in Vancouver. Also, I have Telus 1 gig, and I get 900Mbps with my VPN on. But NOVUS is best customer service in town.
